In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our Dogtopia guests, we separate dogs into our various playrooms according to their size, temperament and play style. We have taken every precaution when it comes to the design of our 5,000 square foot facility. Each of our three spacious indoor playrooms is fully equipped with climate-controlled HVAC systems that maintain the perfect temperature during both play time and nap time. Our UV filtrated systems keep the air circulating and clean to prevent airborne viruses and illnesses.
Your pup will also feel comfort on our compressed rubber flooring that is specially designed to be gentle on their paws and aid in the long-term joint and paw health of your furry family member.

Laine C: We love Dogtopia! Our pup wasn't the most confident around other groups of dogs at first, but the way Dogtopia separates dogs into smaller groups by size and temperament really helped our dog adjust to daycare and open play. She now absolutely loves going to daycare to play with her friends and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot.The staff are always so kind, helpful, and cheerful. It's also clear that they take care in running the facility - whenever I check in on my dog on the webcams (also a great feature!), the trainers are always working to keep the playrooms clean and interfere whenever dogs may get too worked up. They also appear to regularly work on training to make sure the staff is prepared for any and all possible safety procedures. It makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog here during the day!

They blew us away with everything from their attention to her to their kindness each time to us. The staff here truly love the doggies and you can tell. Luna comes home happy and completely worn out. She lights up every time we pull in the parking lot 😁❤️If your looking for a great place to help socialize your puppy this is it.

We were a bit nervous starting our dog back into a daycare after he had a pretty horrible experience at a different daycare program. The staff have all been amazingly helpful and kind and very communicative and actively engaged. Our pup seems to be having a wonderful time each day he’s been there. There’s such a positive, inclusive culture to the place, everyone seems to really care about dogs and go above and beyond to provide excellent care and a fun, stimulating, and safe environment for all the dogs there. They don’t just “warehouse” them for the day, they do so much to actively help teach and let dogs learn, grow, and become better! Their service experience is also so smooth and I really love the app, how easy it is to schedule daycare times, drop-off/pick-up, and how cool it is that you can check in on your dog with the webcams! 15/5 stars if I could give them. Dogtopia makes so many things so very easy for pet parents from dropoff/pickup, spa packages, fundraising events, and everyday fun to ensure that your pet is not only well taken care of but having the BEST DAY EVER! He is always so excited to go to daycare and always wanting to rest up at home for the next day. Being able to check in on Bronx throughout the day while also getting pictures/updates from his most favorite caregivers at Dogtopia is so comforting and makes it all worth it. Bronx and I both love Dogtopia of Meridian North!

Wendy Green: We absolutely love Chris and the entire staff at TLP! Millie started attending in 2015 and later after we adopted her brother Freddy in 2019 he went too! The dogs absolutely love it there and would get excited with spinnies in the morning when I would pull out the leashes and announce it was a daycare day! Millie is a very anxious pup and they made sure she felt safe. When we traveled Chris would keep the pups for us, which they absolutely loved. Chris even supported us bringing our foster dogs to daycare to help socialize them, one was adopted by a TLP staff member and two by another client! She also kept the dogs on our wedding day and arranged for them to show up after the ceremony for pictures! We recently moved out of state and miss our TLP family dearly.

She absolutely loves it with Chris and her Crew of competent dog lovers.The first day they left me a couple phone messages with updates, telling me she was playing with other doggos Boomer and Louie, and doing really well. She got a report card at the end of the day that is still hanging up on my fridge. My puppy comes home happy, smelling fresh, clean, and ready to rest with me. It’s worth the price for supervised indoor fun for my beast friend. Amazing facility and people. You can trust them with your furry friend.

