See Lor: Food was great but the server was horrible. She got upset when one end of our table asked her to start taking order from the other side since they were not ready. She rolled her eyes and commented that by doing this, we were messing the order number she wanted to take our orders in. Then when taking our orders, she asked whose order would be on separate checks, as we had a group of 12, splitting into 3 checks, and we all sat together in the groups that were on a check together. After all that eye rolling, she still came to ask us which order should be on which check when we were done. Paid in cash and watched as she broke it for change at the bar and continued serving another table. The host started clearing our table and I repeated twice to him that I was waiting for my change. Mind you, even after the horrible service, we were still going to tip her 20%. But as I watched that she broke my bill and just assumed that I would leave her 30%, the host finally approached her to tell her that I was still waiting for my change, she laughed, rolled her eyes and shook her head then came and finally gave me my change.This place was recommended to us. Although the food was great, we all just can't get pass the horrible attitude and service from our server.

My favorite is the Guacamole Burger with seasoned fries (the seasoned fries are delicious!), he gets the Swiss Mushroom Burger with what must the best garlic truffle fries on the planet, and we share (I hoard, he steals when I’m not looking) the tater tots with beer cheese as an appetizer. Adam Hill: Delightful twist on a classic. The first time we tried this place, we liked it. When it first opened, we gave it a go on a whim, and we didn't fall in love nor hate it. Fast forward to now, and they definitely improved. They have a lot more options now, burgers and other dishes. I got the choriburger. It is a blend of a beef and chorizo patty with avacado, onion, and pickles. Served with a sauce and Pico on the side. The berger was juicy and flavorful. Waffle fries were delicious as well. Leonard Caponegro: My family and I agree that this is our go-to restaurant for burgers. Yesterday I had the Dixieland Burger which is the Burger of the Month for April 2023. I decided to make it a smash burger because it sounded good. Wow. The smash burgers were thin, and had crispy edges. Then in between each burger and on the buns was a salty, creamy and deliciously cheesy pimento cheese. To make this even more decadent there were two slices of crispy smoked bacon on top. Salty, creamy, smoky, crispy, meaty and cheesy is how I describe this amazing burger. My son enjoyed the Buffalo Bill Mac and Cheese. He loved how creamy and spicy it was. We also enjoyed Great Balls of Fire and Mozzarella Wedges for our appetizers. Overall, the food was outstanding, and the service was perfect.Parking: There is parking in front and to the right side of the main entrance.

Tom Posz: Probably not fair since we didn't actually eat here, but we tried. Walked up, gentleman told us we could sit wherever, so we took the only 2 seats available that we could see. Expected him or someone to acknowledge our presence or maybe give us a menu, however the bartender was busy at the bar and the only other waitress we saw was just focused on folks already seated. Some people were eating, so I have to assume it is possible, but after 20 minutes and not being acknowledged, makes it tough to say.

J'Aimee Naughton: First time there today, will definitely be back! We had the mozzarella rounds, the Indy Burger + bacon, the sunny side burger and a thing of fries to share. We assumed we’d bring home some left overs but honestly it was so good we couldn’t stop eating. I would highly recommend this family owned restaurant for your next outing!!
Adriana Shilala: My family and I were very impressed. Both of my toddlers ate all of their food for once. My husband and I got the Flamme Fried Chicken which was perfect. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job helping us pick out what to get for the whole family. The manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable! The Dining Grandpa: Stopped by around dinner time 4:30 pm. Inside is a nicely decorated upscale burger joint / bar. Offering plenty of seating in the dining area, with tables, split booths and booth seating. There is even a nice area outside to eat when weather permits. On the menu is plenty of signature hamburgers, a few appetizers and a few sides. The also have delicious looking and extremely decadent gelato shakes. We decided on the Bourbon burger, and West Coast burger, truffle Parmesan fries and a mozzarella, marinara appetizer. And the wife had a strawberry gelato shake. All of our food was quite delicious and tasty. Ethan, our server, could not have been better at his job. He was attentive on point and made sure we had everything we needed and was very informative about the menu. Our experience here was very nice. And the food was very good. Nice atmosphere overall good experience.

Ashley Parker: This place looks nothing like the pics online for google and their website and the food is pitiful. It is seriously a food court for the surrounding office buildings. The burgers looked pre formed and frozen, their chicken is pre cooked and heated in front of you. They got our condiments wrong and overcharged us by almost $16 and didn’t give me a receipt until I asked. It took us awhile to find the place because there are no signs and we had to circle the lot multiple times and park in a side lot and we followed employees walking across the lot to find it. It was a terrible choice for my lunch for my family and I won’t go again. We just wanted some burgers at a new, neat place.

For at least the past year I’ve been going every couple of weeks, but last week I drove all the way downtown— an hour’s drive from home, for me— to find it inexplicably closed, despite the hours still being posted, with an AVAILABLE sign in the window. They had the greatest menu, decent service, and delicious food… did they just vanish into thin air, somehow, before they could so much as put an explanation in the window or update the website?

Our Burgers were already prepared (mind you with the wrong toppings) and sitting a top of the Fry station. I assume that's the only way to try to keep food warm. But they still wait for the customer to enter before preparing any Fries you may have ordered. So why not make all of the food fresh when the customer arrives?

Recieved a small credit from doordash for the issues and against my better judgment ordered another bowl for lunch tomorrow. Same thing I got before.....no extra patty. The paper on the bag clearly says 3 patties. Still love the food, but disappointed that people can't count.
