Raceview Family Campground: what do users think?
Ashley H.: Decent campground. Staff is very friendly. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Wish they had more than 2 women's stalls but they were clean. We camp at this campground every year. This year was a lot more laid back than the previous years. The staff seemed more relaxed.
Ralph Halstead: I wish they had anther dump station, sat in line over an hour,on tuesday,on our way out, other than that everything else is great!!
Jody Kieffer: Very helpful employee,s nice shower's and bathroom will be back next year.
Glen Gieras: Last year they charged me for Monday even though we left on Sunday. I argued with the kid at the gate, but he wouldn't budge. I was quite mad about being charged for a day that we didn't stay.
Phil Jennings: Been camping here for 30+ years. Never had an issue... always a great time at the US Nationals!
Kevin Reidy: One of the nicest facilities we've camped at.
Matt: Decent little Campground, not very many amenities, they aren't open all the time either. Very good location for racing events at Lucas Oil Raceway though.
floyd crumpton: We had a great time and look forward to more experiences there in the future.
Charles Cox: Great people that work there
Caitlin Cannon: Stayed several days for the Indy 500. Lots of space between sites so you don't feel on top of each other. Sites only offer electrical services however there is a great shower room and bathroom near the front of the campground. The water was hot and had really good pressure. There is also a fill station as well as dump station. Plus great people. Would stay here again!
Kenneth T. Stewart, EA: Stayed here for the Indy 500 weekend. Great campground, good people, very clean. We will be back next year.Location: 5/5 …More
Bob Schrick: We stayed here for the Indy 500 . Great staff , safe family owned campground. The grass sites were roomy and we’ll kept . We felt very safe and secure . We would stay here again .
Victor Hoyt: Great sites. Flat and plenty of room beside rv. Nice people running the place while we were here. Would recommend to a friend.
Madison Yoshida: Great campground! Too bad only electrical hookups, but it was really nice, the kids loved it
Clay Calhoun: Best way to spend the week for the US Nationals. Can't go wrong camping.
Matt Frey: 15 years of camping here .We have a greatime.Good people run it

Lake Haven Retreat: what do users think?
Joe Wilk: We store our RV there and the office is very pleasant to deal with.
bryan rooth: I took off a star cause we came in on a Saturday around 1 and there was nobody there. We waited at the gate not knowing that there was no one to open it. After a while, I put the truck in the park, walked to the office, and see there's a checkin box. Grabbed our info and started walking back to the truck and see 5 other people waiting to get in (people who live there). Never been to a park that doesn't have someone working on a Saturday or a sign saying chekin info is at office. Other than that the place was very nice. The spot we got was long and wide. The laundry room was big and everything was working. The bathrooms were nice and clean but it was funny they had a sign about not providing paper towels cause someone was putting them in the toilet. Overall nice place.
William Meeler: Management is great! Nice park and very quiet. Play ground for kids and a nice dog park. Only downside is no activities. If you’re looking to park your RV and not worried about a pool or clubhouse this is the place for you, close to major highways and food!
Sam Mcgowen: Stayed here for 2 months with no problems : I would have stayed longer however my job moved me however I would recommend this place to anyone.
Jeremy Sumpter: Nice rv resort
Tracy Brown: Very nice park.
Matthew Asbury: Not as nice as it appears online. It’s a lot of full-timers which makes it a bit of an eye sore if you are traveling and looking for a nicer place to stay. Site was not level. Just not as nice and friendly as we would have expected. It’s a no-frills campground. It’s in an industrial area so there can be noise from outside the property at all hours. (semis in our case) Not a lot of food/grocery options nearby. (10-15min drive) One bonus was the laundry facility is nice. App payment system is great vs using quarters.Overall, not terrible, but not great.
Peggy Martin: We store our 5th Wheel there.. always clean
Bryan Nagode: Standard RV park. All pull thrus, buddy spots, tight lanes. Construction not as bad as other comments mentioned. Verizon service good. Well staffed and nice people.
Anthony Clark: Our spot gave us a perfect view of the fountain. The laundry and shower facilities were excellent
Bill Bisaillon: Little pricey. But I had a short stay. I didn't get to see all the amenities. The service was friendly and accommodating
chris wurtzel: This place is clean and easy to manage our way through the property. Ownership is attentive to your concerns. My only beef is no firepit at the campsite.
Versile Johnson: Wonderfully maintained park, including a dog walk area, amazing laundry/shower area and a central playground. Construction around it sucked but not much they can do about that.
