SoChatti: what do users think?
Ben Barker: We really enjoyed the entire experience. We learned about and sampled multiple varieties of regional chocolates.
Nick Damptz: Very nice place and amazing chocolate 🍫
Kendra Olin: We thought this would be something different to do. It was fun. It was different. The chocolate is very good. However, there are a few things I wish we would have known. Your hostess will leave you during the tasting to greet others. Your hostess will take away your chocolate from the flight tasting, unless you quickly state you are not complete. If you are interested in the drop decorating...order just one for 2/3 people. You do not each need your own. One order makes at least 20 candies. $40 a piece for less than an hour of experience was disappointing.
Mailee Snyder Yoder: We experienced the kid’s chocolate class. It was hands-down one of the best experiences to learn about the chocolate process and how SoChatti is changing the way we look at processed foods. You learn so much, and come to appreciate their journey and how they got here. Also, their staff is the warmest and friendliest! I highly recommend!
Laura Franz: Great experience! They don't have diabetic offerings so I couldn't taste test, but their tour is interesting! Best of luck to this chocolate factory!
Mara White: Cute little place, the chocolate tastes great, & making the candy was a fun experience.
John Brannon: Best chocolate ever!!!!
Tabasco Indy500: Calm relax peacefull chocolate experience. Helpful friendly staff. Great place to visit downtown Indy.
Mary Buletza: Awesome chocolate with great hands-on experience. You have to try this!
Taiye' Black: I had a great time here! My host Renota, and everyone that I came in contact with while here made the experience even better! The chocolate was delicious and i learned a lot about the process of making chocolates and where their chocolates came from. I can’t wait to go back!
Bethanne Davis: Hosts were friendly! Was a fun and educational experience
Mary McCarthy: I had the pleasure of taking my 3 granddaughters (ages 15,12 and 11) to this delightful chocolate shop. We were greeted immediately as we entered and were offered to explore, take pictures or relax while they prepared our tasting tables. We had scheduled a flight tasting and ended up also making our own chocolates. Our hostess was extremely knowledgeable about the history and manufacturing of the dairy free chocolate. She was engaging and excited to answer all of our questions. The tasting room itself has an upbeat, modern vibe and was very clean. I would highly recommend this for kids trip or a girls night out!! We will 100% be back!!!
Angela Snyder (Angi): Pricey, and I wasn't quite impressed
It's a nice place, although I thought they would have desserts or something extra to hang out with friends or family, but it was just to buy the chocolate tests, they give you a brief explanation about the chocolate process and if you want to buy for to go, you can do it. I didn't think it was a great experience and its prices are high.PS: my favorite flavors were "Colombia and Peru"
C. Ebonee Wilson: Wonderful experience. Candy dropping and learning about different types of chocolate
M M: Loved this place...very interesting...great ambience...yummy chocolate
Michelle Lee: This is so much fun! My whole family loved the experience, the woman that gave us the lesson was very knowledgeable and super sweet! And of course, the chocolate was delicious 😋
Shawna Owen: Did the chocolate class with my parents while they visited from Florida. Interesting information about the process and fun making our own candies to take home! Nate was a great teacher- highly recommend for something new to try downtown!
brad russell: I was dragged here by my wife. I don't like chocolate, but I did the tasting experience anyway. I still didn't care for the chocolate, but I'm giving 5 stars anyway because the hostess was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot of interesting facts about the process of farming and production of the cacao.
Jeff McClintic: Love this place and the chocolate experience!
Stephanie Addington (Steph): What fun! And so informative. I learned a lot and will be back.

Schakolad Chocolate Factory: what do users think?
Jonathan Sanich: Went there because we were touring some of the northside offerings for chocolate. This is the first place we went. Of all of the places we went today, the service here was probably the best. The woman who helped us was not shy about recommendations. Given the vast array of choices, this was a comfort. As for the flavor, this place had the richest chocolate. The flavor lingers and has multiple layers that peel back as you savor each bite. Also the designs are gorgeous. Way to dress your product for success!
