The Haverstick: what do users think?
Jermaine White: Excellent shared workspace that feels like a blend of a library and a cafe - "librafe" ambiance. But you can actually work, have a meeting in their group rooms and enjoy a light breakfast from their small cafe. Not only is the staff really nice, the space is free! Just pay for the breakfast!
Kim Reid: It is very friendly and a great place to unwind .
Katie Ryan: Great place to work if you’re wanting to get out of the house or office. There are plenty of seats and tables so even when it’s busy you can still usually find somewhere to sit. Coffee and treats are delicious!
Manpreet: Got this special seasonal iced Cinnabon latte and it was super delicious 10/10! ☕️ 🔥
Robin Huston: Love this place. My company has slot of meetings there. It is very easy to get to.
adrian everson: This place is great!
Norman Brown: They are providing good customer service.
Seth Leeper: Great spot for coffee and co-working
Austin Coon: So clean it almost felt like a church. 👍🏽
olga mogollon: Love this place. Really nice, FREE coworking space. We have rented space for meetings here several times. The food and drinks at the Cafe are great and the staff is amazing.
Tricia Treesh: Great Church!!
Bobby Newton: Absolutely loved this place...great for holding meetings
A L: The staff is so kind. The space is super cute with lots of plugs for your electronics and the meeting spaces are a great value and roomy. Their dirty chai coffee is mmmmmm :)
Martin Flaherty: What a great place! I'm glad we found out about this. We are going to try to make more and regular use of it. Great place to just hang out and meet up with people or for small (or possibly even large) get togethers. Free for the small, daily, open use stuff, and very reasonably priced if you want/need a room. Great find. Check them out online. Just look up The Haverstick!
Eric Forney: Great local coffee and flexible co-working space!
Jen Hallgarth: Great relaxing atmosphere
Rohonda Houston: Went to a seminar there.
Ruth: The ideal place for getting work done if you like the coffee shop environment but also want some quiet and some space. The Haverstick is doing a FANTASTIC job with COVID-19 precautions, and they brew excellent local coffee.I was very comfortable visiting there, and I was able to focus on my work and enjoy my coffee without feeling like others were too close to me, since it was not crowded and the space if very large. I will definitely be back soon! There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of plugs along the walls. It's also not nearly as echo-y as you might expect from such a big open space, which is a credit to their acoustic treatment!
donald nevins: Huge complex. I almost didn't find my group for a meeting
Rachel Herbig: A warm inviting Christian atmosphere In which to hold meetings chat with friends or attend Thursday night church service at 7:07 p.m.
Ahmed Alismail: Spacious and well decorated. Good for meeting large group as well as individual spaces. Delicious coffee choices and nice people.

Devi: Industrial style interior and friendly barista’s. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a hot ginger tea. It’s quite spacious inside and you wouldn’t think that from the exterior.
Isaac K: Literally the best coffee in Indy! It’s a shame it’s a little hidden away but it’s worth finding! Brews and blends on menu all the time that you won’t find anywhere else, each lovingly crafted by hand each time. The kitschy decor of antique coffee cans and advertising items creates a unique ambiance to be appreciated. If you’re a local coffee lover, this is the place to be!

Coat Check Coffee: what do users think?
Samantha Ayres: One of the best coffee spots in town! The butterscotch latte is top notch.
Jamie Irwin: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5Recommended dishes BreakfastMore
Jeanna Little: There is a local artist who does work here, John Vazquez. Must stop in here if only to see his work.Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Angela T: I had a (hot) latte and hubby the butterscotch - both were very good and the ambiance was chill. We had a seat by the window and sipped our coffee as we people watched
Harsha S: We stopped by here for breakfast after walking over from AirBnB. The entrance was quite inviting with a staircase leading up to the cafe. The color palette was this old rustic sort of feeling. The actual cafe was very similar to a coat check area; it was an interesting concept to say the least. It was quite packed when we arrived so we had to wait in line for a few minutes before ordering. I wish there was a QR code or something to access the menu or view before we got to the front of the line. There were a few paper handouts at the front of the line so we were able to quickly glance to figure out what we wanted. We went for a croissant, Pistachio Latte, and a Butterscotch Latte. We had a little difficulty trying to find seating and didn’t feel comfortable walking up with lattes up the staircase so we found some seating to the side (benches) where we could sit. We had a chance to read up on the history of breweries in Indianapolis especially around the Prohibition Era that was quite interesting. The croissant and lattes were delicious. After finishing, we took some time to walk up the stairs where we found more seating, a bar area, and art pieces. We walked around there and observed all the different items. I definitely recommend everyone checkout Coat Check if they’re in Indy!
