Le Méridien Indianapolis: what do users think?
Trevor Miller: Rooms: Nice room. Cozy.Walkability: Many things to do nearby within walking distance.Food & drinks: Nice bar
Isaac Thompson: Food & drinks: We chose this hotel because of its location directly adjacent to St. Elmo's. It was incredibly convinient for this reason as well as being a comfortable establishment in its own right.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
C King: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice just small. Not a lot of space in the one we had. Was in good location and easy to find. Finding ice was little difficult but had to go down to check in desk. Was quiet and no issues hearing people around us or above us.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Daniela Ra: This has been by far the best Customer Service experience I've had from the staff reception! I left my passport in their security box and after a couple weeks notice they were able to expedite it to the shipping address needed. Always acting kind and human, something that tends to be forgotten now a days! Thank you for sharing the care!
Terence G: Went to a Laker and Pacer game this location was perfect. Five minute walk, the staff were very nice and professional.
Chuni: This is beautiful boutique hotel, high end and well maintained, good bar and restaurant, and a walkway to mall. But what really stands out are the staff! In most hotels the staff are nice, in special hotels the staff are extra nice, but here the front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly! Kathrine remembered my name from 6 weeks ago when I stayed here, she’ll offer me a water w/o asking, and always offer assistance, yesterday I requested a microwave, the maintenance tech had already left, Aniyah from the front desk personally brought it up for me, I’ve been traveling for a while now for work, and have never seen such dedication from a front desk employee!!They deserve a big raise! They’re doing a phenomenal job! Thank you for the great service! 🙏🙏
randy hayes: First trip to Indianapolis in a few years. Decided to stay at the Le Meridian since it's downtown and close to everything we wanted to see. The entire staff is extremely helpful and the property is very nice. Aniyah at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Both employees at the front desk were what I'd like to see at every hotel stay!!
MGD: Beautiful Boutique Hotel housing the AMAZING St. Elmo’s Steakhouse…Beautiful Rooms, Great Service combined with Much History!!!

Courtney Gerald: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and that hotel itself was amazing. The bed was a soft as a cloud in the bathroom was perfectly clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and stadiums. We ordered room service and the food did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Colton Haney: Absolutely LOVED my experience at this hotel. I stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend. While the room was comfortable, well decorated, and clean, what made my experience top-rate was the staff. Zahra was there for my check in - she was friendly, guided me through the hotel amenities, and made me feel welcome as a Marriott elite member. I then engaged with Caitlin, the night auditor, who helped me get an additional key. Finally, I also engaged with Kathrine, Kati, & Amber on my way out of the hotel, all of whom were welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
Adam DeJans: Rooms are a bit small, but the location is excellent! Very close to a lot of downtown attractions. The staff was all very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

