Robert E: Excellent venue. Enjoy every show we get to experience!!!
Jimmy Bailey: Wonderful place, the service was A1; fast, nice, and friendly. The food was awesome, fresh, and eye pleasing. The show was even better. I recommend seeing a show if you haven't. It was money well spent. We will be returning soon
Dee Ludlow: Saw Matt Doyle tonight! He was tremendous and this venue is top notch! I want to go again and again. We just had drinks but would like to try dinner next time. Classy place indeed!

Sirrilla Blackmon: First time at the Cabaret and was pleasantly surprised. The venue was very nice and the food was good. Their menu was from the Jazz Kitchen. Definitely will go back and support the arts.

LaNetta Alexander: My first time visited this venue and was not disappointed. Beautiful intimate setting. Good food and drinks along with friendly staff.
Silvia Campos-Bilderback: Fantastic !! 👏👏❤️❤️
Michelle Grove-Shaffer: An absolutely beautiful space and, considering they've only been established in a permanent residence for a year, they're absolutely killing it. Entertainment is top notch and food and drink are delicious.Update: We've been attending shows here for nearly four years now and it's only getting better!
Larry Messing: Infinite stars!
James Murney: If you are a fan of Broadway and great performing arts you NEED to be here. Top talent brought to Indianapolis, can't recommend this enough. Still the strongest recommendation I can make, back from pandemic restrictions!
David Wentland: Great venue and a great line up of entertainment. The menu was simple but the food was good with a decent selection of drink options. I highly recommend checking out a show here.
Terry Vanblaricum: Love the experience
Adams Finds Stuff: A very nice venue for music, wedding reception or company event. Very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Darryl White: Eva Noblezada puts on a great show! Said to look something up on YouTube. She said it was hilarious and I can't remember what it was...

Indiana Repertory Theatre: what do users think?
Tayler Coleman: My only issue is the sound, no mics, but the performers speak loud to where you can hear most of the show.Staff is great, seating anywhere is great and in a great part of downtown Indy!
Marisol Mahony: This is my 2nd year going to IRT and I really enjoy it. Most plays are very good and interesting. Last night we watched Shakespeare's will. Tracyichelle Arnold was amazing. It is very hard for one actor to carry the whole play by herself but she did it. I can't wait for next year's performances...
Aishat Eko: That was my first time in a theater and I enjoyed every moment, the actors were amazing and the costumes was on point. Will definitely go again.
Sherri Smithey: Oedipus was a great production. Wonderful theater, small enough to have all good seating. Beautiful venue.
Roger Kennedy: Watched a performance by Dance Kaleidascope..incredible show and wonderful venue!
Ernest Berman: Very nice venue. Very good plays.
Stephen Heitman: This review speaks only to the theater itself, not to any individual production I've seen there. It's a beautiful venue, large enough to stage any production that readily comes to mind, small enough to have a feeling of intimacy, which I enjoy. My chief complaint is the same as I have with all arts venues. The seats are uncomfortable. Mostly, they're too hard with no lumbar support. As a disabled veteran with chronic hip and leg pain issues, I'm usually more grateful than most when the intermission comes around. But, as I said, this particular critique applies to virtually every arts theater I've ever been to, not just IRT. Put some more padding on those seats and you'd get five stars. Overall, though, I would highly recommend IRT for seeing a play.
Laurel Clark: Came to see Oedipus (Sunday matinee) - it was a great experience. Plenty of parking in the area, comfy seats, great sightlines, great audio, amaz6 actors! Very excited to see more here! Bravo!
John Montgomery: Was at Tony's steak house food was great Had a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes to get seated what a joke Very slow at the door
Tim Parham: We enjoyed the show, and the theater itself is great. Would love it if seats provided a little more space. It's definitely a great place to visit!
Connie Jennings: Seats were good, play was good. $5.00 cookie was stale. No good refreshments.
