Children Of America Indianapolis: what do users think?
Bergandi Thompson: My son is almost 2 years old and this is my first time putting him in childcare when I went for my tour of course it felt right but as soon as my son was enrolled I noticed it was very unorganized. I was told the first week would be free then last minute was told I had to pay due to him starting on a Tuesday director stated if he stated later in the week it would’ve been free which I don’t understand how. The first week my son wasn’t even enrolled in the system the second week is when I got access to the video camera and tadpole and I had to email customer service for my password and user it wasn’t given to me. The very first day of me watching my son I saw a teacher snatch a child up and push them I immediately called the director. She went in the classroom but the teacher remained in there. Every time I pick my son up he is wet and nose is crusty. They do not wash the kids hands as stated. The teachers do not pay attention they allow the kids to hit eachother and my son isn’t use to That. This is his first time being around kids. M m y son can not talk to me and let me know if someone hurts him I can’t watch the video all day because I do work but I will be removing my child.UPDATE : Children Of America reached out to me Ms.Carrie was amazing! She asked me questions apologized and FIXED EVERY PROBLEM I HAD. I did keep my son at this daycare and he will remain here. I literally saw changes the very next day. I am happy with the ways things changed. I can literally go to work and not watch surveillance the entire time, I do still check in from time to time though! I am extremelyyyyy more comfortable. My son also loves the director Ms.Debbie and his NEW teacher. I will recommend this daycare to everyone. No daycare is perfect but I can say they are honestly working their way up to get as close to perfection.
Stephanie Streblo: COA Lawrence is the absolute best preschool! The teachers and management are professional and caring. We can tell they truly love what they do and care about teaching children! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Carrie Brunat: The Camp Wow was top notch this year!
sarah fourman: You would be missing out if you took your children to any other childcare center. You just wont find quality like this anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
Amber Sites: Love this daycare! Teachers are great with the children!
Johnathan Feist: Great place to bring my kids. The teachers excellent!
datruf lache: The facility looked nice and Director seemed genuine. After a couple months or so; I begin watching the Live feed and I noticed the kids were fighting frequently. The workers seems frustrated and they often manhandled the kids. Also Some of the coworkers were not watching the kids. My son somehow fell and busted his head on a shelf and I had to take him to the ER for it. I did not feel safe after the incident so I decided to remove my child. Remind you I understand kids fall and accidents happen, but never had to rush my kid to the ER for a fall. The director did not once give me a phone call apologizing for the accident nor did she reasure to me that safety measures would be taken. My work scheduled was disrupted. I also had to call many times reguarding the way the staff handled children. My child was not happy here. And I wouldn’t recommend until they have more compassionate staff members and better safety plans. I had to not only report them to the state but find another safe, caring facilty for my child
Beastgamer: TERRIBLE❗️DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. They abuse and neglect children. They tied my four year old son to a stroller. THE WORST EVER. ZERO Stars! I don’t know how they sleep at night! PATHETIC!!!!!!!
charles Gonzales: I used to go here after school and we had a lot of fun and made a lot of friends 🤪😜😆
Sarah May: summer is right around the corner and my kids can’t wait to see what field trips they will be going on this year!
David Grinsley: My children attended Children of America sometime ago. We moved out of town to take care of my sick father and when we returned one of our first stops was To re-enroll my kids at Children of America! I was so excited to see that Rebecca and Lisa, the director and assistant director… were still there! They take the time to get to know the families and children individually. They are very sincere with the love that they have for the kiddos and I see this every morning when I walk in the door my kids run up to them to give them their morning hugs! You guys are great and like a second family, keep up the good work!
Natalie Sklorenko: This daycare is a great place for kids! They have a great staff and most importantly, I feel confident in the safety of my child. The teachers are very hands on with their students and I love that the Director is in tuned with each student and always knows whats going on! A++ in my book, keep up the great work!
Becky Grande: This child care center is amazing! My daughter attended when she was a young toddler and it was the first time she was experiencing being away from mommy. Her teachers were great with making her feel safe and loved. She learned a lot during her time there as well. The director Rebecca is very welcoming, kind and easy to talk to. You can tell she loves her job and the kids! It's hard to find a place you trust enough to leave your child with them but I never felt worried about leaving her in the care of the teachers at COA. If I did feel uneasy at all there is also the added benefit of cameras in the classrooms and as a parent we can see what our kids are doing throughout the day.
Stacy Patlan: My son has been attending COA Lawrence for about 6 months. Since changing from his old daycare he has excelled and grown exponentially. All of the teachers are very well educated and reassuring and make sure each child gets the attention they need! They have taught my son manners, sharing, spanish, and may other educational tools that will help him go above and beyond in grade school. Outside of the classroom the school is very clean and well maintained. They have a great security system which gives me comfort! I highly recommend this school for any child looking to grow!
