Nestle Inn: what do users think?
Martinez Moore: Our 3 night stay was wonderful. Atmosphere was outstanding. Very clean, accommodating and provided a memorable experience i will highly recommend NestleRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ed Murner: After searching online for a place to stay in Indianapolis, I found the Nestle Inn. From making reservations all the way through to check out, this was a fantastic place to stay.My wife and I attended a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Nestle Inn was an easy walk to our event.Reservation was very easy and the follow up emails made me confident that my reservations were confirmed. Check in was so easy and the room itself was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and all the public areas of the house were well equipped. The coffee in the morning was delicious and well appreciated.Nestle Inn is just off of Mass. Ave and Mass. Ave has a huge variety of restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, or any other touristy needs. Our only regret was that we didn’t plan for a longer stay. Indy and Nestle Inn are great compliments to each other.Being a retired firman myself, I also enjoyed seeing some of the fire memorabilia in the house. We will certainly stay again when we return to see more of Indy.
Jason Hartline: My 2 night stay was wonderful. Atmosphere was outstanding. Very clean, accommodating and provided a memorable experience.
Nate Rogers: Why would you stay anywhere else?! We were in town for a concert at the Old National Center. The venue was a 5-min walk from the Inn -- same for pretty much anything we wanted to eat or drink, from tacos, to coffee, to beer. It was also about a mile walk to the awesome Canal Walk. As for the Inn itself, it was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy and free parking was a plus too.
Julia Morgan: Really a great B&B. About 2 to 2.5 block walk to the Old Capital Theater/Murat Theater.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Great value …More
Pam knapp: Leesa is a great proprietor and enjoyed staying there. Highly recommendedRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sean Rawley: We had an excellent four-night stay at the Nestle Inn in August 2022. We enjoyed the charm and comfort afforded by the inn-- felt like a home away from home. The location of the Inn is great too, just a block off of Massachusetts Avenue in a more residential area, but very walkable from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The check-in process was a breeze, and the breakfast vouchers meant we had more control over our schedule every morning/afternoon. Parking was simple and, despite being on the street, my car was always a shorter walk away than it would have been had we stayed at a big-name hotel. Leesa, the Innkeeper was a joy and always around for questions or to help. Planning to stay here again in the future!
Keith Zimmerman: Quaint, cute and convenient place to stay. The Nestle inn was a perfect little BnB and was everything I hoped it was in more. If i am ever in Indy again will for sure book again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Eve _: Fantastic! We loved it and would stay there again if we are back in Indianapolis. Comfortable, attention to detail. Leesa helped us pick a restaurant and, as a couple who are still not eating out in restaurants, we were able to pick up our food, take it back to the inn and eat in the dining area on regular plates, silverware, etc. and not styrofoam. It made it really feel like home. Just really lovely. Highly recommend.
Jenni Heaton: My 10-year old daughter and I came to Indianapolis from Michigan to see a show at the Murat Theater. We picked Nestle Inn for its proximity to the theater. The location was perfect. Even though it was 15 degrees outside, the walk to the theater and to all the restaurants on Massachusetts Ave. was only a few minutes. It felt like a very safe walk as well, even at 10pm at night. We were fortunate enough to find parking right next to the inn on Walnut Street, but if you aren't as lucky as us, the inn provides free parking at the school parking lot a block and a half away. The home is an older home (as you would expect) so the floors creak a bit, and you could really hear outside noise (but there isn't much of it, even on a Saturday night), and it's a little cold . . . but all the details in the place were so well thought out, these tiny things are so minor. There were space heaters in the room and warm blankets should we have needed them, cozy robes, toiletries, maps of downtown . . . not to mention fun amenities like popcorn to pop after our show, drinks in the fridge, libraries to explore. The room and bathroom were SO clean. Even though the place is older, there have obviously been updates and the bathrooms have been well taken care of. Every corner was spotless (and I'm kind of a neat freak, so I look at things like this!)Breakfast at the local cafe next door (included in the room rate) was lovely and what a great idea for a local B&B to support local businesses like that.We loved our stay. Thank you, Nestle Inn! We will book again if we find ourselves coming to Indianapolis in the future!
