Kris Anderson: We really liked the concept of having a store dedicated for storage/organizing containers, but most of the products are laughably overpriced.There is no reason why a simple, short plastic container for storing papers should cost $25-$40 (to give one example).It is just absolutely ridiculous when maybe 10 minutes away you could go to IKEA and get functionally the same thing for a few dollars.You could easily spend over $100 just getting a few plastic boxes to stick in a drawer. I can only imagine someone regularly shopping here if they have so much money that they never bother to look at price tags.Unless there is a major change in their pricing and/or products we will likely not be going back.

Kylie Lockett: I love the container store! They truly do have everything you would ever need for any type of organization. I can always find it. The only downside is that it’s very pricey. I am part of their free POP reward membership points program and I never seem to get any kind of rewards — ever! I’m not sure what the point of it is because I almost always pay full price for everything unless it’s on sale in the store automatically. I do like the fact that this store is always clean and pretty organized for the most part so it makes my heart happy! I shopped there today and had the nicest lady help me!

Laura Grannan: Ron and Carolyn are amazing local owners! When you call Carolyn instantly becomes an old friend over the phone, she is a special woman. Ron and his new designer both came to the house for the consultation. The closet space I needed installed were 2 closets built in a finished attic space with sloped ceilings. - which meant the system needed to be custom made for the difficult spaces. Ron and his designer took their time getting to know me, the space and needs for each closet space. The turn around for their custom design options were impressive. Three options were presented and we were able to tweak my favorite to make it work my needs and especially my budget. The worlds current situation put installation a little further than I would have liked, but expected with the supply issues and pandemic. Ron contacted me immediately when the supplies were delivered and set up an installation date - and accommodated me having to reschedule when I had sick little ones at home. Ryan and his colleague, our installers, were scheduled at 930am and at 910am he called me to let me know they were on the way. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had beautiful custom closets in what was once unusable finished attic space. Having that extra organized storage has been a game changer in my Broad Ripple Bungalow - where closets are small and storage is limited. I know that the use of space will out way the costs - but I also know that these closets will set our home apart from many others in our area, adding so much value to the home. Scott Freeland: In 2020, Garage Theory did a complete makeover for my garage and the results are stunning. Blue Cabinets, wall mounted bars for hanging items. Tire-rack for winter tires, Slatwall siding for hanging multiple tools, over-head storage..... But most Importantly, the service before, during and after is truly the reason Garage Theory is the best of the best.I've had Garage Theory return twice now for service, none related to anything relating to Garage Theory's work or performance.First was related to the soft-close racks in the drawers (less responsive during colder months - replace them all - no questions asked) and just last week, I experienced a need for return service for a wall mounted bar which came undone (my fault for placing too much weight on the rack). Shawn had Derrick come out the next Business day to re-mount. No charge, even after insisting on paying.Everything about the way Garage Theory does business is 5 stars. The quality of the products is superior to any other Garage design company. It's apparent from the first time you meet with Shawn that they are a 5 star company and the complete process is exactly how any home-owner would want to be treated. The trust you expect in that they are who they say they are is apparent throughout the whole process. You sincerely get what you are paying for.

Design plans were provided in a timely manner and revisions were made to fit with cost desired to spend at this time and primary needs. Never felt pressure about changing design or eliminating items and all questions professionally and honestly answered. Installation was quick and very professional! The shelving might be pricier than others or DIY but quality is top notch. Deep overhead shelves and they hold heavy items without concern. We purchased the overhead ceiling racks, shelving system with monkey bars and separate wall hook for lawn/winter items. We have bikes, chairs, golf clubs and more hanging from the monkey hooks under the shelves and no concern about weight! I couldn't recommend garage theory enough if you are looking for some top quality organization. lj williams: The Garage Theory team was outstanding! They helped solved years of concerns for us. We have had other companies come in but we’re not happy with their plan. Shawn was so far above the others in his profession. He used a variety of storage solutions. For example, we have a Jeep and he suggested a lift (electric) to hold the hard top when we weren’t using it. The lift fits easily onto the top while it’s still on the vehicle and then you put two straps on the hardtop and use the phone app to lift it off! Shawn also took into consideration traffic flow and vehicle size etc before creating an entire garage plan. So thankful to have them use their talents for our benefit.

Marlena Durrett: Ordered in November. Stated we would recieve before Christmas. Arrived after Christmas. What we ordered wasn't right. They picked up items January 4th 2021. I had to call myself to see what was the holdup 2 months later. Had excuse for everything. Still haven't recieved product. Was told when product isn't right item goes in front of the list. Apparently not. When ask that we feel we should be accommodated for our inconvenience all they would say was everything is backed up. Will never do business with this company again. If the item we purchased wasn't so important to my husband wanting I would cancel and request refund. Has taken longer to get item fixed then it took from the time we orginally ordered. I understand things happen and feel we have been very understanding but why did I have to call and now I have a voicemail stating the delivery department will be contacting me. Please be aware they dont care as long as they have your money.

Lauren Hinojosa: Terrible staff. They were incredibly rude to a friend of mine and were demeaning towards her. She was a return customer, but they have now lost her sale and my business entirely. Absolutely deplorable. Would not recommend to anyone. Racists.
