Elizabeth Storms: I have used Five Points for several years and have had nothing but good experiences! When I first went in to see the facility, they were more than happy to show me around and explain difference sizes of suites and pricing. They also explained any “extras” we could add on. We started off by using Playschool for our two dogs before boarding them. We boarded our two dogs together for a few years, until unfortunately one of our dogs passed away. We now board our only dog there still and we were worried the first time he was boarded without his brother. He did great and the staff was more than happy to give me updates while we were away! I love the online customer portal where I can do everything from uploading vaccination records to booking boarding stays. I drive 45 minutes one way to use Five Points and will continue to do so!

And I always know they take good care of Ralphie because she is always excited when she gets out of the car and sees we are there. She is not that way at the doctors or other locations we go to. Ralphie is doing well due to the quick response of the Hoosier Doggy staff.

Harold Dick: These folks care. What more can I say? They love your furry kid as much as you do. I like the fact that they have someone that "overnights" in the building with the dogs. The owner cares enough about his four legged customers and his employees to provide a place for staff to sleep soundly and also tend to the guest during the night. They are careful to separate play times for big and small dogs. It's very affordable if you buy their 10 night package. Basically a 10% discount on an already affordable rate. Check out Wigglebutt, it's the best we found on the northwest side!

Even when our other two dogs were geriatric, they took extra care of them while we were gone. We never doubted they would be loved on. And with our new fur baby, they are just as sweet to him. Kristi Dani: Scheduled a trial day for our pit and mastiff via phone for a week long boarding the following week. When we arrived to drop off the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the confusion on not having us in the system and on the calendar and gave me a tour of the facility. The guy who helped me get them checked in and gave me the tour was very nice and professional.As I was on my way home, about 20 min later, I got a call from the owner saying they have a policy against pitbulls and “our dogs won’t let the staff in the kennel and it’s just not gonna work” and said if I’m around and can come get them that’d be great. (Huffing and puffing as well like me and my dogs are such an inconvenience) The policy against pitbulls would have been nice to know when I called and gave them all the info on my dogs and scheduled them. Also would have been good to know before we spent over $200 having their shots specifically for boarding. I understand our mastiff gets very nervous and uncomfortable and I explained that to them when I dropped them off. I specifically said he needs lots of encouragement and to be built up. This is their first experience being boarded- of course they are nervous and uneasy at first. It’s not rocket science to try and get a dog to warm up to you and trust you. Maybe give them the peanut butter Kong that I paid for them to have? (I got my money back) but that would’ve been a good start. I understand there are reasons for trial days and maybe it wouldn’t have been a good fit. I am just disappointed that a “distinctive” facility wouldn’t have given it more than 20 minutes to let a dog relax. So basically if your dog will be at all nervous and bark at the people within the first half hour- this is not the place for you. The 3 stars I did give are for the young man that helped me and gave me a tour.

Robin Fulk: I'm sure that this is a nice place, but I didn't get a chance to see it. Although the website says to "Come Visit Us Today" when you click location, they do not mean it. l was treated like a huge inconvenience for having the audacity to think that they could give me a two minute tour if I just dropped in. I ended up scheduling a tour a week out because any other time that I suggested (during business hours) was not convenient for them. I took my dog with me as a test, assuming that she would not be allowed in the boarding area. She was not greeted by the office staff and it was also mentioned that she would not be welcome for any tour. It just didn't feel like a place that wanted my business or enjoyed animals. I didn't like that my dog and I were treated like a nuisance. As a side note, I toured three other kennels the same day with no issues.12/9 updateAfter my initial review I was contacted by the owner and given a tour. The kennel area is nice, although different than many others in the area. Instead of having indoor space and an outdoor run in each kennel, Hunt Club Boarding Kennel instead only had indoor space. They do take the dogs to a fenced area to play and relieve themselves about six times a day.I decided that I liked that setup better. My dog spent three nights with HCBK and returned home happy and didn’t seem at all stressed. I would now recommend this kennel to anyone who asked.

Bob Rathsmsn: I have been taking my American Shepherd dog here for over 2 years. They are so kind and affordable. The best thing I can say.. is my dog always wants to go there and once we get there.. can't wait to go in. They really are great at loving on my dog and treating her like their own. Their pricing is just about the best out there for dog boarding and doggie daycare. You can tell the people that work there, love to be around dogs and interact with my dog during the day. Love the window that allows me to see my dog in action playing with the other dogs. Also love that they are careful and make sure that small dogs are not just dumped in with larger dogs that might not know their strength when playing. I have also had my sweet dog groomed at Dogtropolis and she always comes home looking so awesome. They listen to what you ask for and recommend if you have a certain breed that should not be cut as much due to their fur texture. They do have a small outdoor area for dogs to be able to go out and "potty".. that would be the only SMALL downfall.. that it would be nice to have an outdoor area for them to play in when weather permits. That is the ONLY downfall and that is such a small thing compared to the love and care that they give to the dogs.