Amber Toomer: Location, location, location! Walking distance to so much, and a short scooter ride to just about everything else. We had a great night's sleep and loved waking up to the sounds of the inn coming to life the next morning. Great change of pace from hotels. Though there is not parking on the property, the innkeepers provide detailed instructions for nearby (free!) parking. We truly enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe next door, which is included in the stay. This would make a brilliant place to rent out for a large family gathering. The ambiance and charm of this establishment are worth returning for!
Emma Grimes: We had a lovely stay at the Nestle Inn for the Indianapolis Monumental race weekend. The room was very clean, large, and well maintained. The location is perfect! Right off of cute Mass Ave and a very easy walk to downtown. Will definitely stay again.
Jeff Henley: Had a wonderful stay here while in town for my daughters wedding. Very nice rooms, helpful and courteous staff, and the food was amazing.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Chloe Jewell: The inn is beautiful and very clean! It’s in a great location right off Mass Ave near tons of shopping, restaurants, and other venues. We enjoyed walking to dinner and breakfast spots. Perfect for couples. We will be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeffrey Nuhn: Nice place
David Farrell: It was clean and well tended to. It's a good location for the attractions on Mass. Ave.
Beth Horn: Great location and an easy walk to Mass Ave. The room was big, comfortable, modern, and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bridget Doran: The Inn keeper, John was delightful. We had a great stay, at the Nestle Inn! Highly recommendRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Holly Brown: Nestle Inn was a delight! Its charming environment was perfect for our recent vacation. Whether you want a cozy spot to curl up with a book or want a location right next to Mass Ave's many amenities, this B&B delivers. As a B&B it's missing some of the features you might get in a standard hotel. No mini fridge or microwave in the room, though both were available in an upstairs common area. The fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, and coffee and tea were also available. The TV in our room was small but it came with a Roku to make logging into your Netflix account easier. No parking lot, but a loading area was available along with free parking just down the street. On the flip side, Nestle Inn offered special touches that you won't find most other places. There are so many picturesque places to sit with a cup of coffee or a good novel, including a well-stocked library. The porch also offers ample seating, a view of the inn's gorgeous landscaping, and if you're lucky maybe even some close encounters with local birds and bunnies. There are individual bags of homemade brittle waiting for guests near the entrance. The owner, Leesa, was unfailingly friendly and helpful every step of the way from booking to check out. My fiancée and I felt completely welcomed and valued during every part of our stay, so I'd definitely consider them queer-friendly. They also offer cooking classes in-house, so plan ahead if you'd like to incorporate that into your stay.Nestle Inn has made some adjustments during COVID. They no longer serve breakfast in-house, but did provide a daily voucher for breakfast at nearby coffee shops--I would especially recommend cashing yours in at Coat Check Coffee. They're also skipping room refreshes unless requested, but leave a bag of fresh towels on your door every morning. The rooms felt clean and comfortable during our stay. We've already decided that Nestle Inn will be the first place we look at for lodging the next time we're in Indianapolis. I hope you also check out this gem!

Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites: what do users think?
Do Young Kim: I only recommend the location.I am very disappointed with the rest of the service.I asked when I checked in, but no explanation was given about breakfast or self-parking, and I was only given a room key. I had to go to the breakfast room the next day to complain to the staff and get it.I should have figured out the self parking lot and how to use it myself. They said they would send a self-parking receipt by email even after check-out, but they didn't send. And later, they also charged for unused amenities (water). There is nothing to eat for breakfast. There is a big difference in service from Hilton in Chicago and other areas.
Jon wegiel: Very friendly and willing to help with questions or concerns. Very quiet even with families with kids. Highly recommend this hotel!Walkability: In the middle of almost everything.
Joe sisco: totally awesome, only one little complaint the pool was way crowded each day all day.Food & drinks: get the french chicken seared in maple with bacon potatoes, ahh man the best.
Darcie McCray: Stayed for a work event nearby. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Excellent stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Tyler Spano: Rooms are spacious but kind of dated, the room is sort of dusty too. No free coffee for guests besides gross in-room from a dirty coffee maker which is pretty disappointing. The little store on the first floor doesn't stock pads/ tampons which is honestly ridiculous and insulting. Overall not a great hotel, staff was fine, but the place itself is not very welcoming and lacks amenities that are standard at plenty of other hotels. If I was coming back to Indianapolis I would stay elsewhere.