Eric Largy: Was a good place for a latte & start my day.
Meredith Blakey: I ordered an iced demerara latte when I visited for the first time a couple weekends ago and I've been craving it ever since! I had a few underwhelming coffee experiences recently, but this one was SO GOOD! There's a lot of seating available and the barista was friendly and helpful. I also ordered a brown butter chocolate chip cookie with sea salt and that was great too. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to try Coat Check and can't wait to go again soon.
Scott McDonald: Coffee was amazing.
Ashlyn Bedonie: Worst place! Over priced coffee and terrible service. No seats and very quite. You're better off trying to drink Starbucks at a library.
April Santiago: Wonderful and quality service, staff and food/beverages! Great place for a quick/casual business meeting, place to study or work!
Medha Kulkarni: Coat Check Cafe is a fantastic spot to grab some coffee or a bite to eat. I tried their Butterscotch Latte, Croissant, and Caprese, and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and drink. The latte was especially delicious, with a rich and creamy butterscotch flavor that was perfectly balanced with a hint of orange. The Caprese was also outstanding, with fresh mozzarella, pesto, and balsamic glaze all coming together to create a delicious and satisfying dish. The Croissant was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of crunch. While I think Coat Check Cafe is definitely worth a visit, I must admit that the prices are quite steep. As a college student, I found the rates to be a bit unreasonable, and I think that this may be a deterrent for some potential customers.Additionally, I found their two-hour policy to be a bit perplexing. As a cafe, I would expect that Coat Check would be a place where people can come to study or work for extended periods of time. However, their policy seems to discourage this type of customer behavior, which I think is not very effective or customer-friendly. Overall, I still think that Coat Check Cafe is a great spot to check out, but their policies and prices may not be the best fit for everyone.
Philippe Bronchtein: This is a wonderful coffee shop in an incredibly unique space. Latte art was perfect and the barista was so kind. There was a patron doing Tarot readings on zoom with their computer volume all the way up, which to me, is unforgivable.Otherwise exceptional coffee shop. 10/10.
Bailey Murphy: The space was really cool and open, drink was delicious, and most of all the barista who took my order (didn’t catch his name but he had a mullet kind of haircut!) was very friendly and engaging and chatting with him while waiting for my drink made the experience pleasant!
Ila C: Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Sylva Zhang: Such a variety of seating options, and a large area to roam. Love to get a little work done after my workout at the Y.
Elizabeth m: This place is pricey (40 bucks for a bagel and coffee for two) but they had a bagel sandwhich (vegan pesto) here that was wayy worth the cost!! Unfortunitely this time around the sandwhich was put on a cheap hamburger bun instead of the usual crispy bagel, it tasted like canned tomatos were used instead of fresh like usual, and they forgot the vinaigrette that really elevates the sandwhich. I wish they would have told us they were out of most of the ingredients before we ordered, please bring this classic sandwhich back :( employees are nice though
Whitney Dawson: Loved their coffee and they had plenty of food options too!
Lily: Vegan options 👍Vegetarian options: Vegan bagel, sometimes vegan pastriesFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Vegan Breakfast Sandwich, Bagel and Schmear …More
G Fatima: 2nd visit to Coat Check Coffee after a year and the quality and ambience continue to surpass my expectations. The customer service is on par and the coffee is beyond any variety that I tried in Indiana. We tried Latte with miso, cardamom and a vegan bagel. The jalapeño paste with the impossible vegan patty and egg was a fusion taste explosion for our taste buds. We enjoyed the ambience on a very cold day and highly recommend the German history within the building.—————Oh my gosh! What did I stumble upon????Ambience - German, historic architecture. Open & spacious space, medieval era setup and beautiful details on every nook and corner of Coat Check. We were wowed by the little details.Coffee - Can I call out NIRVANA!? The speciality lattes are BOMB! butterscotch latte with the perfect hint of nuttiness and sweetness and the ginger latte with herbaceous notes of hibiscus and warmth of ginger. Let’s not forget the spice of chili de arbol! Wow just wow!Food - No I am not a coffee and food kinda person but today being a Sunday ordered Breakfast and Pesto Bialy sandwich. The schmear & flavors fell right in place. All in all highly recommend for work, stop by or enjoy a luxurious cup of coffee. Coat Check has my VOTE!Vegetarian options: Impossible vegan burgerParking: Street parking onlyDietary restrictions: Limited gluten free options
Avinash Prabhakar: Great coffee and food. Amazing staff. Would be the perfect place if there was more space to sit!

