We like the big screens and recliners. Parking lot seems safe enough for retail area. Cleanliness is average. Decor is a bit worn. Can't comment on concessions - haven't eaten there - but food prices are high everywhere nowadays. However we enjoy watching action movies and epics on BIG screens so appreciate theaters trying to stay in business. Must be hard.

Jessey Nettey: The ticket area is entirely self-service and dimly lit. The seating is absolutely terrible. Even with the seat back, because the seats are more or less on the same level, you have to crane your head to see the screen which is high on the wall.

John-Michael Watson: Some seats are in extreme disrepair in theater 13. Costs is very high on concessions. Other than that all staff were friendly. The whole place was very clean. Service was quick. They did remove the good popcorn salt now just have table salt but it's okay.

Shannon Kryski: Theater was semi-clean. There is no staff at ticket windows as it's mostly done onlin, and you pick up tickets at a kiosk. Popcorn was hot and buttered, but salt for it was provided in little packets vs a shaker. Tedious to deal with in dark theater. Seats could use an update to repair broken and damaged ones. It's still overpriced, but that's to be expected given theater's have been for years, and post covid, have lost tremendous amounts of business. It is sad to see, but we still enjoyed a girls night out for a movie.

They are gross and they smell bad. Please get Stanley steamer in there. I didn’t sit in my normal movie theater spot because the upholstery was so dirty looking compared to seats lower/off to the side.

The pizza is good as well. I had a Tequila sunrise from the bar and I am happy to say they have Teremana which is my tequila of choice. All in all, a great time and it's really close to more fun things to do.

Alcohol beverages available and they're strong. The popcorn has "real" butter! It's also only $5! For dinner there's tons of restaurants along Mass Ave. Great theater for families or a date.

Matthew Holmes: Living Room Theaters is located on Mass Ave near The Garage food hall. It’s not the worst place to see a movie and far from the best. I have been to dozens of screenings at this place because they do tend to have a decent selection of films. Not only do they show Marvel type garbage movies, they also screen a decent amount of independent and foreign films. It helps that they have a high number of screening rooms (six I believe). There are many problems with this place though. First of all, it’s a dine-in theatre, so you can often find yourself sitting next to someone eating obnoxiously loud. Try and come during a less popular time before dinner hours. Weekdays before 5 o’clock are the best as you might even get the screening room to yourself. My second complaint is that the screening rooms have poor sound insulation. You can usually hear the movie in the room next to you, and this can be a distraction if the movie you’re seeing is quiet and the movie next door is loud. In a city with few movie theatre options, Living Room stands out by having a good selection, comfortable seats and not being a big chain (AMC, Regal, etc). If you’re looking for a high quality theatre experience however, I’d suggest Kan-Kan Cinema a few minutes down the road. They might not have power recliners, but they have a good restaurant and better films.

Tasia P: Friday March 3rd I experienced an awful service through your bar .Daisen your bar lead acknowledged me at the bar through eye contact , as I sat there for 10 minutes while he serviced other customers. He never once greeted me or informed me of what I needed to do for him to take my order . Instead he ignored me when I was speaking to him and informed the man that walked up next to me that he needed to form a line on the other side of the bar to be serviced .After another 5 minutes of having to sit in the line Daisen took my order but then abruptly denied my identification because it was paper . He did not ask for other identification to confirm my credentials.I asked for his boss and he carried on to say he was the boss . I then asked the other young lady for their boss and she informed me she would get him . Once she was about to accommodate my needs Daisen rushed to the back to get their manager.As the manager came out he did not try to work with my needs nor hear what was occurring . He also , did not ask for further identification to validate my ID . As I was speaking he insisted on walking away and letting me know that he did not want to speak to me .The service today was disorderly and inappropriate! I usually like this theater but today your bar lead and manager pushed me away from ever coming back again !

The staff is too busy trying to close rather than check out the customers in a giant line on a Saturday night. Almost 20 minutes later I got a large popcorn and drink. 20 minutes for a 20 second transaction!! On a Saturday night why in the world was there only one cashier? Absurdly dumb. There was no reason I should have been waiting 20 minutes and just one cashier. Management just kept walking by and cleaning, instead of helping to take care of customers. Horrible management. That's like duh level for management. If you see a line, you help. She apparently needs to go back to training.

