Integrated Cancer Care - Indianapolis: what do users think?
Gary Vinson: Dr. Tracy R. Price and her staff are professional, friendly, caring and sensitive. I experienced those traits the moment I walked in the door every day of the 8 weeks of radiation treatment. The days aren’t always easy, but the team did everything to make the treatments go as smoothly as possible. I appreciate and thank the entire staff. They are all the best!
James Bartlett: Dr. Tracy Price and the care team were fantastic, they made the process run very smoothly. The front desk and all her Staff; everyone made my experience go quite well. Thanks to All!
David Greene: Dr. Tracy R. Price and staff made 8 weeks of radiation treatment quite easy. Everyone was friendly, sensitive and skilled. It's scary to hear you need 8 weeks of radiation, but Dr. Price and her team did everything you can imagine to make treatment go as smoothly as possible. I am thankful for everyone at the office and would highly recommend them anyone dealing with prostate cancer. Thank You Dr. Price, the technicians, MA's and office.

Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center: what do users think?
Dan and Polly Frank: Great place to get treatment for cancer. Have up to date procedures such as the DaVinci Prostatectomy removal making hospital stays much shorter. Dr. Bahler is the greatest he communicates with you regulately and really shows he cares and likes his job.
drdebo Cherry: I saw Dr Hamid H. Sayar, he was wonderful in every way. Their was no wait, everything went without a hitch. The facility is beautiful, makes one feel like royalty. My husband and I spent the following weekend recreating a bamboo planting we "experienced" there. Would certainly make Cancer more bearable, luckily I was OK, but if I'm ever not, I will chose these physicians and facility.
driana: wish i could give this hospital a zero
Amanda Thompson: The staff at every information desk here are the rudest people I have ever met!!
christian “Chris star” Bale: The manager not only insulted me but he stood up walked away and completely walked away after basically calling me a drug addict
Marie Parsons: Great Doctors
Carolyn Lockett: Nice place to work.
Monika Bardell: The radiokigy therapists in the basement are the nicest people in the world and hold your hand all the way through radiation therapy
Richard Weber: Good doc
Samantha Hough: I got sent here from up north in indiana i had a really great cancer surgery doctor he was awesome i been cancer free 7 years in nov. I couldn't of been more happy they were all so nice ..
Malcom Walston: Shrugs
Marinda Mcclellan: The staff / team saved my life..I was a stage 3 idc breast cancer. I'm alive enough said..
Bipin Talukdar MD: I had the privilege to be a patient here. Excellent surgeon with very sympathetic supporting staff. Great experience way back in January, 2015 !
K R: This hospital saved my life. World class staff all around. Making me want to move here to be close to the best health care.
Rondaa Pickett: Please tell me about my son Donnie and Your mothers your father’s nobody life that’s just like the guy said at the car place call that hospital immediately help your son
Laura: I had 5 Rituxan infusions and from the first time I checked in at the reception area until the last time when I left, I was treated with much kindness. All the staff were so comforting that all my anxieties completely disappeared. I am very grateful for them and for Dr. Azar.
donna pinson: They staff is very nice but they are slow in infusions and dr. Appointments. It takes medicine for infusion forever to come. My appointment was at 845am my medicine didn't come unt 11:15 and the infusion only takes an hour. It takes longer for the meds to arrive than the infusion itself
Lisa Harmon: This is the most comfortable hospital I've been in as a visiting family member. The staff has been great!
Big Daddy: I have had many infusions here, of different chemotherapy drugs. The nurses at the infusion clinic are the best I've had, in every way. The only better person to draw my blood would be Remitha at MDC. These nurses take their jobs seriously, and are good at what they do.
Non Toxic Home: Steer clear if you have a latex allergy! While the ICU nurse and ICU physicians my mother had during her first night at this facility were absolutely PHENOMENAL, I was forced to leave my dying mother's side due to the use of latex. I went into shock despite literally overdosing on my histamine blockers over the course of the 10 hours I was at my mother's side, fighting for her life.... which left me in turn fighting for MY life. As a result I was unable to hold her hand on her death bed. Due to the choice of this hospital to rely on unnecessary latex sterile gloves (there are ample sterile options that perform as well as or better than latex), I was unable to fulfill the wishes of a dying woman and ended up in shock.Unfortunately latex gloves are used in the ICU for all sterile in-room procedures- which makes it a life-threatening visit for anyone with a latex allergy. I look forward to the day when IU Health recognizes that every exposure to latex particles (in the air at any/every facility that stocks latex gloves) puts their patients and employees at risk. Just one particle of latex, smaller than a speck of dust, can trigger anaphylaxis in anyone sensitized to latex. It's like pollen. Every exposure to natural rubber latex increases the likelihood of developing this life-threatening allergy- and every exposure once sensitized builds upon itself. Come on, IU Health, you can do better than this!
