Ivy S: First, the owner was pleasant, the establishment was clean & the equipment was pretty much on par with locations I've visited in Indianapolis & Cincinnati (one note there are nicer facilities in town). The issue for me was the owner was not wearing a mask & made a remark about Covid being comparable to the flu. I fully understand that everyone's beliefs are their own & there is a great deal of misinformation out there; HOWEVER, wearing a mask is for the protection of those you are dealing with so even if you don't care about yourself you should wear a mask for the protection of your clients. I wasn't going to get into a debate with a person that believes Covid is comparable to the flu because I don't have that type of time to waste but I also can't take seriously a "health practitioner" that doesn't take a pandemic seriously. Many people won't mind that & obviously my review is not for them, it's for people who do. Bottom line, the facility 100% got the job done for me, it's closer to my residence, but I will not return. Also, another reviewer mentioned gloves & I honestly don't recall seeing gloves being worn either & I'm not talking about "at her desk" I'm referring to during the entire time I was at the facility.