Trevor Miller: Rooms: Nice room. Cozy.Walkability: Many things to do nearby within walking distance.Food & drinks: Nice bar
Isaac Thompson: Food & drinks: We chose this hotel because of its location directly adjacent to St. Elmo's. It was incredibly convinient for this reason as well as being a comfortable establishment in its own right.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
C King: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice just small. Not a lot of space in the one we had. Was in good location and easy to find. Was quiet and no issues hearing people around us or above us.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Daniela Ra: This has been by far the best Customer Service experience I've had from the staff reception! I left my passport in their security box and after a couple weeks notice they were able to expedite it to the shipping address needed. Always acting kind and human, something that tends to be forgotten now a days! Thank you for sharing the care!
Terence G: Went to a Laker and Pacer game this location was perfect. Five minute walk, the staff were very nice and professional.
Chuni: This is beautiful boutique hotel, high end and well maintained, good bar and restaurant, and a walkway to mall. But what really stands out are the staff! In most hotels the staff are nice, in special hotels the staff are extra nice, but here the front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly! Kathrine remembered my name from 6 weeks ago when I stayed here, she’ll offer me a water w/o asking, and always offer assistance, yesterday I requested a microwave, the maintenance tech had already left, Aniyah from the front desk personally brought it up for me, I’ve been traveling for a while now for work, and have never seen such dedication from a front desk employee!!They deserve a big raise! They’re doing a phenomenal job! Thank you for the great service! 🙏🙏
randy hayes: First trip to Indianapolis in a few years. Decided to stay at the Le Meridian since it's downtown and close to everything we wanted to see. The entire staff is extremely helpful and the property is very nice. Aniyah at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Both employees at the front desk were what I'd like to see at every hotel stay!!
MGD: Beautiful Boutique Hotel housing the AMAZING St. Elmo’s Steakhouse…Beautiful Rooms, Great Service combined with Much History!!!

Courtney Gerald: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and that hotel itself was amazing. The bed was a soft as a cloud in the bathroom was perfectly clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and stadiums. We ordered room service and the food did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Colton Haney: Absolutely LOVED my experience at this hotel. I stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend. While the room was comfortable, well decorated, and clean, what made my experience top-rate was the staff. Zahra was there for my check in - she was friendly, guided me through the hotel amenities, and made me feel welcome as a Marriott elite member. I then engaged with Caitlin, the night auditor, who helped me get an additional key. Finally, I also engaged with Kathrine, Kati, & Amber on my way out of the hotel, all of whom were welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
Adam DeJans: Rooms are a bit small, but the location is excellent! Very close to a lot of downtown attractions. The staff was all very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

KRISTINE Black: I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and the TOP NOTCH STAFF. As a germiphobe myself.. and my adult daughter who is even more of one...we both were SO comfortable here. The air...cleaner than clean! The room... sparkling.we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. When they say pet friendly...they mean it! They even remembered our pups names when we took them to walk them. We were hit with the minus 10 degree Temps and spent a lot more time in the hotel then planned as a lot of events got cancelled in Indy. It was a pleasure The beds...the shower...so comfy! The staff knew we has a rough go getting there with the ice. They were so sweet at check in. I adore this hotel!
Stephanie: It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating. The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles. All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

Skott Mealer: Attended the2023 NRA Convention and stayed here. Great room, the restaurant was excellent and within walking distance to the Convention center. Another bonus was its near severial great restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. Great place!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Katie Schoster: Pros: Clean hotel, walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and friendly staff. Hotel is connected to the mall, so easy access to food court and shopping.Cons: Front desk offered to upgrade our hotel room to a room with a view and did not disclose it would be an additional fee. We only realized this when we got our bill. Very disappointed. So beware of upgrade offers.
Troy Davidhizer: Nice place to stay in Indy. Rooms were clean and in good condition.Walkability: Close to restaurants and things to doRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tiffany Nguyen: I woke up at 12:40am due to grown men screaming and cheering playing ping pong downstairs. The sound of their cheers and clapping bellows above where the rooms are located and you can hear everything. I literally have to wake up in a few hours and I couldn’t go to sleep due to them being so loud. I called front desk to try to get ahold of somebody to make a noise complaint and nobody answered so I went downstairs myself and asked the people to please keep it down because people who have to work tomorrow need to sleep. They disregard my plea and got loud again once I got back to my floor. This is a nice hotel to stay in because the rooms are clean but my bathroom’s tub was clogged and drained really slow and the air conditioner was broken. I won’t be coming back.
