Because i work so close i stop in in the morning and grab a 2 for $5. depending on the day, i could be in the drive thru for for 20min. Angel Sanchez: This BurgerKing location has stood strong for years. Only changes that are constant, are the employees. I see new faces every 2-3 months. That's why the reviews are always fluctuating. I always go for the 2 for $6 nothing more nothing less. The gas station is just a few steps away.

Graham Girgenti: The gentleman working inside at the register. Hang onto this guy,people like him are hard to find. After my 9 year old daughter had a rough day and got a swollen eye during recess, he completely made her day so much better in a matter of 2 minutes, it was the first smile I saw from her all day. She is still talking about him from an hour ago. He didn't have to do that and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. He is a people person, shows compassion, great guy and just a pure and happy soul. His interaction with other customers while I was there was second to none, everyone had a great experience that catered to them. This is the type of person you want as the first person customers see and the last as they leave. I'll be back based off this one experience. Thank you again
Logan Crase: Mel made sure I got my food hot and fresh, and that there was no ice in my drinks when I asked for it, AND got me out fast enough that I could beat the thunderstorm that was on its way. Man is absolutely legendary, will definitely let everyone know how great he is

Trix Rosewood: Normally I like this store ok - but they closed dinning at 6 pm. When I arrived I was signaled (by an employee inside the building) that the dining room was closed after arriving off the bus - so was forced to go order elsewhere. Stupid.The food is edible - mostly just adequate for a Burger King. But the service is bad on most levels. I went in one evening one time (when they managed to have the dining room open during the indicated hours of operation) and received great service from one person there, can't remember his name don't really care as the lack of surface from others offsets this tremendously.Every other person that works there has a habit of making one feel unwelcome, and this continually closing the dining room early just because they don't want to work and leaving all the lights off so it looks like they're closed (like the sign), is just ridiculous.My advice, go to any other restaurant surrounding this one and you'll be more satisfied than you would be here - if you manage to find any satisfaction at all.
Derek Rick: Nastiest place you'll ever eat. Everything is nasty from the building, to the cold food, to the terrible employees. They don't answer the drive thru half the time and close whenever they feel like.
chery brenton: Here I am at the Burger King off of Washington Street at Cherry tree plaza and Indianapolis so so we probably came about 3:00 or 3:30 or so needless to say that two people were good both grown adults Lady running the drive-through in the front the guys in the back cooking the food The lady a manager she mixed she got blonde hair I wish I knew her name because I will report her I literally seen her after she waited on me and another man got an attitude with a man for saying what shake he wanted and she had a mixed up made the wrong one took forever for us to get weighted on and then it took 15 minutes for me to give my food and then we sat in the dining room and proceeded to watch her lock the front door after another kid had come in to work claiming it was just her and a minor when it's her the grown man that's cooking and the minor that came in about 4:00 she locks it from the door not letting customers come in the front door but yet seen one of her buddies come walking up and let him in the front door after she's claimed dining room was closed I proceeded to watch this lady give him a free meal and I also watched with my own eyes her give him a $10 bill out of the register first of all customer service has won to hole in a handbasket and a second of all the way we treat certain people in this world is ridiculous we should all be treated equally

Bishop Johnson: Perhaps the WORST BK in Indy. Upon arrival at drive thru, the 1st thing they'll do is tell u the PROBLEM, and there's ALWAYS a problem with them. I've heard, "out of buns" "fryer not working...they got no fries" "system is down, can't accept debit cards" or they can't accept cash debit only" Trust me, you're GONNA have an issue or they are...never fails. Just go to another BK like I do or you'll waste time and gas on these guys! Try the BK on Brookville if you're in the area. MUCH better service there! Never had any issues there!

Jehuti'Amen Hill: This morning I had the most appalling experience. First I found chewed up food in my coffee! Not once but twice! At that point I demanded to speak with a manager. I waited a moment and, when there was no manager in sight. I then proceeded to leave the store; for I have important matters to attend to. Shortly afterwards I then vomited my breakfast meal up; while I was waiting at the bus stop on my way to my next destination. The breakfast burrito tasted funny but, I was so hungry I Hadden eaten all morning. Worse burger king experience, I have ever had!