Jessica Staples: Went in wanting to give a fur baby a forever home .. and we couldn't be more happy with the baby we adopted.. ladies are amazing that take care of this beautiful and home feeling cat cafe... If the day comes again that I need to get another baby I will be back ..
Tasha Time: If you're a cat lover like me and my daughter, then you will love this café. I took my daughter for a spring break adventure and she loved every minute of it. The cats are so cute and the food was very lovely.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly just make sure to keep an eye on your kiddosParking: Parking was horrible but eventually found a place on the street nearby.
Natalie Clare: My friend and I had the best time at Nine Lives! Only $11/person to hang out with cats for an hour, it was totally worth the price! Honestly a steal. Next time I come in, I want to do more than an hour because time flew by in the cat room. I also had a hot tea and cookie from the cafe, and both were delicious. Highly recommend going! I'll definitely be back, and maybe to adopt a kitten this time :)Kid-friendliness: Plenty of little guys hanging out in the cat room!Dietary restrictions: Had vegan and regular bakery options!
Rachel Jackson: Loved our visit! The kitties are so cute! They may be sleeping but they were chill with being petted and some don't care about being picked up and held. Some are extra playful. Great place to sip on some coffee (or other drinks) and pet kitties! Definitely will be back!
Amanda Milesi: We loved our visit to Nine Lives Cat Cafe. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable to sit and visit with the kitties. My children really enjoyed playing with them, and ma lap was quickly claimed by an adorable and super sweet kitten. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the drinks were fantastic (seriously, best raspberry mocha I've ever had.) We look forward to our next visit!
Mary Bradley: Obviously we are here for the cats and kittens, but their coffee and bakery items are great too! If they weren't 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where I work, I would be stopping in every day for a Spiced Dirty Chai 🤤Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Anna Wykes: I love this place!!! Very cozy atmosphere! Bake goods are delicious. I recommend the red velvet cupcake coffee is delicious. I recommend the mocha latte with oatmilk plus no upcharge for non-dairy milk. They take great care of the cats! Only downside was the merchandise was overpricedFood: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot, Free street parking …More
Consuela Hiawatha: We loved EVERYTHING about this place! From the cat-loving atmosphere, to delicious cafe to fun/unique cat items. Serive was fantastic too.
Eliska Jonck: Such an amazing experience.. most of the cats were taking a nap while we were here, but one was playful and so cute..
K R: All cats but maybe one just wanted to be left alone. People picking up and even chasing the cats that wanted to be alone. I read they rotate them but it seemed these ones were out for too long. I was pretty excited with this being my first cat cafe but it just gave me a bad feeling on them :( Food wise, the pastries were pretty good but probably the worst boba I’ve ever had. The tapioca pearls were overcooked.
cecelia scott: I watched my son and grandson interact with the cats. The cats don't care!Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Free street parking …More
Lydicia Allen: Love how welcoming the staff was. The coffee was really good as well! Loved playing with all the kitties too!
Melissa M: Cute place. Nice staff but way too small for the amount of people in there.
Jannette Miller: I dropped my son and his girlfriend off there yesterday. He had made a reservation to interact with cats as a valentine's suprise for her and paid an $18 resv fee online 3 days prior for a 1/2 hour visit they only had 2 spots available.. about 25 minutes after dropping them off he called and said they left because the place was busy and no one ever came to wait on them after they entered the business. they were both so disappointed
Manda York: It's such a neat place and a wonderful experience!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Cafe Meow …More
Chris S: You go and hangout with cats that you might adopt.... good coffee typ drinks.Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Danielle Trimmer: You can do a walk up if reservations aren't already booked full. I enjoyed my coffee and my macaroon. The case of food choice was more bare than I was expecting from photos I saw. The time with the cats was fun but when there are a bunch of people in the same room at the same time you don't get as much time with the cats. The staff members I met was very sweet and kind.
Kris: If you love cats and coffee, you should visit Nine Lives Cat Cafe. The coffee is really good and when the cat lounge is not too full of people, it is nice to interact with the cats.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Peggy Wells: Nine Lives is my happy place. One of my favorite things to do is treat myself to a special flavor coffee in a welcoming place and watch the kitties. It takes away the stress of the day.Vegetarian options: I appreciate a business that respects everyone's taste.Kid-friendliness: Great place for families to enjoy a day out together .

Switchboard, LLC: what do users think?
