Nichole Taylor: Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters! It was such a pleasure to work with him, and hopefully next year when it’s time to upgrade again, we will get to work with him! Victor is pretty cool too - and likes Doritos!! ☺️

Eli Jellison: Says on the website that they will fix samsung s7 edge. They no longer service them. I made an appointment a week in advance and they didn't have the parts for it. False advertising. AND the Geek Squad wasn't even on time for the appointment. I was told to come back in an hour. I do not live close, so I was forced to stay in the area for an hour to be told they can't help me. Thank God I didn't have to pay.
John Heidelberger: When you call Best Buy Geek Squad if you purchase something from Best Buy they will help you set it up like a smart TV or Blu-ray are soundbar will talk you through it

Travis Britton: Came in with a broken phone no one around or inline and no appointments on board. Was told cant discuss the phone or look at it needed an appointment tried asking questions but was shutdown saying I needed to discuss at my appointment. Came back ( over an hour drive each away ) later that day and was told after 2 questions and 2 sec of holding the phone that they couldnt help due to it being previously opened. It had its back reattached after it had fallen off before while on vacation. He said he couldnt help help and told me to just buy a new phone or a screen off ebay. Spoke with a " supervisor" who said he would have the real supervisor Mike call me tuesday. Mike calls and is rather unappologetic to the situation and again is saying tough luck we cant/wont help you. Even though the whole phone is oem. No rebranded parts.Said he would talk to the employee about setting expectations but I highly doubt he will based on his tone of voice. He even lied about how samsung can detect when the cover has been removed and automatically voids warranties. Where I work in the industry I have always sent people with phone repairs to geeksquad but after their abysmal service in this case I will be doing that no more.
Amber Smith: I reached out to Geek Squad via chat online verify if I could purchase Geek Squad phone insurance on my phone that I did not purchase with Best Buy. I was told that I could. Due to the fact I was given incorrect information I drove to the Best Buy store and was then told I could not purchase Geek Squad protection for my phone because I did not purchase it from Best Buy.
Sharon Crump: After unsuccessful online and phone attempts with Samsung representatives to try and fix my tablet, Darrell fixed it in just a few minutes while I waited. It was completely useless to me and my only option was to buy a new one. Darrell literally saved me $150.00. My tablet works perfectly.
John Dragoo: I just took advantage of the same-day glass replacement for Samsung phones at this BestBuy Geek Squad location. This is a great service at a fair price when compared to the hassle and cost of replacing a phone because of broken glass.BestBuy needs to expand the availability of the same-day service.
Bob Rhea: Geek Squad Tech support -- @ $ 200 to start, $ 90 per year renewal -- is the best money I have ever spent. They have proven, over and over, that they can be trusted with my computer. I have had countless problems -- from minor to major -- that they have eliminated, and not once have I regretted spending that money.

Lolita Smith: I just had a an issue with my laptop. There’s like a search baron virus on my MacBook. I took it to the Best Buy and I met with a rep name Hunter, Hunter was very patient and informative about what exactly was going on with my laptop and the reason why I could potentially be pulling up that virus when I open up additional pages. He was able to assist me very quickly in regards to what was needed to be done so that my laptop could work properly. He answered all of my questions that I had and he just was providing very good customer service
Tina Gillmore: I appreciate the honesty of eventually telling me that they didn't have the tools to replace my laptop keyboard, but getting there was damaging. Without even looking up my appointment ticket or examining the type of laptop, the representative opened it up and started unscrewing things left and right, pulling off and bending fragile pieces as he tried to take them all out to get to the keyboard. After taking out all the screws and pieces he could, he began peeling at a plastic film layer before noticing the plastic rivets holding the keyboard in place. THEN he decided to look up the specific device and some directions and informed me that they weren't equipped to handle this repair. He put things back together (mostly) and thankfully the guy at CPR (Cell Phone Repair, which I highly recommend) across the street was able to properly reassemble it and get it running again, and explained the process for replacing my keyboard.