Glen Tanaka: The best RV Park in Indianapolis
Marci Gardner: Great campground. Friendly staff
Kimberly Gartland: October 2022. Lake Haven? Where was the lake? It was a retention pond…but a lovely retention pond I will give them that. I would have to say the advertising was a bit…well shall we say…exaggerated? Spaces are tight. Road were easy to manage. Staff was lovely. HOWEVER…be sure to ask if the MAJOR freeway construction project is still going on before you book a reservation. They literally work 24/7 and there are numerous and I do mean numerous trucks with incessant beeping going on all the time. On top of that the spaces are super close together and there are numerous full timers. We left early as this really wasn’t a pleasant experience.
David Haun: I did not stay. My camper is a 2008 model.I did not ask about short-term stays, but for long-term stays, they require a 10-year or newer RV. That rule/policy is not listed on their website.
Gary Koester: I was in 220 and it was very tight getting in and back out.The place is next to a truck parking lot and very loud. Trucks running all night. The full hook ups are nice but ,analog TV.It was ok for a overnight stay

Indianapolis KOA Holiday: what do users think?
Rosanne Beltz: All large rig gravel sites. Trees in abundance. Very few wifi hiccups. They have a nice pool area (with a lot of fun kid slides), and dog park. Staff super friendly and helpful.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ross Jessop: One of the best KOA's we have stayed at. Very clean great staff. Pizza is excellent. Will visit again.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Martin Schatz: What a nice place this is! Very roomy RV spots. I had a pull through with patio, gazebo, fireplace, grill and a swing for two. The check-in process was nice and the staff super friendly. A lot of green around and quiet. A great place to relax!
Eileen Jessop: Beautiful park! Good sized dog park. Sites are clean, level and are good sized.
Kathleen South: This is an upgraded, improved, beautiful KOA. We had inconsiderate neighbors so I suggest not getting the “ buddy” sites if you prefer privacy and quiet. The 2 horses and 2 goats were fun to visit. There is very, very little road noise so it one of the quieter places we have stayed. We will book here again.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nicole Ruiz: Make sure you go and check the place before you go. They offer grass and pool on the wet site and when we got there they gave us a place with mud everywhere. We asked them to change us 3 times and was the same. We asked them for refund and they didn’t do it. We even have to call the police to help and they didn’t do nothing either. My family and I will never come back to any KOA camping. They only promote pretty things that are no real.
Patricia Jenkins: We were on our way home to Michigan from spending the winter in Florida…I do have to say this Indianapolis KOA is far the best one we have stayed at, & we have stayed at a few as KOAs are the only campgrounds we stay in while traveling…. Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcomed. The sites are clean & plenty of space. The pizza & wings from their little deli were very good. It was sure nice setting up camp & shortly after having our dinner delivered right to our campsite. Very nice after a long day of traveling. The pool was still close for the season. We will definitely stay here again when driving through.
Jessica Aleman: My family loves this KOA! The splash pad is their favorite spot in the summer. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We also love to visit the horses and feed them apples while we are there!
Nick Garcia: Everything you expect from KOA's. Super friendly staff, nice facilities and multiple pad options. My girls loved seeing the horses and goats they have, as well as the playground with mineral panning.
Kelley Kunkel: This is a beautiful RV park! The cement pads are amazing with beautiful fireplaces and ‘swinging chairs’. They have pizza and wings available to purchase that was delicious as well! And the young lady that works there was the friendliest, most helpful person ever! I totally recommend stopping at this park!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Curt Williams: VERY nice facilities compared to some other KOA sites. Very clean. Our site had a stone fire pit swinging chairs and bistro lights. Really cozy and welcoming. The pool was closed for the season, and it was too cold for a swim, but it looks like a great pool for kids and families for the summer months.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Bruce Goguen: Food place to stay for family camping.Service: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Tammy Ward: Can't wait to come back🏞
Jonathan Pfeifer: Was very confused upon arrival as to where to pick up my documents, as the welcome text didn't come until the next day, after checkout. The site I was assigned had a defective electric box that would shoot out Sparks when a cord was plugged in and trip the GFCI. I attempted to contact management via phone and a text number provided, but received no answer. Moved myself to the next available tent site, though it clearly was not ready for gusta as the picnic tables and fire pits were pushed to odd areas. The next morning construction started right next to me at 8:30am. I've emailed the campground but to date have not once had a response to any communication. For the price of a KOA, that was real disappoint. If able, you'd be better to stay at a state park where you get the same amenities for half the price.Update: Several weeks later and still no contact by the campground. I was also never emailed a review link and was told be corporate that they were unable to activate it for me. I've contested the charge with my credit card. It doesn't seem like anyone works here.
