Mr. Henderson addressed my issues and ran a diagnostic check on the spot despite my not having an appointment. He identified the technical problems within minutes and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He understood that in my profession (private investigations), that I needed the laptop for work and was nice enough to make the repairs and adjustments while I waited. My laptop runs like new now, faster than ever. I highly recommend Mr. Henderson / Indy-Tech.

Now those of u who take online classes know that all assignments for that week are due Sunday by 1159pm, and I was in the final hour…u talk about someone sweating!! Thank goodness for OneDrive because I was able to log into my other laptop via this program and obtain the assignments I was working on and submit them at 1158 pm!! It kept giving me a message about my drive not being detected…well, what does that mean?? I don’t know…I’m a nurse..medical I know…technology…NOT!! I called this establishment as soon as I got off of work on Monday to inquire on the matter. I chose this business because it was the first one I came upon on the google search engine…I informed of the situation and he said yes of course, I can take a look at it and preceded to give me directions to his office…10 minutes later I walked in the office of course in a frenzy because my whole educational life is on this laptop!! He took all of 7 minutes to fix it!! When I tell u that if I could have hugged him(u know Covid) I would have, I almost cried tears!! He did not try to break my bank either with the repair costs. I truly appreciate him taking the time to correct this matter for me because all I continued to think about was all the work I was going to lose!!

Amber Haney: Computer has been running extremely slow and I have dropped it twice. Brought computer in on a Saturday and he had it done in like 2 hours. Hard drive was replaced and he even tightened some hinges free of charge. It runs so much better and the price wasn’t bad either. Would recommend going here.

step one: Got a super good deal on a Dell Computer, monitor, mouse, and cables. The gentleman even put the 3 search engines on it that I wanted along with whatever was necessary to block ads from popping up.

Unfortunately the whole keyboard needed replaced because of the type of keyboard it is but he ordered a new one and got it done super fast! My screen had been loose from my kid dropping it too and I didn’t even ask him to fix that but he fixed that too! He was really nice and even held onto it while we was on vacation for a week. Highly recommend!

The owner is honest, respects data, his employees technically knowledgeable, understands customer vision and makes solid recommendations. Katy Urbano: bless 🙌🏼 indy laptops fixed my 11 year old mac in under 6 hours for less than $250!! when i brought it in, she knew exactly what the issue was based off my quick description of it “running slow and issues with the track pad” .. anywhere else would have no question charged over $500 or talked me into buying a new laptop. and to add to the deal jean was very friendly and kind! they even cleaned it up for me (sorry for the debris, it’s traveled a lot of places with me over the years lol). i’ll never go anywhere else for laptop repairs again. these guys are the bomb diggity.

They were able to diagnosis the problem which turned out to be a simple fix (if you know what you’re doing) and did not charge me for the service. I was impressed by their competence and commitment to customer service and would definitely recommend you going to see them for any issues you might be having.

My screen was broken but there was another complicating factor, rather than charging me more they looked up my laptop and saw it still had a warranty. My laptop is used so I had no idea.