David Shea: Went there to have a battery replaced in my phone and after they told me they would do it and made me sign a waiver then came back later to pick it up and they were trying to charge me more money to replace the screen. They are obviously trying to upsell people so don’t waste your time because they will definitely waste more than you planned on. They told me they wouldn’t change the battery. But if that’s what I wanted them to do and I told them I’m not worry about the screen then they should’ve done it but they just waste your time.
Debbie Sakson: Representative from Geek Squad came to my house to discuss what I would need to "cut the cord". Process would require purchasing several items from Best Buy. He said he would sent me a quote in two days. Seven days later, nothing. Called Best Buy, was on hold for 14 minutes. When my call was finally answered I was told I would have to speak with someone at the Geek Squad (800#). Transferred my call...wait time, 17 minutes. Requested they call me back when someone was available. Received and automated call 20 minutes later only to be put on hold for another 15 minutes. When the lady finally answered the phone and I told her what the situation was, she asked the rep's name. When I told her the agent's first name and the store he worked out of, she said she would need his whole name. I asked her if they kept track of their potential customers by their name and she said no. I said I would try another company to see if they had a better system and then she realized she could look it up by my phone number. She found the guy and said she would try to call him. On hold for another 10 minutes. Came back and said he was going into another appointment right then, email him and let him know what I wanted..???? He doesn't know? By the way, while speaking with the person from Geek Squad, I found his card. When he gave it to me I asked him if the number on the card was that of the store...he said no, that was his cell and it would go straight to him. The GS person told me that the number I gave her for him, the one on the card, was not the number she had so she would try contacting him with the number she had. Again...???? She asked me what I was wanting to do. I told her and she started telling me what I would "probably" need without even knowing the specifics that I relayed to the rep during our 1 1/2 hour meeting. I finally told her, I could get the pricing from the Best Buy website on my own. The goal was to tell me exactly what equipment I needed. Suffice it to say, I'll be purchasing my equipment from amazon (sorry Best Buy) and finding someone from Angie"s list to come out and set everything up!
Wayne Reeves: Never could get through to an agent when calling the 800 number for the Indianapolis area. Tried the first time: "your wait should be less than 10 minutes". Then listened to "how important" my call was...for 15 minutes prior to hanging up. Tried again hours later: "Your wait time will be more than 15 minutes." Even worse - now I have NO idea of how long I'd be waiting. If the company I work for ran it's customer service line like this we'd be out of business by now. Very disappointed.

Suresh Mukherji: Gosh. Geek squad just continues to get worse. Corporate office says this store has parts in stock for repair. When I brought the computer in , they say policies have changed and computer needs to be sent out. Very frustrating.
Levi Kaster: Long waits, upwards of 30 minutes. I had to come here twice to try to fix my phone and both times different issues occurred. The second time they rudely told me that I didn’t have AppleCare and that it would be $279. I was able to make an appointment with ubreakifix, and got my phone fixed for $29 through AppleCare. I highly recommend going anywhere else to get your iphone fixed

My money goes to good customer service, especially when there are 5 other more responsive businesses that do the same thing you do.

Stacey Hiller: I bought 5 appliances from them, in a new bundle for THOUSANDS of dollars in April 2018. The dishwasher required four repairs in the first year, and was actually completely rebuilt at a higher cost (to store) than if they just repaired it. There were 3 1/2 months of the first year of owning the dishwasher that it was not able to be used as we waited for more repairs. The ice maker on fridge stopped working 13 months after purchase, I was referred to an outside repair business (to repair because I bought the extended warranties). That business A&E factory service, scheduled me for 3 1/2 weeks later, and then 10 minutes before the 5 hour repair window was to expire, they sent me a text and moved me out another MONTH. I have been on hold with Best Buy for 35 minutes now and can't get a soul to talk to me. They have been nothing but a pain since the day they got so much of my money. Would not recommend them AT ALL

William Whitcomb: I would like to give a shout out to Cameron. I have a F350 that I wanted a new radio installed in. I purchased the module to allow my steering wheel controls to work with the new radio. This module gave this young man nothing but trouble. It took 3 trips to get it to work but Cameron never got frustrated and worked tirelessly to find a solution to get this thing to work. Through the whole ordeal he maintained professionalism and a strong desire to make it right. It is now working as it should and have had no further problems. Thank you Cameron. I am one pleased customer.

Jodie Minniear: Called multiple times to ask what repeater would work with my Bust Buy/Geek Squad branded router and no one ever picked up the phone. I ended up doing the research myself and buying from Amazon.
Wes Bell: My Alienware laptop stopped working for seemingly no reason so I desided to take it in to be fixed. Almost a month later they return the labtop to me with no sound I went back they said they would handle it and it took another month to get it back to me only for the device to not turn on. A few days later they finally got it back,with no one contacting me to tell me that it was in the store, only for my Alienware labtop to be a mess where the curser is laggy the start-up is compleatly different and the background, which was usually the Alienware logo, was replaced with a default windows screen with the employee trying to pretend like nothing was wrong. If you value your electronics i would strongly suggest you take them anywere else to get them fixed otherwise you're taking a gamble with people who have no idea what they're doing and/or dont even care