C W: Good KOA. Bit of an awkward setup with the office at the end of a tight 180 turn that’s slightly odd to navigate in the dark with a long trailer but the spots were big and clean.
arkansas traveler: Very nice long sites
Bill Tracey: The wifi was far superior than that at places that bill themselves as being deluxe or glamping resorts.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Trevor Lee Anderson: Nice little getaway, friendly staff.....would definitely come back 🍂🐿️
Linda Dailey: Right off the bat it's a good experience. The young lady in the office who greeted us was so bubbly and enthusiastic; it instantly brings a smile to your face after a long day of traveling. We went to the store to get some scooped ice cream. The gal working the ice cream was just as friendly. The grounds are clean. We would stay here again.
Meredith Clason: ALERT! if you don't like bugs and dirty cabins do not go here! We reported it and got no compassion whatsoever. Lori was rude and zero help. What a waste of money.!!! Bathroom sinks not working and everything is nasty. Not a place that I would recommend again. We left , didn't even stay the night it was so bad.

Walnut Grove Campground: what do users think?
Rhonda Wright: have had no problems everytime we visited love the place
Robert A. Baker: It is a peaceful beautiful place.Facilities are lacking. Has so much more potential!
Edith Wager: Poorly taken care of.
Carolyn Paradise: Very welcoming!!! Everyone there always smiles and greets you and your family as your driving through or out on walks the management is amazing!!! The bathroom had a small issue with plumbing and the Manager of camp sight was right on it although it was probably his time off but he fixed the problem right away! He even taught me a few things ! I would definitely recommend this camp sight for even beginning campers! I felt safe and welcomed the whole time!.Playground: This playground in particular was about 4 MI down the road and we just played there when we went to go get ice cream very convenientRestrooms: Are very clean and stayed stacked with necessities.Dog-friendliness: I had my dog with me and we never felt unwelcome the dog was even greeted when we were out and about!.
Jaime Planck: So peaceful! We rent a spot monthly and they also have concerts in the summer. You can go swimming and fishing in Sugar Creek. I absolutely love this place!
Clareena D Edwards: I love camping here.
Laurie Stohr: Doesn't look like the pictures
Jack Hawley: Playground: Yes Public restrooms: Yes Picnic tables: YesMore
Matthew Gale: Stopped here for the first time on our way through to KY. Pulled in 9:00 at night, cold, windy, wet (snow/rain mix), but the owner came right out and led us to a spot for our RV. Someone else helped us hook up to the water/electricity, all in the cold & dark. SUPER friendly, did nothing to make us feel guilty for being so late. May never pass thru here again, but blessed to have found it last night. No, it may not look like the shiniest or fanciest of places. Yes, it appears there are folks living here full-time (chickens and geese, how fun is that). But we enjoyed our stay even tho it was brief, and thankful they were available.
Ben Kopetsky: Glorified trailer park. Trashy and run down.
Stewart Simpkins: I came by to check on tent sites. They have one big area for tent camping with no good place to park off the dirt road. The RV part of the campground was trashy. Several old junky RV's parked on some lots, a few mattresses against buildings, and lots of beautiful stumps to look at from tree cutting. I'd rate this campground a 0 if I could. I had not one thought of tent camping here for $20 a night. Probably wouldn't consider it for $2 either. Stay away!!
Clifton Armes: Very rugged, muddy dirt road, no one would answer the door at office.
Philip Dunn: Great music and nice little campground
Craig Wilson: Friendly host laid back atmosphere
Deanna Ferguson: We didn't go in we fished from the road but still really nice and the water was extremely clean
Brian Brewer: Peaceful.good place for family
Danielle Powell: Wonderful place... Great place for kids my 3 kids had a blast, quiet, Helpful would definitely go back as often as I can
Candice Hosmer: Have cash on hand as they only take cash. Great place to camp
Michelle Weiskittel: I loved it here. We will definitely be back. Everyone was so friendly. The guy who brought us our wood helped put our tent up and even got our fire started. They also jumped my car when my battery died from leaving my lights on lol. Thanks guys. Your amazing.
Tina Grassman: I loved it.
Rainer Warpenburg: Very nice folks and scenic camp sites.

Janet Brown: RV Park, most are long-term residents our campsite was dirty picked up a trash bag full of trash before we could set up camp the two campsite acrossed had trash as well.and other houseshold stuff left behind, shower house woman side had 6 stalls only 2 had any kind of toilet paper, showers needed a good cleaning, longterm residents looks just like ypu would think. The pool is closed permanently at this point. We were there 3 nigjts.Cant say we will be back.

Eddie Epting: Excellent Times!!! Wonderful Friendly People!!!
tyler mcelvoy: Dog-friendliness: There are plenty of places to walk your dog here.
