Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis Airport: what do users think?
Frank Ciuffetelli: Hotel is nice, keys not ready when I arrived. Room was nice, some cleanliness issues, bleach will kill mold and mildew in the bathroom. Also, nobody checks the bottles in the shower for product, empty bottles are not good when trying to take a shower.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Phillip Patey: Everyone was pleasant and had no issues with the staff or rooms.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mike Daniels: Clean. Modern. Nice big TVs. Shower a bit weak and the 7th floor pantry has not seemed well stocked on my last two visits.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christian Holden: Only stay here if you have absolutely no other option
Mauricio Barbosa: Excelente todo !! Muy buen hotel
Jimmy Mack: Don't judge a book by its color. The hotel looks rather plain from the outside but inside is very well put together. The room I stayed in had coat hooks, I know , right. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows and towels. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked good from the lobby. 😁Rooms: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Mary Connolly-Pereira: Food & drinks: seemed a little pricey but very goodRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Stacy Hendricks: Great location, close to the airport with a shuttle available. My room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay at Delta. There's a good restaurant on the 1st floor and a Starbucks as well so they've covered all of the bases.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kalpit Shailesh Mehta: The place is good but still not up to the mark with other Marriott full service hotels. Response time on chat is slow. Options in pantry are not healthy nor suitable for vegetation diet. This is however common across most of Marriott properties.
C: Over all great experience, rooms were very simple and clean with lots of places to set things. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was worried about it being too loud due to it's proximity to the airport but it wasn't really an issue I heard only like one plane during the nightRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Rob Shook: First time at a Delta property. Simple, plain rooms - very clean - and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower was "ok", wi-fi speed also was "ok". Not the broadest selection of channels on the TV. Convenient desk. For being as close to I-465 as it is, there was no road noise whatsoever. Noise from the hallway was loud anytime someone opened or closed a door nearby (probably because of the tile entryways to the rooms). Recommended especially for its convenience to the airport and cleanliness throughout.
Glenn Baker: Nice hotel and very friendly staff. There is nothing to do around this hotel
Erik Holvig: It’s clean, there’s a concierge lounge (without any seating though) and the bed was comfortable… however, as the name indicates, it is located adjacent to an active runway and the planes are super loud starting at around 5am and going past midnight. It’s convenient if you need to get to the airport quick, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Staff was friendly, and accommodating…
James K: Food & drinks: Stop by the Hangar!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
José da Silva: Really nice hotel, very clean, renovated. And amazing staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Eric Nickerson: Love this hotel. They have a lounge for Elite members with all kinds of snack 24 hours a day. The restaurant in the hotel is never packed and the food is outstanding. From the wings, salad to burgers. Great staff also
Patrick Logan: Disappointed overall with my stay. The service was not to the level that I would expect from a Marriott property. I am a lifetime platinum rewards member and expected better service from a Delta property.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More

rejenayah holmes: If I could give 0 stars I would, first day arriving there was no face towels and my AC didn’t work, second day I ran into a issue by a front desk employee by the name of JENNIFER, she spoke extremely rudely to me and wrote a false incident report on me. The very next day I spoke to the manager and the manager apologized on her behalf. The morning after they tried to charge my card 157$ then called me to come downstairs before it was even 11 which is check out time . The lady in the front desk tells me that I can’t stay at the hotel due to the false report. I’m calling corporate because my whole stay was not pleasant and they need employees with better attitudes.
Alexis Cleaves: Absolutely love this hotel ! Love everything about it from the decor the gold elevator and the hallway ! Whoever’s the owner did a magnificent job !Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
mauricio gallego: Excelente servicioRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Scott Siegel: Hotel looks like a courtyard without the benefit of the free breakfast. My room was noisy- facing the highway and airport. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower. The mini shampoo and shower gel bottles looked half used. Just not what I would expect from this tier of Marriott properties (same tier as a Marriott, Westin, etc.). Location wise it’s “next to the airport” but still a 15 minute drive to the airport rental car dropoff, so don’t be deceived by the proximity on a map….
Renee Stewart: The hotel was great and very accommodating to me and my cheer family. We were a large group that stayed there for Jamfest weekend in Indianapolis. The rooms and hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was worth eating. We hung out in the bar area on Friday and on Sat we held a small birthday party in the dinning hall for one of the cheerleaders. They never complained about the crowd or the noise they let us enjoy ourselves and we did.R.S.