My dog LOVES it here, they knew her name after the first 2 times of coming, and they always provide a detailed update when I pick her up (who she played with, if she had any issues, etc.). Audrey H: I’ve been bringing my dog, Bronco, here for over a year now. The staff are all so friendly and great with Bronco. They have a large indoor play area which I find beneficial because during the hot and humid, rainy, or cold times of the year I can take Bronco and know he will get great exercise that day. Since going to daycare I’ve also noticed that he does much better at public dog parks. I’m so grateful to the staff at tender loving. They are all so invested and you can tell they truly love and care for each dog.
Maija Fenwick: My dog has been coming to daycare here for almost a year 3 times per week. They do an amazing job taking care of her and she has a blast. The owner and staff are extremely nice and professional and it is apparent that they genuinely care about dogs. When I pick up my dog they tell me about her day, including an account of the other dogs she played with. I cannot recommend Tender Loving Pets enough and I am so glad to have found them!
Nicole Ooms: Wonderful doggy daycare! We've never boarded our dog here, but the daycare service is great. It is a clean and safe place for our pup to spend his days. He is always eager to get inside and start playing, and is always happily exhausted when we pick him up.In response to the review that mentions a "strong urine smell." I disagree. It just has a general dog smell, which seems reasonable for a doggy daycare.

Everyone at TL Pets knows each dog and owner and they take such good care of the dogs. I've had my dogs there for boarding and daycare. From one day of daycare my dogs are usually worn out for a few days, well worth the it! There's nobody I'd trust more to take care of my dogs.
Natalie Weiss: Our dog, Luna, has been going here for about 7 months. She goes to daycare two days a week and LOVES it. Every time I drop her off, she paws at the car door so that she can get out and play.The staff here are super friendly and trustworthy. One time Luna wasn’t feeling well in daycare. The staff called me immediately and put her in a separate room so she could sleep until I was able to get her.Also, the half day price is the best I have seen in Indiana. The full day is a bit pricey but if you do a package it is slightly cheaper.Finally, they do a fun Halloweeen dog costume competition in October. The winners get great prizes!I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pup here!

They make drop off and pick up for daycare super easy! My dog absolutely loves all of the staff and gets so excited when we show up for daycare. Each of the staff members has always been so sweet and caring! I have taken my dog there for boarding multiple times and feel at ease knowing he's in such good hands. I highly recommend them and wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere else!

They couldn’t find my info. Then they had the wrong phone number on it. They offered to give my dog a bath and then just didn’t. I wasn’t charged for it but…they offered. My dog has marks on his mouth that suggest he’s had his face stuck between the cage bars for three days. Hadn’t been paid much attention. There’s more - Just lots of “small” things that added up to a not-great experience.

Maggie Williams: We’ve been taking our dog Miller to Downtown Doggie for the last 2+ years. After first adopting him we sent him to the board & train program and it was one of the best decisions we made. Upon picking him up, all the areas we were hoping to have been focused on were addressed and his basic obedience was great.We also use downtown doggie for daycare. Every time we drop Miller off, the staff knows him by name & is so kind. It’s clear they take the time to get to know each dog (name, personality, etc.).Miller absolutely loves Downtown Doggie - he gets so excited when we pull on to the street, and can hardly sit still in the lobby waiting area. Downtown Doggie is also our go to for boarding. It’s so comforting knowing we are leaving Miller somewhere he loves and where the staff knows him. The entire staff has always been so friendly, accommodating and gracious.
Guest Kim: My heart is still skipping because my dog played with other dogs at Downtown Doggie. The staff took care and time to slowly introduce my reactive dog to other dogs. I had tears of joy when I came to pick my dog up from daycare. They gave me a very good report. Downtown Doggie is my third day boarding and the only place that Tommy was able to play with other pups. He’s had private training and group training with little change to his reactivity to other dogs. This was a huge mile stone. Thank you downtown doggie for helping my adopted dog with that huge step. I will continue to take him to daycare and training at Downtown doggie.

Beth May: Very upset that I paid for our puppy to get obedience training, but she was sick and the vet said not to take her around other dogs. I asked the owner if I could put her in the next class, and she said , no. No refund either. That was $200 down the drain, and no customer service.

Adam Ramser: Just picked up my dog from 3 nights boarding and he has multiple wounds scratches and swollen areas on his face neck eye brow . Acting like he's starving and hasn't been out to walk run . When I called them to ask about it she said she forgot to inform me that he scratched himself while they were doing his nails. Ause they had him muzzled ?! These are way worse than scratches . one nail was still half cut off hanging splintered ! When I picked him up from pet palace he never acted this way . I'm taking him to his vet and will be updating this review with the news.

