JLP: I had Booher come out to quote a kitchen island update. At first I was told the consult was free. Then when they came out there was an associated cost. There were levels of cost depending on how many options you wanted. I was relying on their expertise to tell me what I could do and didn't anticipate I would need several revisions, so I selected the basic service. I don't mind paying someone for their service. The initial appointment was okay. I believe the representative was thorough in checking out the island and associated structure. We had just moved in and things were a little crazy.They sent me a VERY detailed bid which was just above $26,000 to redo my kitchen island granite in a slightly different shape. I was not provided a drawing which showed me how they would redo or what it would look like. The cost was also subject to change if I chose a more expensive counter type.When I inquired about exactly what they were doing for that amount, I was told that I didn't pay for a drawing that is why I didn't get one. When I informed them the cost seemed very high, especially in light of the fact they couldn't show me anything I was told that I should make and appointment to come into the design center. I have never been to a design center where it didn't cost more. I also had no desire to go any further with the company since they couldn't provide me anything except and overpriced bid.We are getting ready to start several projects in our home and I will NOT be including Booher in the bid process. I am actually still very upset by the experience and it has almost been two years.

Holly Byrd: Booher just completed our kitchen remodel and we are so happy that we chose Booher! We love our kitchen! It's beautiful! Their employees were very professional! I never felt uneasy about any of their employees coming in and out of our home. They were considerate, friendly and cleaned up after themselves after each job they performed. Rob M: Booher does very nice work at a very competitive price. In 2017 Booher did a complete bathroom gut / remodel for us and did a great job. In 2019 we had a leak in the shower tile. This was found after our warranty had expired. Unfortunately the original tile had been discontinued so to fix the leak they ended up having to remove and replace the entire shower. Even though we were out of warranty Booher completely re-built the shower at no cost to us. Every contractor that does enough work will eventually have an issue on a project - the way to judge the great companies is how they handle the issue when they do come up.So when it was time to remodel our kitchen / dining area in 2020 it was a no brainer that we wanted to use Booher as long as they were at least competitive with our other bids. Lucky for us we did not have to put a $ value on our trust of Booher because their quote was actually a bit lower than our other two.They did another great job on the kitchen / dining room remodel. We love the cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash and new dry bar. Our only complaint was that the painting subcontractor was painfully slow (we had them paint the entire main level so this meant furniture was covered for over a week while painting outside the kitchen remodel).Thanks again to the Booher crew for another nice project.

Phil Riley: Our house was trashed with dust and fiberglass dust day one of teardown. Had to have carpets cleaned and our HVAC duct system cleaned. Our house got so dusty it tripped the fire alarm and the fire department showed up. Had they done a better job of keeping the dust under control especially when I wasn't there they would have got a higher rating. Took two months start to finish to do a 5x7 bathroom and they said it would take 2 weeks. At least it's all over now

When the time for the job came around, the crew working in my home was very professional and I would have been comfortable leaving them to get the job done in my home even if I was not present. The finished product was very nice and worth every penny. I would hire them again without question.Update: still 5 stars and definitely recommend. Used them again to redo a guest bath shower/tub area. I had a couple of bath mats in the room that wen I pulled them up left a residue (some of the mat on the floor). Without asking our installer, Alex, went and cleaned the residue off the floor as part of his clean up the first day. He definitely didn’t have to clean it up since I made the mess but I was very happy that he did. I’ve had two different installers for the two projects and both were phenomenal.

The choices available were many when choosing wall and floor tile as well as vanity and mirror etc. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us when making color choices, care of new materials etc. It was really helpful to see different finishes and materials in the showroom. Mary Carr: Updike Bathroom Remodeling was fantastic from the first contact to the follow-up. This was a job that was a total tear out down to the studs. When I went to the showroom, the entire process was explained. I left with tile samples to see what they would look like in the different light at my house. When I returned with my selection, I went home this time with the selected tile and countertop samples and wooden vanity samples. When those major items were selected, there was the discussion about what fixtures I would like. They were very patience with me as I changed my mind multiple times before signing the contract. Also they were very honest about when they would be able to do the bathroom and the length to do it when they started. When the work was started, I barely knew the installers were there. They came on time and were always polite. There wasn’t any loud music nor trash left in the yard. They cleaned-up each day before leaving. The tile work is outstanding and the fixtures are placed where I wanted them. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Scott McDonald: This was not a good experience! They are very expensive. I paid a premium price but got an economy job treatment. We were without our bathroom for THREE months. It is a small room and should have taken a few weeks.The design phase went well, and I liked the design team. Unfortunately, the execution and construction phase was a nightmare. The trim work done by the in-house carpenter was very good, but the subcontractors that they hired for the rest of the job were, in my opinion, substandard. The plumber put the cabinet drains in the wrong place and failed the code inspection twice. The electrician put in the wrong type of switches and also failed the code inspection. The drywall company left a mess and very rough finished walls. We had drywall dust everywhere in the house. The tile company worked sporadically and killed a large section of our lawn where they dumped the tile and grout wash water. The glass company had to remake a large mirror three times to get it right. Workers often showed up in unmarked vans unannounced or failed to show up when expected. Almost all the bathroom hardware was wrong, as it was either the wrong color, size, or type. This was a very agonizing experience.Service:Bathroom remodeling