Amy Wehr: My niece never stops talking about how much she loves her classroom and her teachers!!!!She has made many good friends and memories here!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😍
Pat Sites: My grandkids love this day care. It is nice to drop them off and have them want to go in. They are actually learning and making friends.
Hilda Bolanos: I had my two boys in children of America, couldn't be more happy with the care my boys received. These center has a great team caring for our little ones!!!!from the staff to the director..
Rachel Bright: We love this center! My child has attended here for 5 years and now she's ready for Kindergarten! The staff here are so friendly and loving. I always love receiving their daily sheets via email and seeing pictures of my child throughout the day! I toured a few other centers before choosing this one and the others do not even compare to COA. It's clean, organized, and top quality care. Classrooms are always in ratio which is something I look for. The curriculum is great! My daughter has learn sooo much here. The management up front are so welcoming and helpful and always answer and questions I have. I would recommend this center to anyone!
Sarah Sites: This place is amazing takes great care of the kids and my nephews love it there great environment and always has something planned to keep the kids interested
Stephaine Owens: This childcare center is horrible. They don't teach your children anything. Kids are always fighting. My child did not like this center at all. The teacher's are also very unprofessional.
Mr. Clark: This is a wonderful child care facility that my god-daughters have attended daily for some time now. The youngest is barely two years old and talks about her teachers all of the time. Her family and I couldn't be happier that she is enrolled in the toddler program at Children of America! I also have an older god-daughter who is picked up from another school on a Children of America bus and brought back to the center and given a health snack. That makes it so much easier on her mother!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Childcare: what do users think?
Natalya Washington: My son has been attending since he was 5 months. He’s now three! This daycare has taught him so much! At two he already knew his alphabet, days of the week, and how to count to 20. They aided with potty training, and handled things very safe and graciously during the pandemic. The teachers are very consistent and transparent. This daycare is now like family. Definitely recommend
Ashley Hyche: My daughter has been going for almost 2 years now. She has learned so much that it surprises me! Not only is she learning, I am currently potty training and they are supportive and keep the routine going on at daycare! As a first time mom, I highly recommend. To top it off, we get sent the cutest pictures during the day
JAHSON FIRI: DO NOT send you child at this horrible daycare…. My son complains about being hit in the head by his teacher and also lock up in the dark bathroom by himself as a form of punishment…. They would suspend him after i make payments for the week. Since May he hasn’t spend a full week without having some kind of problem so that he looses some days…. Please look for another daycare for your child because they are very careless and anything bad can happend to your child….
Kayla Outlaw: I love...I mean absolutely Love peanut butter and jelly 🤗😊 my son love it. my Family loves it for there grandson. my son uses the potty more now😉 he's not shy like he was with an around other children. he's happy when I drop him off and. pick Him up! I feel that my son is very safe there the staff treats my son like he's one of there own!!:))) the entire staff is good 👍... thank you P&B you guys are truly amazing 😘
Daisy Dominguez: Really nice daycare but they are understaffed. Hopefully they get more staff.
Jhanel Reed: Good childcare facility, very clean, and a decent staffing. Great work environment.Coming from a standpoint of a former employee that had a child enrolled; they need a little more practice with first time mothers.Reassurance and allowing a first time mother more time to trust would have been preferred.“Babies cry that’s what babies do..” is not reassuring nor calming. The only reason I left The facility is because I felt that my concern and apprehension as a first time mother with a infant was brushed off and disregarded. Will probably never want to work in the daycare field again. Nor will I be enrolling my child in any daycare ever again. But great facility just please work on wording with new mothers and how you address them, even if they are employed by you. Because a mother will always pick the comfort of her and her child before ANY job.
April Seidelmann: PB&J works so well with me and all of my kiddos service providers. I couldn't be a foster parent without them!
Sandra Day: My niece and nephew attend here and they just love the staff and especially the Director Ms. Anita I wouldRecommend them to anyone.
Lawanna Brown: I literally love this daycare. My kids have been going to this daycare since my middle child was born. They have great portion sizes for the kids. They always have activities going on and they have very friendly staff. Its always clean and they sanitize the toys at the end of the day. They also have activities outside of daycare hours. I would definitely trust them with my children if you need someone to trust. 10 out of 10!!!
