Matthew Burkey: Both times they have been to our house they did not charge us for anything. The first time was some small cleaning on our furnace that took 5 minutes, and the second time, well... the noise turned out to be from one of our kid's toys. They laughed just as hard as we did and then said "deuces, have a good day." And then didn't let us pay them. Dennis has suggested a fix and we believe this will solve our problem. They replaced the capacitor on the AC unit, tightened everything, spray washed the unit, cleared away the ivy, and now it’s all working beautifully. I asked about the furnace, suspecting it was old. They could have easily said the furnace needed to be replaced because I wouldn’t have known the difference. But nope, they said it wasn’t that old and should last a good while longer. I learned a lot about maintenance and feel much more prepared and secure now that I have an honest company to use for the furnace, AC, and water heater maintenance in the future. Temperatures SOARED in 90’s and they couldn’t come back until June 28th. I called Mobility on the 9th they came within a few day and we had air. Professional, courteous and respectful. Quinton was there within an hour to talk options with me and get me set up with a new, much needed unit. Wiyao and Brett were there early Tuesday to install the HVAC, and Aurek got my new hot water heater installed. Everyone was very professional and provided great customer service. They answered all my questions and did a great job with the install! It was a pleasure to do business with them and would definitely recommend them.

Jeff: I will never in my life purchase a rheem product again, and if you are reading these reviews to get an idea of a product to buy, stay away from rheem. Not only will you get a poorly made product, you will also have a hard time getting your parts even if it’s under warranty. I purchased a 40 gallon water heater, and just after the one year mark, the gas valve went bad. It took a week to receive the part. A water heater should last at least 15 years if properly installed and taken care of. Very disappointed, I should have been given a new water heater. So next time I will either go with Bradford and white, or maybe lochnivar if I want to spend a little more. I guess spending more for a better product and better service is well worth it.
P Haverly: Critical:Quality2 month old defective water heater. Filed the issue on 12/8 still not resolved. Poor customer service. The representatives do not know how to perform their job. Rheem is not fulfilling their part of their issue
