James Heersema: The steak was great as always! We even had our 10 month old there and the staff were very welcoming and accomodating. It gets quite loud... I don't know if there are different sections that are quieter than others but we were in the room behind the bar and by the time we finished dinner, it was packed and loud.Celiac knowledge but no promises of cross contamination but we didn't have an issue. Jacob Paulsen: Visiting from out of town and was treated to dinner here. Service was fantastic and the history here is amazing. Everybody said their steak was amazing except the 2 people who ordered the tomahawk. Those were ok but not special. Everyone in town told us to order the shrimp cocktail. I think it's an inside joke because that thing will kill you. Maybe you will like it but consider yourself warned. Had a great time because I was with great friends.

So for that I would say it was refreshing and good. The sides here were all CERY VERY VERY GOOD!!!!Environment-The main thing I didn’t like it that I was seated on the balcony literally stuck between way to close tables and a rail which I am scared of heights so I was like oh my this is a lot to take it. The noise level is a little too high but it was just. If you go I’d request a booth downstairs it seems more open and comfortable than these pushed together tables but that doesn’t bother other people as it does me. Anyway overall a solid 4 stars. They also gave my daughter a free desert for her birthday and that actually read the notes and knew it as her birthday so for I was appreciative. I would probably return and ask for a booth. The hamburger was $17 with a side so I think that price is a steal for a quality hamburgerOh and GET THE MAC AND CHEESE!

Elaine Arias: I have been to this restaurant at least 15 times with my fiancé and the food is amazing but the management is absolutely horrendous and unprofessional. If you go in there and there’s a manager name, Sarah, then I would walk out immediately because she is very discriminative. I highly recommend that if you go in there that you make sure that she is not working. There’s already a lawsuit on her. She is extremely judge mental for no reason. Especially when you’re spending between two and $400 for a lunch.
Adam Smith-McCombs: We had an amazing evening with great food and a nice atmosphere. All of the food we ordered was delicious. The scallops meted in your mouth and a delicious succotash. The Woodford bread pudding was amazing with it's salted caramel core topped with a heaping pile of whipped cream and finished with a drizzle of Woodford reserve. Looking forward to going back and will ask for Brice to be our server again! The team was attentive and helpful all throughout the evening.

Felicia D: We ate in the courtyard in back of the restaurant which is a lovely atmosphere. The food was very good, except the "cacio e pepe" was too peppery. It overpowered any flavor of the cheese. However, the homemade pasta it was made with was great. The cocktail menu goes beyond the usual offerings and includes some Italian liquors not often found , which was very nice. The service was excellent as well.Parking: The parking lot is mostly big enough, but street parking is also usually easy to get just outside the restaurant.

The veal was very chewy and the marsala sauce had very little mushroom or wine flavor. It was served on a bed of polenta that was absolutely swimming in butter. Overall, the dish tasted like breakfast grits with a bad steak on top. No flavor profile other than butter, polenta, and chewy veal.My wife had the cheese ravioli with chicken. The chicken was overcooked (very dry) and the ravioli was very undercooked. The corners were incredibly dense and difficult to chew and the cheese filling was barely cooked. The alfredo sauce flavor was OK, but it couldn't overcome the badly cooked pasta.I may try again sometime and switch to a tomato-based dish. But these two dishes were just terrible.

Felissa King: What a wonderful experience! We had an immunocompromised member in our party, so requested a socially distanced table, if possible. Most restaurants will no longer honor these requests, but Iozzo's took note of it on our reservation and placed us in the corner of the restaurant, with an empty table between us and the next party. If we’re doing date night my wife and I tend to go to more traditional steakhouses, but for large groups…and when I’m by myself…I almost always end up at Fogo. The food is delicious every time. And this time my waitress, Michelle, was exceptional. I sat alone, got some work done, and had an outstanding meal and experience. See you again soon!
Moiz Ahmed: Very good service, but food was severely lacking. Random cooking level for steak, almost rolling the dice. I.e. Asked for medium every time, and got everything through very well done. Chicken was great, but don't get the hype of any of the beef options. If you're looking for the atmosphere and great service, sure. If you just want an amazing steak, or even decent steak, go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I come for our anniversary and other dates and usually get great service tonight we waited a long time to get greeted didn’t get our sides and I had to ask 3 times for my drink. However, Adam noticed we were not getting served well and took it upon himself to get my drink, get our food requests in and saw our experience through. My expectations for a $150 date night started to fall through but he make sure we were taken care of.You don’t see people care about what they do every often anymore but he did. Ali Parvez: The menu is not too big which is typical of a Mexican place. The food is extremely delicious and the service is relatively quick. I tried the chips with three kinds of salsa and I have to say that it gave my palette a desirable workout. The tacos were simply amazing and the overall ambience of the place is a cherry on the top. My friend ordered a three milk cake that was presented in a very elegant bowl. Honestly it was more of a treat for my eyes than some of the posters I saw on the conference I attended that day.