KRISTINE Black: I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and the TOP NOTCH STAFF. As a germiphobe myself.. and my adult daughter who is even more of one...we both were SO comfortable here. The air...cleaner than clean! The room... sparkling.we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. When they say pet friendly...they mean it! They even remembered our pups names when we took them to walk them. We were hit with the minus 10 degree Temps and spent a lot more time in the hotel then planned as a lot of events got cancelled in Indy. It was a pleasure The beds...the shower...so comfy! The staff knew we has a rough go getting there with the ice. They were so sweet at check in. I adore this hotel!
Stephanie: It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating. The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles. All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast: what do users think?
Hannah: Comfy bed, fairly clean, and spacious rooms. Has dinnertime snacks, breakfast, and popcorn for some extra perks.
Shelly Horton: Reservations No Cancellation refund. I recently made a reservation at the Inn for July 2023. I went online and seen that there were cancellation refund if cancelled by a certain date in July. I made a reservation on the phone and the agent didn't tell me there was no cancellation refund because there were so many events going on at that time until after I made the reservation. I told her I didn't want it but was told there was no refunds. Now I had a $800 bill charged to my card in March 2023. Now if I don't make it I won't get my money back. I have medical issues so it is a possibility that I won't make it so I would not have made the reservation if I had known that I would not get my money back. I have been trying to get my money back but no response. I have never had this happen to me before. I know I would not have made the reservation if I had known before that there was no refund for cancellation. I made the reservation months ahead of time. I am on disability and can't afford to lose money like that on purpose.
Douglas House: Wonderful hotel and a neat area to walk, shop and eat without driving.
James Whaley: Room was large and spotless. Breakfast was very good, minor issue was popcorn was staleRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
linda Anderson: Noteworthy details: The food for breakfast was abundant. The place was clean. The staff was friendly, and helpful. When I asked for a late check out, it wasn't a problem. Children loved the swimming pool being half inside and half out.. The hot tub was a big hit too. Was pretty crowded in the pool Saturday night, not as bad on Sunday.
michael upchurch: Rooms: Room was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and bedding.Nearby activities: The Indianapolis Zoo, Children's Museum, and Downtown were within 15-20 minute drive from the hotel. There is also a pool in the hotel featuring an indoor/outdoor swim-thru...HUGE hit with the kids.Food & drinks: Breakfast and dinner buffet with drinks were included with a stay , which was a great value. Their menu is kid-friendly as well as adults.
wen moo: Very clean. Good food. Pool was coldRooms: Very clean. Large suitesFood & drinks: Great variety
Eric Suger: Hotel is decent, with larger rooms. However the common areas are small. The hotel was so busy that parking availability was an issue, and getting seating for breakfast was nearly impossible. Left voicemails for front desk and never received calls back. A bit disappointed compared to the service I received at other Drury hotels. Price is right for the location.
Beverly Phillips: This was our second time at Castleton Drury this year. The first time it shined with the exception of no hot water on the evening of our stay. (Amends were made for that.) This time, not so shiny. We arrived shortly before evening kick was ending and the food area was a complete mess so we skipped dinner. I’d describe their dinner food offerings as “hospital food.” Edible, but nothing special. Breakfast was very good selection and their coffee is terrific. The hotel as a whole — not our room —just looked dirtier and unkept this time. Room was clean and comfortable. Props to housekeeping. Next time we go to Indy we’re going back to Hampton Inn.
A B: Rooms: Room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that it is difficult to sleep if you have a room that is on the same side of the building as the interstate.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Gary Greinke: Well for 250 a night I was not impressed we stay at drury inns very often , first the pool in a indoor outdoor pool so expect to only use half of it if the weather is to cold , the hot tub definitely needed to be warmer , and it was insanely packed , the food was mediocre but there was nowhere to sit , dinner the meatballs were cold and just was not impressed for a 500$ weekend
Emmaline: Came during spring break, it was insanely crowded. The dinning area is way too small for how big the hotel is - and the food that was provide for dinner and breakfast were very mediocre. They had a pool at the hotel but it was super packed and definitely was over the maximum capacity of people that can be in the pool. The phone in our hotel room did not work. We also had a noise problem with other guests and had to call the front desk 3 times before the issue was resolved.
Pamela Murillo: Decided to book a room for NYE to celebrate the time with our kids (8 and 10). It seemed like many other families had the same idea and the pool was full most of the afternoon/evening we checked in. It was nicely heated and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool concept. The popcorn and kickback snacks which were good enough to serve as a meal were great. They even include 3 adult beverages for both adults (even if we didn't use them). Breakfast buffet was great and plentiful despite the large crowd! Staff was super friendly despite it being the holiday. We will definitely be back!Food & drinks: The popcorn and kickback snacks which were good enough to serve as a meal were great. They even include 3 adult beverages for both adults (even if we didn't use them). Breakfast buffet was great and plentiful despite the large crowd!
Jessica Spooner: Drury Inns are my absolute favorite hotels! They provide breakfast, dinner, and drinks(for the adults!!) At this specific Drury Inn we've had great service and it's been a wonderful stay so far!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
AwesomeNiks: Things we liked:It was very clean. The food selection was goodFree popcorn and drinks were a nice touch.Beds were comfortable.Things we disliked:The pool is too small, and a bit cold since it's connected to the outdoor pool. There were often 30-40 kids in the pool and you could barely walk, let alone swim. There is only 1 set of elevators for a 9 story hotel. The line for the elevator was very long every time. The power went out shortly while we were there. We were safely in our room but heard another family talking in the lobby that the elevator dropped while they were in it. I realize this could happen anywhere, but that's still frustrating and the power outage wasn't addressed at all. Who knows why it happened or if it could happen again? I felt uncomfortable using the elevator afterward. The 2 room suite has issues with temperature. The bedroom gets very cold, while the living room is very hot. It's hard to get either room a reasonable temperature. The main reason we cannot recommend this hotel though is that the worker during dinner kept yelling at kids while refilling the food. First, he was yelling at a kid to quit pumping the empty nacho cheese, because it needed refilled. The kid didn't hear him, so the worker stomped over and yelled at the kid for not waiting. Then the worker wanted to refill the salsa, and he shoved my son out of the way with his arm and said "Can you please move?!" He never even said excuse me or asked us to move first or we would have. I tried to speak to the manager afterward, but there were 10 people in line to check in and the manager was working the desk all alone and was too busy to talk without me waiting in a very long line with 3 young kids. It is NEVER okay to put your hands on a minor.I do feel bad for the workers. It was spring break. It was very busy at dinner, and they appeared short staffed. I understand being flustered, but you cannot push a minor out of the way; you simply say excuse me. (FYI: All of the other staff members were very kind and polite during our stay).Because of this experience, I cannot recommend the hotel. I could look past a small pool and a busy elevator, but that poor experience just ruined it all for us.Edited to add: The GM reached out to us after I posted this review to resolve the issue. Just wanted to mention that.

