I waited a few seconds for the guy who offer a solution.. nothing. So I asked for a recommendation for a local source that could help me.. his answer.. “no idea, google it”. Won’t be back due to lack of customer interest not their capabilities! BD

Hilary Ricks: Lifesavers! Stopped by Tuesday afternoon needing signs for a Thursday evening event. We used them for our Banner 2 years ago so they easily adapted that horizontal rectangle graphic to a smaller vertical rectangle sign. When I wasn't able to get the right kind of graphics for the other sign to them until Thursday morning I really didn't think they'd be able to get the sign made in time for me to pick up without being late to the event. But they did - 3 hours before I my original pick-up time! And it looked great.

elizabeth dominguez: I just got off the phone with a phone associate (named Terri) at this company. I am brand new to the Midwest US - moving from Texas, where I am VERY used to Southern Hospitality. I had a question about printing 100+ announcements that I plan to send out to my family. I can't believe how rude and condescending she spoke to me.The phone associate cut me off in the middle of my explanation and told me she needed my name before I continued, and then cut me off AGAIN to correct me by saying that they didn't cater to small projects like mine. They work "strictly with large retailers and large contracts." I have no issue with a correction about their services - again I am new to Indiana. However, Terri lacks basic customer service skills and should NOT be answering phones or taking questions about new business.After explaining that I was new to the area and did not know - I found BCT Indiana by looking up the best printing companies in the city - she told me "we don't do that. You could easily use something like Google or the Internet to figure that out."Her tone was incredibly condescending and rude. Again, as someone who is brand new to the state, I expected much more from someone who is the first voice a potential customer heard from an established, 35-year old company.I could have been a business owner that was looking for long term business planning or printing needs. My experience with this company was horrible, if I ever needed future business, I won't be looking to BCT Indiana due to this experience over the phone.

Carol Jerry and Margaret were amazing. I needed invitations printed for my daughter’s bridal shower on a unique card stock, and rather than saying “no” they offered to try from the very beginning. That type of service you just don’t get anymore, And if you have ever been involved in planning a wedding, you know the stress levels are off the charts! And Carol and her team took away a tremendous amount of my stress, and for that alone, I am forever grateful! Oh how could I forget it worked so the invitations look incredibly AWESOME !! I would recommend this PIP location for any of your printing needs!! Thank you again Carol and team…exceedingly well done!! ❤️
