DAS: After years of experiencing consistently good service and good food, which I always pick up and carry out, I have unfortunately been unable to place an order during any of the many phone calls I've made in recent weeks. Calls are immediately received by an automated service that simply says they are not able to take phone calls. That doesn't offer an explanation about not taking calls. Searching there website that are "Temporarily Closed" due to a fire.

Alison Dresser: They went above and beyond with their customer service! I was almost an hour late picking up my takeout, and they still had all of my food ready. They even replaced/reheated some that had gotten cold—which was totally unnecessary, but highly appreciated! Besides the great customer service, the food is also awesome! I highly recommend the sesame chicken :) I’ll be back for sure!
David Innie: Awesome traditional Korean and Chinese cuisine. Went with a large group and service was fantastic. Highly recommended. My only gripe is the location. The neighborhood is rough and it would be wise to make this your only stop in the area.

Stephen Drake: This is probably the best place to go if you want a traditional sit down restaurant. I prefer this to New York style store fronts and buffet. The quality is better than most though the fried rice isn't worth the extra cost. Fried dumplings and egg rolls seem homemade. Good place for the price. They were busy and wish they were busier, cause they deserve it.

Katherine Arnold: This unassuming restaurant is some of the best Chinese food in Indianapolis. My husband has been getting food here since 2010 and introduced me to it in 2016. When my dad comes down he always insists in eating here. They do a brisk take out business, but you can eat in. The food is cooked fresh, delicious, and spiced to your liking. I usually go with a 3-4. Our favorites include the yum yum chicken, sesame beef, fried rice, and egg drop soup. That being said we have never had a bad dish.

Every time my partner comes back from picking up carry out he remarks on how nice they are. I am so grateful for them providing our family with a wonderful option for great Chinese food when we feel like getting take out instead of cooking. This has surely made our family happy many times!

Deborah B: If you want truly authentic Chinese food, choose House of Cheung. Everything is delicious here. For many years we went there for lunch when they had a buffet. They stopped doing the buffet because the owner's mother was getting up in years and ailing. Now I believe they only do dinner and it is Carry out only.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options on the menu. Chech out their website.Kid-friendliness: They do also have a kid's menu.

Jay Cobb: Just called to ask a few questions about their on-line menu. The person who answered the phone said "we don't have an on-line menu, you can't order on-line". I said "ok, so to order I have to come to the restaurant to get a menu" to which she replied "we are carry out only". I asked how I'm supposed to know what to order with no menu and she said "all Chinese food very similar". Used to like to go to this place when they had dine in but their carry out only policy is past its time, especially when you can't even get a menu....
Corey Smolka: Some of the best General Tsos I've had, not the typical generic chunks you get at other other take out places. The Szechuan chicken was more like a soup, had good flavor but was very watery. The egg rolls were average, as were the Crab Rangoon. I requested some of the house made sweet n sour sauce, but only got duck sauce packets in the bag. Overall the food was pretty good and reasonably priced, wish I would have got some of the other sweet n sour sauce to go with the egg rolls and Rangoons. 7/10

Mari Jane: The food has changed drastically since old owner left! Potstickers terrible and there’s breading on the shrimp in the beef with shrimp and broccoli. Used to be my favorite restaurant now I’ll never go back. So sad and disappointed. Tried again tonight and they forgot my soup crunchys… food not as good. Done with this place

Jesus Montes: This was my first time here. I looked at the menu before I came in and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. When I came in I was promptly greeted and after letting my server know it was my first time here gave me suggestions on what to get. Service was quick. The food was really good. I guess the only thing I can "complain" about is the fact that they don't have dessert. But really nothing else. Definitely will be back. 10/10 recommend giving them a shot.

Tim: I find the food at this Chinese food restaurant is very good. It is probably not authentic but it is operated by Chinese people. I've always like the Hot and Sour Soup. The crispy wonton are tasty too. The location and atmospheric are not the reason to visit since the are somewhat substandard but if you in the area it is worth the stop. I've always been there for lunch but it has been a while so the prices have risen substantially. A lunch entrée is around $12 to $13.
K: Worst Chinese we've ever had! Bland and everything tasted watered down! Somewhat pricey crab Rangoons had zero crab and tasted off the dipping sauce was very obviously watered down (you can see the water separate from the sauce), fried rice was definitely not fried and was very overcooked and mushy, and mushrooms tasted rehydrated in plain water ( not fresh at all)!!! Can't believe we wasted good money on this "food"!!