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Tati Raz: Good hotel for the price!!! Beautiful lobby but there is no breakfast included , the bar and the restaurant were not popular and situated right up front which seems uncomfortable. No fee wifi or parking. valley is like 25 a night. The are is nice with all the stores and restaurants around. The best part was the front desk! Super nice and helpful!
Tia-Lynn Hatcher-Gary: Everything was great. Didn't care for $15 per night parking in the garage but what can we do about that. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely! Everything was clean. The only thing I would change is having some control of the AC. It got a little stuffy in the room but overall...Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Connor Shaw: Only went in the lobby and it was very nice so I really can't rate much better then a 4 starFood & drinks: The eggs were cold but everything else was pretty good
Leonard Lorentz: Really disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed annoyed with our needs. We were first assigned a room with no towels. We asked for some only to get called later on asking if we still really needed them. The room itself was musty and could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Maybe even a new carpet. At night there was a loud party going on until 5 am. I didn't know exactly what room, so I was unable to get the staff to help. I will never return to this property.
collene hayes: Would not recommend. Older rooms being renovated. Mold in room by window. Ac vent super loud. When moved to newly renovated room there was no TV remote, no toilet paper holder, loud fridge, no streaming service online, room phone not hooked up. Management does try to correct issues. Comfortable beds and hot water is the best they have to offer. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating.
John Maxwell: Furniture is extremely old. They are remodeling now but wow the rooms thst have not been remodeled are bad. I'm surprised Sheraton allows there name to be on this hotel. I had a drink and something to eat at the bar. Service was extreeeeeeemly slow and the food was bad.Rooms: Dingy and old. Some under renovation. Not mine.Food & drinks: Drinks fine good bad.
Taufeeque Ali: Nice place to stay in this area. Hotel was amazing. One of the best and only 4 star hotel in this area surrounded by outlet malls, eatery, and tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.
Sarah “Sarah” Phillips: Our bed was a crime scene under the sheet. Great staff. Left a gift bag behind and called immediately but it was nowhere to be found:( Bartender Michael was great!!!Food & drinks: Cheesecake factory
Gaby Ferreira: The hotel is outdated but they are working on renovating. My complaint is some nights they give you free cookies and waters and are great. Other nights nothing...Mandy IU never know wheat to expect. I don't like the inconsistency.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Heimann: Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Claudia Weitz: Our original room that we were given had not been cleaned properly. Surfaces were sticky with visible cup rings. Bathtub was dirty and peeling. Bed was disheveled. Carpet was ripped. We were given a new room, however it was not what we originally booked. No apology from staff and no discount given. Will not return or recommendRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joel Hector: Great service and very relaxing
Jacob Tidwell: This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.
Coty Waldron: Rooms: Brown s*** in our shower and they would have left a stain after you washed it off and we think there is yak on the pictures the pool in the sauna was awesome though no hot tea ran out of coffee downstairsRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

debjani singha: I was here for a convention. It is a unique hotel. Try to book the room in the train.
Denise Pallarito: The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis did its best to retain the train history that built the city. It is on the National Historic Registry. The rooms are efficient. We stayed in 352, which is an internal room with no view of the outside. We had a view of the wall (which was fine with us). The atmosphere was a friendly one. Throughout the property are statues depicting what activity would have been like.We will definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: There is a tunnel to get to the convention center.Walkability: Very walkable to the sites of Indianapolis.

nigar sultana: I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown. The front desk receptionist, who appeared to be of Indian descent, demonstrated a discriminatory attitude and maintained an unwelcoming demeanor throughout my stay. I faced several issues during my time at the hotel, which left me extremely dissatisfied.Firstly, I had booked a pool view room a month prior to my arrival, but the hotel failed to provide me with the room I had reserved. Additionally, my coat went missing from my room, and the hotel staff accused me of losing it instead of taking responsibility for the disappearance. The amenities in the hotel room were also severely lacking, with no microwave and no room service available. Furthermore, the wait times for assistance were incredibly long, causing significant inconvenience during my stay. To make matters worse, I almost missed an important conference due to the misleading directions provided by the front desk.Overall, my experience at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown was highly disappointing, with instances of racism, unprofessional behavior, and inadequate service.

