She gave me two types of personality tests and then really dove into the results discussing what my tests said and revealing some things that were holding me back from getting a job that feels like a better fit. We talked about strategies for handling my current stressful work environment and how to start broadening my search for new opportunities. She was both career coach and counselor. What I really liked is that she has explored different careers and had difficult bosses so she’s really able to relate and share her experiences in a way I haven’t found with other coaches.

Matt Duke: I had a health issue and was unable to complete the course and the company running the course wouldn't refund any of my money. The website and up front information is intentionally vague to get you to signup for this course and commit your money with no way out. The website does offer a money back guarantee, if you sit through around 80 hours of this mind numbing training. Given the $1,295 cost of the course, that is paying yourself ~$16 an hour to suffer through 80 hours to get your money back. My time is worth far more than that - I hope yours is too.I have to mention Jim Zarvos in this review as well - he is the leader of this course. He is an incredibly demeaning person. Two of his more dishonest claims from the first day of training are: 1) You can win at casinos all the time, if you’re committed whatever it takes, 2) He will teach you how to win the lottery. Additionally, Jim treats the people who participate in this course like prison convicts. He goes through a long list of rules and regulations early on including – 1) You may not have any food or water in the room, 2) You may not take any notes or pictures of what he is teaching you (most exceptional teachers are glad to share their information – because this course is a scam Jim is very worried that accurate information will get out about what he teaches). I was so optimistic and excited ahead of time to participate in this course and grow myself as a person, but I honestly can say there isn’t a single thing of value I took away from this experience.Please save yourself from being incredibly frustrated and wasting your time and avoid this company and

Matt Baldwin: I almost never write reviews but this course was such an utter waste of time and money that I felt compelled to try and help other people not end up in my same situation.Here is the overview of the first day and your first 6 hours. Ask yourself, if this sounds helpful:1. Introduction of everyone2. Can you contribute in any situation - including in an internment camp? How would you contribute? You should believe in yourself to contribute!3. What levels of commitment likely lead to success in life (5. Not caring, 4. Wishing, hoping, thinking, 3. Trying, 2. Committed unless, 1, Committed WIT (Whatever It Takes). You're most likely to succeed in life, if you're committed WIT and try hard (shocking).4. Trust - If you are a trusting person you must always choose to trust others...even your spouse, if you catch them in bed with another person.If you have any level of success in your life currently this course will be a total waste for you. I have been very successful in life and as an entrepreneur. I have been to at least a dozen leadership, team building, and training courses - this is the worst one I've ever been a part of. If you are struggling to maintain a job and failing in life maybe this course has some value for you.

Bruce Baldwin: This company takes advantage of poor and underprivileged people. I believe this company is racist and takes advantage of minorities. This company is like a cult. I've had a very successful career - the only companies that are this secretive and controlling of their information are misleading and scamming people.All the most successful life and career coaches want to share their information and believe that their 1-on-1 contact makes the difference. This company is intentionally vague and doesn't even allow participants to take notes because it knows its information cannot withstand scrutiny and is false at best.Please save yourself time and money and look for other ways to improve your life. Wish everyone the best - please look elsewhere from this course.

Toni Nevitt: At the strong encouragement of a girl in my Bible study class (ie non-stop pressuring), I finally agreed to sign up for a leadership class and fully paid for it by check. I was stressed about the cost, but she tried to ease my nerves by telling me it would be worth every penny. A few days later, I received the itinerary information for the "classes" and discovered some went until MIDNIGHT and Saturday and Sunday were all day things! I had no idea at the time or I never would have signed up! I worked a full time 8-5 job and was a single Mom to two younger kids then, one of which is on the autism spectrum. My family doesn't live around here and I couldn't just get anyone to babysit the son on the spectrum. I immediately requested a refund of my money and was told no because all payments were final and non-reimbursable--no exceptions. Not even partial credit. Minus the initial notification saying I was accepted into the program, no work was done and they were not out any money (minus the few minutes to create the letter and send it out). I will never understand the lack of kindness and compassion from Jim Zarvos and his organization. He is a crook in my opinion.
