Holly Barbee: The only reason I am not giving this store a 0 is because of Jay! Jay provided me excellent service. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store, treated me with respect, and was very helpful. He took me seriously and provided me with full explanations when I didn’t understand something. Not to mention he still treated me well and didn’t rush me when I walked in about 30 minutes before closing! He truly helped me in a stressful time!My bad experience came the next day when I came back to order the part I needed after doing some research. Jay was not working (sadly) but Robbie was. My experience with Robbie was AWFUL. Robbie was on the phone when my husband and I walked in and the other gentleman was helping another customer, no big deal we will wait. The issue was when Robbie hung up with the customer on the phone he made a racist comment towards the person on the phone. I think it was supposed to be a joke but it was VERY inappropriate! I was pretty taken aback at this point but just wanted to order my part and leave. Well, Robbie completely ignored me and only addressed my husband. I started telling Robbie what I needed and he completely blew me off and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I get that men typically know more about vehicles than women but I know a thing or two and Jay helped me so well the day before. I told him what I needed but instead of looking it up he made me look up the order number for him so he could search it. Once he got the item pulled up he told me there were none in stock. I asked if we could order it and he told me NO! He said it was not available to order and I would either have to go to another store or order it online. This was after Jay told me the day before that he just needed 12-24 hours to get the part in if I needed it. My husband and I ended up leaving and buying the part at another advanced auto.I hate writing reviews because I know people have bad days and if it wasn’t for ROBBIE’s racist comment I would have just let it go. Jay on the other hand single handedly saved this review! He was the kindest person and I cannot say enough good things about him.

If it doesn't sound right get a second opinion.....thank God i did! It saved me $630....

Jennifer Cook: I love this place if you have an older vehicle this is the place for you. They have parts that that other car auto Parts Supply dealers most likely don't have promptly available. Anytime I needed a part for my 87 5th Avenue. This is where I went. I've never had to wait for it to be delivered. It was always already there. I will continue to use this Auto parts supply store in the future above all others.
James Champer Jr: Can't say enough good things about these guys. Took my wife's 2003 Taurus in because it had an oil leak. Ford wanted over $800 to drop the front end to replace the oil pan gasket. Called SAS for a ballpark and they came in less than HALF that of Ford.Took the car to them the next morning.. They called me later, near quitting time, and told me that they found some loose bolts, and after cleaning the area could not get it to leak any more, nor did they find an exhaust leak I thought I had! $40 bucks later I'm driving away in a car that no longer leaks- and hasn't for over two weeks now! :)There is nothing better IMO, than an auto repair shop that absolutely *could* have taken me for 100's and flat out didn't.That alone gets them 5 stars from me. Use these guys!

Flyingferrets5: While the staff are by and large not very knowledgeable about cars ever since their man Christian left, they still have great prices and wide selection. If you need to order parts in, they can have most things in within a day or two which is a far sight better than the other parts stores in the area. They keep business cards on hand for local mechanics and always have sales catalogs ready to peruse. It's become my go to auto parts store.

Travis Mumford: Ordered online for in store pickup. Stopped by an hour later after being told it'd be ready in 30 minutes (one cabin filter. Not a huge order). They hadn't pulled the ticket yet. Then they looked for like 25 minutes without giving me an update. At one point, 3 customers were sitting by the checkout counter without an employee in sight. One guy finally walked out because he was tired of waiting. Finally the employee I was waiting on came out and told me they couldn't find the item I ordered.By then I had picked out an alternative cabin filter, told them to cancel the online order, and bought the one I picked out.

Ernest Rogalla: I bought a replacement battery for my sister-in-law's car that broke down at the nearby hospital while undergoing cancer treatment. The old battery had spilled badly, damaging the clamp. The person helping me, Christian, went back to his car, got some small tools out of his car, and was able to get the part apart. He took probably 10 minutes. Otherwise, she would have been suck, because the clamp is an OEM part they did not have. Thanks, Christian, you really blessed us!!

Good customer service is so rare these days so it’s always a blessing when you come across good people and people who love their jobs and don’t mind going the extra mile to assist you….My rims had some scraps on them and since I didn’t know exactly what rim spray to purchase to cover them this young Man Not only came outside like I ask him to he carefully looked at my rims to tell me exactly what I needed, went back in the store to find it and when he didn’t see it on the shelf, he went to the back to see if they had it. He then told me to go to a detail shop that way they could exactly tell me what exact spray match I need and To come back in in 2 weeks when shipment is expected….And some may say that’s his job but he went beyond to help me and I appreciate that. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely the sweetest person. I’m sure if most could clone or make carbon copies of the good and wonderful people we meet daily I’m sure we would because if I could make copies of people like him trust me I would lol…. I’d put him in most places and yes people have bad days heck that’s the human nature of things but if he was having one you definitely didn’t see it period because he smiled the whole time and actually wanted to help and that’s best part. So Arturo please keep up the great people services because you rock.

todd tiede: Bought a pair of headlight bulbs 3 weeks ago. Pick them out myself incorrectly :-( next day had an accident and messed up my hand, can't squeeze :-( went back and they installed my lights for me! Not only install them but exchange them for the correct lights that I mistakenly had purchased... Yeoman service! Will definitely be back for more parts and widgets and great service.