Shane Kesler: We had a terrible experience with Case and would encourage anyone looking for outdoor work to look elsewhere.We fully understood Case is priced higher than others, but we hoped that we were also paying for professionalism, and could be more "hands off" with the project. We were wrong. The design process went well, and when it was time to start, our project manager actually joked because it was a simple project that should take no more than 4-6 weeks to complete.The project was finally finished 3 MONTHS after the original completion date. We had multiple occurrences where we were supposed to meet with a subcontractor who never showed. There would be periods of 2 weeks with no communication and no one would work. The only updates on the project came after we reached out.Ultimately mistakes were made by their subcontractors and no one would admit fault. They tried to charge us to fix the problem. Our final communication with them was when they asked what we felt comfortable paying (through a text message from the project manager). When we gave them our number (which wasn't that low) we didn't hear from them for a week. Ultimately we received a letter from their lawyer demanding payment. Very shocking and very unprofessional.They dug up over half of their yard trying to fix their mistake. Because they were so unreliable and behind in their deadline we were unable to get landscaping prior to this spring, so now we have an unusable space.Please do not pay their inflated prices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Jonathan Bricker: Our project included a room addition and remodelling of about three other rooms. The project manager, Hank and lead carpenter Mike were outstanding. They were professional, very responsive, attentive to quality and very nice to work with. They resolved challenges big and small. Shelley Lakshmanan: We had a first floor master bathroom remodel in June 2020 by the CASE team. I made an initial appointment in February 2020 and from that time appointments for me to meet with designers, the carpenters and the project manager proceeded quickly and as scheduled. I was particularly impressed by the designs presented. I knew what I wanted but I’m not very good at knowing what’s possible, or how a design scheme “fits together”. But Megan and Dawn NAILED IT on the first try! They did insist I review the three plans they drew up for me (😉), but the first one was exactly what I had envisioned! And that plan is exactly what they gave me. Grant Short: After finding Case Design I was excited to work with them, because of the unique process they advertise. After reaching out in July we had someone reach out to schedule the first meeting quickly, but due to the high volume of clients they couldn't get us in until the end of September. I scheduled the appointment anyway due to the work on their site and reviews. Even though it was a long wait my Wife and I looked forward with excitement for our appointment. However that excitement ended when they cancelled our meeting in September, because the owner made the decision to not do any work in our area anymore. I understand the decision to stop work in our area, but very unprofessional to cancel an appointment already on the books instead of finishing out what has been booked and then not taking future projects in this area.

Whiskey_Bent_Indy: Wildly expensive. I just had a quote for a roughly 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft tiled shower needing redone. Take one more second and read the dimensions. I was quoted $18,980 for this small part of my bathroom. For that kind of money you’d be a long way into redoing a whole bathroom. Jaw dropped. Fortunately, a neighbor behind us just chimed in their very similar shower was just redone for less than half of that. Glad to see some aren’t trying to gouge simply because there is a demand for their services.

debbi carroll: I signed a contract with Indy Removations in August to have my bathroom remodeled. I later found out I was going to have company for Christmas. I called Indy Reno. and asked if it could be done before Christmas. The general I spoke to said they would try to figure out something. Next thing I knew, I got a call saying they would do it before Thanksgiving!! They did the job in a profession, efficient manner. Jarod Lipson: We called them to replace all the tile in our shower because there was a leak, causing the floors in the house to buckle. After months of waiting (and not being able to use our shower), they eventually replaced all the tile. As soon as we started using the shower again, the floors went right back to buckling. They sent someone out a week or two after we called and told them, and that person blamed the water heater that we had put in 6 months before they came (with no issues in between) and left. They have basically been dodging us for over a month since. Meanwhile, we’re still not able to use the shower we paid to have fixed and still have warped floors because we believed the issue had been fixed. They’ll try and make it seem like they’ll fix any issues that arise, but I guarantee they will not or will wait months to do so. Use another company.

