Jason Bowers: Big store with a large selection but the good stuff is picked over and limited sizes. Also the store is rather messy.

Bill Wallace: Terrible customer service. Manager 02.12.2023 was very rude and not helpful. Went to another store and was completely satisfied with the outcome and customer service. Will not be shopping at the 86th street store.

Lucia Zafar: It is rare for me to post something bad. However. My family spends a stupid amount of money in this store annually, with shopping and gifts. Most of what we wear, probably comes from this establishment. After gifting several items to each member of the family from this store for Christmas, one item needed to be exchanged. My daughter tried, but didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift. They said they would refund .48 cents, because it was the lowest amount it would be sold for. It was five days after Christmas. So I went in. The employee told me that it looks sketchy to return something without a receipt. Thank you, young girl for the scolding. Could you be more rude? Never mind the fact that a scan of the tag would immediately pull up any information you need. (Yes, in retail that’s actually a thing) but that’s not the point. So I gave her my receipt, and she reluctantly refunded it so I could then regift it in a card. Thank you for the tedious, disrespectful experience. The literal thousands of dollars annually will be spent in a different store from now on. Customer Service? What might that look like?

Brenna Ervin: my family and i went in on a sunday at 6pm…aware they closed at 7 so we were quick to try to find shoes. we were super patient and polite as we noticed the guys helping everyone were busy. the guys helping were super rude and were huffing everytime we had a question or wanted to try a different size. we were told they were closing soon and i asked for one more pair and the dude completely forgot about me and the shoe and the blonde manager came out with an attitude and said they were closing and she proceeded to get an attitude with us cause we mentioned we were forgotten about. we get up to the register to check out with only one pair of shoes and the lady at the register was rude and rushing us and when we were walking out she said very loudly “dang can someone tell these people we’re closed?!”. very rude & unprofessional. made for a very bad experience.

Jayann Youngblood: This place sucks, no one came to help us when we needed it. we answer on lady and she went into the back and we waited for 25 MIN!!! we walked around to find the lady doing whatever and when we walked over to ask for help she ignored us and walked away.

Marie Valentine: I have a teenager with special needs and we had to go find him new shoes today. The team in the Plainfield Dick’s Sporting Goods shoe department were so great!! They were patient and so kind with my son!! They let him take his time, laughed with him, encouraged him to walk around them whole store, and told us about the return policy in case he refuses to wear them, which happens. I wish I would have caught their names, I’m so sorry I didn’t. It was a young woman and a young man. Thank you!!!

Richard Chhim: I don’t like Peter Cullen position assistance Store manager. He already scanned the bar code for membership. He went on asking me for a phone number. He doesn’t have any authority to ask for my phone number. I don’t want to check out with him. He followed me from the back to the front of the store. He made me feel I am insulted. This’s an affront to the customer. I need to check out with someone else. I don’t want to be around him. In the front, he called me to check out. I don’t need to check out with him. Peter Cullen is the worst human that Dick’s sporting good can represent. I like to shop with Dick’s sporting good. If Peter Cullen is still in charge there, I will not step in there.The next day after I complained this to the Dick’s sporting good headquarter. The human resource apologized and punished Peter Cullen position assistance Store manager. I met Peter Cullen again for curse side pick-up. This guy harassed me from the Outside of the store. He has no authority to ask for my ID. I won’t give him my ID. Peter Cullen threatened me with the name of Dick’s sporting good president. I can’t use any reward or coupon at his store. Peter Cullen is worst that Dick’s sporting good can represent. I will not step in this store location Dick’s Sporting Goods The shops at Perry Crossing 338 City Center Circle Plainfield, IN 46168. Dick’s sporting good can go on hiring this crazy assistance Store manager. I will not buy whatever.I posted the picture of this crazy guy.