Michael Foster: Great staff and the resort looks amazing! Can’t wait to get moved.
Aaron Reed: Staff is very friendly. A few amenities (beach and swim pond, a mini golf course that's not in use and a golf course that is not in use) clean, very clean. This is a very family friendly place, not someplace for a weekend drinking bash.Playground: Small, simple.Restrooms: The north bathhouse might be closed.
Bret Bryson: I've lived here full time for over 3 years. Very kid friendly place with a family atmosphere! My boys and I love being here.
Dan Davis: I bet this place was nice in its hay day. Now not so much. Lacking in basic upkeep and maintenence.Pool shutdown, old tennis courts is now storage of junk. Basketball hoops aren't level. Beach is deteriorating and swimming area is basically a gross pond. Mini golf looked okay but shop was closed. Bathrooms were outdated and dirty.Campsite was a mud pit, water was not clean and clear, litter was basically everywhere. I filled a whole bag in a 5 min walk to my site.Needless to say its over priced $46/night and could use owners that actually care.
Jassi Allen: This place has its ups and downs

Jameson Camp: what do users think?
Adam Gonzalez: I went to this place for the past two years for National FFA convention. The rooms are very nice and clean, nice and secluded from everyone and everything, and campgrounds themselves are nice and well upkept. However, the only complaint I have is the showers. They're so outdated and there are moths on the walls. I know they clean them but not as good as it should be.... I still recommend it to any school or person who is looking for a good place to stay in Indy.
Brendon Riha: Jameson Camp was the pride and joy of our wedding. When my wife found this venue she fell in love. The hammock garden is a beautiful place for the ceremony and the Jameson Camp is breathtaking as well. Our photos turned out amazing! As for the service, Joe, Elliot and their team are so accomodating and helpful. They are all amazing people and what they do for the community is fantastic.A bonus is that all our wedding funds go directly to the camp to help with participant scholarships so kids can enjoy all the services they provide.Thank you, thank you, thank you Joe, Elliot and Jameson Camp for making our wedding dreams come true.
April Lovern: My son has so much fun there! They are very accommodating for children with special needs and first time campers.makinh them feel comfortable
Polly Luttrell: Oh my how this camp.has improved over the years...what an awesome place for young kids to go and meet other kids their age.
Abigail Mayo: I visited in this campground for a few nights in November 2021 with my schools band. I will say it’s very spacious and decent. When we arrived, everything seemed alright but it could be cleaner. Bathrooms, showers and stalls could be more clean by scrubbing the tile, scrubbing bathroom floors and in the corners especially and I saw a little bit of rust and mold. Just more efficient cleaning (COVID has raised the bar for cleanliness). Definitely more clean beds I found dirt and dust on the bunks. Most definitely ask for more clean cabins. I believe we are coming back during November 2022. I would love to see cleaner cabins. Also a little bit of cosmetic updating would make the cabins more welcoming. A good coat of paint, clean up on walls and little bit of a spruce up. Overall I’m grateful we had a safe place to stay on our trip.
Incursus07: Amazing facility. Extremely well kept and maintained, with friendly staff.
Hol “Cane” Sto: Beautiful venue!!! Perfect place to get married and have a reception!
Dario Untama: Clean, friendly staff. It is a hidden gem.
temitopeoluwole: Fun place to be
rolando baluja: The cabins are pretty nice and spacious and they can house up to 24 people with bunk beds electricity and plumbing and are very spacious. There's a lot of mosquitoes there the staff are very friendly. I for the most part had a pretty good time at a corporate retreat there.
Michelle Winzenread: Absolutely beautiful place!! And the camp was amazing my granddaughter loved every minute of it and she can't wait for next time.
Christina Ryan: Came here for a Wedding Expo, it was absolutely beautiful, a real hidden gem!
shanda roderick: Beautiful place
Doug Goodman: Wonderful ropes course experience for building leadership teams. Also, a valuable resource for the children of Indianapolis who are vulnerable.
Eugene Ford: This is a hidden gem... You should check it out
Whit Ford: I love the landscape, a hidden beauty that needs to be uncovered for everyone to enjoy..The staff are awesome, Jeanie is friendly and knowledgeable....
Tyler Traeger: Had a blast here! The architecture is incredible!
LaShawn Reed: It is a Great place to rent out for a Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Wedding, etc. Gidget was very nice & easy to work with.
Shannon Fells: I rented the property for a team building day. There are so many activities you can do plus hiking and creek stomp. This is great place to have a nature day.
Lana M: Like it, spacious, big enough for larger crowds, equipped with a kitchen and plenty of outdoor space for out for activities
Erik Felix: Great place to hold any event

Indy River: what do users think?
