No Namer: The food was great but on-site staff was unorganized and inexperienced in event catering. I have seen much better table and food presentation. These guys are not full service caterers. They should consider sticking with delivery or hiring more professional and skilled event managers who know how to set a table for eye appeal.

Allyson Delgado: We got married in December and had the Indy Fresh pizza truck cater our wedding. It was FANTASTIC! We got to select 3 different types of pizzas, and they throw in a cheese pizza as well. Our guests raved about the pizza and definitely went back for seconds! At the end of dinner, they box up the remaining pizza for you to take home. My husband and I enjoyed a pizza on our wedding night while we went through our cards and guestbook. Indy Fresh was very responsive, answered all of my questions and truly made it an easy process. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a catering company Sahm's catering will not disappoint their food and customer service is better than a lot of these five star restaurants.

Bailey Stubben: They catered my wedding. It was okay. I asked for no meat in the pasta, and there was meat in the pasta. They also forgot the salad dressing. The kids meals were cold. Everyone else said they loved it though.

Audrey Bell: They catered our Christmas dinner for 10 people and they were the only caterers I could find that would do a dinner for such a small party near Christmas Day. They cooked and delivered our food the night before Christmas and gave us excellent reheating directions. The pork & chicken were moist and remained moist even after refrigeration and reheating. They packaged the sauces separate so they were fresh. The price was incredible for such unique dishes. The delivery gentleman was helpful and packaged all the food in a large professional heating unit, so if food was ordered and served right away, it would be hot and fresh. We will use them for every Christmas and events we host.

The delivery person was super nice, showed up early, and the food set up was gorgeous. We had a power outage right when she showed up and she ended up having to bring all the food down the stairs since the elevator was out. She was so kind the whole time, and she went above and beyond to make the event special for us! I highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next event :)

Vegetarians, like me, will like the hummus and the vegan meatballs.

Amber Carmichael: Last week we had a large, MBP catered event at our facility. At the last minute, we discovered that lunch needed to be moved up 2 hours earlier than planned! MBP went to work, recruiting all their sales staff to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to meet the new deadline. They pulled it off seamlessly. We happened to have a very high profile guest in attendance, so MBP's efforts helped us avoid any embarrassment. Mark Pike: MBP handled hors d'oeuvres and bar for my wedding. We worked with 4 different sales people. Rarely communicated with, and never saw, the same person twice. They delivered the wrong linens to the venue, alleged day-of coordinator said our wedding was a "little job" and left for another wedding that supposedly needed more help. If there was a bright spot, it was their food. However, we had a contract for them to pour alcohol from 5pm-10pm and they began shutting down the bar at 9pm. When I asked why they were doing this, they said they only had a license to pour alcohol for 5 hours and they started pouring before 5pm. The thing is NO ONE ASKED THEM TO DO THIS! Clearly they wanted to knock-off this "little job" (aka the most important day of mine and my wife's lives) early. Disappointing does not even begin to describe their performance. Luckily the DJ had a flask for me and my groomsmen :)

Larissa and Jake Bakemeyer: We used Kahn's catering for our March 2023 wedding; initially we used them because we were required to by our venue and I was a little bit skeptical but Kahn's staff and product proved to be exceptional! We received so many compliments about the excellence of both the food and the service from our guests. I would absolutely recommend them, they are well worth it! Throughout the entire process they were easy to work with, responsive and professional.