Susan Petrey Carriker: Beautiful theatre, excellent production, talented actors. We took a group of middle school students to a play. It was a very unique event for the students and a truly memorable experience for all of us.Update: I returned with my husband to see FLYIN' WEST for my birthday and it was awesome. The actors were excellent, the story was compelling and some of the dialogue was hysterical. There is so much history in this story and this production made it seam so real. I am glad I had an opportunity to enjoy this theatre again.
Jeremy Tuterow: Love this place!
Ansley Valentine: The IRT is an Indiana treasure. The shows are always great.
Sean Daniels: A Christmas Carol was the feature of this evening. Actors did a splendid job! We had a wonderful time with the family. Comfortable seating. Short waits during intermission. Easy to find parking.
Cary Albin: Love this place. We go see a Christmas Carol every year for almost 20 years now
briskets'N'bourbons: Gem of a place
Sara Brown-Janowiak: I did not take photos, but I always forget how beautiful this theatre is. The architecture is gorgeous.
Cary Miller: Beautiful theatre with an engaging staff. We watched the Christmas Carol and we were blown away by the impressive set and technical features of the facility.
Yorik Castillo: I lost 20$ here but I had fun
Cody Amos: We went to see A Christmas Carol and it was amazing! Love the theater love the actors they put on a fantastic show!

IndyFringe Theatre: what do users think?
Jarrod Hutchings: Saw A Winter's Tale, what a beautiful production! There's a lot of talent to watch here.
Margie: Fantastic performance by Norman Lasiter. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Ryan Thompson: Saw a great new musical here the other day called Oak Island. It is a nice and cozy venue, and everyone seems very friendly. My only issue is the parking in the area is in very short supply, and can be a real pain. Definitely plan on arriving early to make sure you have sufficient time to find available parking.
Heather Bledsoe: The show was amazing and the theatre itself is quaint.
Devi: Love that Indy has a theater scene! I just watched a great production of Twelfth Night at the IndyFringe outdoor theater. Definitely recommend checking out
Kayla O'Day: Been here 2x now and both plays were amazing, but so we're the people, atmosphere, and plenty of places to go nearby to decompress after a show!
Chrade Younkin: I won two tickets to IndyFringe's production of "Admissions" from the studio where I work out. Im fairly new to Indy, and moved here during the middle of the pandemic. I was an opera major in college, and I've done nothing involved with the arts for over a year. My soul was starving. So there was a LOT of pressure weighing on the shoulders of IndyFringe tonight even tho they didn't know it! Ha. They did not disappoint. This was probably one of the best live theater productions I've ever seen in my life. And I've seen some pretty good stuff both here in the US and in Europe. Just goes to show you that little gems exist where you don't expect them. l'll definitely be back for future productions. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
Rachel Perkins: Saw Measure for Measure here last night and it was fantastic. Very nice small space for a more intimate theatre experience.
Asher Guernsey: Great comedy improv show from Act a Foo! Awesome local events place, check it out!
Eloisa Garza: Great shows
Cody Litzenberg: A cool little theater that's outside. Smart to face West with the tall apartments behind. Blocks the sun and glare but can still be enjoyed in the long summer days.
Debbie Daniel: Everyone there seems so nice and it seems so well organized what a great job whoever organized that did Thank you so much
Shondel Begley: I have always read about Indy Fringe,I attended a magic show,IT WAS AMAZING!!! I had such a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back!
Adrian Jackson: Great play and great time. Highly recommended!
Joe Carson: Saw a movie, the whole experience was great
Deaneka Brown: Love Kan Kan outdoors!
Carmen's kitchen: It was great I had a fabulous time 😍💯👌🏼
Ayanna Thacker: At my sons show Being Black ✊🏼
Lauren Lewis: Cute little pocket park and great venue! We really enjoyed ourselves!
AtB Gerald: Great Time Def Should try this Place out
Chrystopher Burns: Great local talent...