Silas Franklin: I take a few of my dogs here often. I particularly appreciate how they took the time to evaluate my dogs to make sure they were in a safe environment. Dropping my dogs off doesn’t feel like daycare as they are happy to see familiar faces that call out their name and greet them as family. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
Ava Fuller: I brought my four month old puppy to Indy Hound for her “introduction.” She has pretty bad separation anxiety and I informed them of that. After her being “introduced” to some of the other dogs, they turned her away because she “wasn’t showing interest in other dogs” and “staying along the wall” and that she was “too stressed” to stay. As a young dog, this was her first ever experience like this, so naturally it would be a stressful experience. It was really disappointing that they didn’t take the time to work with her. I took her to Downtown Doggie on a recommendation later, and they said that she warmed up after about 20 minutes of watching the other dogs, which shows me that she would have been fine if they had worked on with her.
Chad Sievers: Our dog Sophie loves Indy Hound. Every time I tell her that we’re going to see her friends, she’s all business and excited. The friendly staff remember her name and treat her like their own. When I pick her up, she often smells good too. We’ve been coming here for six months and are very pleased.

Mary Cerajewski: I picked my 8 month old Labrador up after a day of daycare to notice an hour later he was bleeding from his neck from a dog bite. I understand dogs can easily become injured playing, but this bite broke skin and was painful to touch. I emailed Indy hound and asked why I wasn’t notified of this and they claimed that no staff member saw any incident with him that day. Instead of encouraging medical attention, the staff recommended I let it scab over, or bring him back for a member of their staff to evaluate him (???). Fortunately, I was able to get him into the vet the next day. The vet found that it was a moderately severe bite that was already forming an infected abscess, he absolutely needed medical attention but luckily not need surgery. Indy hound did pay for my vet bill.As I mentioned, I understand injuries are normal at a dog day care, but this was more than dogs playing around. Bite aside, my 1 star review is around how the incident was handled by the staff. In addition to what was mentioned above, I also asked Indy hound to further investigate the dog that gave this bite to make sure it would not happen again to anyone else. They played it off as a little scrape and that if I am not comfortable with my dog getting these type of injuries I should not bring him back. I later learned that 2 others that brought their dogs there came home with similar injuries, some requiring surgery, and they received the same unapologetic treatment.I hope this review encourages them to expand and better train staff so these injuries aren’t missed so all dogs can enjoy a safe daycare experience!
Jamie Blake: I had an extremely negative experience at Indy Hound. We traveled into town last week and could not check in to where we were staying until late afternoon. We had already purchased tickets to the zoo for the same day we were coming in. I had talked to someone on the phone the day before and found out my dog was missing an influenza shot requirement (they are not required in my state), so I ran out at 5:00 that evening to get her a $50 shot so that our dog would be able to spend a few hours there while we were at the zoo.We arrived at Indy Hound after traveling through severe weather with a vomiting child. I was frazzled and so was the dog. She did not do well with her "evaluation" (which was really just taking her into a room with another dog -- they didn't do anything to evaluate her personality, friendliness, or ask any questions about her). The only question they did ask me as part of the "evaluation" was if she had ever attended doggie daycare before. When I answered "no", the attendant cut me off before I could explain that she has been well socialized with many other dogs on play dates and overnight, as well as been to the dog park many times. It was at that point I believe she made up her mind that my dog was not "suitable" for Indy Hound.I tried to explain our situation. I tried to explained why the dog was having a hard time. I tried to explain that she does really well with other dogs. I was not able to get one word out. Instead, I was treated like a child, constantly interrupted (I was unable to get a phrase out with out being told how well she knows dogs and how unsuitable my dog was for daycare). She absolutely would not hear anything I said, I don't know how she could have as she literally talked over me the entire time. It was as though what I was saying was absolutely unimportant and worthless. I've never been interrupted and talked over like that before.Ultimately we lost $50 in unneeded vaccine and $200 in zoo tickets because we had no place to take our dog. Our weather was so poor driving in and we got in so late in the afternoon that we could not find another location to take our pup (and they kept our vaccine record anyway!). I'm not sure that I've ever been so poorly treated in my entire life.