Dascha Rhodes: Unfortunately, I didn't end up having a pleasant experience at this theater. I purchased 2 tickets and one of the recliner seats we were assigned to did not work. Other guests were also complaining of the same thing nearby. In addition, the entire movie the overhead lights were left on above us. I did not purchase any snacks or drinks, so I couldn't comment on that. The lady who scanned my ticket was very friendly and pleasant. I was also allowed to bring in my personal water bottle with no issues. Overall, the movie we selected to see was great. The layout of the theater was nice and had plenty of space for others to get through, even with the recliners extended. It was just super odd that they never shut the lights off when the movie began and unfortunate that some of the recliner seats in the theater did not work. I also got a respiratory infection after visiting this theater, so I'm not sure if sanitation could be improved as well.

But since we weren't familiar..we didn't know it was online tickets or on computer there. We had also never been inside one of the theaters 🎥 so we had no idea how the seating was set up 🤣 so I just picked 2 random seats! Next..was the concessions 🥙🌽🍕🍟🥨🍿🍦🍧🍪🍭🍬🍫🍸🍷 🥤🍾☕️🍹For real‼️ This AMC had everything..even a full bar we were in ADULT HEAVEN!!! Even gourmet 🍿 popcorn! Carmel and Oreo! 😲MG! Delicious 😋 Next..was the theater...we had no idea! We finally found our seats..after looking foolish for a couple minutes 🤣 we sat and enjoyed the comfortable leather reclining seats!!! Amazing and so comfy 😍 All and all it was a great experience! Since Kokomo's is very outdated 😒 but we still go almost 1 a wk or so. It's just what we do..we're less than a mile from it so it's close and we enjoy movies 🎬The only thing I would change would be to put an arcade in for the b kid's. We didn't have our kids this night, but we did notice a lot of kids. They need something to do also!! Other than that..it was amazing to go and sit and relax and be comfy! We really enjoyed it and will be back next week!!!

We saw Mario at 1230 on Sunday and it was completely packed. We had to sit in the front, but the experience made it worthwhile. The staff was impressively quick in helping a packed auditorium. Our server Derrick was a gem. When we told him it was our daughters birthday he gave her a free popcorn and thanked us for spending her day there. Things took a little while to come out as expected because it was busy but everyone was working very hard. Great staff and great place.

It was 90° outside today so I wore a summer dress into the 45° theater. The experience wasn't worth $70. The booze selection was nice, in house and guest batches. Love the fact you can sit and enjoy the movie while the servers get your order. Everyone was friendly and the only thing that I would suggest is to verify the time the kitchen and bar close if you're going to a late show. Both times we went the servers forgot to tell us. No big deal, just would have been nice to know. A small gratuity is automatically added to your bill and you can tip more when they bring the check. (45 min before the end of the movie) really wish they were reclining seats, but they're not. Instead, they have fabulous tables that move so you can sit back and pull or flip the table across your lap. Will definitely be back. Prices were more than reasonable and actually cheaper than other theaters, if you ask me!

Asia Nashay: It was my first time here, I like it, they have good beer and food. My only issue was the area where I was seated in the theater, was a lil dirty It was dirty when you pull out the tray tables. But it was good service, so I would go again, they just need to keep that clean

Ian McCollum: Last week, I visited this theater with a buddy to see Mad Max: Furry Road. That was an overall pleasant experience and I was excited to return this week with some other friends for the Super Mario Bros. movie. This time, my friends and I all put in our food and drink orders when we arrived right at showtime. 2 of us ordered water, and the 3rd ordered a milkshake. 20 minutes later we all get our food, but the milkshake is the only drink delivered. It took us pressing the call button multiple times and talking to 4 different servers, but we finally got mildly cold water in kids cups, no ice or straws, 10 minutes before the movie ended. This is abysmal, almost insulting service. We just wanted water. I will probably never come back. At least the fries were ok.

Collin Barham: Asked for missing waters 5 TIMES over an hour and 20 minutes and finally got them 15 minutes before the movie ended. Burger and Fries were great though.

Katie Jessie: We love coming here. Eat a meal and watch a movie. And their drinks are pretty good, too!

K Andomer: We love going to Flix Brewhouse for a fun movie experience. I deducted one star because I felt like the ledges under the pull out tables were a little too neglected, but other than that, it's a great movie experience!