Eydin Hansen: Great place! Clean, but small rooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Monica Del Castillo: Writing in real time. Asked for a double room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. We got 2 full sized beds passing for queens. We checked in around 10PM and tried to sleep. The beds were too small. None of us could sleep. My spouse has back pain and was not able to get comfortable. After 8 plus hours of driving this was just the worst.Went down to the front desk a few minutes ago (it's 1:45AM) and let them know of our dilemma. When we told him these were not queen beds and not big enough for 2 normal sized adults he had no response. Literally nothing. Not, "I'm so sorry, lets see what we can do" or "these are teacup queens they're all the rage now!"But the staff is nice enough, this is not their fault. We just had to pay for another room with a king bed and left our (older) kids in the original room so each of them could have their own bed as they were uncomfortable too..From reading some of these reviews they are well aware that their beds are smaller than they claim. We stay here a lot but have not brought our girls until today. So usually we get a king bed. We travel quite a bit and this is one of our favorite stops along the way to our destination.I just don't know if we will be returning to this location even if it's just the 2 of us. Customer service was horrendous. Just paid for 2 rooms when we should have only needed one.I don't want a generic reply to this, saying they will "look into it and rectify the situation". Unless the hotel gets actual queen sized beds, which they are not going to do because the double rooms are too small, nothing is going to be rectified.I would like some money returned to me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I came here to rest not to be wide awake at 2am upset.Morning update: Because we did not sleep well until we got our new room we slept in, missed breakfast and are getting on the road much later than we were supposed to, eating into our driving time and itinerary. This is how one frustrating thing can ripple into many others. But I will stop now as I refuse to let this ruin my and my family's day 💛 onward and upward!Noteworthy details: Beds are smaller than they claim. Do not get double beds unless only one person is sleeping in it.
Gafar Olanrewaju: My Experience staying here was so horrible, great location but bad service, building looks so old, lack renovation, very poor services, valet drivers we looking like they would rob you, they speak to you shabbily and unprofessional... Getting to the room, everything looks ancient , bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I was disappointed with this place or I would say my expectations were total high but this place don't deserve to be in the Downtown area.. Next day, checking out, I got to find out my car was never parked but was left out side the hotel the whole night after I paid $40 for valet parking, then I was told they couldn't find my car keys, they called the manager, when the manager came they spoke to their drivers and after they did, they walked right pass us without saying nothing or addressing the issue with us.... Then the receptionist said the keys have been sitting right in front of her after wasting an hour of our time... This place is totally trash and they do not deserve the location they are at because they are bad in business.
Adam Simon: The staff were amazing! Everything else, blah. They kept the rooms and common areas clean, but there were a lot of things about the place that didn't work right. Like the showers. And a little piece of toilet paper would clog the commode. The two stars is for the management, but 5 stars is for the staff. They were so professional.Rooms: Really old, and uncomfortable beds.Walkability: You're right downtown, so there's plenty to do.Noteworthy details: The buttons on some elevators didn't work.
Mark Ames: Basic and clean hotel. This hotel is connected to the Marriott, Courtyard Hotel and the convention center via the parking lot. We were able to stay on budget at the Fairfield, socialize in the lobby of the Marriott and visit the convention center, all via the skywalks and parking garage so you really didn't have to go outside in the winter weather. One thing; many rooms have either no view or terrible views of mechanical equipment or walls. Gotta stay at the Marriott if you want to look out the window at beautiful downtown Indianapolis
Alejandra Garza: Belen was amazing at the front desk, she was very professional, helpful, and gave great recommendations for touring Indianapolis. The room was clean, breakfast was great. Staff kept cafeteria cleaned and fully stocked with breakfast options.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: No concerns regarding our safety.Walkability: Walking distance to Eiteljorg museum, Lucas stadium much more!
Jean Sink: My friend and I stayed in June 2022 for the TGC Women's Conference at the Indy Convention Center. This hotel was extremely convenient: easy to park (and cheaper rate since we stayed), connected to the convention center by elevators and walkways, breakfast in the mornings (continental, standard variety). The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and happy to answer questions. We will plan to stay again for future conferences!
Charlotte Cervantes: We have stayed here many times, and we are always greeted with smiles. All the hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.Walkability: Connected to the convention center
Bernadette Williams: Overall, i did not stay long enough to make a general review, but it was ok. Except i did not like the idea of going to another hotel for dinner. Yes, i understand it's under the same hotel brand. I am a Marriott Bum. But sleeping in one hotel and eating in another takes time away from what i want to do. All in all, my stay was good, and i will be back in a week or so.
Chennal Powell: The roomsare no updatedas all and are VERY narrow. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel was closedpermanently- it would have been move to know this priorbut overall i wouldnotrecommend staying at this property.Motworth the money!
Alisa Neff: Nearby activities: Museums across the street. Zoo not far. Some restaurants very close.Food & drinks: Good breakfast foods.