Jeff Thomas: Very awesome place for your young one. I appreciate the professionalism of this establishment. I tell anyone and everyone that needs a caring place to look after their little one to come here.
cerika clay: Hands down the best childcare in Indianapolis, with warm caring staff that will make you and ur family feel like family. I recommend Peanut butter and Jelly to anyone who is looking for a great and trusting facility for their child
Joni Miles: Had a blast with granddaughter and son
Shawn Chinn: Absolutely wonderful. The progress our daughter has made since being enrolled is incredible! The staff is more like a family to us then a staff. Not a bad word to speak on these ladies! Don't hesitate to enroll your little rug rat!
mary sue: I love this place! There are three or four ladies that work here and they are probably the nicest girls I have ever met. My son is a year and a half and there are a lot of kids his age but also kids older than him. All of the children that attend are extremely well behaved and they always get along. Whenever I drop my son off he is always greeted by all of his new friends and is excited to spend the day with them. And when I pick him up, the daycare providers are always playing with the kids. You always hear laughter here, never have I walked into hear a tantrum!! Absolutely Amazing!

Kelley's Exclusive Child Care: what do users think?
Chelsie Hannon: My baby has been coming to Kelly’s since 12 weeks old and had an NG tube and was on a heart rate monitor. She eventually had a G tube. Regardless of her medical difficulties, I left my baby each day feeling 100% confident that she would not only be completely cared for but also loved, which is hugely important to me. The teachers here are what make the difference for me.
Abigail Taylor: Our family loved our time at Kelley's! We felt a true love for our children. My youngest made such connections with his teachers that he still talks and asks about everyone.Communication is consistent and throughout the day. Meals are made on sight. There is a classroom board that gives the days activities and story being read.Ms. Shannon, the owner/director, has been in education and was my older son's infant teacher. She is a delight and is present in each child's building.Students who are infants through the toddler house have cribs and then are moved into actually toddler beds.We would recommend Kelleys to anyone who asks.
Sarah Syrus: My daughter loved her time at KECC! My husband and I had confidence in KECC from the moment we walked in the door the first time. It has a very homey feeling and the child to teacher ration is great -- we loved knowing that our baby was being personally taken care of. Shannon is a rockstar and consistently blew us away with her professionalism, proactiveness and kindness. The staff works extremely hard to provide normalcy and routine for our babies while still providing a clean, safe environment. I'm very grateful for Shannon and the entire staff at KECC and would highly recommend this daycare.
Brittany Ahlbrand: I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelley's Exclusive Child Care and the Owner/Director, Shannon. With our busy jobs and schedules, we were so nervous to leave our infant daughter with strangers. Little did we know that these strangers would care for our daughter like their own. They snuggled our daughter, helped us with her feeding issues, and cared for her with such compassion and love that I am so grateful for. My favorite things are the people, the low turnover, the cozy atmosphere in a house, the kiddos eat, play and sleep in different rooms to break up the day, and the balance of fun, stimulation and education that they give them. Our daughter has aged out of Kelley's and leaving Shannon and the teachers was one of the hardest days ever. Our daughter still asks about her Busy Bees classroom and her friends there. If you are making a decision about where to send your little one, RUN to Kelley's.
S P: We loved this place. Both our children attended Kelley's and we just love the caring environment. It is a wonderful place for little ones to go to get the love they would get at home. Our boys thrived in the care of Shannon and the other ladies. I can't say enough about this child care center and we are super picky about who we leave our children with. Shannon is amazing with the kiddos and she really cares about each of them and their families.
Denise Rayman: We used Kelley’s for our child from 3 months until she aged out to preschool. They are a very reliable and high quality center with the feel of a home. They were a life saver during the COVID lockdowns because they stayed open and had no outbreaks. The teachers put in a lot of hard work sanitizing and wearing masks all day. The home setting was very comforting to me - the babies and toddlers sleep in a bedroom, eat in a kitchen, and play in a living room, just like at home. The higher ratio (than the state requires) of caregivers to children means each child gets a little more attention, and you can really see the difference in the children’s and caregivers’ stress levels, it’s just a calmer atmosphere than other centers. I recommend Kelley’s to parent friends in the area all the time, and will definitely use them again if we have another child.
Rezan Şahinkaya: KECC is the best. The first thing I noticed when first dropping off my 16-month old at the Toddler House is the warm, inviting atmosphere filled with naturallight coming through the many and wide windows! It sounds like a trivial thing, but I think it’s critical. The staff are amazing, they really do get to know the kids and you can tell they care about them. They are also great at listening to parents and partnering with them regarding their child’s care. None of the usual BS I hear happening at other daycares..This place is amazing, and since we’ve moved from Indiana I have failed to find a daycare that compares and meets my expectations like this one did.