Andrew Black: Real smart place to put a pull-up bar. On top of that, rooms/bathrooms were pretty bad.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Mitch Glick: We stayed here two years in a row. For the APA invitational. This was our best experience. Lavar checked us in. Chatted with us for a bit. Nakisha helped us get a few extra things for our room and even brought it to us herself. You never see a hotel manager go above and beyond like that. The two of them were amazing and made the stay so enjoyable on a stressful week. The staff members have even suggested some amazing restaurants and they did not disappoint. We will continue to stay at this location every time we’re in Indy! Thank you for such five star hospitality.
Alan Ealy: Clean rooms nice rooms but the front desk employees wasn’t properly trained in fact they were in training no manager was presentIt was a booking nightmare I was double charged didn’t receive my points or elite night because the two employees didn’t know how to add my Marriott Bonvoy Account Number to the reservation it got so bad they had to create a new reservation
rayden007: There was a a strange smell in yhe entire building and in a room. The coffee maker/refrigerator were nit cleaned at all. Finally, the staff was non existing, meaning trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I feel like this hotel needs to be investigated by board of health.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Heff Meier: Enjoyed the stay. Was not too busy. All employees were very nice and attentive.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Tyler Davis: Stayed here on a work trip, so I wasn't given much choice on where I could stay, but if I ever find myself back in Indy, I'm staying elsewhere. For starters, the beds were rock hard. If that's your thing, then you're in luck. I found the comforter and sheets to be too short to fit on a queen bed somehow, as well. The floors were dirty. The bathroom looked like all the cleaning staff did was wipe the counter. There were hairs throughout the bathroom that weren't mine. The knob for the door latch was starting to fall out of the door and my deadbolt wouldn't budge. The overall appearance of the room, without looking too deep, was nice though. The halls are long and the design makes you feel like you're not moving as fast as you are, so if you're in a room far from the lobby, expect to feel like you're about to walk a mile. There's only 1 microwave for the whole hotel for some reason. The breakfast wasn't great. I've had better hotel breakfasts. I'd recommend visiting one of the Original Pancake Houses nearby. The staff were hit and miss. Some of the front desk staff were nice. However, it felt like the cleaners didn't really do much. I'd see them often loitering around empty rooms with their kits by the door and 2-3 of them just sitting around chatting with each other or on their phone. While it's possible they were just taking a short break, I'd see this every time I'd see them, regardless of the time of day.The location of the hotel is also a bit sketchy. There's also a lot of homeless about a half mile west at the major intersection, and a handful of the places around that intersection just feel unsafe for solo travelers.
Jeff Keller: Nice older hotel, been remodeled. Breakfast was basic, but fine.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Marriott Indianapolis North: what do users think?
lucas class: Excellent hotel, clean room and facilities , NO FREE BREAKFAST, pool and exercise room.
Carol Smallwood: Excellent accommodations and staff was excellent! (Poor lighting)Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Jonathan Ramos: Expensive for a standard room - paid $570 for two nights. Nothing special about the room.Could clearly hear my neighbors conversations and music late at night through the walls. At times, felt like we were sharing the same room. They were really loud both nights. No free WiFi - $10 per day for internet.Breakfast buffet was $25 - food was about as good as a Days Inn. No waitress, microwaved biscuits were the worst I've ever had, nasty gravy, funny looking/tasting french toast sticks and syrup, no orange juice, pastries were not fresh or good, no refills on drinks, eggs were not cooked properly, etc.Mini-fridge did not work. Thus, my leftovers from dinner were ruined.I leaned against a railing while talking to friends in the lobby and the wood beam fell off the posts. Will stay elsewhere next time.
Cheryl Ernst: Beautiful hotel. Everything was luxurious and beautiful. We had a breakfast buffet with a group and everything was very good. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brenda K: Above average Marriott, even more so than any Gaylord I've stayed at. Why? The people working here. Every person we had contact with gave extraordinary service. Djenitza was warm welcoming and accommodating each morning that we came down to breakfast. And Sarah was sweet caring attentive and pleasant, when we sat at the bar to eat lunch one day. Each person I dealt with at the front desk, from check-in, to stopping and asking questions, to picking up a couple things at the small little market, to check out we're all phenomenal. I cannot name every employee by name that I came in contact with, but they were all equally awesome.Food & drinks: Delicious and high quality. Good size portions.