Nikita Cain: Don’t expect to get any valuable items returned if you leave something in your hotel room . Called a few hours after check out after leaving a very expensive item in the room . Ofcourse it was not found definitely my fault but you would think the housekeepers would have enough integrity to return items found! As for the hotel itself hallways are gross elevators even worse room itself was spacious but dated .
Alex Phipps: We stayed here so we didn't have to drive tosuper early for an appointment in Indianapolis. Very friendly staff. Room we stayed in was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The rates weren't to bad for the rooms.
Cherry: I loved staying at Candlewood Suites! I was not expecting the beautiful, generous space that was prepared for me. This made up for the hard bathtowels. I will get to that later. I wish I could've stayed longer than one night. Poor planning on my part! They were completely booked for Sunday, which even the desk attendant thought was odd. The suite had a table/island, a desk, a huge fridge, a microwave, and a stove. The living room had a sleeper sofa and was separate from the bedroom. The furnishings were nicely coordinated and modern. There was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. If I didn't have so many bags and had not been on the 9th floor, l would've opted to take the stairs bc the elevator floor creaked; it was a bit creepy. Also, the towels were bright white but super hard.Other than that, pack a bag. Bring your own towels, but leave your body wash, shampoo, and conditioner at home. They have Dove products in ample supply.I think you will enjoy your stay.

Tricia Flores: Nice room. Clean. The last time we stayed at this location, the shuttle took us downtown, dropped us off at a well-known restaurant, and picked us up after dinner. This time, not knowing they changed their policy, I asked for a shuttle to the same restaurant downtown. I was told they didn't run to that location. But it did go downtown. It would leave us at Kroger or TJMax. I must have had a weird look on my face because I was asked which I wanted to be left at. 1. We were NOT from Indianapolis, telling me 'here' or 'there' means nothing to me. 2. Telling me it was an 8 minute walk in Windy 32° weather is not a feasible option for everyone. Just apologize for the inconvenience, and suggest an Uber or lyft. Both of which can give estimates on lifts to general locations like the restaurant we wanted to go.Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the room was comfortable and well stocked for a short or extended stay.
Guadalupe Dominguez: Very rude lady from night shift on Jan 30,2023. Someone from housekeeping stoled my husbands new jacket. I do not recommend this place at all. If i have to give it a 0 i wouldRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Max Shepard: Very clean no problem checking in was a problem at3 am in parking lot with people screaming but it got broken up pretty quick
jennifer gibson: Beds are incredible there. You don't want to get up. Renovating taking place, but they go out of their way to overcompensate for it. I have been in the hospital, great for my family to have for long term stay. Hospital rates available. Handicap rooms are perfect for helping.Food & drinks: Kitchens in all the rooms.Noteworthy details: New furniture, bedding, etc

SG Life: Excellent home away from home for a month. Great staff, great stay. Nadia was superb at front desk. Met with a smile and some conversation on every occasion. Helped me out when I had trouble checking in after a +30 hour travel.Rooms: Great layout. Especially good to have small kitchen with all you need for your stay.
Josh Knoechel: We called and booked a room, confirmed the pool was open and working. Drove across the city during rush hour. Get here and the pool is closed. They say there's nothing they can do for us. But don't worry, they said they won't charge us a cancellation fee. How generous.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Lisa May: Had an absolutely lovely stay here when I had to travel to Indiana for work. First off, the ladies who work evening shift at the front desk are delightful. They were so sweet and happy to be there. My room was simple, clean, and comfortable. My shower (which is a big hot spot for me in hotels) was super clean with good water pressure. The hotel was quiet at night. They are festive and had decorations up for Valentines. The staff also encourages you to participate in social hour, which includes free food. So fun! Had a lovely stay.
