Leah Lenardic: What a delightful chocolate shop! There's a great selection of prepared chocolate treats, the staff are super friendly, and they serve fantastic local ice cream as well. (Recommendation: chocolate caramel + Turkish coffee.)
M. Martin: Stoked to have this shop back on Mass ave. Just met the sweetest lady working there and she brightened our day. I love that there is a nice selection of sale items for those times when I’m buying for myself.
Carlton Beever: I stopped by hoping to buy some of their chocolates. Sign said open at 11am (Wed). I waited 20 minutes. Couple other customers came and went. Bad for business when you're not open when you say.
Sean Carroll: For $3+ for a specialized truffle, these chocolates are pretty boring and bland. There are very few notes that make the flavors stick out in every bite. With the name "best chocolate in town," these were pretty disappointing. You're better off buying a box of Godiva than these overpriced Hershey chocolate bites

Elizabeth Banta: We have always loved this brand since the location downtown on mass ave. Today was our first time visiting this location. Was disappointed. We stood right in front of the chocolate waiting for the employee to help us. It looked like she was writing something so we were waiting for her to finish then thought she would help us. She finished and didn’t acknowledge us. She walked over to register to place her note over there and a couple who just walked in was immediately asked if they needed help. Was totally surprised bc we weren’t even acknowledged until I told her. It must be bc they were better looking then we were so that’s why she acknowledged them.
Quintin Coppola: The Best Chocolate in Town was, in my opinion, okay. I appreciate that everything wasn't loaded with sugar but for the price I expected a little more - the five chocolates pictured cost enough for a lunch.The coconut in dark chocolate was probably the best thing I had - after that the mocha truffle.The dark chocolate raspberry was a little weak on the raspberry flavor - I was worried by the light pink drizzle that it would look the same on the inside with a sweet faux flavor, thankfully that wasn't the case.The dark chocolate truffle wasn't bad but it wasn't mind blowing either.The cinnamon basil was a real disappointment and I didn't finish it - to be candid, it didn't taste like much of anything and had a Play-Doh like texture,

Emmett Baumgarten: Used to hold up to the name, at one point it was indeed the best chocolate in town. Now that they've been acquired by Newfangled Confections it seems they've discovered some newfangled corporate evils. The fact that they don't allow customers to select flavors for their truffle assortments anymore means they won't be getting my business again. The quality of their products has depreciated as well!

Meredith Jones: I adore this place. They have an incredible selection of truffles. The staff is always friendly and patient (deciding what to get is seriously difficult). Not only do they have vegan truffles, they have a selection of vegan truffles. This makes me so happy because so many places that have a vegan option only have one option - thank you for having more than one so that we get variety also! I most frequently get the vegan birthday cake truffle. My partner's favorite is the (non-vegan) dark and stormy. If you aren't a truffle fan, they also have a variety of other chocolaty treats and ice cream. The teenager in our family doesn't like dark chocolate and there are always plenty of milk chocolate options for her as well.

Jason Pike: Took my son here for ice cream. A little offended they charge $1 for him to try 2 teeny small samples, especially as 1 scoop already cost $6.54. Never in my life have I seen a place charge for samples. Ice cream was ok.
Lennon: My family and I haven't been here in awhile but have always enjoyed it. We decided that stop by with our kids last week during spring break. The kids had ice cream and hot chocolate. We had cake, coffee, and chocolate. The lemon creme cake was absolutely amazing. The latte I got was great, and so we're the kids hot chocolates. They loved their ice creams! When we got to the chocolate part we were very indecisive from all the wonderful options. We asked the staff for recommendations and they were so helpful. They recommended the peanut butter melt aways, sea salt caramels, and old fashioned toffee. All were amazing! Over all just a pleasant experience, and can't wait to go back soon!

