Jennifer Hale: The only thing I don't like is there's nowhere close to me to bank. I have to drive close to a half hour to make a cash deposit.
Debbie Hanson: This has been my bank for several years. They offer all the products and services I need. The bankers are knowledgeable and helpful, and there's only a short wait, if any, to speak to one.
sugamfdaddy: Carol greeted me but went into her office and I waited for teller to complete transaction in drive thru before she could help me for her to just send me to Carol's office for assistance anyway. If carol would have asked to help me when she greeted me I could've been out and on my way without having to wait

James Hall: I stopped in because I needed a document notarized but as I don’t bank there so I was turned away. I understand the reasoning but think it’s sort of a public service and would be nice if they would have. Old National Saved the day for me.

damon lyden: Cant recommend Joel and the team enough at BMO. Joel has worked diligently to bring up my wife and I's credit score. It would have taken us so long doing what we thought we should have been doing to get us to where we are with our credit. Joel did it in a couple weeks by steering us in the proper direction and calling and dealing with creditors for us. Joel, Bri, Jeremy and Max are an amazing team and I feel comfortable and safe putting my money and future investments in their hands.

Jayne Kercheval: Why can't the branches print a sign, or use post-it notes to stick on the signs on the door and drive-up window, that provide the CORRECT hours banking hours. Yesterday I was running errands and stopped at the bank to pay my mortgage and the sign says close at 5 but clearly you closed before that. It's great that the the "new" hours are posted on the website or in a Google search. However, if a branch is closed due to COVID, or hours reduced a simple window sign would be helpful.

Katelyne Sanchez: The employees at this particular location are very friendly and I think that's one reason why I continue to bank through BMO. However, BMO alone has been a complete joke over the past year. Their banking system is jacked. They continue to charge my account overdraft fees repeatedly but it's not in the negative and that's frustrating. I've had the employees try to explain it to me as to why im charged these fees but it just makes no sense to me.
Lola Johnson: Always come to this bank and Riannah is a very respectful young lady, thank you for always making my experience welcoming.
Josie Fields: I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use.If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point.If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.

Adam Rickert: If you are okay with a bank applying greater than a $10 monthly service fee when the checking account daily balance is less than $1000, this is the bank for you! I experienced poor customer service and insincerity from both the local branch and through the BMO Harris 800 number. I am not okay with a bank nickel and diming my hard earned money!

Life with Shay & Bray: Literally only have ONE worker in this branch. I needed a cashiers check and withdrawal. The worker only cared about taking care of the window customers. I left because I don’t have all afternoon to wait for someone to even address me and my needs. I decided I’ll at least get cash out the ATM that I need. You guessed it the ATM was out of service! I had to go across the street and pay a fee to use a different ATM. I keep having horrible experiences with BMO. I will be switching banks!
Chee Taylor: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager Dane Dewitt was rude and unconcerned with the issue I was having. I decided to close my account , at the end of the transaction instead of handing my ID and debt cards back to me he tosses them across the counter. I asked for his managers information and he refused to give me the information. This is not how you do business on any level,very unprofessional!

Serveral things that were discussed with the branch manager before I opened the account were not done after I opened the account. For this I received a $36 overdraft fee because my account was negative $1.50 for less than an hour. Don’t bank here, you’ve been warned!Also, anytime you call the 1-800, for what ever problem they are having this week you will get a very rude customer service agent who asks,”What you want.” I’ll be looking for a new bank now.