They love being there and get so excited to jump out of the car when we arrive and pull me inside to play! I love how much they post to their Instagram during the day so I can always check in to see if they show up on it.

Hannah Klare: Our 2-year old Golden Retriever, Dexter, absolutely loves Indy Hound. We have not only done all-day daycare, but we've also done boarding with Indy Hound. Both experiences have been fantastic. Not only does our pup enjoy the interactions with the other dogs, we know he is loved on, gets to play in the pool, and even gets treatos. We've had awesome interactions with all the staff there as well - they treat our dog like their own which is so important to us. 10/10 recommend.
Shayna Craft: I’ve been bringing my dog Nana to Indy hound since she was 6months old. She is a husky who is full of energy, so it’s crucial to get her socialized. She is always so excited to go to daycare. The staff is always so welcoming. They also post lots of pictures on Instagram. It’s so nice to see pictures of Nana playing with her friends. We have tried other daycares in the area, but this one is by far the best.

Their facilities are clean and the process of drop-off/pick-up is super simple and quick. They always tell us how she did during the day and if she played well with her friends! Last time we boarded her, it was for a little longer than normal and she had a bit of separation anxiety and got sick on her blankets. They told us about the situation, assured us it was no worry, and even washed her blankets for us! If you’re looking for a new daycare for your dog, this is the place! (Plus the Insta updates always make my day and I love that I can check on my pup while she’s having fun!) 🤩

Kiersten Dilley: This was such a wonderful experience for my pup! She is a submissive, sometimes timid dog and I wasn’t sure how she would do in a “pack” setting for 10 days. Katy listened to and addressed any concerns I had ahead of time. She runs things so well that my dog had the best time ever and even made some doggy friends. I was frequently updated on how she was doing (with photos!) and I was able to enjoy a vacation knowing my girl was also having an amazing time. I am looking forward to sending my pup back again to Katy knowing how much she was loved while I was gone.

Katie Robbins: I am SO happy that I found Katy—she and her husband are so warm and welcoming, and immediately make you feel like you and your pup are part of their family. My rescue dog is very anxious and afraid of strangers, but she’s always been great staying there! The first time Roxy stayed with them, Katy knew I was worried about how she would do. She sent me photos and text updates during my trip—totally unprompted!—so my mind would be at ease and I could enjoy vacation. Roxy has stayed with them several times since then, and she’s always had a blast. They work with you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times that are convenient for your schedule, too. I feel like this setup is 1000x better than the traditional boarding model. Now I can go out of town without worrying or feeling guilty about boarding my dog!
Annalise: We usually have our friends and family watch our dog while we are gone, but decided we need to have another option available. Boarding our dog with Katy and Charlie is just like leaving them with our family. We feel no worries at all - even in the height of allergy season. Piper comes home happy, sleepy, and with no flare ups thanks their knowledge and upkeep of care. We couldn't be happier with their service!!

Lynn Green: Maggie has been going to Fetch for nearly 5 years now and she LOVES it! She started in puppy school with Ray and we've just kept going regularly to daycare. To this day she pops out of the car and drags me to the door. Her whole body wiggles when we get inside. Kim, Ray, Holly and the staff are great and Maggie just loves them. It's so nice to know she'll be safe and have fun for the day. And to top it off I get a happy and tired pup at the end of the day. Thanks for being Maggie's second family!😊