Love the Empress Chicken - very much recommended this menu. I have never tried this at any Chinese restaurant, so I can't compare, but the chicken tasted so good with the sauce that came with it.We also had pork dumplings, mongolian beef with onions, beef and vegetables, and shrimp Lo Mein. They all tasted way better than expected. The portions are bigger than most other Chinese restaurants that we have been to.The decor inside the restaurant is interestingly colorful.. it has printed designs of weird looking masks that my kids were kind of scared.. however, overall, it was a good dining experience.

Anja Willis: Went here for lunch after surgery and didn’t realize that they closed at 2 o’clock nor was I told that they closed at 2 o’clock and re-opened so I ordered my food and of course I just had surgery so I’m moving slow eating slow still trying to wake up from Just having anesthesia,I ordered soup and a Poopoo platter. Before the food got to the table I got a phone call in the middle of my lunch and answer my phone call next thing you know I’m trying to hop off the phone call super fast because they are telling us that they’re leaving! I had no idea they were leaving they literally turned the lights off on us I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone at all Super super rude and on top of it they are outrageously priced. Their lunch is $12 and up. Really miss the one that used to be out by the pyramids they have exceptional customer service and they were always friendly they remembered your names too bad they’re gone don’t waste your time here! Nicholas Wood: This is a recent update to a previously posted review. I had rated Yen Ching a 1/5 stars. Namely due to higher prices, different recipes, and the same/or less portions for more money. However I have eaten here 3 times since my last review.Something has changed. The recipes tasted way more similar to how they used to with the old manager James. The mongolian beef, potstickers and crab rangoon were excellent. Mongolian beef specifically has improved drastically and tasted much like how the food used to. The price for 6 potstickers is still a little steep, but overall there have been many noticeable improvements to warrant return visits.

Charles Taylor: So the Great Wall on South keystone is a shotty place to eat. I went there last night to get some take out right before they close some general soles chicken, some rice and crab rangoons or egg roll. I got home. I took two bites of the general sold chicken about checked on choked on what seemed to be a fishbones. They tried to tell me it wasn't fishbones I went back to get my money back. They give me partial of my money back because I didn't bring everything there but they're they're really dirty and nasty place. I would not recommend this place to anybody. So if you want bad Chinese food this is where you go. You want bad service. This is where you go. You want to mean lady that owns it or works there. James Allen: Lady (owner) very rude , has no respect for anyone. She is only worried about money not customers happiness. Tried to have my rice separated from my food, they would not do I even offered to pay extra so instead I had to order a different way with no rice so she made more money that way and I lost out. I will never go back to this place again I will go where someone cares about me as a customer.

Sunny Day: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT..All of my order was burnt up. I ordered egg foo yong..shrimp eggrolls and chicken fried rice. All three pieces of egg Foo young are burnt badly and eggs are rubbery. The 4 shrimp eggrolls are so dried out and over cooked and burnt bad on each end. They sent me over fried shrimp fried rice & pease were black and I ordered chicken. They have absolutely no morels or respect for a customer's hard earned money.He was very rude and disrespectful. If it's delivered they refuse to fix your order an insist that you drive it back to them. After looking through other reviews and seeing the same recent problem I'm having I see this is a problem...but after seeing photos of roaches in their food I am sickened and will never order from this nasty place again. $38.36 spent They sent a text stating that they are only refunding $28.finally after going round and round .they kept the 6.99 for Uber eats which i never ordered through them i called the store directly NOTHING is worth eating.
Vincent Syler-King: $40 for a combo soup and Rangoon’s is a bit steep to begin with. But when I have tried to have food delivered twice they deliver it to the wrong address and you go without the food that’s pretty annoying. Second the staff doesn’t speak English so they hired a separate company to schedule their delivery orders. Very poor lot ran scheduling company had to tell her address and zip three times just to get address wrong. Even left notes for driver to know which house was mine. They delivered it to a yellow house 20 miles from my house with a different address and zip than what I provided my house is brown as I said. Iv bought in the past but this is unacceptable. I am fighting to get my money back not deliver me the food the next day to my home now that I’m at work. I’ll never go back, just go somewhere else. Very dissapointed.
Cierra: Pretty good chinese takeout. Homemade dumplings are delicious, but they forgot my dumpling sauce 😞Chicken Lo mein is tasty, and the orange chicken is as well! Crab Rangoons could use some more filling but still decent. They have one of the best shrimp egg rolls I've had!

The chicken fried rice was pretty good, but the egg foo young gravy and dumpling sauce were far too sweet and all of the food had too much Sesame seed oil in it and left a very strong aftertaste. I did wish the egg foo young had more flavor without the sauce, which was strangely light in color and incredibly sweet compared to what I'm used to.The food was prepared quickly.
