Kenny Armour: Had a few minutes to kill near the Castleton Best Buy so I thought I'd check the price of the Echo Dot. I have an eero wifi system and you can use a 5th generation echo dot as a wifi extender. The salesperson came over to assist me and promptly told me that this was not possible. He was condescending and was sure he new more about this then me. I started to show him the info online but he quickly discounted that. I didn't want to argue with someone who thought he had all the answers and was not open to learning anything new. It's sad that he wasn't open to learning anything new. I just got the wrong salesperson who wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

Joni Heredia: I went in needing (I thought) ethernet cables. I was greeted and after looking around for awhile and finding the cables I needed, I asked for help from another employee. He answered ALL of my questions as I explained my situation with my child's new gaming computer in the basement with the modem upstairs, he explained my options, and I am very happy with the solution I found and the product I purchased. We were also helped to find a precharged mobile battery to use on the go. Great service at this BestBuy!
rj lee: Went in to purchase a new fridge for our basement. Went in at opening and waited in appliances for 20 minutes. Finally went to the front and the guy said he would call someone. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to the front where three managers it looked like were discussing something. We asked for an appliance person so we could buy the fridge, and after telling them what happened they all looked at each other and said there’s no one in appliances in? So we said forget it and left and they just said sorry and kept talking. We went to Home Depot instead and they have a better warranty and staff always eager to help. We only go there for large home appliances so it’s unfortunate we won’t be back again.

I wouldn't give them a one star but that was lowest option. Don't waste your time with this company. I will be blasting them for years to come.

Hannah Land: I had purchased a washer and dryer from this company, first they bring the wrong ones. Then the men that delivered it complained and refused to take out our old dryer. They also lied and said they couldn’t install it due to bad parts on our end. Turns out all of our stuff is fine.We hired someone to install it and turns out they never brought us all of the pieces to connect to dryer. It seems as if the box that came was a returned product missing multiple pieces. Most items shown on the diagram on the box were not included. Would not recommend spending this much money to not get the products you paid for or the instillation. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated. Here I go to the laundry mat yet again….to spend more money

CPR was going to fix for $100 but when they went to repair they realized it was not the lens and only the lens guard and it actually did not need repaired. They could have easily charged me and I likely would not have known. Vey honest!

samuel dumas: Where do I even begin? When I worked in this industry a few years ago everyone was shady, weird, dishonest, an alcoholic. Things have changed. The front desk dude Matt was warm, inviting, and gave me a sense of trust. But the person who I worked with the most was Juan. Master of Electricity and Computers Juan. I brought some parts in to have my computer rebuilt and he took care of the whole thing in a few short hours. he took great care to organize and place all the cables so the inside looks clean and neat. When I had a couple of questions he was more than happy to follow up. They were very thorough and professional and I'll definitely be going back for all my repairs needs.

When I came in to claim this warranty I was told that I had made some internal damage, as there is no external damage to the screen. Will not use again will not recommend to anybody. They were nice enough to offer to fix the screen for more then they charged the last time they repaired it too! I would give zero stars but I have to give one to post this.

My experience with CPR started out with something of a disaster, because when they replaced the screen on my iPhone, the Face ID sensor broke.However, Matthew, the tech working on my issue, didn't get upset, even when I showed my obvious frustration. Instead, he assured me that they would stand behind their work and fix the issue, pretty much whatever it took. And, it ended up taking a lot.They went through several step, and it took more time that we might have liked. And, it even required replacing my phone with one of like kind and quality.But, through it all, Matt kept his cool, kept his good spirits, and worked away on the issue until I ended up with what I wanted in the first place: an iPhone with a good screen, Face recognition, all of my data intact, and, additionally, a new acquaintance with someone who could become a friend.

Mr. Henderson addressed my issues and ran a diagnostic check on the spot despite my not having an appointment. He identified the technical problems within minutes and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He understood that in my profession (private investigations), that I needed the laptop for work and was nice enough to make the repairs and adjustments while I waited. I chose this business because it was the first one I came upon on the google search engine…I informed of the situation and he said yes of course, I can take a look at it and preceded to give me directions to his office…10 minutes later I walked in the office of course in a frenzy because my whole educational life is on this laptop!! He took all of 7 minutes to fix it!! When I tell u that if I could have hugged him(u know Covid) I would have, I almost cried tears!! He did not try to break my bank either with the repair costs. meatball912: Had my older computer have a corrupted windows 10 os and Charles was very professional about it, he fixed it the same day I brought it in. He also upgraded it to windows 11 for me. I strongly recommend this business and will visit if another issue comes up.
Nate K: Charles was very accommodating! I spilled black coffee on my laptop and he was able to get it fixed relatively quickly; despite the difficulty it was giving him! I had to buy a new hard drive and deliver it to him. When Charles had some personal issues come up he called me right away and let me know there would be a delay getting my device repaired. Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend!