Henry's Coffee Bistro: what do users think?
Jose Ponce: Best panini’s in town! Staff is super friendly and the food is always delicious and fresh.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Eli Mefford: This is definitely the worst coffee shop on mass ave. You can do better with any of the other options.
Ashley S: Please, I’m warning you, do not get food at this place. Came in one morning looking to get a simple breakfast sandwich but ending up receiving one of the grossest foods I have ever had in my life. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The bagel came straight from the bags that you would buy at meijer or Walmart, definitely not worth the $7 I had to pay. The eggs were HORRENDOUS. They came out grey and with a disgusting texture. After two bites I had to quit eating. I don’t even know why I took my first bite of the sandwich since for the past 10 minutes I just witnessed the worker microwaving the eggs. The sandwich had one tiny piece of bacon on it as well. PLEASE do not order from this establishment, I am just giving you a heads up to not waste your time or money here.
Travis Mumford: Nice little shop. Not too busy. Breakfast sandwich (sausage egg cheese on croissant) was alright, and the coffee was good. They have a brunch menu on weekends that looked delicious but wasn't available unfortunately on a Thursday at lunchtime. Lol. Might need to come back for brunch on a weekend!
Jennifer Betourne: We were so hungry, and they did not disappoint. The quiche is yummy the crust was flaky and buttery. The biscuits and gravy are BETTER than mommas. The 3 pigs in a blanket breakfast was mind blowing. Will definitely make it back to visit the friendly staff when we are back in town.
Brett Roberts: I live in the neighborhood and was really hoping to make this my local coffee shop. Unfortunately, the food was subpar with weird grey mush in the eggs on top of an extra charge for a croissant. The chai latte was as good as could be expected. The workers clearly have regulars that they know and like, but as a new face it felt like I was an after thought to be served and greeted. Hoping they improve in the future.
Kreativnstinct: Honestly shocked this place is still open. I used to go there to read and drink a coffee daily years ago. The inside is always kinda dirty, empty, nothing ever stocked in the fridge. The staff is always straight to the point, no cutomer service involved, and unfortunately today I went for a biscuit and gravy, had to wait while they made the biscuits, get home with my food only to find they didn't even put a biscuit in my meal. The woman working the counter had to ask the owner multiple times about the biscuits but he was too busy talking to some regular in the back. In fact the regulars seem to be the only thing keeping the business afloat. That was the last time I will ever step foot in Henrys. I hate that I even have to post a review to warn people.
Lauren Plath: If it wasn’t for the included breakfast from the inn next door, I would have turned around and left this establishment. The owner, I’m assuming, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. He was rude while I ordered. Clearly he was frazzled by having 3 customers at the same time. If ever come back in the area, I’ll walk the extra 2 blocks to a different establishment that perhaps would be a little more welcoming to their customers.
Glenn and Rolonda Brown: Delightful lunch and feel good to support small business. We will be back!
Holly Brown: Henry's was right next to our inn during a recent stay in Indy. The coffee was good, and their mugs cute. Unfortunately, their breakfast sandwiches did not sit well with our stomachs at all--I'd recommend trying your luck with their baked goods instead. Also, be aware that their current dine-in policy is that all tables (inside and out) are only available to customers who've purchased a meal.
Blue Scholar: Great food, terrible serviceAfter another long week of remote zooming, I decided to make a run and grab a sandwich at the local dwntwn Bistro. Just before I left home, a colleague reached out via phone. I wanted to beat the lunch rush n traffic. So, I decided to return their call after I arrived. I carefully selected a spot outside, in a shaded area.  About 15 mins into my call, the Bistro's namesake decided to come out and request that I move to high top chairs, with no accompanying table present, to make room for customers that he anticipated arriving. I declined to move, explained that I was a customer and assured him that I would be purchasing food. However, I didn't want to lose my table to would-be customers that had not yet arrived. He reminded me that he didn't recall ever seeing me there before (despite my previous 3 visits sitting at the very same table and after ordering the same thing). Once my 20-min call ended, I ordered my usual, togo now. He neither apologized for treating me like a vagabond nor thanked me for my business.  See the attached pics of how crowded they were, reasonably justifying the immediate action he had no alternative but to take. He was so busy, in fact, that he had time to rest his apron, walk outside and confront my unruly seat selection.