Ashley Stark: We are so appreciative of Shannon and KECC. Shannon was so helpful to us as first time parents and made the decision to choose KECC very easy. We started sending our first child there when he was 3 months old and they are absolutely amazing. I love that they work on his fine motor skills and really pay attention to his development. The app they use is also amazing. It’s so nice to be able to track his schedule throughout the day! And we get pictures to see what he’s up to at least once a day, which I look forward to everyday! The teachers are all so sweet and caring. I couldn’t imagine a better place to send my little one. I highly recommend KECC!
Amanda Jennings: We've been sending our son there for 2.5 months and I can't say enough great things about KECC. They send pictures and videos with updates of the fun things he's doing. He lights up in the morning no matter which teacher comes to the door to greet us. They keep us up to date with everything he does through the day with the Procare app. They've helped us learn that our son has even greater capabilities than we knew! Our entire family couldn't be more grateful for the care he receives!
Clay Ludlow: We cannot say enough positive things about Kelley’s. We enrolled our son at 12 weeks and he was there until he aged out. We also enrolled his little sister at 12 weeks and she was there until we moved. We loved Kelley’s so much, we kept our daughter at Kelley’s even after our son was going to a new daycare. It was worth two drop offs and pickups. Dropping off your kiddos at daycare can be tough but the teachers at Kelley’s made it easier. The teachers truly care for the children, and we always felt confident the kids were in good hands every day. The kids both still talk about the teachers at Kelley’s. If you are looking for a daycare for your little ones, please consider Kelley’s.
Taylor Della Rocco: We have had such a wonderful experience with Kelley’s! Miss Erika and Miss Juliah are angels. Our son runs right to them every morning without even giving me a second look 😂. We are so grateful for their love and care!
S D: I have been so pleased with Kelley’s Childcare for my son. He started as a newborn at 4 months and has attended until age 4. As a working mom, I always had peace of mind when leaving my child in the loving and capable hands at Kelleys. I think it is their 3 children to 1 teacher ratio meant that someone was always doting on my baby (like he was their personal favorite). I am not sure how they do it, but somehow they make each child feel like he/she is the favorite. Needless to say....I Love, Love, Love, this place and am so sad that our little guy is growing up and transitioning to his big boy school.
mallory levin: Kelley’s is an awesome place to be. My daughter had been with them since she was six weeks old and is now 3. They’ve taught her everything she knows. There is nowhere else I would’ve trusted most with my baby. The whole staff is amazing. My daughter always looked forward to going to the “busy house” and playing with her friends. I HIGHLY recommend Kelley’s Exclusive Child Care. Aviva and I will miss you guys!
Laura DuBach: We have loved our experience at Kelley's! The staff is caring, attentive, and truly seem to love the children. I enjoy dropping off and picking up my daughter every day, and she loves going to see "her friends". Would highly recommend!
Erien Dickens: After searching many daycares, Kelley’s Exclusive immediately won my husband and I over. Our son has had the best experience at Kelley’s. I love the home atmosphere in addition to the passion the daycare employees have with caring for my son. Overall, Kelley’s has a “home” feeling and is very clean with an amazing staff and daycare director.
Amber Hollenbeck: I have been taking my daughter here since August 2018 and she loves it! She is dropped off smiling and I pick her up smiling. The ladies take great care of her. I always feel comfortable dropping her off and never worry about her care. Moreover the owner and teachers always keep a clear line of communication open with me. I highly recommend!
Cliff Robinson: Very happy with the wonderful women that have cared for our daughter at Kelley's. Our daughter is always in a great mood when we pick her up and the women all make sure that she is happy and cared for. Every time I pick up our daughter she is in a great mood and often playing around with toys or with one of the other infants in the room. I can only speak to the care administered in the baby room, but can confidently say that said care is extraordinary and we feel very safe leaving our daughter in their hands.
S A: Absolutely love this place. The staff is top notch and I highly recommend.
Chandler Orange: Love working here ❤❤❤
Hannah Bass: Loved the set up! Three different houses at the end of a cul-de-sac, each set up to the age group in them (baby house, toddler house, pre-school). Lowest teacher to child ratio (3:1) and they were very accommodating to our changing work schedules. Felt very confident and safe leaving our 3 month old in their care.

IU Health Day Early Learning: what do users think?
Jason G Morrall: Check out my previous photos at this location on Google maps 😪 this area used to be covered in vibrant colors with beautiful graffiti, not trash tags.. It was covered in trash and there were plenty of encampments too however It seems unnecessary to completely erase the existence of such places and people in society. How much money did we spend repainting these pillars? Could that money have been spent more wisely?
Kelly Turman: I thought enrolling my son in this daycare would be one of the best decisions, considering the Level 4 Quailty of Path and the features such as the app to keep you updated on what your child is doing throughout the day. Turns out, I thought wrong. Shortly after being enrolled, they stopped accurately updating the app as well as stopped sending pictures through the app. Picking him up from daycare numerous times with dried up snot on his face that you can tell has been sitting there for a while. As I am scrolling through the app one day, find an old picture from about a month ago of my 2 year old SON in a dress. Absolutely unacceptable and of course as a parent I was livid. I look forward to removing him from this daycare and getting him somewhere where he will actually learn and be attended to.