Errold Mayfield: I was there playing for an event being held. But from what I could see it's very nice.
Terry Quida: I Had a Wonderful Time...There for a Banquet!Food & drinks: The Food was Awesome at the Banquet!!!

Brian Davis: Great ambiance, and view.Rooms: Clean and big.Food & drinks: Great food and drink selection in-hotel. Room service available and fast!

Indianapolis Marriott East: what do users think?
David Oslager: Very clean hotel and everything seems functional. People were very nice checking in. But extremely dated hotel in a very bad need for an upgrade. This hotel should be forced to upgrade or lose its Marriott affiliation. I booked solely on name and location and I regretted it immediately upon pulling into the parking lot. I would not stay again. Note, they seem to have upgraded the lobby and front canopy and that looks great in the pics. That's what I went by. I didn't look at all the pics of the rooms and see how dated the design is. Not worth the price. Oh, and parking is $9!!?? What for? That's just a money grab similar to resort fees. No offer of free parking for Titanium either. They did give $10 F&B credit so it's a wash if you go to the bar/restaurant. But there is no need to charge for parking at this location.Rooms: Very dated and tired.
Jarrod Gerschoffer: This place needs a total overhaul.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 1/5 …More
E Nancy Dunlap: Didn't have a room, attended a meetingLocation: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Dave Spicer: I was here for a convention. I wish the staff understood the assignment. That's all.Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Shanice Cornner: Very rude people to work for. And heads up on workin here, you dont get paid for all of your hours. I worked 30 hours 1 week and more the next and was only paid for 23 hours and now I'm having a hassle with ms. Brianna Abner about my money in which if i dont get my money on payroll tomorrow, i will be seeking legal action not only against Ms. Abner but the whole Marriot in total for the way I was treated my whole employment there. Oh and definitely do not rent a room there, the linen they have had stains and the stains give bed bug vibes with the color and sizes of the stains, then the rooms give Motel 6 not Marriot, dont expect anything luxury here.
Barbara Scott: One of my top picks to go to!!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Doug Tingle: Attended a convention at this hotel, but stayed at a different one.Location: 4/5 …More
Fred Smith: To sum up this review, this hotel is geared for large events period, we were looking for a nice stay with a pool hot tub, ya no had to be between 50 to a hundred people in the pool area went earlier the next morning thinking beat the rush still like 20 people the hot tub was luke warm and both the pool and the tub were very very cloudy could smell the water and it wasn't chlorine. The hotel also assumes their guests will not be mobile and charged accordingly. Close to nine bucks for a pint of beer only breakfast is a buffet which costs 22, glad the 4 seasons diner is a short walk. If you're traveling and not in a school band or some kind of group booking I would definitely not stay here.I do want to give the staff a mention, there was a mix up on my reservation the lady who booked me in did a great job very professional especially with a line of people waiting she did end up charging me a higher rate but I really think she did the best she could. The manager with the deep voice I'll try and get his name he was just great, friendly, professional got things done made me feel at ease can't say enough about him he fixed everything. Maybe they were short one person but I would definitely suggest having two people at the front desk, maybe one doing paperwork who can step in when needed during check in time. Want to mention the room did not have a microwave beds were very comfortable it was not decorated was adequate. Coffee was good and I like the ease of use for the TV and remote.PS I just went down and got my wife a soda 5 bucks had Pepsi and Dr Pepper lol.
Dino Kitty ,LLC: I just moved back from Miami. Needed a place to relax for a couple days. I usually don’t have great experience at hotels because I travel nonstop for work, they’re too expensive for what you get, etc.I came in with 4 bags, easily 30 lbs more than I weigh. I was greeted with a smile & when I asked about help with my bags, the manager, Jeff said he would help me himself. He made me feel so special, upgraded my room, checked my room to make sure everything was in proper order. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.I went straight to dinner at the bar where Christina was working. She is so witty & wonderful at her job. Stacey was fantastic also. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend the wings & the salmon was cooked to perfection. The entire front desk staff was so amazing!! From grabbing me toothpaste because I forgot mine, being so cooperative with extending my stay, personable, & ever so polite.I would stay here every time. For every visit.