The chicken was above average, the steak below. Salas were decent , the hot one had the most flavor. Chips are home made but not warmed, the tortillas seemed like what you buy at the store. Definitely seems like a place for folks visiting the area or in a large group. They have locations in 2 or 3 other states (owned by a restaurant group with two or so other offerings)

Menu has your typical options, but also unexpected items you don’t usually see. We got the crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizer that were so delicious. Also recommend the tacos in pork al pastor. Good portions for the price. Even the chips and salsa is a notch above the rest. The restaurant itself has a fun and trendy atmosphere. If you’re in Indianapolis looking for something to eat, try Nada…you won’t be disappointed!

Dallas Collins: The food and service was poor, especially for the price. I would rather have had a Texas Roadhouse filet mignon any day. The asparagus was wrinkled and must have been sitting on the plate for a while before being brought to our table. The small potatoes were the same, and had little to no taste. The lobster was turned upside down when it reached our table and almost fell off the plate. All three entrees and salads we ordered were not tasty and then considering the high prices, very disappointing!! The service was equally poor, all of our beverages were empty multiple times and we had to ask for refills, I would expect that to happen at Chili’s but not at a restaurant where the average price per per is $50. Well, Union 50 proved to be a good bet for our last Eat-Out meal. I'm not fond of poutine, but I actually really like the pastrami poutine they have. Maybe it's because the amount of fries to toppings was well ratio-ed out. It wasn't toi dry or too soggy. Just perfect and it was yums. Everything was delicious. I'm a huge fan of duck and the duck duck dish was cooked perfectly. Tender. Tasty. Totally one of the best places to eat at Indy. And the service was great. Our server and the kitchen coursed everything properly. Pretty impressed with this place.

Eswin Trujillo: First off, if you're concerned about COVID, this is a good spot. While it only has indoor seating, the seating is spread very far apart, well more than 6 feet, and everyone there seems to take it seriously. Second, the food was great and the price was reasonable (although I live in Chicago so maybe everywhere else seems cheap?). I highly, highly recommend the toast + jam, as it is raw ahi tuna on crispy bread. The scallops are also highly recommended, especially if you like spaetzle. Should I find myself in Indy again, it will be hard for me to want to eat somewhere else.

Karen E Laine: I keep trying to like the food here, and maybe it's my palate that's the problem and not the food, but it all seems over done to me. There seem to be too many flavors added to each dish. This time, I ordered gnocchi, which the menu didn't mention was spicy (which I pay attention to because I don't enjoy overly spicy food), and traditionally isn't spicy, and it was too spicy for me to eat. Also, the menu said it was pan seared, but mine was charred. The truffle fries were a little limp and had too much truffle oil. The bread had char marks, which I know some people like, but I just don't. I like my bread to taste like bread, not charcoal. Our service was good: attentive, knowledgeable, timely. There are a lot of hard surfaces, so the space is noisy.

Union 50 definitely delivered.Every morsel of food was devine; from our appetizer to our desserts, and everything in-between. Our server was a joy; as she was always ready to answer all of our questions, and give amazing recommendations. All the other servers as well could see my wife and I admiring the dishes as they came out, and would tip the plates a bit in our direction as they walked by with an explanation of what the dish was.Chef Dan, Sous Chef Roman, and the entire crew put on an excellent display of their talents. A clinic on flavor, teamwork, and excellence if you will. Highly impressed, inspired, and fulfilled.