Dan Lah: We had a positive experience overall from 2014-2022. The lead teachers in each room were excellent, and our kids were well prepared for Kindergarten. There was high turnover with assistants, but that is par for the course in this business. The good ones will move on to greener pastures. There was good stability with the lead teachers. I was becoming less satisfied as time went on. This is due to DEL organizational policies and not local center staff. The equity nonsense started creeping in and extra curricular programs were canceled (pre-COVID) because not everyone could afford the extra cost. This took away important development opportunities for our children. It was also a huge benefit for two working parent household‘s because we didn’t have to use precious weekend time for some of these extracurricular activities. I would look to go somewhere else if I were starting all over again today.
Jessica Chauhan: Friendly exceptional staff it's reassuring my little one is in good hands.
Taylor Duley: Awesome
Kenya Sherman: MY SON LOVE HIS SCHOOL. I LOVE THE FACT THEY KEEP YOU UPDATED ON EVERYTHING (behavior, lesson plan.everything.
Kathleen Morris: Great care and great teachers.
Vallene Outlaw: Great

La Petite Academy of Indianapolis: what do users think?
Q G: Very unprofessional staff and poorly ran. The instructors look like they have no control over their kids and don’t want to be there.
Heather M: Be very careful when scheduling a tour. The call center will tell you they have openings when you ask, but they actually don't so it will be a waste of your time. The director flat told me when I showed up for my tour that she has updated her stats and even sent messages, but they continue to have tours scheduled without any openings now or anytime soon. When calling to give that feedback to the call center about 2 failed tours today, I was told that the lady I spoke with could not do anything about it because it was not her job. I had the same experience with the 10th and Post location. No openings now or anytime soon.
Si Lynch: DO Not send your kids here especially if they can’t speak for themselves. This location never has staff & when it does they’re never the same people. JEN is the only decent care taker at this location. Not to mention they serve the kids FAUCET WATER. If you’re comfortable with minimum effort when it comes to your children then this place suits you!
Camari Hunt: Allows students to be touched inappropriately during school hours according to “peers” known as doing adult things in the restroom” while all ages that attend are under the age of 18 years old besides (Adults)….
Amanda Leflore: Two years ago I gave this school 5 stars they were great, since then new management and my daughter started coming home with scratches everywhere, No incident reports were ever given to me so I took her to dr and they said it could be eczema I cut her nails almost daily and the scratches only got worse. Then she came in with a pencil mark on her left cheek and a bruise under her eye. Still no incident report and she told me bigger kids were hitting her the teachers said they would get it under control. It wasn't even a week later when I went to pick her up and her entire right ear was swollen she had been BITTEN by someone and Ofcourse the staff were clueless to her injury even though her ear was leaking badly and she required medical attention! I Spoke to the director and expressed my wish to pull my daughter out. It was difficult because she had been in this center since she was a little baby the director then told me. " I completely Understand I wouldn't want my child beat up everyday. " Shocked by her response I reported her center for multiple reasons. Including not verifing who I was before giving me my daughter even though they never met me. Sending an alert to parents saying " please let us know where each kid is at the moment I cant match kid with face for ratio." This message was supposed to go to teachers but accidentally went to parents. Yes our kids were in their care and they had NO CLUE which class any of them were in even though they were supposed to be in age group. Understaffed! Since leaving the center my child doesn't have Any scratches on her, She is Never dirty when I pick her up (it had gotten so bad I had to buy separate clothes and shoes just for daycare) and the new school verifies anyone picking up my kid. Do your child a favor do not send them to this school those kids fight in it all day and the staff do not have it under control.
Jermain Calvin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy 10 month old son loves the La Petite Staff! I have a good sense of relief having them take care of my son!! Highly recommended
Venus Wisdom: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy 3 year old loves this school. I don't call it "just a daycare" because it's so much more than that. The staff is always professional and go above and beyond to make having to leave your baby bearable. I'd recommend them whole heartedly.
Adrienne Fidler: My youngest daughter (19 m.o) attends this center and is always so happy to be dropped off each morning and that alone says a lot. She's learned so mcu, she's staring to identify colors and her vocabulary has expanded so much. Her teacher is consistent with updates through out the day so I know what my child.is doing and learning. I highly recommend thiis school.
Gianna Caliendo: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,ResponsivenessThe staff is very friendly & professional. They send updates & pictures throughout the day. They have been doing a great job keeping everyone safe during this pandemic.
