The interaction today with a gentleman who was downright rude is hard to fathom. Sales is a tough job, it’s not for everyone. I would suggest Ed finds an occupation where he can be miserable and condescending to folks, maybe something in the government. I have never felt more of an inconvenience to someone as I was today.

Danielle Potter: I went to a Grand Appliance today to look at high end appliances for a custom home build out of state. When I arrived, I explained my situation that I was building a home out of state and needed a full set of kitchen appliances and was finding it difficult to compare the appliances online. The lady told me that they do not service out of state and they only deal locally. I responded that is fine, but asked if she would be able to show me the appliances in the store and maybe provide me with any catalogs. She responded she wouldn’t be able to help me because she works on commission only and she would not be able to give me any catalogs as they didn’t have any (which was not true). Instead, she referred me to another showroom near buy. I was literally the only person in the store while 3 people sat behind the desk at the front of the store. I’m absolutely astonished this is how I was treated at this location. If you’re looking for appliances- I’d look elsewhere. Clearly they are only concerned with making their commission of your sale.

Ess Ess Ar: Ordered dinning chairs from WS back in January. Still waiting for the order and there’s no update on my order. Even though their products are amazing, and worth the wait, but 4 months wait (and still counting) is unacceptable.

Castañeda: Visited the store at Keystone Mall wanting to get a Wusthof knife and inquire about knife sharpening services.Spent some time in the knife section of the store and was entirely ignored by staff who seemed fixated on other tasks but hardly any of them was tending to customers, maybe just one in the entire store.Needless to say, not going back. I will try my luck and visit another store in the area or go to Sur Le Table at Clay shops.
Mariah: Great quality products but their lack of customer service isn’t worth it. Williams Sonoma is under the same ownership as Pottery Barn & West Elm. I ordered a chair that was backordered for 2 months. It got delivered but was the wrong color (supposed to be cream but came as navy blue). I now have to wait 3 additional months for the correct item. They will not issue a discount or anything for their mistake.

We did not see it displayed and were ready to leave when Tony asked if he could assist. And, WOW, did he ever. He found the item we were looking for at a few stores - mostly in CA. He started calling stores, and found one that had exactly what we were looking for! We arranged shipping, and we will receive it soon. Tony was wonderful! And, as we observed other shoppers, it appeared that the other sales people were engaged and truly cared about the customers they were assisting. What a great experience!

They did not take any responsibilty for it and blamed shipping. I told them they took my money and knew this was a problem. Not a fan of WS after this negative experience.

Kenny Armour: Had a few minutes to kill near the Castleton Best Buy so I thought I'd check the price of the Echo Dot. I have an eero wifi system and you can use a 5th generation echo dot as a wifi extender. The salesperson came over to assist me and promptly told me that this was not possible. He was condescending and was sure he new more about this then me. I started to show him the info online but he quickly discounted that. I didn't want to argue with someone who thought he had all the answers and was not open to learning anything new. It's sad that he wasn't open to learning anything new. I just got the wrong salesperson who wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

Joni Heredia: I went in needing (I thought) ethernet cables. I was greeted and after looking around for awhile and finding the cables I needed, I asked for help from another employee. He answered ALL of my questions as I explained my situation with my child's new gaming computer in the basement with the modem upstairs, he explained my options, and I am very happy with the solution I found and the product I purchased. We were also helped to find a precharged mobile battery to use on the go. Great service at this BestBuy!
rj lee: Went in to purchase a new fridge for our basement. Went in at opening and waited in appliances for 20 minutes. Finally went to the front and the guy said he would call someone. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to the front where three managers it looked like were discussing something. We asked for an appliance person so we could buy the fridge, and after telling them what happened they all looked at each other and said there’s no one in appliances in? So we said forget it and left and they just said sorry and kept talking. We went to Home Depot instead and they have a better warranty and staff always eager to help. We only go there for large home appliances so it’s unfortunate we won’t be back again.

mike Lunchbox: A High End appliance store with ZERO ability or interest in assisting with service issues after sale! Immediate issue with one of 6 appliances purchased.Going on month 2….Ferguson only answer is, GE Service. Ferguson CANNOT (or will not) even help prioritize service, or offer alternative options! They secure the sale, cash the check, and send you off to survive on your own! I fully understand the manufacturer service, but the lack of empathy or willingness to assist is crazy! The worst part, if under warranty, can’t even get a service provider on my own to come out. DON’T buy from here, one-sided relationship for big $$$$$
charlotte arkush: I have GE Cafe appliances that are less than a year old. I have been having an issue with the freezer section of my refrigerator. I called Ferguson and was told that I have to contact GE for any issues or repairs. What???? Who sells appliances and doesn’t repair them especially if they are within warranty. However, I will say that the woman that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was trying to be helpful.
tom aschauer: Spent over 10 grand on a JennAir stove. Arrived 6 months later and from the day it was installed it couldn't cook a frozen pizza. Took two months and 4 visits from technicians to fix it, but at least Ferguson was able to get JennAir to extend the warranty on the unit.
David Francis: Expect to pay full price (or more) for appliances here. I was required to use Ferguson by my builder. Overpriced merchandise that can easily be found at other stores for lower prices. Unless you are required to use this vendor, I would seek other options. Follow up review - The Ferguson Manager contacted me with no satisfactory resolution and he reinforced my poor perception of this company’s customer service. Based upon other negative reviews, it appears there is an arrogance in this company‘s culture. I still do not recommend Ferguson.
Elizabeth Proven: I called in with a question about an appliance to remove/purchase/install. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He had a long discussion with me to help resolve my questions and led me in the right direction. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase the appliance from Ferguson this time, but due to my customer service experience, I hope to come back to them in the future and would highly recommend them!
TIM Paul: Rude and inconsiderate are the only 2 words that come to mind to discribe the receptionist I just had to deal with at this store. We are building a house in Florida and using Ferguson. My wife is pregnant and is on a no fly restriction so she hasn't been able to be part of all the selections. We went into the store and were immediately stopped at the front door. I politely explained the situation and ask we could just browse for a few minutes so I could show my wife. She told me absolutely no and said to call and make an appointment. Mind you, there was not 1 other customer in the store. We have spent over $70, 000 and still have our plumbing package to select. First thing Monday I will be asking my builder for options other than Ferguson appliance.
Tamra Vincent: Nightmare experience, one purchase led to THOUSANDS of dollars of repairs. Dishwasher installation was performed incorrectly and led to EXTENSIVE damage in our home. Initially, Ferguson staff took responsibility for damage created by their installers incorrect plumbing work and said they would make it right, but Ferguson staff needed to approve all work for the repairs. This led to delays and then after starting with a remediation company, Ferguson and their representatives STOPPED contacting or responding and began to deny responsibility, leaving us with all the bills and a kitchen in disrepair. We were without a kitchen for months because of their delays and the pandemic. Horrible experience and poor integrity by Ferguson's Appliance.