She is loved and cared for there as well as she is at home. I would recommend DOGtropolis to anyone who wants there dog to be cared for and loved while there. Anne Sayre: PetSuites went above and beyond for Rocky, our dog. Not only did the Tech people bathe him the day before, but they also clipped his nails when my husband came early! A dog Trainer talked with my husband for about 20 minutes on tips about how our 3 year old (very muscular) "puppy" can be better trained. Good job, PetSuites!

Ravneet Kaur Sandhu: This place is Ridiculous. I boarded my pet with them for 3 nights and next day he came with bloody nose, cuts and bruises all over his face. He did not eat or play for 2 days.Their grooming services are very overpriced. Charged extra to clean my dog’s paw pads. The worst part is I dropped my dog at 9 am and they called me at 5 pm that he’s ready to pick up. They crated my dog for the whole day, he’s so anxious and scared. Please do not choose this place.

Jen Foust: I actually can't believe I left this review up as a 5 star but here it is. I did love Petsuites until I didn't. The GM at this store is the issue and ended up being the reason we are no longer there. They must not pay their staff very well so they end up with young people who do not understand how to handle dogs. There are about 4 really outstanding staff members at this location who have been there a really long time but the GM and the rest, not so much. My dogs were left where they were able to get to their leashes and chew them up, which that was $100 down the drain but could have also killed them. My dog, Kasey, flipped his spleen while there in group play which, I don't think they knew but he died and it was incredibly tragic. Doggy daycare in general is not a great place for dogs, especially large dogs. This location is much better than their Fishers location, don't bother with that location. Both locations, as most doggy daycare locations has had very sick dogs and dogs die. Ask.We love PetSuites. My 2 year old lab Kasey has been going there since he was 5 months old. Kash is a Great Dane who is 5 months old and also loves attending. The staff members are personable and they take great care of both of my babies. It is the first place I have felt comfortable leaving my animals ever. Their facility is always clean and smells nice. My dogs are always happy and excited to go. I appreciate that they have little to no staff turnover.

Natalie Newman: Not a good place for bringing your dog on the weekend. They are short staffed and apparently can only do daycare for a couple of hours. So your dog will stay in a crate for most of the day instead of playing with other pups.

The staff is extremely caring and attentive to all the pups. I'm rather particular about my shepherd's care; I appreciate how the staff listen to me and respect my worry about my girl. The staff love her as much as I do and helped her grow into a happy, well socialized young dog! I highly recommend you take advantage of the additional training that is offered, the trainer is the BEST! He reads dogs very well and truly loves to see dogs learn and grow in confidence.I cried when I no longer needed daily daycare, but my beautiful Piper has a forever vacation home away from home!

Chelsea Medvescek: When I picked my dog up on 9-5-22 she had hives all over her back. When I asked if anyone noticed these bumps on her back I was told no. I understand with a holiday weekend they can’t spend a ton of one on one time with each dog, but for her to be in their care for 4 days and no one notice or say anything is very alarming. What could have happened had I not picked her up when I did? It’s infuriating because I told the people working the front desk she is a very sensitive dog and has had reactions in the past. The reaction her vet thinks it’s from the shampoo used. I give two start because at least they did call back and let me know what products were used. They also confirmed the notes on my dogs profile saying she was a very reactive dog. It’s also nice they offer to cover vet bills up to $500. Just with all this happening I do not think I would recommend anyone taking a dog to this facility.