Megan Rector: Delicious! Just discovered this place after an online search. On a trip to Orlando, we visited the Chocolate Kingdom and my husband fell in love the the Meechu Snacks (which is just a half of a puff marshmallow dipped in chocolate. This choclaterie is part of the same brand of chocolate as the Orlando location.I called ahead of time and spoke with a cheerful and knowledgeable man named Todd. After describing what I was after, he said they have something similar except that they make their own marshmallows - Ok, even better! So I drove there from Fishers and when I got there, Todd was so nice. I tried a sea salt caramel ... incredible, and a yummy vanilla biluttercream. Both were delicious. He packaged up these chocolate covered marshmallows for me and I got three more items because it all looked so good. I HIGHLY recommend the campfire bar ... so good! I can't wait to try the hot chocolate bomb! If you are looking for high quality chocolate, this is for you!UPDATE: Went back for more high quality chocolate for my husband. The lovely lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful! She took her time telling me about everything I asked about, and even gave me some free samples. Turns out she is one of the owners. She clearly puts her heart and hard work into her business. Love this place, delicious chocolate treats, and absolute best customer service ever!
Rhonda Wamsley: This place is amazing the owners and staff are great everyone should check them out
Adam Bernard: Great Gelato. Friendly people
Summer Steenburg: Todd and Mindy are great. They aim to please. All of their products are good and they do excellent work packaging their products for travel gifts too.
Codi Wilson: Here’s the thing. We love the chocolate and we love the managers. We’ve had subpar experiences with the workers - they were dishonest and grumpy. Today we went to get some gelato (which is only okay) and we were definitely over charged. I specifically asked if a single scoop could be split into two flavors. A very common question. I was told that it could but was charged for 2 half scoops which cost $1.50 more. When I asked about the price the same worker said “well technically they were half scoops” So why didn’t they tell me that to begin with when I asked? Very dishonest. This was not our first negative experience with the workers. We will only go to get their chocolate from now on.
Shannon Sloane: Schakolad Chocolate Factory is the only place where I but chocolates for my friends, family and clients because they have a selection and are unique with their creations. You must try their delicious gelato too!
Ethan Goodman: Try the dark chocolate blueberry bark!
B D: Schakolad is the best. Couldn't recommend this place more. Really glad to have such a great shop in Zionsville.
J.L. Anderson: Best chocolate and service around!
Sheryl Sackett: Best. Chocolate. Ever! Hands down! If you intend to pick up chocolate for a gift or for family, make sure you get some for yourself for the trip home. This chocolate is addictive and so, so good! My absolute favorite is the Raspberry Truffles, but everything they make is amazing! They now have Gelato, so stop by for a nice cool treat! Or take a group of friends to learn how to make the chocolate! You won't regret it!Todd and Mindy Polizotto are generous, kind, funny and creative, so come in with your unique ideas and they will make it happen! Love these guys!
Ronigene Riddle: OH MY GOODNESS💖 MY favorite chocolate!!! And I know chocolate....(I eat it everyday.) So, first had this in Virginia(DC) and HAPPILY 🤗discovered this MAGICAL chocolate store again in Indiana. I am currently rationing 2lbs of choclates. DON'T BE SHY! SOOOOMANYCHOICES. SCHOLAD has set the bar for yummy chocolates. FAV: RED VELVET TRUFFLE
Morgan Pollard: One of my absolute favourite places in the whole of the Indianapolis area.
Travis Wottring: This is the only place to buy chocolate from! The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional and very passionate about what they do. Whether it is a holiday, gift, or just personal… highly recommended!
Bianca R: Fresh made candy. Pricing the similar to candy stores. Can pick up a few pieces under $10 to try. My favorites were the pecan turtles and raspberry ganache. Good gift ideas in there as well. Quick service.
Mike Henshaw: First time customer here and I'll definitely be going back.
Marlaina Pertile: Yummy chocolate and wonderful, friendly service.
Curtis C: Custom made chocolates with an artisinal touch. Not your average candy store.