Jeanne Buza: Went to a concert right around the corner and they were amazing and no curved walls to walk into when drunk.. but if you're higher then the 2nd wall don't look over the edge! The parking was not included which sucked but worth it!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jenni Lynn Weatherhead: Beautiful view of the Capital from our room. Comfortable bed, clean room. Dinner at Eagles Nest was amazing. Spectacular view. WHAT A MEMORABLE EVENING.Food & drinks: Delicious drinks.
Brandon Bally: My room at the Wyatt was beautiful. From the view all the way down to the comfortable feel that the furniture, bed, and even color scheme provided. The only notable concern that I can state is that a few hours after I checked in, a hotel security guard attempted to forcibly enter my room. At the time I was laying down in bed and listening to music so that I could relax. I heard the handle and door lock rattling and naturally went to see what was causing the noise. A few seconds later I heard the voice of a man stating I needed to open the door. I asked who it was and they said they were the hotel security. In response, I asked what their reason for coming to the door was. They said that it was because "I wasn't supposed to be in that room."To be able to show proof that I indeed was supposed to be in the room, I opened the door and immediately showed the security guard and the receptionist with him, my key badge to unlock the door aforementioned.Mind you...this is the same receptionist who at check in gave me the mf key card in the little white hotel slip they always put them in. The ones that clearly have the room number written in bold. I'm not dyslexic (no offense & all love) and I am quite fond of reading. After the guard saw the card with the number clearly written on it, he apologized and told me that there was a mistake. All in all, my stay in Indianapolis was memorable. Sometimes, small things happen that can come as a distraction if you allow them to be. Peace is and forever will be something we have to choose to keep. No matter where we are. Despite what was cited as a mistake on the part of the hotel staff, the hotel is one that I would be open to staying at in the future for any other trips to this city. Just next time, don't question whether I'm supposed to be there or not. I deserved to be.
Linda Wilson: Our bathroom was really tiny!!! Room was nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location.Walkability: Within walking distance to many things down town

Bretta Thompson: We love this hotel. And we only live 15 min away. It’s a great place to get away and local to all the hot spots downtown. Exceptional service. Clean. Beautiful. Awesome roof top bar! Greta bar and restaurant as well.
Lebo Mosese: The hotel is really lovely but there are just a few niggly things that are annoying. Like my room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row. The dinner service is just terrible but the delicious breakfast makes up for it. It's a walk away from a good number of restaurants so there are options.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Ivy Boutique: Fabulous hotel. Insanely cool decor. Huge rooms. Fabulous rooftop bar. Great food.
David Frank: Small independent hotel. The rooms very large and nicely decorated but they're was no desk to work, a desk breaker for business travelers. There is an in room kurig but it just never sludge and the only other options are a $6-7 tea or coffee in the hotel restaurant as there isn't anything else nearby. I told the front desk about the coffee machine but they didn't do anything or comp my $6 tea The shower water pressure was not too great and the shower head in my room has lyme stains all over it. The bed was very comfortable and the service great. The room had big windows but mine had a large crack in it and the view was of a busy bus station and a jail. Nice place for leisure travel but I wouldn't stay again on a business trip.Rooms: Nice spacious room but no desk!Safety: It was a very quiet area surrounded by parking lots and across from a bus station and jail.Walkability: A little bit away from exciting but the wall was not too far.Food & drinks: Nice restaurant but very pricy.
nancy hedrick: Rooms: Beds are very comfortable 😌Nearby activities: Close to restaurants and Activities, Also metro
Colton Haney: Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Indy while I was in town for a wedding. The star at the front desk and bars were so friendly and welcoming. While I did have a difficult moment with the night auditor when asking for an extended check out, the front desk supervisor (Kate, who was fabulous!) rectified the situation & very much made me feel appreciated as a guest. Oh, and the rooms are ADORABLE! Would stay here again!