Shane Wheatley: We love La Petite, from the location to the teachers everything has been perfect since we started our little one at La Petite. We look forward to our little one growing and learning from some of the best teachers in Indy. Thank you to all the ladies at la Petite for watching over our little bundle of joy.
Tywanda Coffee: Loved La Petite during the time my kids went here. It was for about a year and a half and couldn’t ask for a better daycare. Would still be there if we hadn’t moved away and needed to switch daycares due to changing school districts. They handled this crazy pandemic very well!!!!
Emilee Day: The food was gross, the teachers are pretty mean, they don’t handle it the kids when they are bad, and they don’t let kids on electronics for no reason at all!
Aswad Pompy: As a preschool teacher of 23 years, I really have enjoyed working at this center. I have worked at several other child care centers and by far, this is an amazing place to work. I love the fact that the curriculum is individualized and based off the child. The classrooms have many learning materials and the teachers work hard at keeping the children engaged.
Brandy Taylor: I just love this place my daughter is in the school age room and her teacher Ms.Brandy is really awesome she works well with kids 😊 and actually cares about them 😁
erica eastwood: Unprofessional
Lorin Osborn: My girls absolutely love this center. They have been the most welcoming and supportive daycare they've ever been to. The teachers genuinely care and take such good care of my girls. I highly recommend this center to everyone and anyone who wants your kids to be well loved while you're away !
bailee garrison: I love this place! Both my children go here and they absolutely love it! The teachers are caring and kind, and go the extra mile to teach their students. I would recommend this place to anybody!
Destiny Hayes: This is an amazing daycare! All the teachers care about the students and try really hard to make sure they are ready for school! They are amazing at what they do, I've never had any complaints from my children. My kids have learned their colors, how to spell their name, shapes and more.I would recommend this daycare to everybody.
Teaisha Lane: My 4 children have been here for over a year and they as well as I love it. I have 7 year old twins, a 4 year old and a 2 year old and I have never had problems wit the teachers. They are friendly and professional. They have had 2 directors and the current one (#2) is great. She listen to your needs and help with them. The teachers are very good educators and also very helpful. I love this place!!!!
Dairynn Hogan: My children love this place. They say the food is good, the teacher are so sweet and kind, they are the most professional teachers I've encountered in an early learning setting. They love what they do and they do it well. The safety of the building is great. You have to have a code to get in the front door and they are gated around the entire building. It is clean and always smells nice. I recommend it to everyone I know
Shawn Dunlap: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!Full story... Ticked but yet relieved. So last Monday my grandson Izzi was assaulted by another child at daycare by being hit in the head with a wooden chair and a plastic lid to the point it drew blood! Let me start off by saying my grandchildren aren't innocent lil angels, they have caused their fair share of hell. Where the problem starts is we (my daughter and myself as well as other family members) discipline them and understand when they receive incident reports. What I DONT understand stand is WHY wasn't this child handled the same way (the child who hit my grandson)?! The daycare notified her mother but she wasn't asked to pick her child up as we had been asked to do before. THEEENNN the "Director" tells the teach "if the family asks, tell them the lil girl was picked up!" That's when hell broke loose! How are you going to sit in my face and tell me a bold face lie?! I'm skipping a lot of this but giving the fest. So since the "director" kept referencing to her Area Manager for answers as to why the other child wasn't handled the same as our children, i asked to speak to the manager myself! A same day meeting was arranged, at the end a bunch of broken promises were given and the other child NEVER RECEIVED any infraction for what she had done! The teacher said when the mother was told what by her other lil girl (the girls big sister) the mother nonchalantly says "yea I know just get in the car. 😠Friday comes and they're calling us because Izzi has left the building 3 times and was scaling the fence! So this Monday my next time there I'm questioning the safety of my grandsons! The other "director" tells me protocol is for the teacher to yell for or send for someone to go after the child! 😱 thus fore leaving my child outside unattended! She then proceeds to tell me that the teacher can't leave the other children to go to bring another hold back in (a matter of what 1-2 mins?!) which is telling me my grandsons safety isn't important. She then states she felt I was "angry and attacking (verbally) her!) I said you've seen me angry, how is having a conversation and expecting answers isn't a form of anger. Not 1 curse word came from my mouth! Til date the "Area Manager" has still not followed up as promised about the 1st incident but has since then barred my minions from daycare for being to aggressive! That being said, they will NEVER step foot into LaPetite Daycare off South Emerson and Churchman! They lie (admin), the teachers are sweet, are understaffed, unprofessional, said they were in progress of becoming apart of or having Paths of Quality and still till date are not, just right out not a good place for children! I know you're probably thinking why were they still there? They were on their way out my daughter was the process of switching daycares and couldn't happen at a better time! They are under staffed, our kids have been there since February and has had so many teachers (and still haven't learned much) in that time frame, their teacher and the director at the time quit, and they've been in complete kaois since! They will LIE to your face, well hopefully you read my post so won't keep going on with the list. I've worked in the daycare setting, have 4 adult children, and NEVER had anything like this has happened! Oh forgot to mention within this week alone LaPetites Admin has suspended both of my grandsons (twins) for being "too aggressive" for 30 days! Huh, as if!!!! They've received their fair share of of bumps and bruises but their the only ones suspended? Uh ok, whatever happened to the aggressor who hit my grandson?