Ted Burye: I stayed at this Marriott from 25-28 March. The rooms were ok and the area was fine, but the service was very inconsistent and some of the people seemed like they were being difficult on purpose.I was told (by the front desk) I had complimentary breakfast every day with my room. Out of the three mornings I could have breakfast twice I was told by a person at the breakfast (after I told them my room number) that I did not have complimentary breakfast. That person also just seemed really determined not to look into helping me further and had other things to do.One thing about the rooms I wish would be changed is they only gave one bar of soap. There should be at least 2. They also did not have hot water for a shower the last night of my stay, so I had a cold shower.I have stayed at other Marriott locations before and none of these issues happened anywhere else, so I am really disappointed.
Leighsah Lee: My family and I arrived on March 24th around 3:50pm after driving 1,475 miles from Arizona. Right off it was unwelcoming as the desk assistant wasn't pleasant, there was no happy greeting or welcome. He basically just looked at us and checked us in and put us under the impression that breakfast was complimentary. He didn't give us directions to where certain areas were in the Hotel, I had to ask, when I asked when was breakfast served his answer was "yes, breakfast is served 6am to 10am right around the corner" not once did he say that it was not complimentary. Room 504 had no hot water for the first night. Room 537 had black ants (picture and video attached)Next morning - we, 2 of us go down to get breakfast and we're suprised with a receipt. Then I asked at the front if the breakfast was complimentary, until after the fact, I was informed that it wasn't. So I was charged $52.93 for 2 buffets. The individual at the front made a smart remark "it's a restaurant" Yeah, I know it's a restaurant but what I'm asking is if the breakfast was complimentary or not.Saturday night, my children were going to the pool and I stood by the door as I watched them walk to their sisters room in 504. Two security officers walked around the corner stopped them and brought them back saying they were running around when in fact they weren't. There were 2 other kids from another room and family who were falsely accused as well. The security guy, I didn't get his name but he's African American, heavy set and he threatened me and my family saying "If we get another complaint, we're gonna evict you from the hotel". Since then we were walking on egg shells, we did not feel so uncomfortable at any hotel until this one. We all went to the pool and around 9:55 an individual came in and he stared at my children until they got out of the pool all while the anglo teenagers sat in the hot tub until 10pm. Then as we left the pool he followed us to the elevator. He put a fear in my children that they didn't want to do anything else there. Also the elevator was out causing us to use the stairs.I have never experienced this kind of treatment towards us at any other hotel. I felt the racial profiling since we arrived. We do a lot of traveling and stay at many hotels, well just Embassy Suites, Hilton and Hamptons and this would be and the last time we stay at a Marriott. This stay was not worth $1536.16. especially when threats of getting evicted were made on my family.
Dup Scuva: My wife and I experienced a nice and clean hotel. Our check-in process was quick and the front desk person was friendly.Comfortable bed and the shower gell, shampoo, and conditioner were fabulous. One small gripe was the sound of the heat kicking on. It was quite loud; at some point our sleepy bodies tuned it out. Would definitely recommend stay.
Waylon Gross: Great place to host big benefitsNice little bar/restaurantUpdate our stay this time wasn't pleasant and the staff was very rude.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Keith Berry: Always a great place to attend a conference or event.
terrie doty: Service was great, facilities are very dated and in need of upgrades. Everything seemed like it was left over from the 90s. Employees were awesome, even when there was a screw up it was taken care of to our satisfaction. But even the elevator was an issue. Ended up with everyone having to use Service elevator. Marriott needs to invest here.
Daniel Winkels: The hotel service was top notch. Very efficient and friendly check-in process. Room service dining is quick and high quality.Jeff Bobbitt was an exceptional representative for Marriott who made the check-in and stay experience awesome. He took his time to find the best complimentary room upgrade available, followed up with a call to ensure the room was satisfactory, and gave me terrific recommendations for the hotel bar and restaurant (which turned out to be excellent).I’ll be staying there again, without a doubt, next time my travels bring me to Indianapolis.
Jay Lievestro: The front desk staff are very friendly! Jeff at the desk is the best! The gym and pool are nice amenities and always a clean and comfortable room. I've stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol: what do users think?