Joel Meredith: Great coworking space. Staff is friendly and accommodating; they make it super easy to start and stop membership when you want. Space has lots of natural light and artwork that make it a warm and inviting environment. Love the 24/7 access so I can work after-hours. And compared to other coworking studios in town, the price is very competitive.
Eric: If I could give more stars I would. I travel remotely for work and am in town for just a week. Switchboard offers a “remote worker” membership and they’ve gone above and beyond to make my remote work experience easy. Communication is top notch, building is safe and the working community feels kind and courteous. If you are a traveling worker like me, highly recommend giving this place a shot!
Jessica Roeder: Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I got more done in one day here than I do in a whole week working from home!!!
Sujata Ghate: Switchboard has been a warm, welcoming community to work in. The staff has been great, and I have enjoyed feeling connected to others after spending time isolated working at home. I've received positive feedback from clients about the beautiful, clean building, as well as the warm welcome they receive. The staff continuously plan learning and social events, which has helped expand my professional network and gain referrals.
Addison Ahrendts: Switchboard is a fantastic place to get work done. Whether you're in the common area, renting space, or have your own private office, it is always welcoming, clean, and quiet. The director and community manager work hard to create an inclusive environment. There are events, learning opportunities, and special treats throughout the month. They work hard to make sure Switchboard not only provides a productive place to work, but that we are in a community together. You always feel welcomed and supported in the hard work you accomplish while at Switchboard.
Tonya Beeler: Came in town one day early for a weekend visit and got the day pass. Reasonably priced ($25 for the day!) and super easy set up. Very friendly staff and a very quiet workspace. Can't wait to use it again when the need arises!
Brock Miller: Very modern.
Karin Smith: I came here to see my new doctor. I never had a pleasant experience with other doctors ever in my life. This was a first. I am very happy I found this place.
Kevin James (Big4NoReason): Great space! Love the design & layout
Vee S: Vibrant atmosphere, clean and inviting.
Kelly Perry: Community Office Sharing space at its finest! The atmosphere is incredible but the people that work there are what really make it the best! I'm so very thankful this place exists. In a world where things get a little haywire, I can always count on this to be a place where I can feel grounded and productive as well as known and loved.
Richard Walsh: Very friendly and supportive co-working space where small businesses and startups can flourish. The beautiful decor, amenities, and accessibility pale in comparison to the incredibly supportive community that exists here. Everyone works hard to build and maintain a community that lifts each other up, provides guidance, and creates connections to help each other thrive. You're not going to find a more genuinely passionate co-working community anywhere else in Indianapolis.
Jt Mobley: Family oriented
Tyler Poling: Great space that is super accommodating for all types of businesses/entrepreneurs. The staff is very friendly and always hot coffee ready!
Shelley Gilliam: Every one is friendly and inviting, great location, very involved in community
Hillary Gordon: Beautiful work space!
Elise Carroll: Absolutely love working out of Switchboard! It's such a relaxed environment and the people are wonderful.
Brand Chand: Resonates at a high frequency
terrance colemen: Great space
Elizabeth Shackleton: I love working at the Switchboard! Great, productive environment with even better people!

Java House Coffee Bar: what do users think?
Clarissa Merk: So many great coffee options and a cool spot to study
Grace M: Great aesthetic, decent amount of seating, private meeting rooms to rent if needed, helpful baristas, and the coffee was great!Recommended dishes Honey Baby …More
Ladd Dental: Great spot and people!
Jailynn Figs: I would rather drink sewer water than to drink their coffee again
aaron kusel: WOW! Fantastic cuppa! I had the Ethiopian black hot. Very smooth and satisfying. I will be back and bring friends.
Reagan Markland: I love the original Java House location! It is conveniently in Clay Terrace which makes it the perfect place to stop for a refreshing drink and snack while out shopping. I work in the mall and like to stop by for a refreshment during work! They also have a variety of conference rooms that are rentable for $15 an hour. The upstairs meeting room is great and can comfortably sit 10+ people. It is complete with a tv for presentations and you can ask for a whiteboard for notes and brainstorming. I love to get a Nitro. It is served fresh from the tap and is creamy, smooth and delicious! I like to add some salted caramel for a little extra flavor! The baristas here are great and so friendly. They are always happy to help me craft a new creation that is the perfect fit for whatever I'm in the mood for. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!
