They have designed, built and installed custom bookshelves and display cabinets for us, as well as replaced wire shelving to create much more efficient and effective storage in our closets and pantry. Laura Grannan: Ron and Carolyn are amazing local owners! When you call Carolyn instantly becomes an old friend over the phone, she is a special woman. Ron and his new designer both came to the house for the consultation. The closet space I needed installed were 2 closets built in a finished attic space with sloped ceilings. - which meant the system needed to be custom made for the difficult spaces. Ron and his designer took their time getting to know me, the space and needs for each closet space. The turn around for their custom design options were impressive. Three options were presented and we were able to tweak my favorite to make it work my needs and especially my budget. The worlds current situation put installation a little further than I would have liked, but expected with the supply issues and pandemic. Ron contacted me immediately when the supplies were delivered and set up an installation date - and accommodated me having to reschedule when I had sick little ones at home. Ryan and his colleague, our installers, were scheduled at 930am and at 910am he called me to let me know they were on the way. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had beautiful custom closets in what was once unusable finished attic space. Having that extra organized storage has been a game changer in my Broad Ripple Bungalow - where closets are small and storage is limited. I know that the use of space will out way the costs - but I also know that these closets will set our home apart from many others in our area, adding so much value to the home. Mary-Margaret Sweeney: We went to Tom for a total kitchen renovation. He had a lot of options to choose from, and it was evident he had been doing this a long time. We chose his quote over other local companies due to this. Tom recommended a GC he works with often, Feinberg Construction, and we also had a good experience with them. When we changed our minds about a design element after seeing it in the space, he worked hard to accommodate the change. Our kitchen had not been remodeled since it was built in 1949, and was not very functional. It is now a beautiful space done just in time for fall food canning and freezing season!
Georgia Peach: THE BEST PLACE for cabinets & counter tops. We went to, I know, 10 diff places looking. No joke! For 4-6mths we looked. Finally found Pioneer Kitchen. Tom, I must say is the ideal type of person to help you. He was very patient, gave us some great ideas, suggestions, recommendations & there was no pressure. Stayed after hrs to talk & discuss our options, choices & chgs we wanted. Fair prices - better than Menards & better quality. There was a small delay with counters, (out of his control) but he made up for it with something even better. Dane & Zack did a wonderful job installing the cabinets. Dane was very particular with the work he was doing. Paid attn to detail, very organized & precise with the things he was doing. Worked very hard the entire time with little talking. Got the job done on time. Not sure who did the counters, but again - excellent job. Everything was done within a few days. Brian came over later on to do some minor fixes. Very nice man & we really enjoyed our conversation with him. I am so VERY happy with my new kitchen. I highly recommend Pioneer Kitchen & the whole team. Great bunch of people doing great work together. I LOVE LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN.

Richard Blackburn: I contacted Tom, the owner of Pioneer Kitchens, about getting a rough estimate for refacing our kitchen cabinets. He said to send him photos and he could give the estimate. His estimate was within our budget, so he came out to measure and to make suggestions on adding drawers, modifying existing drawer configurations, and organization. We agreed to all his suggestions. We told him what we wanted in terms of modifying our pantry with drawers and he incorporated all our wishes. We went to the showroom and picked out the wood and hardware with Tom’s help.Initially Brian (a highly skilled craftsman) and his apprentice, Zack, worked on the installation and Dane (another highly skilled craftsman) finished up the last couple of days. They were on time, put up a plastic sheet to cut down on dust throughout the house and cleaned up after each day’s work. We were extremely impressed with their precision and problem-solving skills. The pantry drawers were installed based on the height requirements we wanted. The last day I watched as Dane installed a cabinet door and made several adjustments to assure it was perfectly aligned to close properly. I felt it demonstrated what a perfectionist he is. I would imagine other carpenters would not have been so precise and demanding.Overall, πwe are absolutely thrilled with our “new” kitchen and we now have the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and pantry that make our kitchen so beautiful and functional. John Byer: We had several places that never responded with an estimate. I wanted to replace the fronts of all my cabinets and install 2 new vanities. I had Tom come out and he was so amazing. They replaced the fronts on all of my cabinets and remodeled the countertop and replaced the sink and countertops. I wanted glass inserts. They did the kitchen,2 bathrooms, laundry room and my vanity in 3 days with top quality cabinets. Everything was perfect and the 3 employees were top notch. It is a family business and Tom is a very nice man. I saw they were a 5 star rated business and I would rate them higher than that.

Rosanne Mapp: Received cabinets in August 2022, some parts were missing and/or damaged. We are now in April 2023 and I still do not have my cabinet doors nor installed. I do not know what my Guarantee is nor did I ever receive a Touch up kit as promised.Very poor quality control and communication.Extremely disappointed. Customer service is awful. I had my own luxury level cabinet shop for 15 years, and now design, supply, and install cabinetry as well as full remodels. This is my go to line if my clients want the very best quality, most flexible customization, and /or special woods and finishes. For champagne tastes on a budget my go to line is Siteline, which is also by Corsi. Sincerely, I think some of these negative reviews are for a greenfield on an alternate universe.