Megan Jefferson: Our family had a great experience here. We rented a spot for 3 years and enjoyed camping, fishing and kayaking on the river! The owners and other site renters are awesome. The owner is a great communicator and the property is very well cared for. Having a cabin, fire pit, electricity and flush toilets made quick camping trips easy and stress free. Thanks for a great time, Indy River!
David Vato Loco Hosea: Beautiful place to quarantine.Your family will have a great outdoor experience ,I personally love the trails they seem endless. The owners are great ppl and its very affordable which is a plus doing this pandemic.
Chandra Davis: Love this place! Our quiet home away from home! We are able to enjoy time with our family and friends. Bonfires, cornhole, fishing, walking trials, and much more.
Kerry Tanner: The IndyRiver.com owners Jay and Stephanie are great and make you feel right at home. This will be a small community campground which was a big plus for me. Knowing that we have a place for weekends to recharge our souls is an added bonus. Check this place out!!
Shawn Tanner: Indy River is an amazing place! This is the closest you can get to Indianapolis, and still be out in nature. A small community style campground, that has direct easy access to white river. And southwest way park, so hiking mountain biking. And canoeing and kayaking, the owners Jay and Stephanie are great people. They have made us feel welcome, and at home here. Hope you check it out, we are looking forward to a great first year. Hopefully with many more to come!

Fort Harrison State Park: what do users think?
Aaron Ettner: I loved hunting for these mushrooms, can't wait till next year.
Sharion Farris: We love it so much , we are going again
Daniel Garcia: How great it is to live in the city with a state park so close
Zachariah Gandy: Amazing park! There are trails, playgrounds, fishing, swimming areas etc. Great place to take the family. There are no public trashcans FYI.
Charlome Miller: Glorious, clean, friendly people, lots of wildlife. Lots of various trails, horseback riding, fishing, and bird watching!
sandra albarracin: Tranquilo seguro espectacular estar en contacto con la naturaleza y tus mascotas.
Wanda Talley: It's a beautiful place to visit
Cisely Gallardo: Bonito lugar
S W: Our family loves this park. We get the season pass. Walking trails, a couple of playgrounds, fishing, horseback riding, shelters for rent, picnic areas...it's pretty much a forest in the middle of the city.
Colin Bucki: Flowers are coming in!
Chih-Wei Chen: Great place to take a nice walk. Went with the wife today and enjoyed the park
Andrew VanErt: Stayed at the Fort Harrison Inn. Cute little hotel.
Petra Gloe: Great trailsDog-friendliness: great place to take your dogs for walks
Todd Petrucciani: Hidden gem. Great place to walk, Run or ride.
Henry Frechen: This park is in Indianapolis. It has extensive well kept trails for bicycling, walking and running. There are also several outdoor open air pavilions which can be rented for the day. There are multiple picnic areas. Fishing is available in Delaware lake and Fall creek.
Elder Herrera: 🔥🕊
Debra Stong: 🔅Porter Books and Bread 🍞 is a 5🌟 restaurant in my book! 😄 They are far superior to any sandwich place on the planet! For example, I had a Poe. Yes their sandwiches are named after authors. How cool 😎 is that? And it was THE best sandwich I've ever had! Sorry Subway. The veggies on it were varied and so fresh! And they have an extensive menu. If you have a dream sandwich, you'll find it there.🔅Then, of course, there are the books 📚! They have shelves and shelves of used books at a low price. If you're looking for a book to read, you'll find 1 or 2 or... there.🔅Then, unexpectedly, there are multiple games you can play while you're eating or just hanging out. My granddaughter found one she liked and we enjoyed it thoroughly as we continued to wipe our hands before each turn.😁 We couldn't have had more fun! Just like we do at home!🔅Then there's the ambience. Being surrounded by people just hanging out, eating and enjoying each other and their surroundings.🔅But I gave the park itself 4🌟 because I was in an electric wheelchair and there were fallen trees in the path and I couldn't negotiate that of course, abruptly ending my excursion.😢🔅And I would venture to say the park was even a three-star because the museum was only about tools of war. How about featuring a Peace Museum? Including all of those who have worked for peace in Indiana. Now that's something that would be meaningful to me and uplifting for others. Let's focus our minds on Peace 🕊!
Suahil Duran: Bellísimo
Bryan M.: Closest state park to Indy. Really busy most days, but very nice. There is a long paved trail as well as several wooded ones.
Brian Suhy: Wow. First time visiting, took our two great danes on a wonderful walk. Looks like there's a lot of different trails to explore for walking, hiking, running, and biking. Definitely going back!
Don Dunn: Beautiful place and hide away