Holly Mark: We've boarded our pup at the Zionsville location a few times. The Fishers one we used to live by was really great. It has gone well, but when I picked him up this last time and asked "how did it go? How was he and how did he do?" The response I got was "good" and nothing else. Taking notes periodically would be nice. Not necessarily every day, but my pup is naturally nervous about everything so we'd like more info. We like pics too and then a little more info when we pick him up.Everything else is good otherwise. We kept our pup there 8 days with the silver package so he could have play time and it was $379 without tip so prices are good. Fairly happy in general

Jenny Golder: Our dog is on the older side, he is extremely spoiled and has a lot of babies and blankies that keep him happy, as well as daily medications for a chronic condition. When we did our acclimation visit I explained everything to both owners, I expressed that this will be his first time boarding. Both owners were extremely happy to have him, said everything was fine. I took a lot of things to use for our 10 day vacation and both times I spoke through email on vacation they responded that he was doing great. When we arrived to pick him up the male owner thought it was appropriate to let me know I brought too much stuff and he didn't use it for our dog. Even going as far as to tell me his medication schedule was hard to understand, despite the extremely detailed directions and verbally talking to the female owner and she understand, NOT OK! We will make sure to hire a personal pet sitter from now on. At this point I am just sad I put our dog through this.

Lindsey Best: We take our dog to Dan and Sally 2 to 3 times per week. Our dog was not thriving in a normal daycare setting so the individual kennels and runs are perfect for her. Dan and Sally are very flexible with us as long as we let them know about changes in our schedule. I would do the same for a haircut or a business meeting so that is a non-issue for us. Each time we drop off our dog and pick her up her tail is wagging and she’s happy to see them.

farchin tial: I dropped off my dog for 9 days while I went on vacation. Really hated the way I was treated by the male owner. He mentioned my dog picked up maybe a kennel cough ( it happen, not a big deal) what I hated was when I asked him why they hadn’t email/text me what was going on with my dog so I could’ve taken faster action to prevent my dog from further sickness. He cut me off and yelled “NO BUT”. He was really rude and I was really heated because I wanted to express the importance of communication. Once we got home, I noticed my dog is really nervous and doesn’t act like his normal behaviors. Would definitely not recommend coming here and seeing other kennels. The woman was really nice, I really liked her. But if you wanna run a business, customer service and reassurance that your dog is safe and treated kindly is highly appreciated.

Karen Robinson: Blanket and my dogs stunk and were not normal seemed drugged when I picked them up, both dogs had gotten kennel cough there ( this comes from not cleaning up feces properly) when I visited before their stay , would not show kennels behind fence which is where they are but proceeded in trying them anyway also had to pay $600 for my two dogs when calling to check on them they said they split my two dogs apart and had to use a ten ft tether on them - really why did you beat my dog? My dogs are not aggressive,I will never use this facility again !!! Ever and will tell everyone -upon paying my bill in cash never even got a receipt!! Just went on another vacation and my oldest dog shivered with nervousness due to this facility but when I picked them up from pine ridge kennels on State rd 9 they were acting normal and HAPPY so this place is history for me not knowing what goes on behind the privacy fence!!!

The guy had a bad attitude and was acting extremely weird when we asked for a tour of where our golden would be staying. We worried about him the entire time during vacation. Not to mention that there are only two people carrying for 55+ dogs. Doesn’t seem very safe to me..

Heather Noneya: Disappointing. Was excited that they allowed you to walk the grounds before leaving your dogs there. Called an hour ahead of time before we left for the visit like Dan had asked and Dan started freaking out on the phone stating now was a not a good time. He did not remember agreeing to the visit, but said to come on out. Our dog walked up to Sally like he knew her and he had never seen her before. Dan appeared to have done a complete personality turn around by the time we arrived.The runs in the house are all we saw but they were small. But I liked the idea that they lived there and the dogs wouldn’t be alone.Things ended up going well and a few weeks later I called to make another reservation. Dan kept giving me the run around bc I said I wanted my dog in the house again. He kept saying he makes decisions that affect his business. I kept asking him what that meant and he finally said yes an indoor run was available.When we arrived to pick him up Dan was literally yelling at us like a child throwing a fit that our dog barked too much and it affected his business and looked at me and yelled, you may have gotten him in the house this time, but never again!I thought to myself yes, you have that right. I told his wife whom seems to have no backbone whatsoever, how many times I asked Dan what was the problem if there was one and he said there was no problem. All he had to do was answer my question!She just smiled and said my dog was a “talker.” Ok dogs bark. Especially when they are away from home and may not be sure of what is going on.Dan said if this affects your decision to leave him here again then so be it, I said so be it. He did not care that his behavior affects his business.Also, the woman that posted the runs were small and 2 people take care of 40-50 dogs is absolutely correct. The runs may not be small for small dogs.....but for medium to extra large sized dogs they are small. Let me say that is true for the runs in the house that we saw.Dan is completely overwhelmed and it is so obvious.Will never leave our dogs here again. If he acts like that to people, makes me wonder what he does to the dogs if he is overwhelmed.
