John Wolsiefer: Amplify and champion the sentiment that a 1-star review is generous. Incredible disservice to our downtown community and Chase as a brand.
Rashed Almousa: I came in and I assured the banker not to transaction until I say so but she did anyway which caused me a lot of trouble. The bank manager was there and he was as ignorant as his employee. He kept repeating the same questions that only had one answer!!!! Totally disappointed!
Carlos Salvador: I walked into this branch as it’s walking distance from my employer. I wasn’t dressed in work clothes but just your average joe sweatshirt and jeans. There were 2 tellers. One taking care of an elder lady and another one on her phone. The teller on her phone saw me, grabbed her stuff and left, something about lunch. Now I get that things happen but the elderly lady was moving exceptionally slow and this teller could have easily taken care of my issue. (I was in and out within 3 minutes of being seen)I ask to speak to the manager, he asked for a brief moment, I waited. Another customer walked in, dressed in suit and tie, and the manager eagerly assisted him. A man in scrubs came in afterwards and was immediately seen yet something about a hispanic man in a sweatshirt and jeans made him think that my business wasn’t urgent. I was polite, patient but after waiting for 10 minutes and seeing other better dressed customers seen, I felt disrespected and left. Never have I ever had an experience make me feel like a second class citizen in my own darn country. I have closed my account with Chase and wholeheartedly hope you do better.

Bri: Very happy with my experience. This is the first time i ran into a problem with chase after banking with them for a few years (it was really actually Huntington’s fault). Rosa was extremely informative and kind. She gave amazing customer service and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Couldn’t be more happy with her service and my experience.

Kathryn Turner: Giving this bank even 1 star is generous!! The staff members that work at this branch are incompetent and clearly don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. They closed my accounts without warning because I deposited a check that they believed was fraudulent. Even after proving the check was intended for me, they told me that I was “out of luck” because my accounts had already been suspended. It was an extremely frustrating situation to say the least and not a single staff member was willing to make things right. You’d think that if someone was going to close your accounts they’d at least give you a phone call. Don’t bother going to this branch unless you want to leave feeling defeated, disrespected, and devalued.
BISHOP ROYALTY JONES: I love this Chase location because I gained a great rapport with everyone here. everyone knows me and my husband there so it feels good. It feels comfortable to go in this atmosphere is very laid-back but professional. if I have a question and or concerned they are quick to fix the problem I love this location as well because it’s conveniently on Monument Circle downtown Indianapolis

Donita Morris: I visited the Chase off of 52nd and Keystone on June 16th. The bank teller was great, but I also wanted to talk to someone about an account I got through Chase years prior. I sat down with Julie, whom was very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. She made a call and helped me take care of my issue. Thanks Julie for your great attitude and willingness to make a situation I assumed would be difficult much easier with your assistance. Thank you!!!

Anton Tsintsarski: Went there to open to business accounts and they were busy. I couldn’t wait because there was no place to sit. Furniture is filthy. They haven’t updated in years. Gross. Parking lot looks like a war zone. Have to own truck to be able to access.

joe feel: good job. two stars.customer service lack. i need a 1099 sent to a new address because i have moved out of state. was made to feel confident that That Will Happen, and then weeks later still no 1099-INT.2022 Update: The customer service experiences I've had in the past few years (2-3 total) have somewhat improved. Being COMPLETELY honest-- I've requested basic service, but the Bank Of Indianapolis response/action has been cluncky. Our money market account (approx 14K) has grown less than 1K since it's start in 2007. So, reader, please take an extra moment to try to understand why I might be less than impressed with the Bank of Indianapolis.

Emanuel Isakov: Decent bank that urgently needs to get with the times. I love small banks and the service here is usually great. But every problem I’ve ever had here is about their ATM’s. Their ATM’s (at least all the ones I’ve visited) still require you to use an envelope and a deposit slip. Seriously, what century is this? Is the logic there that if you need to deposit after hours, you’re supposed to walk into a branch during business hours, get a deposit slip, go get a pen from home, fill out the slip and the envelope, then go back to use their ATM? Cash scan ATM’s have become the norm specifically to adapt banking into a digital world. It isn’t 1999 anymore.If you happen to be an unfortunate soul with a full-time job working until 5:00pm every day, you are literally unable to make deposits at this bank. My options are to give up a lunch break or consider their competitors. I’m literally trying to give them my money and their outdated tech makes it impossible.

Gary Hood: The most difficult bank I've ever encountered. Have attempted to change treasurer for a non-profit. After 4 months providing documentation, signature card, meeting minutes, a certification from the organization President, and multiple visits to their offices, NBoI can't seem to determine who needs to make approval and get this done. Just today they took down online access to the account. You get messages from them with no name, just a department identification. Terrible and incredibly frustrating. (see post script below)Post script: It is the day after making my post above. I was contacted by numerous people at the bank and by the end of the day, the proper paperwork and approvals were completed and full online access to the account was enabled. The bank stepped up with all issues being promptly and fully addressed. Just as performance issues need to be called out, exceptional performance also deserves to be rewarded as well. Congratulations to NBOI on a job well done!
mijat777: The worst customer service over the phone!!!! Spent 2 hours, talked to 6 different people, JUST TO REPORT STOLEN CARD AND ORDER A NEW ONE ON DIFFERENT ADDRESS..... UNBELIEVABLE... and yeah, I was able to cancel card but NOT TO CHANGE ADDRESS, first time I'm in Indy I'm canceling whole thing...