Mary Coder: Dr.Cox is an amazing physician with a super nice bedside manner! He literally saved my life and my throat from cancer! Any facility he serves folks at is guaranteed to be A-1 !

Community Cancer Center North: what do users think?
Brittney R: This facility makes it VERY hard for mothers with no child care or support to be seen. They refuse to see anyone with their children with them no matter how important the reason they need to be seen is. I understand the protection of immunocompromised patients but the hematology team should have other locations to be seen if that is the case!
Michael Goodin: Wildly unprofessional building and office staff. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are if you can't get in to see them
Jim J: Absolutely top notch friendly associates that help you through with as little stress as possible in your difficult time! I was at another cancer center on North Meridian and 116th street for over a year. Four major mistakes were made that woul of caused me my life had i not had Mayo clinic involved. I had to go elsewhere so Community North was the obvious choice knowing they are partners with MD Anderson in Houston.
K shumaker: These people are the best they help from the front door till we get back in the car to go home. I love all of them THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL
LeighAnn Bonelli: I wouldn't be here today without the wonderful people from the Cancer center. The Nurses are the most caring profesional people I have ever met.
Shawnda Justme: I don’t feel I was giving the right info for my father. When I asked will he make it? I was giving false hope and would have never started chemotherapy if I knew the truth about my father. Everyone is extremely nice especially Hannah but I do feel the doctors wasn’t very truthful with me at all!!!
Chris Prather: I've had stage 4 colon cancer for 8 years and was seeking a different opinion a little over 2 years ago. They gave me a list of different doctors and I chose Dr. Parshad. Dr. Parshad is on top of her game and knows all the most up to date treatments. She is very kind and is a pleasure to talk with. I read all about various treatments and options for stage 4 colon cancer. Then I talk with Dr. Parshad about the different chemo treatments. What I really like about her is she tells me if the medicines are good or no good and is very honest about it. She has done wonderful work with my cancer up to this date. Dr. Parshad has a Nurse Practitioner named Allison and I love her. Allison is very kind, funny, and uplifting. For some reason my emails would not go thru to her. Allison gave me her personal number to contact her if I have any problems. Everytime I text or call she answers in a timely manner and takes care of the problem. The nurses here are top notch and just are great. They are caring, compassionate, very uplifting and always take care of my needs. I have a deeper port in my chest and it can be a pain at times to access it and draw blood. They have never missed my port in 2 years. I had an allergic reaction to a chemo drug everything started to swell up. Within seconds nine nurses were in my room and had everything back under control in probably less than 10 minutes. They had me back to normal in that short of time. I love the nurses there! My nurse navigator Beth is always there for me if I have a question or concern. She has taken care of a few minor issues. I had a question about a chemo pump and procedures and emailed Brian the Director in Pharmacy. Didn't figure I would hear from him for a while as they are very busy. Within 10 minutes I had an email from Brian, just very professional and efficient and provided the answers I was looking for. The staff from the front desk, Brenda and Kelly to Shea who calls you back to get you situated taking weight, bp, temp and oxygen or the custodian Susie who does a great job and always nice to talk to. Susie also was one of the 1st people back to my room when she heard I was having a reaction to the medicine. I have been very pleased and have referred a couple of friends to Community Cancer Center. They were also pleased with the answers the doctors and staff provided them with. Thank you, Community Cancer Center North for taking care of me these past two plus years.
Rick Ford: Very nice personel on my visit. We will see if they can cure my cancer.
Linda Grosser: I am a nurse practitioner and a patient at Mayo Clinic. I have a very rare condition. I am part of a study at Mayo and need my blood drawn every 3 months to determine my treatment plan.I saw Dr. Walling at Community North Cancer Center for the 1st time this week. She said she could work with Mayo since they are the leading experts in my condition. Maybe worldwide experts as well.I told her I needed to have blood drawn and sent to Mayo soon. The previous results from local labs were so off, that I was told to have additional imaging that wasn’t needed. The lab info was simply very inaccurate. Dr. Walling said she knew that results could be very different from various labs and acknowledged that using the Mayo lab was the best thing to do.When I asked her clinic to draw my blood and allow me to take it to FED EX to have shipped overnight on dry ice, the answer was that it was against their policy. When asked why, no one could give me a reason. I even offered to supply the dry ice. When asked to have Dr. Walling call me, she had a nurse call me to say “No!”In a previous position, as a nurse practitioner, I shipped specimens on dry ice to the NIH (National Institute of Health) for a research project. I know all too well the disappointment of the researchers and damage to a project when specimens arrived late and with melted ice.I was told to go to MACL or Labcorp. These labs don’t just draw blood to be sent elsewhere for processing. They refused to help me. They want to process the labs themselves. It seems to be a financial issue. So, if you are looking for a place where your medical needs will be met and you will be dealt with in a honest manner, in my experience this is not the place to go. This office and provider need to wake up and put a person’s medical needs at the top of their list. Not to mention - where’s the customer service, where’s the opportunity to establish a doctor-patient relationship? We live in an age where BIG data is used to determine the best course of treatment for patients. For rare diseases, places like Mayo need to have consistent and accurate data to treat people so you and I and your family will have the best chance for a quality life and someday a cure. That is why consistent and accurate lab results matter and this is why this is such a BIG deal for me and EVERYONE else.Vote with your feet. Chose a place for your care that can meet your medical needs no matter how big or small this is. Go to a place where you will be dealt with honestly and where you are important enough to be treated as an individual and not as a policy that no one understands.
