Ananna Burris: They have waaayyy to many scripts to fill & not enough help.They NEVER answer the phone & there line stays backed up in the store & the drive thru...The fact that it was literally 8 people working behind the counter & I called before I got there & had been on hold 15min. before I walked into the store...stood in line another 15min. & watched NOBODY answer the phone as I was still on hold...there excuse is that they're busy. They need to close that location down or hire more workers. The workers & the manager on duty clearly do not care.

Alyssa Lovett-Lee: I worked pharmacy for 10 years. This pharmacy is by far the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I go here because it's 24hrs and close to my home. There's no reason for the staff to be as rude as they are and for them to not be able to answer the phone. I've been in the pharmacy when there are at least 3 people working and when there are 6+ people working during overlapping shifts. It's ridiculous either way.

Richard Miller: Leaving one star because there is not a zero star listed. I had a free item up to $10.00 off coupon on my card. I purchased 3 items. $8.99, $3.89 and $1.49. When everything was totaled I only received the $1.49 item for free. When I told the cashier the dollar value she said that I already had the free item. I then told her I wanted the free item to be the $8.99 item. We went back and forth for several minutes until I finally asked for a manager. After calling the manager I stood there and waited another several minutes. After the manager arrived I showed her my phone with the coupon on the website and my email and she proceeded to take my phone and start scrolling through my phone for another 2 to 3 minutes. While all of this was going on I asked at least 4 or 5 times to cancel my order and ring up the $8.99 item by itself so I could get that free instead of the $1.49 item. This process took at least 20 minutes while there were at least 8 to 10 customers in line behind me and no other cashier. Management and employees need to be retrained in customer relations because all that could have been avoided if they had just rung up the $8.99 item separate when I asked the very first time.

Their customer service is really awful, first the wait time for pharmacy to answer can be 30 minutes or more, tell me a script will be ready at a certain time and waste gas because it's not ready; don't try calling that's a joke. I've moved my grandsons scripts to Kroger, then I moved mine there as well so that's more than 20 scripts every month CVS loss. Now I'm moving my grown son's too so there's more money CVS is losing and most everyone I know have moved there's too. Just waited more than 20 minutes to make sure my son's scripts from 2 days ago was ready. My husband said to just hang up and he'd take his chances. She claimed she double bagged it but she didn’t and made me buy a new bottle . The entire time her attitude was terrible it took her 5 mins to come out the back room to even get me the bottle when I first came she treated me like I was someone off the streets instead of a actual customer . I’ll be back tomorrow to speak to her boss because this is not how customer service works . If it was double bagged I wouldn’t be here typing right now . I do not appreciate how she handled me for a mistake she made.

Sherry Gray: The pharmacy technician at the CVS Pharmacy at 4401 East 10th Street, Linwood Square in Indianapolis, IN was unprofessional and belligerent when I tried to pick up my prescription today. My prescription had been filled and was awaiting pickup according to text messages I received from CVS. Apparently it had been restocked even though today was the day when I needed the prescription. The pharmacy technician got loud with me when I asked why my prescription would be refilled long before I needed it and why it would be restocked the day I actually needed it. She blamed me for signing up for automatic prescription refill. She loudly said that’s why SHE tells people not to use automatic prescription refill. I said it’s not my fault, it’s a CVS problem if they’re refilling my prescription long before I need it refilled. She then lectured me, blaming me, and telling me how I was the problem. Her customer service skills were non-existent. I was clearly trying to find out why this had happen and she was telling me a service CVS offers for convenience was flawed but it was my fault for choosing the service in the first place. Then she said I would have to wait 2 hours for my script to be filled. I asked why I would have to wait for something that was not my fault. She again got loud. I told her she was rude and that’s why her store is losing business, because those working in the pharmacy are rude and not helpful. She then told me to go to a different pharmacy, so that’s what I’m doing. I’m transferring every prescription of mine and I’m doing the same for the rest of my family. And I’m writing bad reviews in every place I can possibly do so. My new pharmacy offered me $50 to become their customer. They’re located in the same shopping center as the CVS, so they’re just as convenient but a lot nicer.