Gina Chang: This place is awesome. I sent my puppy to their puppy training because he was driving me up the wall. Ray, the trainer, is great. He addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. They really get to know your dog and share their findings with you. They figured out that my dog didn't like hardwood floors! To make the adjustment easier on him, they put more mats near the entrance and put wax on his paws.Staff is awesome. EVERYONE that works there knows every single dog by name. Treated my dog like a little prince when I dropped him off. My favorite part about Fetch is that their facility looks like a large cozy living room. A lot of doggy daycare's are cement floor to ceiling (looks like prison) or a huge dilapidated gym, with nowhere for the dogs to lie down comfortably.Most importantly, my dog slept through the night everyday he was at daycare and I was so grateful. It was the first time I got a solid 8 hours of sleep.
Lanna Guzman: We got a puppy in the middle of winter with 3 small kids. I was desperate for help. I googled puppy obedience schools and came across Fetch Academy. Prior to going to Fetch we had a trainer at our house and did group puppy classes but nothing seemed to click with her. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the training, care, and socialization our puppy received at Fetch. The staff there are wonderful. They know every dogs name and personality. The dog trainer is a genius. Every day I was shocked by what my puppy was able to learn and do.

Lisa Cheraskin: I started taking my dog to Fetch several winters ago when there was so much ice we couldn't take a walk and I wanted her to get some exercise. Not only did she get exercise, she loved the socialization. She continues to go twice a week, rain, snow, ice, or shine.The staff at Fetch is people and dog friendly and knowledgeable about dog behavior. In spite of the number of dogs they have on any given day, when I pick her up they can tell me how she did that day. They have helped me work through a behavior issue by giving me perspective and advice and by modifying some of her interactions when she is at Fetch.When I tell my dog we are going to doggie day care, she starts wagging her tail and runs to the car. The five star rating is hers as well as mine.
Tammy Smith: This was the first time for me to board one of my dogs in 20 years, and it was a fabulous experience for my puppy and me! The Fetch staff really know their stuff! They are great to work with and it is definitely a "resort" for dogs. My puppy additionally did training with the Fetch staff and when he came home he had the best manners! It was wonderful and I will do it again with no qualms!

They go above and beyond to make sure the dogs are having fun, including doing monthly themed photoshoots, celebrating your pup's birthday, and pool time in the summer! I have relocated for work, and hope that I can find a new doggy daycare that comes close to the comfort this place gave me when leaving my dog all day. Thanks, Grand Canine Hotel!
Brenda McGinley: Very disappointed in their communication and customer satisfaction. Made an appointment in December for a groom. Was called and asked to reschedule for January, which I did. The groomer did a great job in January. She made the effort to talk to me about the type of cut. I made another appointment in March. Was called and asked to bring my dog in early so I did. 2 hours later received a call regarding how I wanted the cut. I told them the same as the appt in January. Was told I did not show for the appt. I said I indeed did and was told agin I was a no show!!! They wanted to blame me for their inability to maintainGood records. Then was told they couldn’t find my card, then was told I had 2 cards. 4 hours later picked up my dog. The ears were different lengths, his chest had a large shaved area. Went back in to have the ears cut again and was told the groomer had left and I needed to make an appointment!! So I made an appointment the next day. They claimed my dog had a mat on his chest and because he was a puppy and would not hold still they just shaved his chest!!!Then was told to find a good groomer and stick them. The manager And groomer were very unprofessional and made no apologies to me. They actually came outside on the sidewalk to discuss the situation!

Nadia McCool: We're so happy that we were able to find a place that we can trust to take care of our dog when we're out of town. It brings us peace of mind that we can watch her on the app to know she's ok and is having a good time. Our dog always gets excited to be there when we pull up to the door. I love that the staff always greets her with excitement when she goes in. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate us and our dog to make sure she is comfortable.

Cassy Hight-Turner: My dogs love it at CBW Southport. They get so excited when we go there! I’ve tried a few other doggie daycares but didn’t feel as comfortable leaving my pups there. Whereas at CBW you can tell they really care about the dogs! I feel completely secure leaving them for daycare and for boarding. I also love the ability to check in on them on the cameras during playtime and to have peace of mind that they are safe and having fun while I’m away. They’ve always done a great job with grooming as well. The prices are super reasonable! A lot of daycares make you pay fees for adding play time during boarding which is so silly. CBW has an all for one fee for half day, full day, or overnight. They also have specials depending on the day of the week and cute themed enrichment days! I absolutely love love love it here and am so happy I found a great place for my fur babies.