The Ferguson installers arrived, made a mess in the kitchen, refused to install, claiming it was too wet outside (they needed to go outside tocheck the gas line). Ferguson has not refunded the $200 I paid for installation. Had to pay another installer to do the job the next day (equally wet). It turned out to be a simple job.When you're at their "showroom", they put on a good show, perhaps a bit pretentious. But after the purchase is finalized they seem to lose interest.

S. Warren: LOVE this store!But, my only complaint is that the sales people tend to hover and watch you. I thought it was only me but they do it with other ppl in the store as well. There is one guy who works there who is the more relaxed and actually lets you shop on your own, the store is small and it would be difficult to actually go out of your way to steal something. lol So I'm not sure what they are trying to do here but its REALLY weird and has stopped me from going at times just bc i don't want someone following me around. I don't even carry a purse! OTHERWISE, this store has a great selection of items and is nice to visit!

As soon as I walked in the door, an older lady with thicker glasses looked at me, sighed and kept talking to another worker. Around the corner came Melissa with smiling eyes. She showed and explained every product I was interested in, and even some she recommended. She was so friendly and I did not once feel as if I was asking too many questions or being an annoying customer. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made shopping a breeze. I was reluctant to buy at such a high price but Melissa assured me that this cooking ware lasts a lifetime, so I gave in. Now, almost a month later, I still want to go back and buy every single item she recommended because I am now in love with this brand.

He made sure the new one matched the model and color of the trim kit I already had which saved me $150+ on buying a new one. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly service and competitive pricing with other chain stores (Best Buy, Lowes, Menards, etc.) They didn't have my item in stocks at the store, but had the option to pick it up directly from the warehouse myself so I could avoid delivery fees. Even took the old microwave for disposal.

Steve McGrath: Was promised a 4/28 delivery for dryer and refrigerator! Called one day in advance to verify and found out dryer would not be delivered with the shipment! Rescheduled for 4/30. We had sold out old dryer and promised delivery to a buyer on 4/27 anticipating arrival of "new" dryeron 4/28.On the morning of 4/30 truck arrives and unpacks dryer to bring into the house. Driver notified us the dryer had dents in the front and left side. Also was missing a pin of some kind! We refused shipment. At the same time we had started a load in our washer anticipating delivery of dryer that morning! Spent remainder of that morning in a laundromat drying clothes that were in the washer that morning.We were informed that another dryer would be delivered 5/3. That is three mornings plus time spent at a laundromat that we were inconvenienced. On 4/30 we went to the actual store to find our salesperson and of course he did not come in that day! You can draw your own conclusions about this place. Some twelve days to get a dryer that we were assured was in stock the day we purchased it. No excuse for this!Update: If you go here to purchase a Frigidaire product please give this a thought! I purchased a Frigidaire product some nine months ago from here. Now I sit with a non-working ice maker which is under warranty! I have been thru hell with the incompetent warranty department of Frigidaire. Parts installed that did not work, cancelled service calls, lied to by someone named Nikki in the warranty department several times! While this may not be Grands' fault directly they have to know when they sell Frigidaire products that this may happen.3/23/23 I am in the process of scheduling a repair person outside the warranty which I am going to have to pay for it myself. Folks before you buy here and buy Frigidaire read the reviews on line concerning Frigidaire warranty. Out of 228 reviews they have a cumulative score of (1) star. Just trying to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.2-24.23 This place ia a damn joke! Customer service now gives me a phone number to call then. I called the number and I am told it is a number not available from this area!

Hannah Land: I had purchased a washer and dryer from this company, first they bring the wrong ones. Then the men that delivered it complained and refused to take out our old dryer. They also lied and said they couldn’t install it due to bad parts on our end. Turns out all of our stuff is fine.We hired someone to install it and turns out they never brought us all of the pieces to connect to dryer. It seems as if the box that came was a returned product missing multiple pieces. Most items shown on the diagram on the box were not included. Would not recommend spending this much money to not get the products you paid for or the instillation. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated. Here I go to the laundry mat yet again….to spend more money

I purchased a couple of early versions years ago and honestly, they still sound amazing but for the battery and ability to connect multiple units, it was time for an upgrade.