Bill Manning: The only reason I didn’t use extra care points/discounts was because I used them on my previous visit.
Michael Kelleher: This pharmacy location almost KILLED me.Do not use this pharmacy if you’re required to take medications such as benzodiazepines, or any other medication where withdrawal from said medication can kill you. Iv been taking Brand name Klonopin for over a decade. Although I have had many terrible experiences with this specific CVS, I did my due delligence weekly to assure my medication would be ready. My last visit to this CVS was after talking to multiple techs and pharmacists about my prescription being in stock over the course of multiple weeks. On the day to fill my script, they were miraculously out of stock and haven’t even ordered any, I can’t switch to generic because of the effectiveness, so I was forced to find another location while simultaneously worrying about having a seizure. The pharmacists didn’t notify me that my medication was out of stock, didn’t even contact other pharmacy locations for me, and pretty much left me in the cold to potentially die.As I established, not having access to my medication causes seizures and whole slew of symptoms that can be fatal. They once shorted me roughly half my prescription. I immediately count them in the car after receiving my medication for this very reason. Fortunately, he was able to give me the other half, but was questioned and generally treated like a criminal. When your pharmacists put you in a situation that can kill you or cause severe symptoms.Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! They don’t care about their customers and never will.
Lark West: Pharmacist Ethan is the rockstar behind this review. He has helped me navigate so well my Pfizer vaccines - knowing what/when is best for this 70-year-old woman. Grateful, I am. (and I received Excellent Bathroom Access from other employees when at the store)
Paul Kenfield: The employees have always been helpful and polite. This rating is because there are never enough employees to do the required work. Corporate is causing a poor experience for tgeir customers by refusing to pay enough and hire enough to maintain an experience equal to or better than their competition.

sydnie daugherty: I spent over an hour driving around to different stores to find some vicks shower tablets. Although they didn't have the brand name. I was able to find a similar cvs product. As I checked out I was telling the cashier after he asked how I found everything about the difficulty of finding it and he told me that next time if I have issues finding something they can search surrounding store stock on their system. He did not have to offer that. And that is a wonderful service. Of all the stores I went to (5), this one was the most helpful and kind and also had what I needed. Thanks for being there when no other was CVS!

Teri Adams: I was going to transfer my prescriptions here from another CVS on 96th street because it is closer to my new home. I was informed on the first visit that I would have to wait an hour EVERY time I wanted to pick up prescriptions for a controlled substance for my daughter's Aspergers Autism. Apparently this is because of the extra "paperwork" that has to be done to complete the prescription. Funny thing about it is I NEVER waited more than 15 minutes at my old pharmacy, even when I arrived at busy times. When I complained about the hour wait, I was told nothing could be done about it because it was the managers idea. CVS, you have lost a 14+ year loyal customer.

Makayla White: Husband showed up for his appointment late after I called to make sure he could still come since he went to the wrong location by mistake he gets there in the time frame I was given for him to be there and now they refuse to see him . Extremely rude and unprofessional staff . Would never recommend here to anyone .

But then when the lady got off the phone with support, she tried to LIE to me and tell me support told her to tell me that next time there's a problem, that I'M supposed to call them.There was even another CVS employee in line before me who stood there for some time without even being acknowledged, who finally just gave up and walked away from the area.These ladies are trash at customer service AND behaving like decent Adult human beings.I do not recommend this location to anyone needing pharmacy services.

Sarah Smith: I am going to give them a two star rating. One, because the store wasn’t organized, with boxes of merchandise in the small aisle compared to the other cvs’s in the other neighborhoods. The pharmacy department was very unfriendly. The young pharmacist was on the phone with a customer when I stepped to the counter and the other pharmacist appeared to be ringing inventory. When the pharmacist hung up the phone, they visited among themselves about the previous call and ignored me for at least 5 minutes, when I finally said excuse me, he then stated to give them a minute, which I had already given but came over at that time.

Scott Bodenhamer: ZERO STARS. Had a trip planned and needed a negative CoVid test within 48 hours of departure. Scheduled two weeks in advance and they cancel our appointments two days before it's due. This was not as frustrating as trying to talk to a human to see if it could be scheduled at another store. I was only able to speak to a remote call center. I will never go to CVS again for anything.
Cindy Beuoy: This location has had its ups and downs lately but that is mostly due to staff issues since Jerry left in 2019, I gave them a bad review a few months ago before I realized that they have their hands tied and are doing the best they can. Hoping that now they have a 'regular' pharmacist this all will be cleared up. I have been using this location for 20+ years. The staff pharmacist, Ray, is doing a good job and deserves credit for working under difficult circumstances.

Megan Solito: Staff is unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. A cashier was helping me, and I had a couple of coupons and apologized for the hassle in advance. Regardless, seeing the number of coupons, she was already showing signs of grief and not wanting to be bothered. Ignoring this, I proceeded but one coupon didn't go through, and I wanted to know why since the coupon and brand of product matched. I was given eye rolls, attitude, and the cashier said "I don't have the patience for this," and called her manager on me. I don't believe I was being combative, just wanting to understand. But from this point on no one addressed me directly, Just talked about me, in front of me, like an animal. I did not raise my voice. I held my tongue. But I was shamed over a coupon and left the store crying, in shock and embarrassed. The manager on duty did nothing to console me, was silent, and did not seem to have control of the situation at all.

Charles Coomer: We dive past another CVS location just to go to this one. The pharmacy staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They get things filled in a timely manner. Pharmacists are caring and patient when dealing with customers. Really appreciate this pharmacy. They do above and beyond every time we are there. Fast drive thru, fast turnaround, excellent staff. Not much you could ask for.

