Scott Rake: My wife and I booked Black luxe chauffeur for our wedding day and they were fantastical ! They were extremely helpful in the process of booking and setting up the pick-up/drop-off locations and times. They were also very flexible with us when it came to some small changes we made along the way. The drivers were great as well. They even went as far as to put on a movie for my young nieces while they were waiting for the ceremonies to be over at the wedding venue. They still talk about it as one of their favorite parts of the wedding day. "Snow white in the big car!"I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional limo service for any occasion.

Jen Simmons: I absolutely recommend Aadvanced Limousines. We used them as transportation for our wedding. We got the 14-passenger Escalade limo and it was amazing! We were able to have some champagne and ride in luxury while we picked up family members and were taken to the venue. They also picked us all up after the reception to take us home! The Escalade was in beautiful condition, absolutely stunning. Our chauffeur was so sweet, kind, accommodating, and flexible. The rates were affordable and the whole process was so easy. I cannot thank them enough and will absolutely use them again in the future!!!

Brionna Slaughter: We had limos for our bridal party + parents and shuttle buses for all of our other guests for our 100 person wedding, and Aadvanced Limousines was honestly able to give us a luxury experience. Every single limo/bus was on time, and all of them looked pristine and classy! The drivers were very kind, and we had an absolute blast! Calling in to get a quote is definitely the way to do it because it is a lot easier to just talk to them. They have so much experience that they already know what problems may arise and have suggestions based on the amount of people. We ended up having to add on an extra bus at the last minute, and they were able to do that with no problem. Everyone was super happy with the transportation and I am so glad that we did it through Aadvanced Limousines!

Trinos Dladla: This place is by far scam customer service is very horrible I was quoted 600 then guy try to change to 800 cause he says it’s glitch I called with different phone and e-mail and they gave me cheaper price I tried talk to owner kristy she blew me off said she doesn’t have time to talk to me she too busy wow u right then I booked this place in June radio never worked the whole ride and was told on my next boooking I get discount so I try use my discount she blows me off again this kristy we talkin about horrible owner and employees they don’t care about customers at all they just want our money but don’t care

I came across Luxury By DB, and they were also booked. JP informed me that they were booked because of a major event that was going on in the city and ask what we needdc the service for. Once I explained the purpose of the service and how high of a priority it was to book a car, JP made our issue his issue! He told me that he would call me back in 15 mins. When he called me back, not only was he able to provide a driver, but he exceeded our expectations on what we needed. Phenomenal customer service and he checked in with me every step of the way! We had a great time at the event and arrived in style, luxury is what they personify. Our driver Darrell was great, Arrived on time and just a gentlemen. T J: Reserved a Tesla X for 5 hours (hourly as directed) a month before prom. 20 minutes before reservation starts A Cadillac Escalade show up not a Tesla X which I was told was not available, and it was only used for 4 hours. I have not received any adjustments to my bill which was paid in full a month in advance. I couldn't even get a simple apology from the owner not his representative. I'd like to think an owner would want to know and personally apologize for errors and mistakes made by his employees. The driver was the only good part about it.

My son is 15 yrs old and very talented When the sprinter arrived my son told his friend " somebody got a party bus". His friend replied "it's yours" he was so happy. Jena Greenspan: I called yesterday afternoon for a last minute limo for date night. My boyfriend said I could get us one. I was turned down by every other company I sent a message to. The owner called me and said he needed to make sure he could get a driver at the last man minute. I got a call beck a few minutes later giving me the green light. I didn't know this until the end of the trip, but the driver was the owner! That's good customer service. He was nice, and knew when to give us our privacy also. Next time the bf wants to spring for a limo I know where to go.
Rachel Wall: I needed a last minute limo for my daughter and her friends. It was Her sweet 16. I checked out multiple limo services, and not only did Elan Limousine Service have a great selection, but they were very competitively priced. One black car service that I called just blatantly denied me. They said it was too short of notice. Nick and Jason were an amazing help. They tagteamed back-and-forth to make sure that my daughter had a very special day. I will definitely be using them again

Amy Rogge: Car scheduled for 4 am. At 4am we got a call from driver sounding vague, saying he’d be “maybe” 25 minutes late. We had to quickly load up our car and beat it to airport. My husband barely made it to the plane. I called Cary from Airport and they did not apologize, just said they’d contact dispatch. Nothing ever more from them now 12 days later. Never again.