Greg Rossett: I have been in this business for over 30 years. I have been speaking with dealerships who sell Greenfield Cabinetry for the past year who absolutely love the quality of the cabinet, one of the best painted finishes in the industry was told to me. They also stated how great the Customer Satisfaction Team is to deal with and that Greenfield truly cares about their projects. Sometimes there is an issue, just like with any other company out there, but it is always handled and in a timely manner. I personally have used them on a project in my own home and have done another project with a friend of the family. Both jobs were done perfectly. I would definitely recommend Greenfield for your cabinetry needs.

Jim Gaiser: I have sold Greenfield Cabinetry for the last two years and I can say that the quality and care that go into their cabinets is outstanding. The customer service department is unparalleled in their knowledge, thoroughness and compassion. The manufacturing facilities are extremely well run and the caring attitude that permeates through each of the craftspeople is second to none. The cabinets are so well built that they come with a limited lifetime warranty. Since this will be one of your largest investments in your home you need to see the quality and attention to detail that Greenfield Cabinetry offers.
christopher DANIS: Purchased Greenfield cabinets from Requarth Lumber in Dayton, Ohio with the belief that this was a “top of the line” cabinet line with excellent quality and service. To be very up front the kitchen designer at Requarth , Paul Kemna, did a wonderful design layout and was very specific in his order of the cabinets. However, Greenfield didn’t perform well in quality or service redemption. Cabinet doors with obvious paint flaws had to be reordered, but when they arrived they were too small and didn’t match adjacent doors. The refrigerator panel was too large and was returned to factory for revision, but sent back unassembled requiring the contractor to finish Greenfield’s work. Drawer fronts didn’t match the raised panels of other drawer fronts, that was because of a technicality due to size of drawer front, but Greenfield said they could match when asked. Why not give the designer or customer the option up front. When the revised drawer fronts came in, they were too big and again had to be sent back for a revision. Finally, a custom made column “wrap” was fabricated by Greenfield but shipped via a third party and on arrival was chipped and broken. Again, that had to be sent back for revision. One step forward and two steps backwards seems to be Greenfield’s service redemption method. This has delayed the project by several weeks. My suggestion to Requarth Lumber is to look for another “top of the line” cabinet vendor, since this experience reflects poorly on the company and the excellent kitchen designer.

We have 3 custom wall pantries, an English style hutch and buffet,7 ft island with custom designed TV storage and bookcases, built in Subzero refrig and separate freezer, custom interiors for baking dishes and other odd pieces like soup/casserole dishes, mixer cab. w/lift, dual trash cabinet, desk, custom spice cabinet and individually sectioned drawers for utensils and knives. I opted for drawers instead of cabinets on all of the base pieces because I find them easier to use.All the custom features were perfectly sized. the cabinet drawers roll so easily, all the shelves and roll out shelves are adjustable. The natural cherry finish has held up beautifully in this very busy kitchen. Many people have commented on how beautiful the cabinetry is and that they thought the hutch was a separately purchased or antique piece.I couldn't be happier.

Todd Banvich: I thought the price was great. Much cheaper than I anticipated. They were available to come out even quicker than I wanted them to, but they came at the date that I was ready for them. Seamless installation. As noted, granite is natural and there could be imperfections. There was one and they came out the next day after I reported my finding. Overall, great quality, timely responses and installation. The installation team was great too.

D J: 7/1: Updating from my previous review...after another day or so...I decided that I really liked the pieces I had chosen and didn't want to start all over. So I called again...after explaining my disdain that my previous voicemail and message went unanswered, I received several apologies. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chad and Nicole this day, and was told one of the quartz pieces I wanted was discontinued. I let them know I'd be back in on Saturday to make another selection. This went smoothly. We locked in dates and I paid the deposit. Happy to report my countertops were installed June 30, and I'm very happy with them. So after my initial snafu, all was well. I’d recommend them. Communication was great after the hiccup. Everyone was nice and apologetic. I also plan on visiting them when I'm ready to redo my kitchen.Initial 2 star review: I was having work done on my home to repair damage done by frozen pipes. I wanted to upgrade from the previous countertops and decided to give this place a try after seeing advertisements on social media. Went in the first week of March and was helped by Nicole. I picked out what I liked, and gave her some rough measurements just to get a quote. Smooth process. Unfortunately, my job took longer than expected and two months later I am finally ready for countertops. I left a message on their voicemail during their normal hours on Thursday April 29 with my information. Hadn't heard back as of Saturday. So that morning, I called again and got a live person. He looked up my information in their system by pulling up my quote, and said Nicole would have to get back with me. I wanted to make sure my pieces were still in stock so I could schedule installation. As of Tuesday evening, I still haven't received a call back. Guess, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Joe Acklin: Polite staff from sales, measure staff and installers. Installers worked quickly but carefully and showed up on time. Had a 3 issues with fit next to cabinets, 3 out of 4 are bad in my opinion because of larger than expected gaps, 1/8 inch gap between front face cabinet and granite on one, 1/16 inch gaps on other two, but 3/8+ inch gap on each side between side of cabinet and granite behind the front cabinet face. Staff and management insists this is “industry standard” on fit and offered only a 4% discount when I asked for a fair adjustment. So when the measure supervisor advises a “small gap” between cabinets and stone, just know this will be 3/8 inch at minimum.

He helped us with space planning and recommending areas where we could utilize hanging rods, drawers, and pull-out baskets. Our installer showed up on time and cleaned up all of the dry wall dust from the install.
