TruthMatters: Food was delicious and came out fast. But our waitress didn't like that we asked for extra ranch. She sarcastically said "Wonderful" and decided to toss it to us when she came back. Then avoided us the rest of the meal. People have bad days and I understand that, but to have that reaction over one cup of ranch is immature.

Melissa Aguilera: After an unacceptable experience I decided to update this. Ordered online for pick up and when I arrived the manager on duty was seating guests at 10:00pm and I hear the kitchen yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes. I was told they were out of some things I paid for but not offered a replacement or refund. We get home and find more sauce in the bottom of the bag then on the actual wings. All of the counts were wrong and the wings are dry and clearly not fresh. When I called and spoke to Shelly, the manager on duty she tells me well I could remake it but we are closed. This is 10:30 and they close at 11pm. I tell her I would like to receive a call from the general manager and her response was "sure". As a District Manager in the service industry this is unacceptable. The staff packaging this order knew this was wrong.

I had to dip my finger in them to taste which one is ranch, and which one was blue cheese, and I received a regular Pepsi instead of diet. I heard someone at the next table claim they got diet instead of regular. I'd have switched with her but I'm not a big covid fan. So, 2 of the 4 we're right, and I guess the kitchen was having a French fry shortage/crisis. Next time I will bring my own celery.One other annoyance. I read the online menu before I went. I read the delivery/takeout menu as well. When I got there I had a dirty house menu (glass ring stains and everything, very disgusting), and a dirty bar menu. They're laminate, hose them off once in a while. There was also a QR symbol on the table that I scanned with my phone.So all told, I have five menus! And they were snowflakes, no two were the same.Of course this led to massive problems over the various prices. It almost led to a " do I have to go out into the parking lot to order this" situation because someone with me wanted to order carryout, but was having to pay dine in prices because we were eating there.So, unless I was with a party, I won't go back. I don't even know why people eat chicken wings anyway. It's the part of the chicken no one wants, and for that price you'd be happier with a real piece of chicken.They do however, have cheap large glasses of beer, so if you want to get drunk and watch the game, this is the place to go.Another caveat I had was that there were signs everywhere promoting gambling. Is this a restaurant, a bar, a casino?You can place a "free' no risk $25 bet.Are you serious? Do they have "free"lines of cocaine in the bathroom? If they valued their customers they wouldn't have something advertised that's clearly a scam to take your money.So, good place for lunch and dinner?NoGood place to get drunk and yell at the TV?Yes

ShiningStar: Buffalo Wild Wings is a family restaurant as well as a sports bar, so if enjoy watching sports having drinks and eating chicken, hamburgers and other finger foods then this is the restaurant to go. The atmosphere is also very family friendly. The waiter we had needs to work on his customer service skills and even though he was very unattended to our needs we still left him a tip.

Moumita Islam: I ordered at 8:54 for 9:20. I didn’t receive my food until 9:35. There was only one table seated at the restaurant, they had time. They were all just laughing in the back, which is awesome that thy were having fun at work, but the quality was not good. They didn’t even half-fill the fries I ordered. I ordered 10 boneless wings, and they did not give enough. The ones they did give were tiny. They didn’t give me all the carrots I ordered, and they didn’t give me any blue cheese and celery at all. They completely forgot it. Every other BBW I’ve been to has had good food and matched exceptional quality, but this one did not.

Ashley Austin: On the night of 3/11, I accepted two delivery orders for this location from third party. I had an exceptionally long wait as staff numbers seemed less than ideal for a weekend night, and it was visibly busy with countless tickets on the line, several dining in and several others waiting for carry-out or delivery orders.From counter, to (assumed) manager and even cooks - the service was beyond exceptional. An order had been stolen and they were prompt to remake it, made sure I had a complimentary beverage, did right by the customer due to their wait and made offer for myself as well due to the same and other considerable factors of my patience. All staff could be seen working diligently as a team to get orders out as quick as they could, but also with cautious eye to assure orders WERE correct.Perhaps the waits are long at times, as many have noted in recent reviews - but to have staff at every level take notice, have high energy and work well as a team, and put forth such effort even for individuals themselves not being a paying customer really speaks volumes for this location as a whole.We value the places that treat customers and staff well, and it was obvious this location and crew last night do both. I look forward to dining in with my family in the near future, even if it means we get more quality time together at the table.

Our waiter took 30-40 minutes to actually come, and take our order. We waited over an hour for our food. We saw our waiter standing around, and leaning on the register. When we finally got the food it was cold and looked like it had been sitting around for hours. We received no napkins with our order. Was given plain wings, because they didn't have the sauce we wanted ( which isn't a big deal, but you would think you would tell us that within the hour it took to make the food.) We picked at it for 30 minutes, and decided to leave to go heat it up at home. The waiter never came and checked on us, and never gave us refills for our drinks. They were not busy. They had like maybe 2 tables max with some people. Most of the staff was just standing around. Our waiter came over when we started to stand up to pay the check. He continued to hover over me as I signed my receipt. He blocked me in the booth, and I had to reach around him to give the left overs to my husband. It was the most I've seen of my waiter that entire night.

Kevin Gillespie: Literally every time I come here there’s a problem. Either the food is ready an hour after they said it would be or they give your order to someone else because they simply can’t check the name on a ticket. If I were you I’d just get Applebees or drive to castleton bdubs.

It was Superbowl Sunday but I have ordered them 2 other years before and never had the problem I did. This was supposed to be dinner for my family. We got pizza instead. I will leave pictures so u can see there was no coating on them except for a little on the honey bbq. They r supposed to be covered. I was extremely disappointed and feel like I deserve my money back!!! I will not be back. I will get my wings from Ale Emporium. They give u what u pay for!

Walked in, the place looks and feels nasty… The employees are all unfriendly and we were never acknowledged during the 20’ish minutes of standing there waiting to be sat. Sam Anders: My food came out suspiciously fast. I almost questioned the waitress how they brought 10 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings, and an appetizer almost as fast as getting our drinks out- which was less than 5 minutes… Our food was lukewarm at best, but we were too hungry to care. I could only assume this food was sitting out for some time, since the waitress said it may take a while to get the wings cooked. Again, they came out less than 5 minutes after we ordered. We ate our food and left; this is where the torture began. For the following 36 hours, up until I made this response, I have been bound to the royal throne expelling every ounce of bodily fluid I possibly could have in record time. I’m not blaming the waitress for this travesty, but those cooks knew how long those wings were sitting out before they gave them to me. If you want repeat customers, try not to kill then next time…