Rachael: I recently went to Henry's Coffee Bistro after not visiting it for a handful of years. It used to be one of my favorite coffee shops because of the inviting atmosphere and the cozy environment. I was shocked when I walked in and saw a stark and uninviting cafe. The overwhelming smell of Pinesol or Fabuloso was so off-putting that I couldn't think. In fact, I smelled of the cleaner even after leaving. The glossy gray walls and shiny ceiling reminded me of a hospital waiting room. There were also so many up-charges and rules (you cannot sit unless you order food) for the mediocre food and service. I was charged extra for a splash of almond milk in my coffee and for a croissant instead of a bagel. The eggs in my breakfast sandwich were gray on the inside of the patty and inedible. The coffee was very weak and tasted like a cheap generic coffee. It seemed very obvious that they are trying to skimp the buyer on everything that they can. I was very disappointed that my formerly favorite coffee shop had turned into this cold cafe with poor quality food and drinks.
melissa penley: Very good
Andrea Trent (Andie): We go nearly every morning for iced lattes or iced coffee! So good!
Robert Adkins: Stopped in on a Sunday morning to get some tea and orange juice, there were two people inside and two people outside. We were told that we could not sit down and enjoy our beverages unless we purchased a meal... Lots of empty tables and no street traffic. Talk about a lack of hospitality. Won't be coming back here.
Ryan Liberati: Good coffee but the service wasn’t very friendly and all the tables (both inside and out) were “reserved” even though there was barely anyone in the place.
Desmond Hill: Amazing customer service nice home relaxing feel as soon as you walk in great vibes food and drinks
Anisa Silva: Food was microwaved, and the veggie and sausage burritos didn't taste like they used any seasonings. Save yourself the $9 for each burrito and go to McDonald's instead. People were nice though.
Sean Bergman: We stayed in Indi for our anniversary and Henry’s was right around the corner from our apartment. We ate there every morning as the experience was great! The food selection is great and food is even better. Best cup of coffee I’ve had in a very long time. I highly recommend this place!
R T: This place has delicious coffee and good service. Finally, a coffee shop that is open for dine-in. They also have a few dishes, though no gluten-free options. Parking is off-street, but a narrow fit, just a fair warning. It has a good, chill ambience.
catherine robertson: Delicious house blend coffee. Food is great.Everyone masked, tables distanced and clean. This is a fine place for a good meal.

The District Theatre: what do users think?
Antonio Key: Great experience!
Sara McInerney Hauck: Love the local vibe of this place, it’s tiny, yet has everything you need for a good show, comfy seats that all feel up close and personal, a bar and bathrooms!
Madison M: Intimate theatre presenting all sorts of shows which results in a little bit of something for everyone. I found myself here for the first time on a Friday night watching improv from an Avon comedy group. The place is dated with love and history, $7 for a few different mixed drinks and beer choices, candy and other light snacks and $20 tickets. I enjoyed my time here not only because of the performance but because it seemed that the people who were there had been before and it was like a community. The seating was GA and there was no problem purchasing tickets at the door 30 mins pre-performance. Not sure if it’s like that before all performances. I’d recommend anyone check out the schedule and find something for yourself. I know I’ll return at some point. Everyone encountered was super welcoming. Such a gem in the heart of Mass Ave.
Teri Dougherty: The production of A Christmas Carol Comedy was very well done, and the setting was very intimate. We loved it!
JJ Nick Ramos: Outstanding and delightful show! Good venue!