Sharon Eickhoff: My father was a patient there for several years. He had terminal lung cancer, and the doctors, practitioners, nurses, and others treated my dad like family. He completely trusted Megan, who was with him every step of the way! She would answer his emails promptly and could reassure him when he felt at his worst. She was my dad's angel! My family and I are going to be forever grateful for the quality time she and the others gave to us to be with our dad.
Lanette Hobbs: Staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Lowery(Gynecological Cancer Center) is a fantastic doctor. Very down to earth guy, and will sit and explain everything to you. They always get me in on time, and I am not there very long. That is very much appreciated. Very nice facility. The gentlemen that was a volunteer in the lobby was so friendly, and helpful. Here are the two reasons I gave four stars, instead of five. When we came in February, they did not tell me in the apt reminder phone call that children under 18 were not allowed upstairs due to flu restrictions. Had my husband not been with me, I would have had to turn around and drive back home without being seen. An hour there and an hour back. That was very frustrating. I wanted him to be able to speak to Dr. Lowery, but he had to stay in the lobby with our two children. Also, if you want to apply for financial assistance, they require three months of bank statements. That is none of their business, and I feel that is a bit much. Sounds like a good way to keep people from applying for financial aid. I agree with the other documentation required(pay stubs and tax forms), as most other hospitals do.
shamepane martin: First time bringing a client to community north cancer center. Everyone we interacted with were Professional, passionate, caring staff. Sam the nurse was phenomenal the entire time. The volunteer ladies kept bringing us snacks and smiles.
Rayven Bell: Beautiful facility. Compassionate people. Excellent practitioners. Everything about this place is designed to support cancer patients and caregivers.

Sumeet Bhatia, MD, MBBS: what do users think?
LeighAnn Bonelli: He is the best Dr. I trust him with my life. Kind, funny and very dedicated to this patients.
Marcia Murphy: He saved my brothers life 🙏My brother 5 years to date cancer free from Pancreatic cancer. Thank you. ❤️
Danielle Yates: Dr. Bhatia is awesome and I hope he is in practice forever
Bonnie Robinson: I have been a patient since 2015. Dr. Bhatia always takes time to answer each and every question in a manner that I understand which is important because some physicians tend to talk over one's head. He is also witty and down to earth. He and his staff has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I know that I am in good hands, receiving exceptional health care.
Tammy Palmer: Best doctor ever, had stage 4 small cell lung cancer, now in remission, I owe my life to him, 😊
David Brown: Takes amazing care for his patient and their family!
Sophia Sharp: I was in the appointment with my mother when this doctor revealed to her that her Melanoma had spread. Gave her one option for an infusion and didn’t ask if she was interested in the treatment, just scheduled her immediately. He seemed impatient/irritated about her concerns regarding the infusion and the fact she asked him to confer with her Lupus specialist, would not and still hasn’t sent records to that doctor per her request, and still hasn’t followed up with her to see how she is doing since she canceled the infusion and has decided to go with palliative therapy. Good doctor if you don’t question treatment or his decisions I guess. This appointment lacked compassion for someone receiving a devastating and life altering diagnosis.
Janice Everett: 2006 Small Cell Lung Cancer.Still in remission in 2018.Thanks to Dr. Bhatia and his teamI am still among the living.
Lee A. Murphy Jr.: Very good Doctor, knows what he's doing and gives good advise!

steve eastburn: Dr. Bedano prescribed an antibiotic to me. Within 5 days my tendons in my ankles had stiffened to where I couldn't walk. That was 7 weeks ago. Spent two weeks basically in a chair. Still cannot walk without pain. Had my family doctor and a pa tell me this was a side affects in people over 60 and I should have been warned. I found a new doctor to replace him.
Claire Clark: The nursing staff is absolutely incredible!
Paul: It seemed my wife's stage one breast cancer was being treated by amateurs. All's well that ends well I suppose.
Yo Momma: Life saver
Susan L: I had very professional service and care at my first appointment and at all subsequent appointments
Angie Jobe: Besides my ENT Doctor this place saved my life.