Becky Bechtel: I don't even know where to start. Our phones are ringing off of the hook regarding the food at our daughter's wedding reception. Everyone who chose scallops as their entree have RAVED about them. Trust me: the top seafood restaurants in this country can't begin to compare to Kahn's. We have also received very positive feedback on the short rib, vegan, and chicken entrees. People could not stop talking about the beet salad with goat cheese. Steven Conners and Jenny Oden went over and beyond the call of duty for our wedding. Our printer made it difficult for their staff to read the menu and place cards because of vellum wrapped around the menu card. Have no fear! Steven and Jenny figured it all out, even though printer had also not made changes to the seating chart. The service from Kahn's was impeccable...all night long. I really was skeptical that they could beat our older daughter's reception at another venue, but they did in terms of food and service in every category. The reception was at The Scottish Rite Cathedral and it could not have been more elegant and classy. Kahn's servers were there to refill our wine glasses and treated us like royalty. Everyone else in attendance felt the same way. Our daughter had creative ideas for signature cocktails and they made these to everyone's delight. And, did I mention, Late Night Snacks? Don't forget these! Our son-in-law is from Georgia, so we asked for Late Night Snacks, Southern Style. Everyone was coming up to me and telling me how great they were. To close out the night, Kahn's did a wonderful job with the sparkler exit. No one could find the sparklers we bought (they were in one of our daughter's cars), but Kahn's found some and our daughter had the exit of her dreams. There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude. I can only say that I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!

I informed this company of my budget and Joe Hulsar (via email) told me my budget was "unrealistic" for the number of guests. Instead of Joe recommending I lower my guest count to a more accommodating range or implementing ways to provide supportive options, his implicit bias (because of my budget ) dismissed me as a potential client.His response was VERY unprofessional.. I would never recommend this place to anyone who doesn't own a multimillion dollar company. It is clear Joe does not welcome a budget at this facility because he deems it "unrealistic."

The cater the Indy 500, Governor Pence, concerts, weddings, retirements, and all types of parties and events from small business luncheons to large corporate gatherings. They cook all the food on site, and have top notch highly trained chefs working for them.They can serve your guests and entire hog freshly roasted, or a variety of fish, chicken, roast beef, BBQ, or anything you want they will accommodate you. They do the entire set up, break down, clean up, and more! The food taste great, and you get what you pay for. The prices are fair but on the upside. The entire staff is very professional staff. The whole pig and fried chicken are my favorites, but it's all great tasting!

Austin Kaldrovics: Frustrating experience...we engaged with them in February for an end of September event (wedding) and they ultimately gave us mixed messages. Starting off, things were good. Professional communication and their solid menu that excited us successfully propelled them to our number one choice. We told them our chosen date, were reassured, and then we scheduled a taste testing. Then, suddenly, two days before taste testing, they admitted they double booked our date and couldn't make it happen. They cancelled the taste testing and left us to figure out alternatives. This wasted valuable time and put us in a bind.

The day I did the tasting, I told the chef that we would have one vegan at our wedding, and she said on the day of the wedding, I can just point her out and she will make something special for her. So during the reception (almost a year later!) we pointed her out and she made something for her! We do not live in Indiana, and Lynette was incredibly responsive and outlined all the details for us. Keith even does incredible flower arrangements! Keith made us feel welcomed and like family. There was nothing better, on such a hard day, than to not have added stress about the event thanks to the spectacular offerings and customer service Black Plate Catering provided. Our whole family was impressed. I would use them again for any event as I have never had any event run so smoothly.

Patti Horton: We had Simply Served cater the rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter-in-law. Ashlli was wonderful to work with during the planning. We live 9 hours away from the rehearsal dinner venue so it was a huge blessing to have things made so easy for us. We even made a last minute addition and it was handled with ease. The servers were on time and also very easy to work with. The food was outstanding!!! There was not a bite left of the mac and cheese :) Everyone raved about the food. Many went back up for second helpings. I highly recomment Simply Served.

Colin reached out and initiated communication with us multiple times which we really appreciated. We have many family members who are vegetarian, and while other caterers dismissed our requests to have less meat in the food, Simply Served figured out a way to accommodate us! The grooms father could not stop talking about how professional and polite the staff were as well. The food was soooo good as well! Everyone thought that the pretzel bites with beer cheese was a hit.

My husband had the burger sliders. My daughter had the chicken and waffles with Mac & cheese. Everything was so good. They also sell Bier Brewery beer! Winner winner!