Breanna Fitts: We took our Girl Scout troop here for a tour, and they voted it best outing of the year! They learned so much... and our tour guide was so kind, patient, and understanding while dealing with 9 sugared up girls. They all plan to come back again. It was just as good as I remember when I was a girl scout back in.... ya know the good ol days :)
Sherea Lambert: Loved it!
Marcy Novak: I wasn’t at the store location but my son brought me some chocolate - probably from the airport lol. II is absolutely delicious! Smooth and rich. My favorite is the dark chocolate but the milk and white chocolate is just as good!

South Bend Chocolate Co: what do users think?
Jason Pike: Took my son here for ice cream. A little offended they charge $1 for him to try 2 teeny small samples, especially as 1 scoop already cost $6.54. Never in my life have I seen a place charge for samples. Ice cream was ok.
Lennon: My family and I haven't been here in awhile but have always enjoyed it. We decided that stop by with our kids last week during spring break. The kids had ice cream and hot chocolate. We had cake, coffee, and chocolate. The lemon creme cake was absolutely amazing. The latte I got was great, and so we're the kids hot chocolates. They loved their ice creams! When we got to the chocolate part we were very indecisive from all the wonderful options. We asked the staff for recommendations and they were so helpful. They recommended the peanut butter melt aways, sea salt caramels, and old fashioned toffee. All were amazing! Over all just a pleasant experience, and can't wait to go back soon!
Rachel Day: Some of the best ice cream in Indy. Cookies and cream on a waffle is what I usually get its👌choice. but I'm always happy to see the staff. They're always so polite and patient even when they're super busy.
Juan Moreno: Place used to be amazing, with a great assortment of cakes and ice creams, friendly staff, a comfortable and clean Dining area and shop. We used to come here often for years. Now it’s all gone down hill, the amount of time we have came by there are little to no cake selections, frostburned ice cream with a strange taste almost spoiled like, the inside is dirty and almost run down with lights not working, everything being sticky , the tv not working,( repairs are definitely needed) and most recently a freezer stopped working giving us little to no selection of ice cream. Not to mention that staff are rude and almost annoyed by having customers even though the store is empty. This place is also pretty pricey for what it is now. It is sad to see what it has turned into now
Mr G: Glad this spot has made it after the yrs past. Stop in the cake section sooo good!!
Holly MacDougall: Loved the mocha, beyond good! The cashier was not friendly, at all, however. Also, the facility needs cleaned up. Its right on the circle, this place should be shiny and inviting for customers. Hire the right people and update the place.
King Stennis (iamlamonte): Cool ambience and great ice cream to choose from. Got a fairly good amount of ice cream for the price. The one scoop is definitely shareable
Kyleigh Hindsley: I have been a lifelong customer of SBCC and wanted to order chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Valentines Day. I placed my order in person at 10 AM on February 13th and the employee said they would be ready by 5 PM that night. Upon arriving shortly after 5 PM, the employee said she forgot my order. The employee then, without gloves, washing or prepping the strawberries, dipped them into the chocolate and put them into the box without drip trays. She then handed them to me stating “I hope they dry”.For $20 I was very upset, especially because it was a gift. I emailed the company on February 15th asking for a refund or assistance, it has been 3 weeks with no reply. I am disappointed to post this because I loved their chocolate, but I will not be returning and want others to be aware of their forgetfulness and to not place orders in advance.
Cynthia Varela: I had "great lakes" coffee and it was delicious, it had a disposable spoon covered with white chocolate and I loved it.The chocolates are glorious. No restrooms!!! There are tables and seats available inside.
Liberato Garced (Tito): I have been here twice. The first time I had a carrot cake, it is not bad. I decided fo come back for a slice of it. I get my slice and sat down. After a few minutes the person attending the place asked me when I was leaving because she needed to pick up food and she needed to close the store. I was there for not more than 5 minutes. I am not sure how management expects to get customers this way. But taking a look around they don't seem to care much. The place is dirty, multiple lights not working and expensive.
Matthew: Dirty. Trash left on tables and on the floor. Pretty rude if you ask to use the restroom.(must pay first) The chocolate wasn’t that great. About on par with Russell Stovers/Whitman.