Juan Moreno: Place used to be amazing, with a great assortment of cakes and ice creams, friendly staff, a comfortable and clean Dining area and shop. We used to come here often for years. Now it’s all gone down hill, the amount of time we have came by there are little to no cake selections, frostburned ice cream with a strange taste almost spoiled like, the inside is dirty and almost run down with lights not working, everything being sticky , the tv not working,( repairs are definitely needed) and most recently a freezer stopped working giving us little to no selection of ice cream. Not to mention that staff are rude and almost annoyed by having customers even though the store is empty. This place is also pretty pricey for what it is now. It is sad to see what it has turned into now

Kyleigh Hindsley: I have been a lifelong customer of SBCC and wanted to order chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Valentines Day. I placed my order in person at 10 AM on February 13th and the employee said they would be ready by 5 PM that night. Upon arriving shortly after 5 PM, the employee said she forgot my order.The employee then, without gloves, washing or prepping the strawberries, dipped them into the chocolate and put them into the box without drip trays. She then handed them to me stating “I hope they dry”.For $20 I was very upset, especially because it was a gift. I emailed the company on February 15th asking for a refund or assistance, it has been 3 weeks with no reply. I am disappointed to post this because I loved their chocolate, but I will not be returning and want others to be aware of their forgetfulness and to not place orders in advance.
Cynthia Varela: I had "great lakes" coffee and it was delicious, it had a disposable spoon covered with white chocolate and I loved it.The chocolates are glorious.No restrooms!!! There are tables and seats available inside.
Liberato Garced (Tito): I have been here twice. The first time I had a carrot cake, it is not bad. I decided fo come back for a slice of it. I get my slice and sat down. After a few minutes the person attending the place asked me when I was leaving because she needed to pick up food and she needed to close the store. I was there for not more than 5 minutes. I am not sure how management expects to get customers this way. But taking a look around they don't seem to care much. The place is dirty, multiple lights not working and expensive.
Matthew: Dirty. Trash left on tables and on the floor. Pretty rude if you ask to use the restroom.(must pay first) The chocolate wasn’t that great. About on par with Russell Stovers/Whitman.
Jade Xiao: The Caramel Turtle Cheesecake was delicious and my boyfriend liked the Blue Moon. The server was kind of unfriendly though. Also they’re quite stingy about giving samples. She said she was not supposed to give us this many samples after we had only 3 samples.

Picked up some chocolate peanut butter fudge. It tasted ok, but had a strange smell. Weird, I know. Love a good chocolate shop but this isn’t it.

Ordered the hot chocolate and had to clean off a table to sit down to enjoy the hot chocolate. Then the 5 year old had to suddenly potty. Asked about a bathroom and they said “yah, we don’t have one”. Asked about any bathroom close, and was told maybe Qodoba, but we’d have to buy something. WTH? How can an establishment with tables to sit at not have bathrooms for a paying customer??? This should be illegal.

Yatin Patel: We spend $48.94 in this place but didn’t let my 3 year daughter to use their restroom. It very disappointing by the staff the way she told us .
Tina Sorrels: We went to another location for a sweet treat and they was EXTREMELY packed. Talking wrapped around inside the building packed. I had never been to one and my friend raved and raved about them. I suggested going to another location but they only knew of one other south of Indy. I Google and found this location since we wasn't that far away. They was amazed to learn of another location closer to home. We go in and they wasn't busy at all. So many choices to choose from and combinations I was overwhelmed. My friend got the Reese peanut butter shake and it was really really good. Just like the candy. I finally chose this turtle brownie sundae and O My, it was amazing. Very rich but o soon good. My friend even loved it. Will defiantly be back again.

David Scherb: I like the Coldstone chain but this franchisee runs one of the tidiest operations I've seen. Quick to greet and welcome us, happy to answer our many questions and once we made up our minds, those high quality ingredients were expertly blended on the cold stone and served up in our vessels of choice in a minute or two. I do miss Labamba's burritos as big as your head (gone 7 or 8 years now) but definitely welcome Coldstone to my old stomping grounds!

Scott Isenhart: Well after having a fail at another Ice Cream shop for a Milk Shake I went to the predictably, or so I thought, Cold Stone Creamery.I was greeted with great service, lots of options. The Milk Shake had very good flavor yet was runny, very much like a thick almond milk rather than a Milk Shake so I suggest saying "thick" six or seven times because I only said it twice.