Kurt Schilling: We went the see a Christmas themed show. My wife had requested seats for the mobility impaired, and we were Very well accommodated. This was probably the 30th time we've gone here to see a show. And it will not be the last for sure.
Ben Asaykwee: 🙃
muckermaffick.dm .gmail.com: Intimate space makes for great theater viewing and it still is
Jessica Marshall: We had the pleasure of seeing Into the Woods: A Drag Parody Musical here. The seats were comfortable, the theatre feels intimate but not cramped, and the staff were all lovely, helpful, and friendly. The performance was beyond delightful! I can't wait to attend another production here.
chamar folson: Wonderful show
Kylie Baughman: Such a fun time!
barb c: Lovely little theater with great plays and great personal service.
REGINA HUSTON: This theater is SO MUCH FUN! I have loved every show I have seen! If you ever need something amazing and fun in your weekend adventures, or even during the week, DO THIS and support an amazing theater!
Mark Faith: Great show and intimate atmosphere. It’s my first time here and thought I may be too old but there were all ages - very nice. And the Magic on Heels was a great show.
Mike Rettig: First time seeing a musical act in this venue. The Levin Brothers did not disappoint.
Carolyn M Adams: Plenty of space for distancing. Enjoyed the show
Brandon Zimmerman: Great establishment with a wonderful show!
Constance Humphrey: Amazing experience, friendly owners and staff. Will be back over and over!
Erin Hardwick: What a great little spot! We saw a comedy show outback on their outdoor stage and it was very quaint. I appreciated the fact it was a small crowd and there was plenty of room for everyone. I have not seen a show inside but the theatre looks like an intimate setting for great entertainment. We met the owner, Pauline, and she was lovely and very welcoming. Looking forward to future shows at this theatre.
Eloisa Garza: Great Jazz band
Jay Rickard: Beautiful lobby, great location and intimate theatre stage.

Coat Check Coffee: what do users think?
Samantha Ayres: One of the best coffee spots in town! The butterscotch latte is top notch.
Jamie Irwin: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5Recommended dishes BreakfastMore
Jeanna Little: There is a local artist who does work here, John Vazquez. Must stop in here if only to see his work.Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Angela T: I had a (hot) latte and hubby the butterscotch - both were very good and the ambiance was chill. We had a seat by the window and sipped our coffee as we people watched
Harsha S: We stopped by here for breakfast after walking over from AirBnB. The entrance was quite inviting with a staircase leading up to the cafe. The color palette was this old rustic sort of feeling. The actual cafe was very similar to a coat check area; it was an interesting concept to say the least. It was quite packed when we arrived so we had to wait in line for a few minutes before ordering. I wish there was a QR code or something to access the menu or view before we got to the front of the line. There were a few paper handouts at the front of the line so we were able to quickly glance to figure out what we wanted. We went for a croissant, Pistachio Latte, and a Butterscotch Latte. We had a little difficulty trying to find seating and didn’t feel comfortable walking up with lattes up the staircase so we found some seating to the side (benches) where we could sit. We had a chance to read up on the history of breweries in Indianapolis especially around the Prohibition Era that was quite interesting. The croissant and lattes were delicious. After finishing, we took some time to walk up the stairs where we found more seating, a bar area, and art pieces. We walked around there and observed all the different items. I definitely recommend everyone checkout Coat Check if they’re in Indy!
Eric Largy: Was a good place for a latte & start my day.
Meredith Blakey: I ordered an iced demerara latte when I visited for the first time a couple weekends ago and I've been craving it ever since! I had a few underwhelming coffee experiences recently, but this one was SO GOOD! There's a lot of seating available and the barista was friendly and helpful. I also ordered a brown butter chocolate chip cookie with sea salt and that was great too. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to try Coat Check and can't wait to go again soon.
Scott McDonald: Coffee was amazing.
Ashlyn Bedonie: Worst place! Over priced coffee and terrible service. No seats and very quite. You're better off trying to drink Starbucks at a library.
