Lisa B: Let me start by saying the two of us were meeting a family member at 6:30p. We arrived (reservation) on time and were seated in a booth as requested almost immediately. We were the second table of two in the dining room & starving since we spent the entire day flying & hitting the local mall. So we ordered an appetizer (stuffed mushrooms), water & a beer. By 7p we had out drinks & the family member was running late. The couple next to us ordered their dinner & we still didn’t have out stuffed mushrooms… another table of two sat down in the cozy dining room, they ordered their food & our water brought dinner to the other table of two, then brought dinner to the third table of two in addition too table of six that sat down while the third table was receiving their dinner. Drinks went to the table of six & still no stuffed mushrooms. Our waiter was running around, perspiring like crazy as it was 90 degrees outside and the rest of the dining rooms were filling up. There was a line going outside by 7:30p when our family member arrived and still no mushrooms… two more tables of two arrived & received their drinks & dinner) We ordered dinner at 7:40p and at 9p received our stuffed mushrooms, two chicken Marsala’s & salad. The food was great but the wait was a bit much. Not sure what happened hence the four stars.

A table was sat right across from us and got their food, ate it, boxed it up, paid and left before our food came. Our waitress kept Telling us it was still in the oven. Finally it came out about an hour and a half after we ordered it and it was cold. The waitress and the manager could have cared less. We wound up just leaving. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!

This was my first visit and they were not very friendly and immediately had me hesitant on my decision to dine there.On another occasion, I had called to make reservations and the customer service was horrible. April Casiano-Lee: We decided to drive almost 2 hours for a special birthday dinner. We didn’t wait long for our table with having a reservation. We were promptly introduced by our server who took our drink order immediately. Our server was friendly but seemed a bit scattered. We did order a few appetizers. 2 came out but the last one came after our salads. 1 salad never came. Another server tried to bring the save appetizer that we were enjoying out again but we explained we had that one, she rolled her eyes and said ok. As we were enjoying our salads, our food came out as the last appetizer came out. A dirty martini was ordered but took at least 20-30 mins to get. The risotto dish was not delicious but the salmon and filet medallions were amazing. We did express the distaste of the one dish. Our server took care of it immediately and explained a manager would be by. Once she stopped by, she apologized about the dish and said she wild take care of it. We did express our concerns about the rest of meal but she didn’t seem interested. We did receive a complimentary entree to take with us. It was 2 of our first times entering the establishment. We will come back to try again. Again, our server and another server that stopped just to help take our pictures were were great.

Very attentive and was able to manage the large group. We were greeted at the front door and our reservation was on time. If we’re doing date night my wife and I tend to go to more traditional steakhouses, but for large groups…and when I’m by myself…I almost always end up at Fogo. The food is delicious every time. And this time my waitress, Michelle, was exceptional. I sat alone, got some work done, and had an outstanding meal and experience. See you again soon!
Moiz Ahmed: Very good service, but food was severely lacking. Random cooking level for steak, almost rolling the dice. I.e. Asked for medium every time, and got everything through very well done. Chicken was great, but don't get the hype of any of the beef options. If you're looking for the atmosphere and great service, sure. If you just want an amazing steak, or even decent steak, go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I come for our anniversary and other dates and usually get great service tonight we waited a long time to get greeted didn’t get our sides and I had to ask 3 times for my drink. However, Adam noticed we were not getting served well and took it upon himself to get my drink, get our food requests in and saw our experience through. My expectations for a $150 date night started to fall through but he make sure we were taken care of.You don’t see people care about what they do every often anymore but he did. S. Warren: Best food on Mass Ave bar none. The service is VERY hit or miss though. If you sit on the 3rd floor, there is a chance you wont get your food very quickly as instead of making it easy on their servers, they make them walk from the basement up 2-3 flights of stairs to deliver food. Its ridiculous. And in the bar, you will typically get the worst servers for some reason even though they aren't busy they're impossible to find. Again, best food on Mass Ave and highly recommend it!
Hutch: Our poor experience started off by being seated in the dining room when I had reserved an upstairs table. The dining room was so loud I could barely hear my friends who were with me and so hot that people were taking their sweaters off. I ordered the filet, medium, and when it arrived, it looked great. However; when I was a third of the way through it; it was obviously rare! Not medium rare, rare! I sent the steak back thinking a new one would be prepared properly. I was wrong. My old steak was recooked along with a small piece I had cut off earlier. This may be acceptable for a $20 steak, but not when I’m paying $50 for a small filet. I politely declined the recooked piece of meat and just ate some of my wife’s chicken so we could leave. It’s also important to note, little effort was made to correct the poor experience we were having.

Andrew Halterman: Server was great. Wasn’t impressed by the food. Cream spinach was like soup, crab cakes were bland and we found a hair in the them. Rib-eye was smothered in some kind of pineapple glaze that made the steak almost like rubber when cutting it. Other dishes may be better, but overall we walked away unimpressed.
Ms. JSM: Beautiful, swanky spot with great food! It was a perfect place for a business meeting turned date ❤️Parking: Located on a busy and small two-way street. Mass Ave is great as it has lots of boutique shops and restaurants on the strip. Parking meters line the street and it's a bit difficult to pull in and out of a space due to the narrowness of the strip.

Overall for spending that much money at a restaurant you would expect it to be more impressive with the food. Service was good and the waiter was attentive.also like several other people have said the place is so dark that we had flashlights out to read the menu.