Jade Xiao: The Caramel Turtle Cheesecake was delicious and my boyfriend liked the Blue Moon. The server was kind of unfriendly though. Also they’re quite stingy about giving samples. She said she was not supposed to give us this many samples after we had only 3 samples.
J San: The ice cream was delicious but the facilities were very dirty and uninviting. Lots of things left in the table by earlier customers. Napkins on the floor. It looked like the staff were did not worry about keeping up their place.
Becky Mclain: Expensive for what it is. I’ve had better from Target. Had a few of the chocolate creams - maple and raspberry, covered cherry. They had a very artificial taste. Picked up some chocolate peanut butter fudge. It tasted ok, but had a strange smell. Weird, I know. Love a good chocolate shop but this isn’t it.
Thelma Wells: The Cherry hot chocolate is out of this world!!! It was very busy at Christmas but the line moved fast! I have gone here for many years and will continue. The coffee drinks are great and the chocolates are yummy!!
Ann M: Went here for a hot chocolate with a 5yr old that didn’t make it through Yuletide. Was not busy at all. Staff was rude from the start. Ordered the hot chocolate and had to clean off a table to sit down to enjoy the hot chocolate. Then the 5 year old had to suddenly potty. Asked about a bathroom and they said “yah, we don’t have one”. Asked about any bathroom close, and was told maybe Qodoba, but we’d have to buy something. WTH? How can an establishment with tables to sit at not have bathrooms for a paying customer??? This should be illegal.
Gal Dekel: Good chocolates, warm, nice place. If you get here while their holiday flavours are in, do not leave without getting a Snowball Mocha.100/10 recommend
Anonymous: I absolutely love their hot chocolate! I got a small White Hot Chocolate. Oh it sssooo deelliicciiousss!!!They have dessert, candy and cake. The line is short and crowds. Only 18 chairs.
Brittney Harris: The service was good. I got the lakeside chocolate latte and my husband got the chai tea with espresso. The lakeside came with a chocolate covered spoon. Nice touch.
Sierra G: This place used to be awesome but things have sadly changed. I bought chocolate that, upon being opened, looked like it was mildewed. Truffles aren't supposed to be hard as a rock. Staff was pretty rude honestly. So sad to see Indy decay...
Mary: Coffee was good, but I didn't like any of the candies, even after trying 7 different kinds.

Litterally Divine Chocolates: what do users think?
Gabriel Leonard: The ghost pepper caramels were awesome if you can handle spice! The truffles were good, too, though we weren't huge fans of the lavender & lemon flavor. Overall worth a visit.
Sonja D: We got regular coffee, a mocha latte, and a couple of the chocolates. They have a full espresso bar. I was excited they had milk alternatives including oatmilk. My husband got asomething that had brownie in it and I got the vegan chocolate coffee toffee.
Man 1000: Our first visit was Saturday 07/16. Surprisingly we didn't try any of the chocolates but we got two scoops of ice cream. We chose the white chocolate espresso and peanut butter and chocolate chunk and they were phenomenal! I asked if she sold pints and she said maybe in a couple of weeks. We'll definitely be back. This place is definitely worth a visit.
Ashley Haegele: This was such a cute, locally owned shop! We tried several truffles and carmels and they were all delicious and very reasonably priced. My personal favorite was the buttered caramels, they were the perfect flavor and consistency.
Timothy Bowling: Friendly place to take a break. I am addicted to the Cubano.
George Dante: Local chocolatier who makes the best mocha you will find anywhere in Indy. Perfectly balanced between chocolate, espresso, with just a little sugar unlike other places. The truffles here are amazing. Just had a tangerine balsamic and a spicy truffle today, and they did not disappoint.Give this business your money.
Leeanne Nunez: I came in for the first time and tried an Indy truffle and a sample of the peanut butter chocolate chunk ice cream. It was so good. Hope to go back soon.
Ron Morelock: Excellent chocolate
Sarah Weck: The word "chocolate" lured me in when walking through Fountain Square and Litterally Divine did not disappoint! The truffles were absolutely delicious and there was a nice variety of different things to try.