Olivia Conner: I stopped at this location today, and Jon provided the worst customer service I've ever received. He was unbelievably rude, condescending, and unprofessional for no reason at all. I understand that people have bad days, but the way he spoke to me was completely unwarranted. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke that way to a paying customer, it would be unacceptable. If he always acts this way towards your customers, I'd highly suggest letting him go so he doesn't continue leaving a terrible impression of your business.
Rhonda M.: Needed new wiper blades on a 2017 Nissan Sentra that I bought from a Dealership less than a month ago! They're Customer Service Team found the right wiper blades and put them on for me in just a few minutes. Great Customer Service for another Woman who got taken by a Dealership that she thought was a "Reputable Dealership!" Ladies, you cannot TRUST them if you do not take the car you just drove and wanted until the next day - make sure that the Dealership has NOT SWITCHED ANYTHING on your new/newer vehicle... Now, I'm also stuck with a BALD TIRE - Funny thing is that the night I drove it every single tire looked great NOT one of them was close to being BALD!! I had a BALD tire and another one that was very close to BALD - HAD to replace two tires 2 weeks after I purchased it! Found out that the break's need replaced too as well as MANY MORE PARTS! 🤨
percy white: Had service tech check my battery, he used faulty equipment that says my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced.He was wrong! When I took my vehicle to Car x they rechecked my system and found that it was the Battery test needed replacement not the alternator.Car X saved me lots of money, thank you Car X .

Shari Johnson: Purchased 7 batteries in last 3 yrs from this place. 2 of the batteries went bad at different times, had no problem with different mgrs giving me a new battery. 3rd battery went bad, 3 weeks after the year warranty was up. I thought all batteries had 2 yrs at least warranty. I asked the night/weekend mgr to exchange the battery or let me buy a extended warranty to exchange or some kind of discount since it was just 3 weeks expired & I was a good customer there. The answer was flat out no. There are 3 auto parts stores within 2 minutes of this store but I chose to keep buying off Advanced because they had good customer service to me in the past. Yes the battery warranty was expired but they know their batteries are not the best. I feel like a better answer woulda been let me talk to the store mgr & see what we can do to help you instead of flat out no. They had my battery for 3 days. I ended up going to Walmart & paying half the price that I paid originally at Advanced for a new battery. So they’ve lost me as a customer over a $120 battery. I’m sure they don’t care but when your competition is taking your business for having better customer service & better prices your store might be in a jam.

Shay Ann: I placed a small order online today (Sat, Aug 6th) at 4:30 pm. & paid for it. The page said orders are usually filled within 30 min. I waited an hour, to give them extra time & arrived at the store to pick-up. But there was a sign on the door that said "We will close at 5 pm for 1 hour". The doors were locked, so I left. 😟 I came back around 6:30. I saw a man & woman working, & there were 3 other customers. When the lady asked me what I needed, I told her I had an online order. She said, "When did it say it would be ready?" I told her 30 min. She became confrontational & snapped at me, saying there's no guarantee it will be ready in 30 min. I told her this was my 2nd time here to pick it up. She said they were short-staffed, etc. I asked if it was ready now. She said "no" & acted angry. I said, "Well fill it now then." She then told me she can't wait on me now, these other people were here first. (Ummm...I placed my order 2 hours ago, then tried to pick it up an hour ago.) She also snapped at another customer, & he looked over at me. The male employee helped a customer in the parking lot. I just stood there & waited until the lady helped the other customers, then she finally pulled my order. She made the situation worse by her behavior. Her social skills / customer service skills are lacking. She seemed angry at her job & took it out on the customers.

Drew Randle: I purchased a new battery from the guys at Indy Auto Parts. They were one of the friendliest and most helpful parts store I've ever dealt with. They really provided value added service. My car died a few blocks away from their store, so they came to my vehicle to jump it for me. After I got to their shop, they changed my battery for me. After the new battery was installed, I was still having some problems and so they ran a check on my alternator to find that it wasn't properly charging the battery. They really felt like allies to me. They were super helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Check them out sometime.5/05/2022 I had an ignition switch relay failure for my very old RV (2002). Naturally the problem was a little bit of a bear to find and then fix. The next chapter was finding the correct parts for the repair. Kenny/Bobby were able to come up with the parts and they were still available. Just wanted you guys to know about my issues.