Monika Cook: I loved it,very clean, very friendlyFood & drinks: WonderfulService: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, High-tech …More
Chuni: Amazing experience!Beautiful hotel!Real premium built!Kind staff!Beautiful architecture! Those concrete coffer ceilings in the rooms 🔥🔥Nice cocktail bar and lounge on the rooftop!A MASTER PIECE!Definitely recommended!P.S. I’ve been at 15 different hotels in downtown Indianapolis, this by far exceeds them all!!!
Nicole Alawady: The staff needs some work but this place is a gem. Be sure to book a stay when in the city. The Rooftop bar is super cute. They should have some signature cocktails are better bartenders.Rooms: Beautiful. Showers ate fantastic, no tubs.Walkability: In walking distance to whole foods and other restaurants and event venues. Enjoy!
Isaac Cruz: I did not stay here, but have hot wings and a beer at the lobby bar with my boss. He did stay here and said the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Another solid Marriott property. I’ll probably stay here next year for PRI.
Jay Nelson: Nice. But why do cities make it so hard to park in the downtown area. It is why people don’t go downtown. Parking added another $60.00 to my stay. Ridiculous

Lisa B: Stopped here with a friend for it’s walking location to many local spots & family proximity. I can not express how surprised we were when we arrived & the front desk informed us that there’s a Manager’s Cocktail hour & breakfast is served daily. There are coupons given out for the cocktail hour which consisted of everything from juice, soda, wine, beer & other libations. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet consisting of hot & cold items & if you’d like to wait for the kitchen to open then the chef will make omelets, eggs any style, one morning was pancakes & the next morning were waffles, etc. the room was generous in size with a comfortable sitting room, the bathroom was okay (could use a little sprucing) and the bedroom was perfectly appointed & the bed very comfy. Lots of pillows & towels were easily accessible. The only thing I noticed was the a/c made a lot of noise but with that being said, our second night there (Saturday) the hallway was a bit noisy (next to elevator) and it drowned out a good amount of the Saturday night going ons.
Denise Bombagetti: Breakfast and exening reception was of very poor. A big let down from years ago.

Sidonia Martin: Check-in/ check out was fast. We stayed in a suite so we got added bonus bag of snacks and 2 free alcoholic drinks at the reception area. They even had free pop and snacks for the kids. Pool wasn't as big as the pics I saw, but decent seated couches around area to sit. Rooms were nice with separate living area with extra TV and kitchenette. Could have been cleaned a little better ( couch had stain). Beds were comfy. Parking garage was cheapest for being downtown ( $28 for all night vs $35-45), but elevator was dirty and smelly. Breakfast buffet was nice with omelet bar. Would go again as it's close to Circle Center Mall and other Indy attractions.
Kasey Attwood: Shout out to Dwayne - great customer service alwaysSafety: Safe and secure downtown areaWalkability: Great location for adult beverages and restaurantsNoteworthy details: Great social hour to relax after work.
Chari Weidert: Absolutely fabulous great atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service.Rooms: Spotless and very comfortableNearby activities: Shopping and dinningFood & drinks: Great food
Milly: This place is pretty cool, attached to the mall and numerous restaurants nearby I’ll be coming back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Kid-friendly …More
Sperelakis Family: Early check in fees, garage still under construction, escalators still not working. Complete mess, and they want to charge you more. Only staying here to change my business status over to Hilton. Back to Marriott! Booked for over $250 a night, hope the $35 fee was worth it!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Maria Jones: The hotel was under contruction so parking was difficult 😫 😑Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Brenda Sutton: Well-appointed rooms, helpful staff, great downtown location.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stephanie Mason: Would not recommend. The escalators did not work. You can hear every little sound. When you call the for something you never get it. That paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower. There was no trash cans in the room, stains on the furniture. You are paying for the name not a quality stay.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Harold Todd: The up escalator was constantly not working and the lobby level is on the 4th floor. A long climb with luggage or for anyone who has a heart condition. Staff attempted to fix it every day but by the 3rd day of it not running longer than a few minutes we decided that perhaps the hotel was trying to send us a message.Unlike the song Hotel California where you can check in but never leave, here you can leave but you can't check in.The garage is under repair so lots of noise and dust although they do have signs saying Pardon my Dust, taped to the portable handicap ramp. That assumes you can climb the up ramp as practice of climbing up to the 4th floor because the escalator is broken.Considering Hilton is charging premium prices while deleting services ( no room cleaning service until the 5th day) perhaps they were hoping the guests would fix the escalators. On 3 consecutive mornings when I visited the breakfast area (7.35 AM) there was no one cooking the much touted breakfast meals so it was soggy and cold scrambled eggs. The first day there were no forks and guest were using spoons which works with scrambled eggs so maybe this was intentional. I requested a fork but the staff person didn’t speak English and brought me a napkin.Like many Hilton properties, this location is overpriced and understaffed. For twenty-five years I would look for a Hilton property when I travelled. Now I try to avoid them and no doubt this will be my last year as a Diamond member. There are many better options and lots that offer both value and service.