Heather 78: Sweet young lady that helped us. Was a variety of chocolate. Definitely a little hidden gem. Will be returning for more chocolate and to check out the rest of what they have. Was nice to come in and see a friendly smile. Yes masks are on but the smiles can be seen. Thank you for being so polite, friendly, & helpful. The chocolate is mouth watering!
Kyle Gilliam: Extremely friendly and helpful! Everything we tried was delicious
sarah fuller: Variety of treats and great coffee!
Lydia Armstrong: Thank you, Suzanne, for making delicious chocolates. Great vegan options! Thank you.
Toby Briggs: The name says it all!
ezra3p: The only place I know that makes a cubano!!!! Must try.
Karin Smith: The best local chocolate and toffees!
jayne hoadley: Love the Chocolate ice cream!
Ashley Cherry: Came here today with a friend I hadn't seen in forever. The staff was pleasant, coffee and chocolates were amazing, and they didn't kick out my friend for being an idiot. 12/10
M. Kaseweter: Vegan chocolate sorbet was genuinely delicious—not at all watery or dull or soupy. Nice spread of teas and coffees. The flavors of their truffles are creative and tasteful (e.g., bourbon mocha, peanut butter cayenne, honey chevre, fig balsamic). Precious ambience. Pleasant employee. 5/5.
Lindsey Kingrey: Super friendly and chocolate is great!
Ольга Демидова: I didn’t like the sweet much (it was white chocolate with many tastes but I tasted nothing except white chocolate), but hot chocolate was very good. My husband enjoyed his coffee too. The interior seems to need some refreshing. Pictures in the restroom are funny.

My son had the dark hot chocolate and described it as being bitter in a good way.My daughter had vanilla ice cream with a chocolate topping, and the topping hardened like the magic shell stuff does, but it wasn't that waxy stuff. It was just perfectly tempered high quality chocolate. She loved it.I just had a piece of chocolate, and an Americano, but both were excellent.
Amanda Holmes: By far the best chocolate I have ever had. Their hot chocolate is to die for also!

ann erickson: Wow! The caramels were amazing. They melt in your mouth. Can’t wait to be back to taste more! The ladies working there were so kind and helpful.
Ashley Zellers: I only had a couple minutes to stop to pick out gifts for coworkers. I stopped in and they had just the right amount of prepared boxes of chocolates and caramels that were even wrapped in Christmas paper! I mentioned to the attendant (pretty sure it was the owner) that this was for work and he offered to put me on their list to make gifting even easier for next year.I got some treats for myself while I was in there and they were excellent. Will definitely be returning!
JoAnn M: What a find!! I’m so glad I decided to walk into this local gem. The candies are Indiana made and absolutely delish!!

Adam: Wow memories… when there used to be a real-estate office in this strip I would goto work with my grandma on weekends and would always find myself wandering into this candy store. Happy to see it looks exactly the same as I remember from those days (15ish years ago?). Adorable store full of delicious homemade sweets, the carmels are my favorite.
Leah Russell: Absolutely love this place! Everything I’ve had from here is so delicious and you can truly tell it is all homemade! I recommend to anyone who wants some really great quality chocolate and other candies!

I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Elo “Kidogo84” Solitare: This place has been making candies and chocolates for over 100 years. The carmels are to die for. Don't go to the big box stores and waste your money. Support this local store. They offer sugar free as well and will gift wrap your purchase

Bryan Liss: Quality caramels, chocolates, fudge and chocolate covered items - new to me this visit, chocolate covered blueberries :) Selection is not the deepest, but what they do have is good!! As is the service.

Truffles & Creams Chocolatier: what do users think?
Manpreet: 👍🏼
Christy Marsh: I went there for the first time today and I bought a milk chocolate turtle and a dark chocolate whiskey truffle. The chocolate itself was very good. I do have somewhat of a comment about the experience. I was there with my sister and the person checking us out asked my sister a question (which my sister did not hear because she is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids in both ears. While that's none of the business of the person who was working the register) when my sister didn't respond to this person, they got exasperated and visibly rolled their eyes. This was very poor customer service, and I certainly saw it even if my sister didn't.