Dave Fischer: Seem to be trying to get away with giving people who order drip coffee watery americanos for some reason
Melissa Miller: Probably the most meh coffee experience I've had and I'm a huge coffee fan (both fru fru drinks and legit coffee). I had the Workaholic as I'm on a staycation and thought that would be ironic. It was ok but definitely not great. I grabbed my husband a bagel sandwich as he was waiting in the car and he told me it was the blandest thing he's ever eaten and had about 2 bites of it.I'm still giving 3 stars because the aesthetic is really fun - this would be a great place to hang out with friends for a while. The staff was already friendly.
Angie King: Environment is neat but the latte is not a latte. Maybe it was made with coffee? But that’s not a latte. That’s a caffe misto. It tasted like a warm cup of milk. Bleh.
Grant Paulson: Cozy coffee shop - ask a barista for a recommendation and they ace it every time! Super nice folks
Chantal Brunkhart: Staff is always friendly and prompt. Coffee is on point smooth and delicious, music is good most days, only downfall of each location is seating is hard to come by often due to the shops size. Good for them but disappointing for us customers at times. Would highly recommend popping in for a coffee or tea delicious drinks'!
Lily Cota: the baristas don’t know how to make coffee. they just serve sweet milk with maybe half a shot. very disappointed and not worth the price.
Joshua Helton: We went to the Christmas festival in Carmel yesterday and ordered hot chocolate and it was terrible. Nothing like paying $15 and something tasting bad.
Hanna Wroblewski: Best coffee in town. Absolutely obsessed with the honey baby. Atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, exactly what you want in a coffee shop. Can’t beat it!
Kevin Lynch: I didn’t drink coffee until a year and a half ago when I discovered Javahouse Coffee bar in Clay Terrace. Now I can’t stop drinking it. It blows any national coffee brand out of the water. They not only have the best coffee around, but the staff and environment inside their shops are top notch. So excited that they’re expanding to more locations throughout Central Indiana.
jessica lynch: fantastic service! And absolutely the best coffee I ever had! Once you try Java you can't go anywhere else 🤣
Kennedy Pierson: Coffee absolutely sucks. Just started working at the mall. Every time I order on the app, it's never ready when it says it will be. I always add flavors and creams - never tastes or looks like anything is in them. Service sucks. Took them 10 minutes to even realize I ordered a bakery item, then another 10 to warm it. Of course this is after everyone else has placed and received their orders in full. Starbucks is worth the walk, wait and money in comparison to this place. If you want to be reminded of your nasty office break room coffee machine, order from here.
Hugo JIMENEZ HUIZAR: I ordered a small capuchino, didn't taste it until I had left clay terrace; once I had a chance to try it, it was all steamed milk, not an ounce of coffee 😒
Aaron Holmes: Really bad service. I get there’s a labor shortage but the three teenagers behind the bar ‘working’ were awful. Dude made my food. Placed it on the top of the oven, then just walked away and started flirting in the hallway with his female coworker. It was a joke. I had to ask him to get it and he wouldn’t even do it. Made the one girl who was working get it. While he continued with his weak flirting. Coffee was ok. Won’t be back.
Joshua Adams: Very nice environment however the coffee that I got just tasted like chocolate milk.. not very impressed by that. The apple scone I got was good but other chains make better. The service was good and the barista was very nice. Likely will not be back.
George: Good coffee (hot Ethiopian) and good service, but poor value. $3.37 (tax incl). Latest visit at Clay Terrace location: it took FOREVER to get our drinks and they weren’t even busy.

Gbloc Urban Lofts and Co Working Offices: what do users think?
Erika Rogers: Couldn't have asked for a better workplace - location, design, coworkers, etc. The building design is unique and responds well to it's surroundings. The Architects really knew what they were doing here. The community manager is lovely - she takes great care of the building, inside and out - especially when passersby with pets don't clean up after themselves. This building offers a lot of amenities - living spaces as well as private offices and co-working spaces. What a great addition to Broad Ripple!!
Tasha J: The facilities are great! The community manager goes above and beyond to keep our spaces nice INSIDE AND OUT! We appreciate the attention to detail and the care that is taken by the staff and ownership.
Christopher Short: G BLOC ... G = Guilford Avenue ... BLOC = a combination of groups sharing a common purpose, acting together in mutual support.
Scott Isenhart: An eye sore of a building with a jail/prison like name that must have inspired the train wreck that it is.Not the first yet his is a prime example of the "progress" in Broad Ripple that is ruining the once delightfully aged charm of the village. Can't wait for more architectural monstrosities to cram in. Note all the interior photos used marketing the building, nevermind the exterior 🤮🤮
Rachel Phipps: Talk about working in style 😍 love this place, so glad a gem like this exists in Broad Ripple! Lifestyle + work has never harmonized better! Photo: @instadurr