•Blonde & Boujee•: Asked for “Zesty” sauce with my $41 order & was told if I didn’t order onion rings I have to pay 16 cents for each sauce!! We also ordered chicken nuggets & were asked what sauce we wanted with them but didn’t get the BBQ we asked for! This location has some of the worst people working for them with such a disgusting attitude! Any time I have stopped here in their drive thru I’m treated like I am annoying them for coming! There was even a time I was told they were short staffed so drive thru would take a while. So I said I totally understand & was very patient with them when it took me an hour to get through the drive thru start to finish. But it seemed to me they were hoping that I wouldn’t stay after they told me it would take so long being short staffed because they were so rude to me when I got to the window! After this last time of being told I have to pay 16 cents for Zesty sauce if I didn’t order onion rings with my $41 order, I will NOT be going back! At least to this location. Maybe all Burger King locations if this is how they treat their customers!

Manager working at location Emerson and 56th St. April 10 2023 at 3:45pm ought to be reprimanded for poor leadership and Employees wages docked. I understand it’s fast food but a strong foundation for work ethics has to be established.

Got to the car and checked my food. No bacon on the whopper. I tried to walk back in and they closed the entire lobby. After getting the attention of an employee (took about 10 min) they informed me that they were closed. I point to my sandwich and they finally opened the door. After telling them what was wrong with the sandwich they brought me out 4 pieces of bacon in a coffee cup. Very poor service. I will not be back.

Amy Ross: We stopped by to grab lunch quickly and get to our appointment on time and since service was very fast, I should've known something was wrong. I ordered a Jr. Whopper meal with a large Coke no ice. I asked that the whopper be cooked twice and only have cheese, mayonnaise, heavy onion, and pickle! What I received was a well done whopper, NO CHEESE, a dribble of mayonnaise, "2" pieces of onion, and 1 pickle and ICE in my Coke!? We'd left to make our appointment on time without first looking in the bag. I ate the french fries and drank the watery Coke. As we were leaving town on our way back home, we stopped and I went inside. The manager was in awe that I'd ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese and heavy onion and didn't receive it and was miffed I'd been served ice in my Coke, as she drinks hers without ice, too! Immediately, she had a fresh and correct sandwich made. All in all, it was very good food and I'll go back but, I'll definitely check the bag before leaving!

Deb M: I love this location but have not been going there because the app says that they do not offer whopper wednesdays or other app deals. We don’t get coupons through the mail anymore either. Perhaps management could honor the Burger King specials like the other Burger Kings? It would help your business. ♥️

Tasha Colvin: I use yo love this location but my food was not great. I ordered 2 meals jalapeño poppers. I noticed the cashier was not ringing in things in the drive thru and had me pull around. Before doing so, I reminded her of my order in which she replied she got it, but she in fact did not. She rang me up for an extra drink, large at that. (I didn't ask for this). My meal drinkable were half full. I'm missing bacon on the bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich and the poppers were old. Total disappointment.
Tiffany McIntosh: I went to Burger King on my lunch break and accidentally brought my wrong debit card. I ordered my food without realizing it got to the window and realized I had my debit card the only had $9 on it. I tried to use the app before I even left for lunch and none of the offers would work. I dug up enough change to where I was only 5 cents short and they had me come in to try and look for more money in my car or purse whatever. I went inside and had to stand there 15 minutes while my food was getting cold and I did not have enough time to go back home to get my other debit card. They made a big deal out of it but after waiting forever and my food getting cold they finally just let me have the food for free which is nice but I mean come on I work in healthcare and I was only 5 cents short and nobody had any empathy at all. I wasn't trying to get any free food by any means I'm just having a not so good day.

The employees are rude, the food is always either done wrong or thrown together sloppy, the cleaning inside the store horrible and the drive thru waits are ridiculous. Their hours by the door said 6am, the Google hours say the same. I guess they just open whenever they want to. Can't have it your way after all. Alex Nowicki: I tried to give this one another chance, but that was ruined too. Staff does not care whatsoever. Got my wife and I each a meal, and first off, wasn’t inexpensive, so you expect SOME degree of decency. We got home with the sandwiches, and they were quite literally as tough as shoe leather. The drink machine - which is one of those Coke mix things - inside has a total of probably 5-6 total drinks available, everything else is out. I just don’t understand. Please just shut this location down. The only people who want to go there any less than me is the staff.