Marissa Modory: We ordered truffles from Truffles & Creams to give as wedding favors! We loved them- the truffles taste amazing and are beautiful! We live in Florida, so the truffles were thoughtfully packaged with insulation and ice packs to prevent them from melting in the Florida heat! We were super happy and highly recommend!
Kimberly Bezuidenhout: Given the task of finding a holiday gift for over 250 clients of ours, I stumbled across Truffles & Creams online and instantly loved the look and presentation of their delightful chocolates. Natasha & Sergei were very responsive, didn't bat an eyelid at the very large order and were in touch in the preparation to discuss the packaging etc. allowing us to customize a sticker which they consequently stuck on all boxes. Overall a VERY positive experience. Client feedback has been amazing with several comments on how delicious they are. Thank you both!
Wendy Meredith: Wonderful shop. Extraordinary candy. I bought 4 boxes today as gifts and will go back.
Jasmine: I love their chocolate. Whenever I prepare souvenir for friend or acquaintance, I decide to buy chocolates here.
Ann Watson: Delivery to four of my kids was very efficient. Packing of truffles very pretty, and they said truffles are delicious!!!
R W: Fabulous! We included the box of two truffles in the hotel welcome bags and some thank you gifts for our daughter's wedding. Natasha had them packaged beautifully, and our guests raved about them. Thank you, Natasha!
Colleen Marie: This is a frequent stop for a treat to take home after outings to the park. Everytime we've gone, the employees have always been kind and patient as I browse the store with my toddler. The toffee and almond bark are so good..I try to get something new each time! Thanks for making this a sweet tradition!
Peggy Nelson: The sign on the door said they are low on inventory and will be closing early, they were out of a few flavors of truffles that I wanted.I was overcharged for my chocolates because the girls didn’t tare the weight of my box. I watched her weigh my chocolates before placing in the box and she forgot to write down the total and then reweighed it with box and insets and ribbon. So, I paid more than I should have. It took 45 min to get two boxes of 8 truffles and a half pound of chocolate with only one person in front of me. The girl behind the counter was incredibly slow. They need more help if they are going to run a chocolate business at Christmas time, both in the kitchen and at the counter.
M L: The chocolates are absolutely incredible and the customer service is just as sweet. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful local business in my community.
Amelia Petrus: "Delightful" is the best way to describe this sweet little shop. The owner is a delight who has what can only be described as a passion and talent for what she does. Almost everything is made in-house. The chocolates were absolutely wonderful and made me want to buy more for everyone I know. From the flavors to the textures they were a pleasure to eat. She also has a little espresso machine if you want and a selection of greeting cards so if you need a last minute gift this would be a great place to stop. Definitely stop if you are in the area
Michael Shipe: Must truffles ever!

Vinothkumar Ponnusamy: A fantastic place for chocolate lovers! Neat and beautiful with a good collection to choose from. Watch out for the chilly flavor which has a good punch!
Eleanor Frank: This place used to be called ‘ganache chocolatier’ when I was a kid. The name is since then changed, but the delicious desserts and marvelous gifts are every bit as enjoyable now as they were back then. It’s must-try for locals and visitors alike!
brittany tinney: Sooo good!Im really picky and these are the best !
Animal 2020: Store was inviting, staff were friendly, and chocolate was delicious! They have a large selection of chocolates and treats. Great place to buy gifts.
Sunshine Mullins: Best dang chocolates in town! My bestie and I had a blast with Lattes made by Sergei when we met today and popped in. Store is clean, organized, welcoming and fun! They have cards too! Perfect gift for my hard-to-buy-for someone...Answered our endless questions on which to pick for our big box of truffles—OMG! Perfect for a walk as we did( I cant get around like I used to so this was perfect: no stairs, they have seating, etc). My hubby loved Sergei’s fave and suggested chili truffle. Kids loved the mint. Im eating my 3rd one and cant decide my fave!
