Madeline Gullion: , but the wait was worth it. And the owner is so great, I can’t even be annoyed. I’ve gotten lots of awesome fabric and supplies for really fair prices, donated some yarn I wasn’t going to use, and helped organize on a volunteer day.My advice to any crafters out there who want to check out ReCraft is to go in with an open mind. You can’t go in looking for a specific yardage of a specific fabric. Come in with an idea, some time to dig for treasures, and the willingness to be flexible!
Aeris Meadows: This place is INCREDIBLE! ignore the nay sayers, the craft supplies are near endless and the prices are wonderful and if you have a project you're looking to add something to but dont know what, GO HERE! you'll find a wide selection of things big retailers wont have, from discontinued yarn colors to glittery mystery trim to ribbons of all sizes and colors! Stepping into the store just fills you with artistic inspiration! I will be sending my friends here to donate their supplies they dont need and to find new things for their projects. WONDERFUL STORE!
Nancy Tunis: I had no idea/preconceptions of this little shop before I went there. The parking area is North of the shop, behind the Bus Stop.I had specific yarn I needed, and they had it. I only needed small amounts, so was thankful to buy partial skeins. I will definitely take left-over project supplies and crafting magazines to them, so others can benefit as well.They are just now getting over the Pandemic scare, and are open Fridays and Saturdays. I was just lucky enough to be needing something on a Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly and the prices very good.

charles dale: Jumped on Facebook to checked hours. Drove downtown to check this place out. As a crafter i was excited to see what they had. We arrived to the place being closed. Hours posted on door were the same as on Facebook. Looking through the windows the place seemed to have been ransacked piles of stuff everywhere. A scene from hoarders.

Danny Marquis: I went to this store based on another Google review claiming it to be essentially the room of requirement. I found exactly that with helpful staff to boot! Bethany helped me and my 3 year old realize our vision for a "Rainbow Heart" Christmas tree topper. She literally helped us build it in the store. Bethany was nothing short of the critical piece of our team working to make this dream a reality. Couldn't be happier with this place and I am so glad it exists!!! 5 stars

You don't need to drive all over God's creation to buy what you're looking for. The only issue I have here is they keep the same products on the shelf for a long time. Sometimes it's time to just mark em down and move on to something that would sell better. Out with the old and in with the new. Keep things fresh.
DK Carter: I used to love going to Michaels however within the past year the shelves are looking like how the Grinch stole Christmas. Many of the items in the card making area were empty. Dies, ink pads, heavy cardstock, embossing powder, etc. I initally thought that this was a regional problem however I'm in visiting from another state and the problem remains
David Gulley: I visited the framing department and was assisted by store associate Tree. Very courteous and helpful service. Lots of frame choices and they have photo technology that shows you how your painting will look fully framed. So cool!
Kim Lewis: Not a bad selection. I took a star because there were lots of empty shelves for things I was looking for (needle crafts and journal/planner stickers). I couldn't find latch hook at all. However, everything else was pretty easy to find and picked up something I didn't go in for because it was too good a deal to pass on.

Allison Cardona: This Michaels may not get the new items the soonest but they make up for this in lower crowds, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall chill atmosphere even on Black Friday. If you have to go to a Michaels and don't need a brand new item I recommend this one!They seem to have a harder time running out of stock compared to the Castleton Michaels

Sergio Cianci: My experience has been horrible here!! Spent $1,200 in custom framing in September 2022 and until now, December 2022 the store has not been responsive about my order. THEY NEVER ANSWER their phone, and are evidently incompetent. I will never do business with Michael's again and I'd warn anyone trying to get any framing done to take your business elsewhere. I'm still waiting to get my paintings back despite of their absolute lack of customer service. Didn't know this was going to be such a headache!!!

Anita Chaplin: I noticed when I went today that Michael's has % off prices on most stuff. That's great. Makes them more competitive with Hobby Lobby. I also joined their rewards club. They have a wide selection, and with $$ off it's a decent price. I always remembered them being high priced. Like the changes, think it's a positive direction.Update: 4/20/23 Michael's now has self checkout. Wasn't a cashier in sight, but you could ring a bell to get one. I did the self checkout. Took me a bit of reviewing to make sure I got the 20% off, which it did. I guess overall ok. Really, I like to do self checkout.
Sarah Rossier: If you want a peaceful and helpful craft shopping experience, make this your destination! The staff are helpful, easy to find, and well managed by the store manager. If they forget something, they will hold it for you. I was accidentally shorted an item, abs when I returned, it was bagged by the customer service associate with a note on it. I was beyond impressed! They have a great selection or seasonal and children’s items, and great books during the holiday season. If they do not have an item in stock, they will help you order it online or from another store location. Two thumbs up for this Michael’s!

Bob Hunt: Yesterday made a trip to local location to pick up a few ready made open frames, in a very basic, 12 by 16” size.Sure enough, several available, but quickly became obvious all 4 of the frames on display had been significantly damaged, or used, then returned, and put back for sale as regular stock. 2 of the frames had been very poorly repaired, with visible cracks, dents and chips re-painted, but defects clearly visible, including rough, very poor paint job. The other two frames had multiple holes where they had been used, some mounting hardware still installed, with corner dents and chips not even fixed.Hobby Lobby has a clearance frame section, and I’m fine with buying things there, knowing what you see, is what you get. But putting damaged and worn returns back on the regular full-price display is very poor business.
