Truly Blessed: My car looked amazing when I picked it up..I wish I would of taken before and after pics. My interior was sooo horrible from looks to the odor. My 07 looks like new and smells pleasant too, like to the point where I don't want anyone but me in it. The price was reasonable as well. I'll most definitely go back.

They performed their Gold Package with interior seat cleaning—but it was the incredible attention to detail and the two step (really did a 3 step with an extra polish) and the OP Ceramic application that set this job apart. Honestly not sure another group would have spent 8 hours of meticulous work like SevenSpencer did on my car. You can truly see the love this man had for doing his task—with care and professionalism—look at this job and use these folks!

Anthony DiCicco: Good luck on this one! Came to the address listed and couldn't find their shop. There was an entirely different business here. I called the phone number...no longer in service. Found out about this place via Groupon. Had a project in mind, but, I guess my business will be taken to a real company, rather than a fictitious one. I think someone needs to update their listings.

Carrie Ranard: I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed it with them via text. I drove 1.5 hours to the north side and when I got there no one answered the door or the phone. After 20 minutes of waiting they responded via text to say “sorry but we’re in Florida. I’ll call on Monday when I return.” (Our appointment was for Saturday morning.) My wife and I woke up early, drove 1.5 hrs to get our car detailed prior to a trip, and they not only didn’t cancel beforehand but didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back and apologize or explain their mistake. I absolutely would not recommend. They were extremely unprofessional.

Watch TV: If I could give the level of service a 0 I would. I don’t know who has Peter running the place but they need to look into finding someone that has a better process in taking detail jobs because this guy will quote you on the phone schedule you to come in and if they don’t feel like doing the job will send you away after having you wait however long to get in with no regard so I don’t recommend their service to anyone
Bailey Jordan: Been trying to work with these guys for months to get the wrap on my car finished and excuse after excuse it never can get done. And when the finally do get around to doing the wrap it looks horrible and we wait weeks or months before their only capable guy can look at it. So free up an entire year before you have these guys wrap your car.

Woody: I first heard about Pristine Auto Spa from a friend of mine. I recently purchased a 2023 supersonic red toyota camry xse and the first thing I noticed was how easily it picked up rocks. With a brand new car I wanted to get the max protection possible. So I did my research, these guys are the best. I got a full frontal ppf xpel film and it's beautiful. The price was reasonable and they offered a military and first responder discount. While they had my vehicle for 2 days, they lent me a loaner vehicle to get to and from work which is outstanding. If I didn't want the loaner car, they said they'd call me an Uber to get to and from work instead. You don't see customer service like this anymore. After a week of having the off film I noticed some bubbles and little edges that didn't buff out 100% yet. I called um up, they got me in asap, and in 45 minutes everything was fixed and popped. Fast forward to now and I brought them my 2022 Indy 500 Festival Camaro SS. Pristine tinted the windows, ceramic coated the entire car and corrected the paint. Car looks even better than new!
