A E: The lot all around the pumps had discarded clothing, dirty face masks, trash, food packaging, etc and the bathroom had dirty toilet paper on the floor and everything was moist...toilet was dirty too. Wasn't just a few things on the ground. The entire lot looked like a homeless camp.
Scott Stratton: This used to be a super clean and well stocked gas station, now it looks like an overflowing trashcan. There is literally trash everywhere because the patrons that go here have no pride and throw their trash from their cars on the ground. The pumps are filthy and they don't bother filling the paper towels any longer. It's really unfortunate that I have nothing good to say about this facility because the neighborhood has trashed it out. It looks ghetto.

So I suggested to him as a courtesy to the customer you should put a sign on the pump saying receipt broken no print receipt. He again said you have to go inside I had to tell him the convenience of paying at the pump is so I don't have to go inside he walked away like I was crazy I'll never go to this gas station again it was dirty all the trash cans with full.

Danielle Fredrick: I received horrible service by employee Mary. I was refused service because I initially didn't have my I.D. so I asked someone to buy me cigarettes. She refused to sell them to that person because I didn't have an I.D. Okay, Understandable well then I found my I.D. to prove I was of age and I was still refused service all because I asked someone to buy me cigarettes beforehand Mind You I'm NOT a minor, I showed that I was of age. She mocked me, laughed as I was walking away, and I feel like I was discriminated against completely. Third party sales are illegal only if buying for a minor. It's not illegal to buy cigarettes for ANOTHER adult. I plan to take this all the way to small claims court for she violated the Federal Rights Act. Businesses should strive to ensure all customers receive fair & equal treatment. She had no reason to deny me service. I will be contacting headquarters and I will be following this all the way through.

Kenzie Mace: Yesterday ( 1.17.22) I stopped for gas and a restroom break. The restroom was super clean (it's one of the reason's I prefer Rickers due to the promise of cleanliness) As I went up to register to prepay for my gas, my coat pocket zipper caught the fabric where my wallet was enclosed. As I was frantically struggling to unzip the pocket, two women helped assist me with my zipper( one was an employee ) I did thank them both yet after my panic, I regret not writing her name down to properly recognize her for going out of her way to help. I hope her manager sees this and properly recognizes her hard work, and kindness to go the extra mile, and please give her a raise! More people in the world like this, please. I know it might seem like such a small deed but these deeds have a larger positive impact.
Golden Brown Beauty: Store closed at 9:40 and wasn’t supposed to be closed until 10 pm. The security guard is rude and the staff was just sitting around chilling while people need gas. This is an example ongoing issue with them. What’s the point of having a closing time and you’re going to ignore it.

I asked her how long it has been out of order for both the men's and women bathroom. She did not know.I asked if she held out from using the bathroom at work. She said, " I do not know ma'am. It it out of order."If I can come here to spend my money. I should be able to have access to a working restroom as well. I don't know is not a satisfactory answer to your patrons. Positively Penny: Usually a 5 Star experience. They have the best fountain drinks in town. Chewy ice! Only one i know that has that. Lately fountains have been down. The workers (days) are great! We spend a lot of money there, but since we have to go somewhere else for the lesser quality fountain drinks, our money goes with us. Get those fountains going!!

Monnette Mullenix: My husband and I stopped for gas around 9:30pm on Sunday, May 3rd 2020. The kids were with us so he went in first, bought chips and paid for gas. I went in after him. As I'm coming in the attendant is at the door and let's another man and I come inside. While we're in there, he locked the door and starts shouting, "We're closed!!!" About 6 times from the register. I'm not sure why he didn't say that when we were walking passed him into the gas station. I didn't see a name tag but, he had shaggy hair just above his shoulders and lots of tattoos on his arms. I didn't think this location closed. Just a very uncomfortable experience. I don't like this location but, needed gas. Will not be returning.