Debbie Delay: The work done by Indy Reno, specifically "William and Randy" was outstanding. I live in a condo, so I knew it would be hard to keep things clean, inside and in the common spaces. They cleaned up every day, as did I. My building manager even mentioned how much he appreciated how professional they were. The tiling, which was a major amount of the work, turned out beautifully. Because of supply chain issues, our project did not get finished on time. However the company worked with us at every turn to work it out and on a schedule that worked for us. Ali Cerra: Indy Renovation remodeled my master bathroom along with the flooring in my master closet and master bedroom. The end result not only exceeded my expectations but it came out just breathtaking, like right out of a magazine! laura rowlett: Shane, Gary and their crew are awesome to work with. David and Dave were the main contractors on the job for my bathroom remodel after an upstairs leak caused water damage to the walls and floor. Dave and David tore out the bathroom using drop cloths and lots of TLC to be sure the rest of my condo wasn't destroyed in the process. David replaced the shower and updated some plumbing to fit the new fixtures. He's really a true professional and is passionate about doing great work. I'd go so far as to say he's meticulous in his approach to getting the job done right without cutting corners. Jim came through and did an excellent job on the drywall repair and ceiling texture matching. Most of all, I appreciated that they not only got back to me in a timely manner when I called or texted about progress and timelines but also that they let me be absent from my place with doors left unlocked for them to work while I went about my summer days and lived life uninterrupted. That was HUGE to be able to come and go without any worry about what was going on with the remodel job during the day. Thanks a TON for a job well-done!

RiBrown74: Our glass block enclosed shower seemed to be leaking around the base, and we decided to have Indy Renovation take it out and have a new frameless glass shower installed. Turned out there was a lot of leaking under the shower pan, and so there was wood rot and other issues to correct. The work crew showed me the damage, talked through how they would correct it before the new shower would be put in. Once the flooring, drain and new shower pan were installed, they recommended we have have a separate glass professional put in the frameless glass, since there were more cuts than they felt comfortable doing. I appreciated this advice, and Indy Restoration subtracted the estimate for the shower enclosure from their bill. I appreciated their honesty and hard work. We are extremely pleased with the final product, 4 months after installation.

George Gabuzda: We hired CASE to install a wet bar in our basement family room as well as construct an exercise room in our back basement. From design concept to the finished product, they were the best! The work was defined before starting, timelines were met or were modified through very thorough communication via phone, text, email, and in-person. rby2ao: We had never remodeled before, but our 35 year old kitchen and master bath were getting to us, so we nervously interviewed a few remodeling companies. We chose Case because they provided the best remodeling solution for our small, modest kitchen and bath. During the process, which took 7 weeks, they kept us updated on what was happening and what was planned and they finished the project by the date set. There were a few unexpected changes, but most were ones that we asked for. We love the new kitchen and bath and are planning our next project with Case. (Pictures by me.)

Heidi Borchelt: We had Lifestyle Group remodel 2 baths after water damage. It was so convenient to go to one location to choose finishes (cabinets, floors ,tiles, toilets, hardware, etc. We weren't stuck searching on our own at the big box stores or various specialty stores. This was a real time saver for busy lifestyles. Their interior decorator, Stephanie, was so helpful with suggestions. However, she was not pushy at all. Everyone we worked with, from Geoff to Stephanie, and all of the staff that worked in our home, was genuinely nice, clean and efficient. The work was done quickly as well. . As with any remodel/construction, issues came up, however, Geoff addressed our concerns quickly, and had a great response to all of our concerns. This group will not leave you high and dry! I would recommend and hire again!

Stephanie first came out and took pictures and giving us all her ideas on what we could do. Stephanie and the project manager, Geoff, really put our dreams into reality! My wife and I would highly recommend working with Lifestyle Group for anyone needing to do a small or major home renovation.Our home had a pretty tiny kitchen with minimal counter space and not much cabinet space for storing items. A major kitchen overhaul was needed. Lifestyle came up with a great redesign of our kitchen that involved demolishing a wall and incorporating our dining room for expanded space. The project schedule and pricing were appropriate for the remodel. Lifestyle had very skilled (and friendly!) workers doing the demo work, installing the new appliances (oven/range, hood, microwave & refrigerator). Additionally, they installed new kitchen flooring, assembled a beautiful mosaic above the range, installed a gorgeous quartz kitchen island for added counter space, added light fixtures over the island and installed cabinets. Separately, Lifestyle managed contracting out plumbing and electrical work. They also worked with city inspectors to make sure everything met city code requirements.Since Lifestyle was already renovating our kitchen, we also asked them to install new flooring in our living room and family room and entry way bathroom and install a new toilet and sink/vanity in this bathroom. They did a great job with this too.All in all, everything was top notch! Lifestyle Group was always immediately responsive and met our needs 100%!! Highly recommended!
