Try to get something delivered here if you ever find yourself thinking, "I wonder what fury, true fury, feels like." I have had them changed orders from delivery to pickup without notice, leave me on hold for half an hour only to drop the call, hang up on me 4-5 times in a single attempt to resolve an order, blame me for them cancelling orders, etc.I sincerely recommend to you: Go anywhere else.

Kris Anderson: We really liked the concept of having a store dedicated for storage/organizing containers, but most of the products are laughably overpriced.There is no reason why a simple, short plastic container for storing papers should cost $25-$40 (to give one example).It is just absolutely ridiculous when maybe 10 minutes away you could go to IKEA and get functionally the same thing for a few dollars.You could easily spend over $100 just getting a few plastic boxes to stick in a drawer. I can only imagine someone regularly shopping here if they have so much money that they never bother to look at price tags.Unless there is a major change in their pricing and/or products we will likely not be going back.
Kylie Lockett: I love the container store! They truly do have everything you would ever need for any type of organization. I can always find it. The only downside is that it’s very pricey. I am part of their free POP reward membership points program and I never seem to get any kind of rewards — ever! I’m not sure what the point of it is because I almost always pay full price for everything unless it’s on sale in the store automatically. I do like the fact that this store is always clean and pretty organized for the most part so it makes my heart happy! I shopped there today and had the nicest lady help me!

When I get there not only could I not find it but the person I asked to help me looked for about 2 minutes and then just walked away to help someone else. Started a business in Indianapolis and have shopped here at this location and I'm highly disappointed. The staff couldn't find invoices and then accused us of making up prices. Contacted someone back in Michigan to help me. The service was awesome. Having my products delivered from Michigan to post road to minimize rude and gross staff behavior. Thanks to Michigan for getting it right. Shame on Indianapolis's east-side location!

John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

Katy Aiello: Despite the fact that this is my closest Target store, yesterday was the last time I will shop here. The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise
Evelyn Pender: After getting a puppy, I always use drive up and bring him with me. It’s very efficient and we never have to wait long. My order is always right and the employees are always nice. Wish more stores had free curbside but I’ll just stick with target :)

Mrz CPR: Purchased a new plant baby. I was disappointed with the indoor plant selection. Many of the plants seem neglected and either under watered or ridiculously over watered. They need to do better or Clarence them out so people can take the plants home and revive them

Jeff Hostetter: From the moment I walked in the door to the point of loading my cat with the shelving units, there was an associate there to help. The cashier was friendly as well. I was able to get everything I went there for and was in and out on Easter Sunday fairly quickly.
J C: The tool rental employee would rather do nothing and blame the customer rather than consider that the machine might be malfunctioning. When their machine was proven malfunctioned, they would rather roll their eyes than apologise. Other than that, I come here often.

Nobody answered the phone at night after calling and getting answered at 10am was told your next to get unloaded still at 320 getting unloaded talked with store manager and still took another 5 hours he act as if he scared of the workers. Will never return here I hope and pray thus store closes and these workers find a new job because this isn't it.

Shelves are half-stocked or empty CONSTANTLY with the pallet/box just sitting in the aisle literally 3 feet from the shelf the stuff needs to go on. Don't even bother with the electronics section, no one is ever around to unlock the cases. They've got local PD in the parking lot by the front door all the time, every single day for the homeless folks who take the bus up there and steal, because of course our tax dollars gotta go to the hood-mart security force they can't just pay for themselves... What a disaster.

un known: Target is a little on the expensive side but they have some nice clothes plus they had a sale going and that made the clothing much more affordable

Ryan Chaffin: I went to this location because another location told me they had an item in stock. So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I know the store could care less if I shop there again, but definitely will not be. If it was an item they needed or wanted they'd go get it. I worked for a target before and at the time they went above and beyond for "guests" but apparently they don't have the same values.

Dan Hoffman: I used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.

Leslie Wells: The in-store Target experience, overall, has gone downhill since the renovation at our local store. It is no longer a welcoming layout that draws me into the store. The layout is quite choppy which doesn’t create positive feelings. It also is messier than it ever was prior to the renovation. I would solely blame customers for this, but it wasn’t like this pre-Reno. I’m not sure if staffing has been cut because of the renovation?For these reasons, we no long do our weekly Target trips to wander around inside and browse. Instead, when we do shop at Target, we opt for pickups and shipping instead. But even those are significantly reduced.
LJ: Legitimately the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had of any retail store I’ve ever been to. Waited in electronics for an hour, tried calling employees over, all ignored me, no one cared. Save your money and go elsewhere

Carrie S: The new layout is awful, disorganized and crammed. It is not inviting AT ALL! I feel very unwelcome when I walk in and very enclosed and all I want to do is get what I came for and leave. When I use to go to Target regularly it was to walk around see what's new and what's on sale and after going in numerous times since the remodel, I still get the same feeling; uninvited, enclosed and crammed. My husband and 3 kids said the same thing, we all hate the new layout, just awful and uninviting.
