Jasmine: Didn’t have my catering order ready for my daughters first birthday party the lady first said they didn’t have an order then looked on the computer after showing her the confirmation email and then she said oh they didn’t see the order mind you I didn’t place the order today so you don’t check your computer when you get orders or?! had hungry people sitting at the house and ended up having to order pizzas. This location is awful will never get my business again!

Joel Grant: Saved Thanksgiving day. Long story short. The fridge went out after we had bought everything for Thanksgiving. Lost it all. Went to Bob Evans. Wait was to long and they were out of ham and some sides. It was a mad house. So we regrouped and went to Boston Market. No in-store dinning. There were 3 groups in front of us. The line move very fast. We ordered. They had all the sides. Had to wait 10 minutes on the turkey to finish. Everything was fresh and delicious. They were very fast and efficient. We got the 3 person dinner, it fed 4. Plus a free whole pie.

Cathy Nowicki: Ordered 2 separate orders to 2 different houses. Both of the orders we ordered peach cobbler. Neither one had the cobbler in it. Unsure if they ran out or what. We were charged 27 bucks a piece to deliver 1 meal to each house. Ridiculous

Curtissa Stewart: This was the worst experience ever. I’m a big fan of Boston Market, but not this location. The restaurant looks deserted and old. There was no ice in the machine. The food was terrible!!! 2 meals of meatloaf, corn & mashed potatoes & one chicken sandwich for 36$. Meatloaf tasted like it came from a can. The corn was re-cooked or over cooked. Mashed potatoes were probably the best. However, we all ended up not eating it all & throwing it away. I’m very disappointed!!!! No wonder it’s empty. I will not be supporting this location any more and this was my first time here!!!!👎👎👎👎

Robert Strickler: If I could give this location an F I would. Dirty and run down. Boston market should be ashamed to have this location as part of their franchise. The food was not good and way over priced, we ended up throwing part of it away. Two pulled pork sandwiches, two scopes of mashed potatoes and two drinks (2 combos) $26. After reading the rest of the reviews almost all were correct. Also just like the other reviews the AC must not work, very warm inside the restaurant. My wife and I will never go to another Boston market.

Sara Marichal: Only giving 4 stars because the manager got after an employed just trying to tell her we hadn't gotten our food yet. We had many people come in after us and get their orders first. Shoutout to Mikayla for trying to get us our food quicker! She is a 5/5 stars