Andrew Tokar: Clean rooms, service for towels was a little slow. A single room has enough space for three with the pull out couch bed. Love the shower, very fancy. The pool is a nice touch. Plenty of lime scooters to get around on in the parking lot. I have to say I enjoyed my stay greatly while I was visiting Indy.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Sarai Hernandez: This was my first time at this hotel coming from 3 hours away and I was treated great by the staff. Room was clean and I just felt comfortable being away from home. Had a restful sleep and the ladies who work in the food area by the entrance are very kind and even took the time to explain menu choices to us. I appreciated the bilingual staff and their professionalism. Highly recommend to stay here and will be definitely staying here again whenever I’m back in Indy.Rooms: Comfy and clean.Walkability: Close to downtown. Very walkable.

ADSN TV: Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis provided a wonderful experience during this year's NFL combine. The room was very clean and spacious. There were lots of lighting options in the room. There were also plenty of outlets for charging via power cord or USB. Loved the swivel TV mount to allow viewing from anywhere in the room. The movable desk was please because it allowed you to sit more comfortably while working or eating. The fridge and microwave were put to good use on the lengthier work days of the trip. The hotel had a full bar and dining, which made things very convenient on heavier work days. The bar tender was fast, friendly, and had some really great inventive drinks. There are large TVs to watch your favorite game or program. They have an I door pool and fitness center. The hotel was conveniently located near all of the venues we worked during the event. It is just two blocks from a full service grocery store to stock up on essential items for long stays. And there are several eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Some of the city's most iconic restaurants and attractions are only a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the hotel ...or a short Uber ride away. (Less than $10 dollars)Good rates were available. But the most amazing aspect of the hotel was its employees. The service was top-notch. The staff knew the city well and gave good selections, directions, and suggestions on where to go for food and fun as well as work venues. They really make you feel at home. The business center is located right in the main lobby area. They also have a gated parking lot if you are driving. We would definitely stay here again!Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the swivel TV mount to allow viewing from anywhere in the room. Everyone was so nice.
Brandy Day: The room was pretty clean. We didn't have any hot water was told they should be there to turn the gas on in the next two hours. Woke up the next day to no hot water again.

Benjamin Martinez: For a hotel room or a motel room and especially for downtown's and for the money I spent for 2 days I think it should had been better I'm in a wheelchair and we got a room for wheelchair accbilty and the bathroom the shower was small it was not easy to get or out oh I feel like I should had at least got a free night especially the heater it really wasn't keeping the room heated for me the lobby and outside was nice but room give it 2 stars I wish they would had gave me a extra night but I know they won't would i go back and stay if its free ya
Crystal Takacs: Very pleasant stay and would recommend and stay here again. We received amazing customer service from every employee that we encountered. We were in town for a very large cheer competition and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate an early check in and late check out that was needed. They are very knowledgeable about the area as well. We were on the first floor and even with a large cheer competition and cheer teams staying there our room was quiet and we had no noise disturbances. The only negative were the hours of the Bistro. They are limited and not open for lunch and close early. And they did not have a shaker to make the expresso martini that is advertised on their menu.If you are looking for some place clean, quiet, great customer service, and walking distance to convention center, mall, several restaurants, look no further!

Karen K: Rooms: I didn't like the fact of no movie rentals. No WFi 👎
Sydney Newsome: I didnt stay here but I was sent here from Residence Inn for the Bistro. (It is closed on Sundays and Mondays, btw). Devin at the front desk was super helpful in finding a place to eat for dinner and helping me with directions on how to get there. He even provided a delivery list for local restaurants since i hesitant in leaving and coming back. (I am from a small town of 700 people, so this traffic is too much for me.) If I ever had to come back to Indy, id book at this hotel just based on Devins helpfulness.

Melinda Miley: Booked a room and received confirmation that everything was good to go. Two days before our reservation the hotel cancels our room. The hotel did not provide a reason, but they did send me an email saying that I would receive a full refund. Two weeks go by and I still did not receive the refund. I sent an email and received no response. I called the property and FINALLY got through to an operator. The woman who answered the phone tried to tell me that I was the one who canceled and therefore I could not be refunded - which was not true. It wasn't until I told her I had an email from the property stating I would receive a full refund that she finally agreed to issue the refund. She was extremly rude, argumentative, and acted as if the ordeal was my fault (all I wanted was my money back). So not only did the hotel cancel my reservation 24 hours before I was due to arrive, but I had to fight to get my refund. Bottom line: This was a horrible experience and I would advise others to not bother with this hotel. We stayed at the Staybridge Suits outside Indianapolis instead and it absolutely wonderful - much better than this poorly organized and managed hotel.