April Santiago: Wonderful and quality service, staff and food/beverages! Great place for a quick/casual business meeting, place to study or work!
Eduardo Navarro: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Medha Kulkarni: Coat Check Cafe is a fantastic spot to grab some coffee or a bite to eat. I tried their Butterscotch Latte, Croissant, and Caprese, and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and drink. The latte was especially delicious, with a rich and creamy butterscotch flavor that was perfectly balanced with a hint of orange. The Caprese was also outstanding, with fresh mozzarella, pesto, and balsamic glaze all coming together to create a delicious and satisfying dish. The Croissant was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of crunch. While I think Coat Check Cafe is definitely worth a visit, I must admit that the prices are quite steep. As a college student, I found the rates to be a bit unreasonable, and I think that this may be a deterrent for some potential customers.Additionally, I found their two-hour policy to be a bit perplexing. As a cafe, I would expect that Coat Check would be a place where people can come to study or work for extended periods of time. However, their policy seems to discourage this type of customer behavior, which I think is not very effective or customer-friendly. Overall, I still think that Coat Check Cafe is a great spot to check out, but their policies and prices may not be the best fit for everyone.
Philippe Bronchtein: This is a wonderful coffee shop in an incredibly unique space. Latte art was perfect and the barista was so kind. There was a patron doing Tarot readings on zoom with their computer volume all the way up, which to me, is unforgivable.Otherwise exceptional coffee shop. 10/10.
Bailey Murphy: The space was really cool and open, drink was delicious, and most of all the barista who took my order (didn’t catch his name but he had a mullet kind of haircut!) was very friendly and engaging and chatting with him while waiting for my drink made the experience pleasant!
Ila C: Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Sylva Zhang: Such a variety of seating options, and a large area to roam. Love to get a little work done after my workout at the Y.
Elizabeth m: This place is pricey (40 bucks for a bagel and coffee for two) but they had a bagel sandwhich (vegan pesto) here that was wayy worth the cost!! Unfortunitely this time around the sandwhich was put on a cheap hamburger bun instead of the usual crispy bagel, it tasted like canned tomatos were used instead of fresh like usual, and they forgot the vinaigrette that really elevates the sandwhich. I wish they would have told us they were out of most of the ingredients before we ordered, please bring this classic sandwhich back :( employees are nice though
Whitney Dawson: Loved their coffee and they had plenty of food options too!
Lily: Vegan options 👍Vegetarian options: Vegan bagel, sometimes vegan pastriesFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Bagel and Schmear, Vegan Breakfast Sandwich …More
G Fatima: 2nd visit to Coat Check Coffee after a year and the quality and ambience continue to surpass my expectations. The customer service is on par and the coffee is beyond any variety that I tried in Indiana. We tried Latte with miso, cardamom and a vegan bagel. The jalapeño paste with the impossible vegan patty and egg was a fusion taste explosion for our taste buds. We enjoyed the ambience on a very cold day and highly recommend the German history within the building.—————Oh my gosh! What did I stumble upon????Ambience - German, historic architecture. Open & spacious space, medieval era setup and beautiful details on every nook and corner of Coat Check. We were wowed by the little details.Coffee - Can I call out NIRVANA!? The speciality lattes are BOMB! butterscotch latte with the perfect hint of nuttiness and sweetness and the ginger latte with herbaceous notes of hibiscus and warmth of ginger. Let’s not forget the spice of chili de arbol! Wow just wow!Food - No I am not a coffee and food kinda person but today being a Sunday ordered Breakfast and Pesto Bialy sandwich. The schmear & flavors fell right in place. All in all highly recommend for work, stop by or enjoy a luxurious cup of coffee. Coat Check has my VOTE!Vegetarian options: Impossible vegan burgerParking: Street parking onlyDietary restrictions: Limited gluten free options
Avinash Prabhakar: Great coffee and food. Amazing staff. Would be the perfect place if there was more space to sit!