Sarah Kelley: I stayed at home with my kids for several years getting my degree- decided to start working and was very nervous about daycares. Found these guys and they have been great, I really didn't think I would ever feel comfortable dropping them off but I do hereThey're all great, thank you guys!!
Jackson Bruce: Critical:Reliability,ResponsivenessI was not fed food until I drink my milk. And then the staff or rude and disrespectful. They also said that it was a "wall to drink your milk at the daycare"
Latoya Thomas: My boys have been attending I.H.A since they were 6 & 8 weeks. They are now 5 & 6! Love this daycare and we love the staff even more. Theres no greater feeling then dropping your kids off & knowing that they are in great hands. They will love on your kids & teach them along the way. Both boys started kindergarten this year & have gotten so many compliments on how far along they are..thanks to In His Arms who have taught & poured so much into them while we work. It truly takes a village & I Recommend anyone who is looking for childcare to reach out to them.
Jaded Shakur Kent: My granddaughter loves it here she is learning and making friends! Reasonably priced and a very caring staff! They deserve 10 stars!
Stacia Palomino: My kids loved it here! I will always recommend this daycare. Full of love and the staff treat each child like their own!

Dena's Day Care Center, INC: what do users think?
Nathaniel McAlister: My son attends this daycare and the staff are very kind and gentle. Good place.i give it 5 stars!
Brandy Pruitt: Last time I went there was in 2000, that was an awful day care back then and I don't know why she didn't lose it SMH. They was so abusive to kids there all the time the only nice worker there was Dana anyone knows her can ask and she will tell you. Should of seen the owners face when I asked if the same person owns this place still she said yes I do and when I told her I use to come here, her face 😮.. Yeah told her I'd never send my kids here ever and walked away.
Kaitlyn Davidson: My son has been attending Dena’s going on 3 years now. In the beginning, since this was his first time attending any type of childcare at the age of 2 1/2, the separation was difficult like any child. His teacher Ms Mary, Cora, Treba, and Dena all helped us with the morning separation. After a few weeks, it was difficult to get him to come home! This school is not only just a place that provides childcare services, it provides so much more. They helped us with potty training, writing, vocabulary, social and sharing skills, and ensure proper hygiene (hand washing before meals and snacks) and nutrition is provided for all children. Policies and procedures are strictly enforced where you can feel at ease leaving your child in their care. It is very apparent that Dena cares more about the children and their upbringing than making a dollar, which is sufficient in their state school-rating of 4/4 stars. As a single working parent, the hours and rates are perfect to where you will not break the bank and if need be, the office staff and Dena will provide you with services to assist with payment or programs so employment is not affected. This school is a treasure and even when his pre-k year is over this year, I will be keeping them with before and after school services. Not only is Dena’s a school, but the teachers and staff have become a part of our family and I wouldn’t recommend any other place!
Kristen Griffith: I think it's very clean every week I see them bleaching toys, chairs, etc. Waxing floors, cleaning cubby, etc. They never leave children unattended they might take breaks but someone else fills in during that time. Dena is VERY nice and sweet and cares and about the children AND parents. She doesn't watch the children herself, she's the owner!! She has multiple classrooms with the friendliest teachers I've EVER met!!!! They are the BEST, i swear by them. I'd never take my kids ANYWHERE else!!!!
Tea Smith: Not clean, but nice staff. Owner is too old to watch children. Teachers leave children unsupervised at any given moment. Very little structure.
Tavon Bosman: Very nice and clean and great staff

The Children's Courtyard of Indianapolis: what do users think?
Ashley Wright: We only had our son in this facility out of desperation for childcare, and our fears of the worst reviews were realized within a few short days of our stay. We pulled our son out after day 3. I'm still unsure who my son's teachers were since we had different ones each day, and the entire center was highly unorganized and dirty. Different schedules each day (4 hour nap time 1 of the days). I watched this go on and had to call the center because a kid had put a blanket over my child's head while sleeping. The teachers don't knowyour child and don't want to know your child. My high school babysitter is better than the teachers in this school. You are basically paying for parents who want free childcare and pose as teachers. Get your child potty trained and there are so many better, more loving, school like options out there for the money.