fredrick williams: I stayed here a few weeks ago. I'm giving my stay here one star due to I seriously believe that Service is very important. I was evicted from my room due to a hotel mistake. Instead of waiting for me to return from work and clear up their mistakes, the hotel decided to evict me then question me once I returned. After some back and forth the mistakes were corrected. My compensation for this embarrassment isn't close to me making whole. I feel this location needs better organization and communication.
Dee: The rooms have been updated and they were clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock and wouldn’t close. They did send maintenance up and he tried but nothing he could do. The staff at check in did not include what the tickets were for or any information. Could tell she loved her job. The hotel is connected to couple restaurants and a mall that can be accessed without going outside.

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Tati Raz: Good hotel for the price!!! Beautiful lobby but there is no breakfast included , the bar and the restaurant were not popular and situated right up front which seems uncomfortable. No fee wifi or parking. valley is like 25 a night. The are is nice with all the stores and restaurants around. The best part was the front desk! Super nice and helpful!
Tia-Lynn Hatcher-Gary: Everything was great. Didn't care for $15 per night parking in the garage but what can we do about that. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely! Everything was clean. The only thing I would change is having some control of the AC. It got a little stuffy in the room but overall...Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Connor Shaw: Only went in the lobby and it was very nice so I really can't rate much better then a 4 starFood & drinks: The eggs were cold but everything else was pretty good
Leonard Lorentz: Really disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed annoyed with our needs. We were first assigned a room with no towels. We asked for some only to get called later on asking if we still really needed them. The room itself was musty and could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Maybe even a new carpet. At night there was a loud party going on until 5 am. I didn't know exactly what room, so I was unable to get the staff to help. I will never return to this property.
collene hayes: Would not recommend. Older rooms being renovated. Mold in room by window. Ac vent super loud. When moved to newly renovated room there was no TV remote, no toilet paper holder, loud fridge, no streaming service online, room phone not hooked up. Management does try to correct issues. Comfortable beds and hot water is the best they have to offer. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating.
John Maxwell: Furniture is extremely old. They are remodeling now but wow the rooms thst have not been remodeled are bad. I'm surprised Sheraton allows there name to be on this hotel. I had a drink and something to eat at the bar. Service was extreeeeeeemly slow and the food was bad.Rooms: Dingy and old. Some under renovation. Not mine.Food & drinks: Drinks fine good bad.
Taufeeque Ali: Nice place to stay in this area. Hotel was amazing. One of the best and only 4 star hotel in this area surrounded by outlet malls, eatery, and tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.
Sarah “Sarah” Phillips: Our bed was a crime scene under the sheet. Great staff. Left a gift bag behind and called immediately but it was nowhere to be found:( Bartender Michael was great!!!Food & drinks: Cheesecake factory
Gaby Ferreira: The hotel is outdated but they are working on renovating. My complaint is some nights they give you free cookies and waters and are great. Other nights nothing...Mandy IU never know wheat to expect. I don't like the inconsistency.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Heimann: Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Claudia Weitz: Our original room that we were given had not been cleaned properly. Surfaces were sticky with visible cup rings. Bathtub was dirty and peeling. Bed was disheveled. Carpet was ripped. We were given a new room, however it was not what we originally booked. No apology from staff and no discount given. Will not return or recommendRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joel Hector: Great service and very relaxing
Jacob Tidwell: This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.
Coty Waldron: Rooms: Brown s*** in our shower and they would have left a stain after you washed it off and we think there is yak on the pictures the pool in the sauna was awesome though no hot tea ran out of coffee downstairsRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Destiney Wainwright: Nice room friendly service hotel smells wonderfulRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