Casino Don: I have been using CVS for 26 years and was transferred to this pharmacy on 8/1/2020 due to my store closing. I have never had any good service at this pharmacy. There is one really rude lady that won't do her job. She has changed my name in the system, called me a liar, and messed up every refill that has been done. No customer should go through this. I am transferring to a kinder CVS. They also need to clean up their mound of trash at the pickup window. Nasty place all around.

Bob Cesnik: I am on the "do not call" list for Indiana. CVS used my personal medical information to make a telemarketing call to my phone promoting their pharmacy. That is misuse of my personal information. They have been reported to the Attorney General. I will no longer use CVS.
Sara Friede: Absolutly awful. Have waited in line 40 minutes to get my prescription. Currently waiting over 12 minutes and I was the first person in line when they opened. They truly don't care AT ALL in the pharmacy. They won't even apologize sincerely, they say "sorry" with an attitude like it's inappropriate to say you've been waiting. Not acceptable. Corporate needs to figure this location out. It is an absolute disaster. Cars lined up waiting behind me, people getting out of their cars to physically check the window. They'll forget half your prescriptions then give them to you without 1 word in the rudest POSSIBLE way. I speculate that it's completely possible to get friendlier faster service in an actual trap house.If i changed my CVS location to the farthest store from me id still be done quicker than using this store. I will never ever ever allow my medications to come here again. Ever.

Aley Underwood: Absolutely terrible. Adding 1 star only because you cannot submit with 0 stars. We called as soon as the pharmacy opened to check on a prescription needed and they said that it was to be available by 11AM. We double checked that they would have it by 11AM and they said yes. I get here at 11:25 and they said it will be an hour. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I said my MIL has already missed doses and was told it would be ready BY 11!! Then they said they could have it ready in 30mins, funny that after calling them out that all of a sudden they reduced the wait time by 30mins. They claimed the issue to be short staffed and having to wait on a timed safe. But, if the meds were to be ready by 11AM then they would have already had the safe ready and gotten the medicine. Absolutely ridiculous customer service especially when people actually NEED medicine!!!! If you can avoid this place, absolutely do so.

To start, this store is filthy dirty.I visited this store to purchase an Omron, series 5 blood pressure monitor which showed available at this store on the CVS app.The girls at the pharmacy are rude and perhaps a bit racist. They definitely had no interest in helping me. I was rudely told that they didn't have the monitor. I then combed the store and found two of them under glass and lock on aisle 16. When I informed the same girl that they did have them and asked if she could unlock the case so I could purchase the monitor I was sent to the front cashier. No time for me! The front cashier retrieved the item and I made the purchase.I'll never step foot in this store again.

Barbara Gnagy: Every trip to this pharmacy is frustrating. I wouldn’t keep coming, but this is my elderly father’s pharmacy, and it‘s where he‘s used to coming. I came to pick up meds for him and the Rx had mysteriously been switched to “on hold” status. After consultation with the pharmacist, I was told the meds could be ready in 1 hour. While waiting, almost every other customer is being told their Rx is on hold and it won’t be ready for an hour.

SharnyJ Johnson: This pharmacy customer service at the 71st and Binford location,leaves much to be desired. It SUCKS! I was given incorrect information about my prescription twice. After being told to come in to pickup, I was told my prescription was not available for the same incorrect reasons. I explained to them what I had been told and the reason then changed to, they gave the meds to a customer who had been waiting since Friday. I have been waiting since Friday. I was given the phone number to a different location and directed to call them for assistance. Wow, how unprofessional. They wouldn't call on my behalf after srewing up. Good customer service is a lost art!
Katelyn Webster: I went to this location for a Covid test. I took the test, but was marked as a "no show" for my appointment. As a result, my test results were lost. I had to get another test elsewhere.

I was fumbling with my coupons trying to make the most of my $ and Doug, the manager, was so so so helpful and patient. Matthew Reifsteck: My 3-year old tested positive for influenza. Doctor called in a prescription for an anti-viral at 10:00 A.M. For this particular medicine to be effective it must be given within 48 hours of onset of symptoms.Waited all day to get a notification that the prescription was ready for pickup, and no one would answer the phone when I called. Knowing they were closing I finally went at 5:50, gates were down, and I was told "they were way behind, so they were closing early" (how does that make sense)? Would not help me or talk to me.As a result of this, my son will simply not get the medicine he needs. It will be too late tomorrow. I understand staffing is short, but if thats the case why would you accept a time sensitive prescription? Just inexcusable.
Ally Bright: Great CVS! I did their covid rapid test in the parking lot and it was so fast and easy! I even showed up early with no issue. They were great at communicating and making the whole thing go very smoothly. The store is also great and clean and fast, too! I am so grateful to be tested and vaccinated by CVS!