Stendhalinie Fleurant: Where do I begin? I've been following up since August with this daycare center (technology center) I did the tour, got the children's registration packet and other handbooks I turned them in, I brought the ccdf packet with me on the first day of the tout they mentioned to me that they did not NEED to fill out the providers form because they have an automated one they send out through email/fax and they stated to me they would email/fax the providers form to ccdf (I don't think they ever did because when I received my card from ccdf it still stated they were waiting on provider form. I've been calling every week to check on the day they would start each day they told me they were waiting on ccdf to send the vouchers and for it to be active in their systems . NEVER ONCE DID THEY MENTIINED THEY NO LONGER HAD A SPACE FOR MY TWO CHILDREN, IN FACT THEY WERE SAYIMG THEY HAD PARENTS ON A WAISTLIST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CHILDREN FOR THEIR CLASSES. When I called today to find out if they had any updates they told me they no longer had a spot for them and the wait list for the infant would be years old. Completely wasted my time, effort, energy and hope. Completely unacceptable the way they went about the situation. Why did they not tell me they would no longer be accepting when I was calling to inquire about their start date is a mystery to me.
KKJ: Don't do it for the sake of your child. My 2 year old was slung around by her arm and slammed in her chair by the teacher. There were many issues before, like picking her up with a urine filled shoe on because the teacher wasn't taking the kids to the bathroom. Lesson plans were not followed and sugary treats were served against my direction of not giving my child sugar. There was even a teacher who tried to make my child drink milk even though milk is on her allergy list. They refuse to provide the footage of my child being abused and it took more than 2 weeks to hear back from the corporate office about this incident. Please do not take your children here. There are more prestigious daycares (like primrose) that seem to care much more for your children and it's actually a little less expensive than the children's courtyard.
Tracey Rollison: Nope. Read testimonies of former teachers.
Isabella Sinift: No one ever answers the phone and when we schedule tours with someone from the call center no one from the school actually shows up or tells us they need to reschedule til weve already wasted the time off work to make it to the tours. Tried virtual and in person. Stood up twice. Not even worth the time anymore, if theyre short staffed they need to stop scheduling tours they cant attend or even follow up with.
Tameeka Eubanks: My son has been going here for about 3 mths now & loves it... I can tell that he's comfortable with me leaving him & that makes it alot easier on me...Anyone that knows me would definitely tell you I do not play when it comes to my children.. So yes I highly recommend this daycare.. The staff are great‼
Emma Miller: I’m so happy Children’s Courtyard bought out ELA! The changes this place have made have been phenomenal! Our children’s teachers are so great and sweet and our kids run up to them every morning so I know they love them as much as we do! I also love the Montessori-Inspired touches in the toys and equipment. Our 1.5 year olds have family style meals! It’s wonderful!
ShaCori Tate: So I am a absolutely PROUD parent, let me tell you my kids attended when it was ELA and the change that was made is AMAZING. The staff are magnificent they are always informing me of anything new or old what will be changed, updates, oh and the app is EVERYTHING! I can actually see my child and know what they’re doing. I love the new changes, Mrs P and Mrs KiKi are the BOMB, Miss Jay and Miss Ophy, Miss Bianca, Miss Ana, Miss Maria, Miss Charlee I absolutely LOVE they are wonderful teachers and always meet and exceed expectation when it comes to my kids, I never have to question them, they’re always courteous respectful and very approachable. Children’s courtyard has been nothing but a pleasant change, the school is everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and we came from a place that was not even close to this kind of environment. Thank you for making me feel at ease when I leave my kids with you all. Thank you children’s courtyard!
brandy yost: OMG! I absolutely LOVE this place, I absolutely adore Miss P and Miss KeKe, they are the faces of this place they will make you feel so comfortable about leaving your child, they are in tune and always willing to go the extra mile, the classroom size is awesome, teachers are awesome and friendly, it’s clean and a safe environment for any child. I love how I’m greeted as I’m entering and exiting with my child. I appreciate them so much, if your looking for a well maintained school with a good curriculum and to leave your child and be at east children’s courtyard is the go to.
Lisa Monroe: This school is nothing short of amazing, The director Miss P is phenomenal, she and Miss KIKI makes children’s courtyard. I love how they greet me every morning as my dropping my child off you can always and will feel comfortable as your leaving your child in their care, I’m always updated on incidents or any issues that may occur they make me feel good about leaving my kids. If you are looking for a SCHOOL that will help your child take a tour here and you will not regret it. Thank you to Miss P Miss KiKi and the amazing staff!
