Wasn't my cup of tea, went twice and both times the server seemed bothered and in a rush to close early ( it was during weekdays BUT I was apaying customer ) .

1st Ladye: This place was out on 16th and Emerson serving today 12/16/22. My best friend stopped to grab us some and we both were HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!! The rib tips were extremely chewy and barely had any bbq sauce on them.

I then went to the bar and the bartender had an attitude as well, even heard her make a antisemitic joke with a co worker. The variety of arcade games is great and the little tables everywhere to set drinks are a nice touch. The cocktails were fun and the beer list seemed to have a lot of varieties.

Unfortunately a good amount of the arcade machines were unplayable due to old age, and it was strange having to pay to play the pinball machines when all of the other machines were free.

Leo Warbington: I’ve only been there once but it was definitely a great experience for my girlfriend and I. Fun games, great music, and drinks were really good. Shoutout to the bartender Anthony, he made some amazing drinks and displayed great customer service. I also noticed his ability to move swiftly and get everyone their drinks in a timely manner despite the traffic they had in there, very professional young man. I definitely recommend 16-bit for anyone who just wants to have a good time with friends, acquaintances, etc. 5-star for sure.

If you’re looking for good drinks then this is the place! Not really a huge food selection so definitely would only come here if you are wanting to drink and have already ate or plan to eat afterwards. Otherwise they have a decent appetizer type menu. I did try their chicken quesadilla and it was decent.

Lazarus Doyle: Completely appalled by the experience my friends and I received during our visit yesterday 1/21/2023. The female working behind the bar and the male serving were very rude and disrespectful. My friends and I stopped in for a drink to celebrate my birthday and when my boyfriend asked what the waiter suggested or if there were any special he aggressively tapped on the menu suggesting for him to just look at the menu. I didn’t like this at all, I gathered all of the menu and took them to the bar and asked for someone else to come to our table. The female behind the bar then came and slammed the menu I brought back to them on the table next to us. After that we chose to leave. I am extremely disappointed as this has been on my lists of places to try but I will certainly not be returning.

Siara Cox: We went to this location to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When ordering, our server was asked what his recommendation was and he said “there’s a menu right there” as though this isn’t a question to be expected as a server. My friend then went to return the menus, and a female bartender/waiter returned and slammed the menus on the table next to us. As we were leaving, another party asked why we were leaving, and when we told them it was due to rudeness from the server, they stated they felt the same way. The vibe in the establishment was nice until the terrible service we received. Very unfortunate.

Bri: Just left this establishment and my friends and I feel completely disrespected. It’s my friend’s birthday and the waiters were rude and not helpful at all. We were the only all black table in the room and it absolutely felt like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We absolutely love it for a “fancy” date night. Great service, great drinks, and my husband loves the cigars. Best selection in the area! Wonderful atmosphere. Not too smoky. Their advanced ventilation system really keeps it under control compared to other cigar or smoke friendly places.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, full line of Zino’s cigars etc. Most all things at the top end of the price spectrum. No problem, it was like a fine dining experience. Here in INDY, the Flagship store, I ate a grilled ham and cheese Panini $16.00, okay. I smoked a GOF by Don Carlos $25.00, great. BUT, $35.00 for an Angel’s Envy Rye Olde Fashioned. Why? I inquired, the server said that it was because they do a 3oz pour. The mixologist behind the bar, a tall, mustached fellow wearing a white shirt and waist coat, made a beautiful clear, slightly sweet (by my request) Angels Envy Rye Olde Fashioned, served in a round highball glass with square cube. But $35.00. No, it was not a 3oz pour and I drink Olde Fashioned’s all over the world. I just had one in Zurich and Paris a month ago neither was $35.00, Francs nor Euros. Personally, I feel like the price was exorbitant. Beautiful place, traditional fine cigar/dining experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially the cigar barista. Great. The food, sandwiches and charcuterie. Okay. But, the price of that drink was exorbitant. My money has sweat on it; and no matter how much I do or do not have I like to spend it reasonably. Overall 3.8/5.0 based on the drink price. Maybe they don’t need my money or my inclusion. The world is filled with subtle messages, heed them.

When I first walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed a little by the excellent and bespoke luxurious feel the bar provided. The lux feeling humidor has a vast selection of rare to lux rare cigars with common selection if you choose. The Service of the employee's is white glove in my opinion and make you feel right at home!
