A couple times the finished basement wasn’t cleaned at all, another time the bathroom mirror had spots and streaks all over it. The last time was the worst. We came home to carpets that were not vacuumed, floors that were not mopped, toilets that weren’t cleaned, the basement wasn’t cleaned, and a kitchen sink with more dishes in it than we left. Dusting and tidying up was done, but that seemed to be about all.My husband contacted the company, and they offered to return an additional day to finish the cleaning. We decided that since this has happened repeatedly, we would like a refund and would like to discontinue services.Update: After we refused the re-cleaning (because having someone in your home for that long and not being able to tell anything was cleaned made us not want to have them return), I thanked them for the offer but explained that we have moved on.They continued to call. I didn't answer since I told them we have moved on. They then sent a text offering a free 4 hour cleaning. They asked what we'd like done. I replied with the standard cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, and floors. She responded saying she didn't think they could do all of that within 4 hours, so what are our priorities? I told her to forget it, that we will just move on and that I had spent enough time and energy on this. I was beyond frustrated by that point.I respect that they offered to try and make it right, but once they let us know they couldn't actually complete cleaning in 4 hours (we weren't requesting a deep clean by any means), we were done and that should be respected. It should have been respected once we said we were done and declined a re-clean.I recommend sending more people out if needed if you fear that there's not enough time. We were made to feel like we are impossible to please. That's not the case. For over $300, I expect it to look like it has been cleaned. That's all. The first visit was ok; however, was told they do not clean underneath glass pieces i.e. coffee tables and dinette sets...who cleans the top but not underneath, especially knowing one can see fingerprints, etc. through the glass. I was told by staff they would let them know it’s a part of the job. The second time was ok but they had to come back a 3rd time because they did not give me the 4 man hours I paid for the cleaning...they did not clean part of a few rooms vs completing/cleaning one room and going to the next. Ran out of time and left. I’ve asked for a call back by the owner and no response. Unfortunately, I cannot show the photos. Joshuah Decker: I was surprised by the lack of service provided by their cleaning crew. To begin, the cleaning crew came to my rental property and "cleaned" for two hours. When my tenants came to move in, I found the house to not be touched in almost all regards. The floors were so filthy that I sent their company pictures of the work. No apologies from the company, but they did come back a few weeks later. When they came back, my tenant told me that they cleaned for an hour and told her that they would send somebody else the next day to finish the job. They never contacted me once through this process, and they did not show up. After a month, I received an invoice for $300+ for the hour of their service, despite their company telling me they have 4 hours on their time sheet. Margaret Holtman: Do not hire this company. I asked for a monthly deep cleaning of my bathrooms and kitchen ONLY and was told it would be no problem. I was quoted 1.5 hr clean time, so $150/month. The team that came out every month was always done within 45 minutes, never did the things that I had requested, and I was charged the full $150 each time. They never once tried to clean the hard water stains on my tub, something I specifically requested and was guaranteed could be done. They never once wiped down my kitchen cabinets, something that is apparently standard for every kitchen clean. Today they only cleaned half of my kitchen sink and didn't even mop the floor. Attatched photos were taken immediately after a monthly "deep clean'. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and courteous, but not enought so to pay for work that wasn't being done. I asked if the owner would think it was a good idea to suggest that I should no longer use them, she said "I can cancel you permanently right now". Ross Fine: I hired this service to do a move out clean for a rental property I was staying in. I already moved out this house when I hired the company. First impressions were great! The Vice President of the company, Meredith Lowman, came out to the residence and gave me a customized quote. She did a walk through the house and explained everything they were going to clean to include dusting light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, vacuuming, etc. (see photo). I even paid for extra services that the rental company requires. So in that regard I give Meredith 5 stars for customer service.Execution however is atrocious. Telia was the cleaner. She came out 11/4 at 9am saying “this won’t take long”. I went to work to let her do her job and after work I returned to the residence. What I found was not what was agreed upon and what I paid for. I left a review with the company and provided them pictures of the poor work their cleaner did. 0/5 stars (Pictures attached) The counters were wiped off, but a blue stain was left in a kitchen counter, the kitchen appliances were wiped, a floor was mopped, but that’s about it. Nothing else was completed on their list.A couple days later Jennifer and Meredith got back to me and wanted to rectify the situation. So they moved things around to get Telia back out to clean the residence again. Only this time Meredith would come check on her periodically to verify everything was done properly. So at 9am on the 7th, I let Telia back in the house and proceeded to go to work. After work I returned and check the house. To my surprise the job STILL WASN’T FINISHED. (See pictures) 90% on the list was finally done, but vents weren’t wiped, a baseboard in the master bath wasn’t done, a light fixture still had dust on it, and NOTHING WAS VACUUMED.Friday 11/8, I talked to Meredith on the phone. She asked how things were and I told her “for the services you provided and the things you cleaned, it looks great! However there are things that weren’t done still.” Meredith then proceeded to get defensive and tell me how she “knows everything was done” because she checked it personally, she then asked what wasn’t finished and I told her nothing was vacuumed as there was 10x more foot traffic across all the carpets than after the first time they finished cleaning. (See pictures) Meredith became extremely defensive and proceeded to tell me that Telia vacuumed the room behind her as she stepped out of the room. The problem is that not what the pictures show. Vacuuming is not something you can fake or lie about either! BECAUSE either you did it and it shows, or you didn’t and there are footprints all over!! Because of the poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge that your company still didn’t provide proper services, I give you 1/5 stars.Lastly, Meredith did finally give in and offer to send another cleaner over to the residence a THIRD time, but I decided to refuse. The company hasn’t even tried to discount the cleaning from their repeated failures and refund money from work they never did... I lost all faith in the “best rated cleaning company in Indianapolis” after they failed to do the job properly the second time. So I went over there on my last day of having keys and vacuumed the entire place myself. Take a look at the pictures yourself and make your own decision if the carpets were vacuumed or not. All pictures were taken after they “finished” cleaning from both times. I 100% do NOT recommend this company as I have never had a worse experience with a “professional cleaning company” and they will never get my business again.