Kristy Stone: Camp Bow Wow is just what we need for our fur baby, Andre. I work from home all week and so I’m here with him but he is an only child and gets bored. The half day option is so affordable and provides the opportunity to get Andre his much needed socialization and gets him moving more than when he is at home. The interview day was seamless and easy! The staff are all super friendly and I LOVE that I can check in through the camper cam anytime I want!

I liked that they made my dog mind when they were taking him in and out of the facility, they didn’t let him jump around and act like a nut which we’ve been working on. Lisa M: The person checking us in was nice. That's the best part of this stay. Our dog was never in the outdoor play yard which is actually inside too. These dogs are put in a room and walk for hours on end. They potty in the room and the attendant cleans it up. We counted at least 25 large dogs in that room from the camera. Now our dog has kennel cough which is no surprise! We will definitely make sure we get our reservation in at our regular kennel early enough before school breaks so we definitely have a spot!

Elizabeth Storms: I have used Five Points for several years and have had nothing but good experiences! When I first went in to see the facility, they were more than happy to show me around and explain difference sizes of suites and pricing. They also explained any “extras” we could add on. We started off by using Playschool for our two dogs before boarding them. We boarded our two dogs together for a few years, until unfortunately one of our dogs passed away. We now board our only dog there still and we were worried the first time he was boarded without his brother. He did great and the staff was more than happy to give me updates while we were away! I love the online customer portal where I can do everything from uploading vaccination records to booking boarding stays. I drive 45 minutes one way to use Five Points and will continue to do so!

Johnny Teater: We've had our 100lb pittie/bulldog mix at a few different places just due to availability and us moving, and five point has by far been the best. Drop off and pick up were a breeze, and he seemed extremely well taken care of over the 6 days he stayed. We will definitely be coming back time and time again

I rest easy knowing that Kubo is in good hands when we're out of town.

Ferdinand Pages: Either the positive reviews are fake or nobody with a dog over 100lbs comes here. Was told midway through our 2 dogs week long stay that one of them would not be welcome their anymore because their “staff” are too weak to handle a 100lb dog…then they proceed to leave generic fake feedback in their report cards saying how great they are…if they were so great why aren’t they welcome back? If you can’t hire a staff capable of handling a bigger dog then that’s a YOU problem. It’s not the dogs fault.Would not recommend sending your dogs here if you have a larger breed. Overpriced and there’s a good chance your dog will break out of their cage due to incompetent staff.

Gloria Mann: First time and absolutely the last time. The check in was awful. Vet records were in order, but they insisted on calling the vet. Our wonderful pet didn't pass the temp test. So, instead of barkefellers trying again, they just put our pet in the kennel. We paid for the luxury suite, with web cam, personal tuck ins, and cuddle time. After watching the web cam for a long time, I never saw one attendant come and comfort my pet. Cut my vacation short and came to pick up. Then, after all the money, for nothing, I was charged more money. They also had the addiciy to imply for a tip. Save ur money folks.

Michael Bates: Totally dissatisfied with customer service. We used this boarding place for the first time. Both our chocolate lab and yellow lab came home limping. We sent enough food for the whole stay, amazingly they gave us back half of it. Hmmmm. Also our chocolate was on a prescription and we asked them for the bottle. They lost it. Asked them to give both dogs a bath. No bath. We will find a place where they really care about our pets.

Larry Webb: Picked my dogs up at Barkefellers South Indy July 18th. My dogs had been at Barkefellers for 1 week. Our lab had a prescription diet dog food so both our dogseat the same food. It appears that they must not have fed them our food. I usually have very little left when they come home after a week but this time only half of what I sent was used so this is merely an assumption but my lab has severe diarrhea which happens when she Is fed the wrong food. . This is not to mention the terrible experience I had when I called to see if the grooming was done. Or the30 minute wait to get my dogs while 10 to other people came and went after me. The sad part is I paid 900.00 dollars to be treated like this. My poor lab .Never again.Well it continues, I was given the owners name Cristy Coffee and number. I left a message 6.5 hours ago asking for a return call. Well no call back so far which ki d of falls in line with my experience. I'm getting ready to call the vet since my dog is still having issues which I a assume is from being fed dog food that is not prescribed and I provided.
