Fort Harrison State Park Dog Park: what do users think?
Doug Cline: Toast loves running the trails and meeting new dog friends.Dog-friendliness: Many doggy friends to play with
Petra Gloe: so much fun for tge puppers
Ayperos: Locked like fort Knox and requires a membership that is a whole process to get in to enjoy with your dog and the pond for them to swim is closed all the way until April. I'm only here about a month and it's not really enough time to jump through the hoops to bother with it.Should be mobile pay pass I understand fees for maintenance but come on.Dog-friendliness: No, have to spill the blood of your first born just to enjoy it
Jill Triggol: Best dog park in Indy.
Valerie Devereux: Beautiful, even on a gloomy day. The bathrooms were so clean and warm with warm water.
David Estrello: LAND enjoy the socialize
N West: great park...
Alexander Gomez: Best Dog Park in Indianapolis
RazziKatta RZ: Paid membership with proof of all vaccines. Best dog park in IN, with woods, trails, a pond and a fireplace. Gated parking lot and 3 sections, outdoor bathroom. Just like in any dog park, be aware of your dog's behavior.
Samamtha Berry: The dog park is way yo expensive. My husband and I are both disabled and our only income is our SSI.we have 3 small dogs and can't afford $225 a year. Since it's in a state park it should be free or at a very inexpensive fee and should include all dogs in a family.
Christopher Oberle: A women let her two dogs ambush mine and I got bit trying to separate them before they hurt him, she proceeded to say it was all our dogs fault and he started it even though 5-7 people all saw her dogs start it. All the dogs that come here are great however we’ve had bad experiences with more than a few nasty people.
Karah Perseponko: My pups favorite place to go!!! They love to swim in the pond. 10/10 recommendation.
Lindsey Hayden: Such a great place to take your pup!
Frank Newhouse: The best dog park that I have been to and I have been to a lot of them. Very secure. You have to get an entry badge for the gate to get in. You need to show that your dog has had all of their shots when you get the entry badge
Maggi Simpson: Wonderful dog park. Our dog loves it! There are quite a few rules, but they matter, so please follow them to keep everyone safe and happy 😊
Chuck Cochard: They have 3 separate areas and each area is very big.
Computer Man: Great place to spend an afternoon with grandchildren
M L: Definitely the best dog park in Indianapolis! We've been bringing our dog, Sully, here for over a year now and it's always well kept and even has a fireplace for the really chilly days. We love walking around the small trails and our dog loves making new friends and playing frisbee here.Bonus is that most other owners that come here are very aware and will step in and correct their dogs if needed, but they also have two other huge play areas if we need to separate from a rowdy pup.
Robin Geisinger: best membership I have purchased---ever.
Morgan Mannix: I love this dog park!! Two separate gated areas is perfect for my husky who isn’t great with other big dogs. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t PITCH BLACK at night. 😎
Stephanie Preston: Amazing place to take your dog, they even have fenced in lake.

Broad Ripple Bark Park: what do users think?
Herbert Hopson: Great place for a nature or fitness walk.
Jamie T: You need a pass to enter the dog park. You can obtain a pass in the new park welcome center. They will have you fill out a short form, provide shot records, and you can choose a day/year pass. Day passes are $5 and they're worth it!The Bark Park is a very spacious and fenced in space. There are always a lot of dogs visiting for your pup to play with.Park amenities include dishes for water, benches, a shaded pavilion, agility course, and dog bathing station. If you're visiting in cold months, they turn off water to winterize. Bring a jug of water!
Judy Brooks: Broadripple Family center is awesome free walking and jogging track at 9 am other fees for classes are very reasonable go check it out, the employees were nice and courteous ..
Parker Catalano: Exceptional facility for dogs, would highly recommend.
Sara Ballard: Lovely park with astro turf and plenty of room for dogs to run. Nice people, friendly.
Lauren Blake: Beautiful park with a playground, dog park, trails, wide field for sports, tennis courts, and lots of parking. I love the shade the mature trees provide
Bryant Eismeier: Broad Ripple Park is a nice park to come hang out after work with kids. The playground is expansive and the sports fields are nice
Ally Bright: We had a wonderful time here! All of the dogs were so well behaved. No dogs barked. Owners of dogs were really nice. The place was clean and well kept. There is a lot of space for the dogs and they look like they are having lots of fun all of the time!
Don Schlegel: Pool Day! ... $2 for 60+ ... 😃😃😃😃
Austin Allen: Passing through from out of state. Need a key fob to get in.
Alex “Alex” T: Not a bad dog park. Not dirty but not clean dog bowls for the dogs. All the owners seemed to pick up after dogs.
Marie Lawlor: It's iffy going to this park. We go there almost daily, but I'm getting disenchanted. Way too many people do NOT pick up after their dogs. It's disgusting. They're on their phones and socializing so they don't notice. Also we have left several times before we barely get in the gate. There are a few really nasty dogs who are flat out aggressive, not just playful.I try to go when it's practically deserted; then it's fine. Would like to see proof of socialization for dog as a requirement for membership. MOST of the people and dogs are wonderful, but it's always those few who can ruin things foreveryone.
Lauren McLachlan: What a beautiful dog park! This place is huge and has both astro turf and natural grass. Love that they provide a dog wash station, but I think you have to pay to use it. Plenty of benches and shade to utilize and everyone seemed to pick up after their dogs. Would return again!
Angel McGillis: Great dog park! My dog loves coming here to meet new friends and play.
Kim Krumel: Kind of a mess right now with all the construction but still a nice park.
K B: It looks clean. Membership only tho
Steph R: great park!
Dan & Melissa Moran: A great place to wear your pup out!
Don Welch: Very nice
Grace Perkins: Well maintained and clean. Large park that my dog adores. Occasionally has gate/lock issues but seems safe for pups
kelsi wagner: Only stood outside to watch. Dogs were being nice having fun!

Dog Park: what do users think?
Beau Browning: Great dog park in a great location with great value for the price! Our dog loves playing with all the other dogs--everyone's humans make an effort to make sure their dog is playing nice, and make new members feel welcome. It's reassuring that management ensures all dogs are vaccinated and spayed/neutered to keep everyone's dogs safe. Highly recommend!
Nathan Scroggins: If you are a South Indy resident, this is the best dog park around. It is run by caring community members who love their animals and the neighborhoods that surround the park. The volunteers that spend their valuable time to run this park deserve 100 stars for keeping the park clean, safe, and providing us a space to connect with each other and our pets daily. They are always hard at work organizing things to improve the experience for everyone, even when others don’t see it or appreciate it.
Patrick Star: We have been members of this park since its opening, but will not be renewing. Really used to love it, but have become very disappointed with the atmosphere and professionalism (or lack thereof) of the park. If you aren’t a “regular” be prepared for you and your dog to feel very unwelcome and judged. A lot of members do not understand dog behaviors and play styles so it can become quite dangerous and even frustrating for those who do have experience with dogs. They also raised prices to “complete the entire area with turf and provide shade” over a year ago and still have done neither of those promised improvements. This makes it quite dangerous to take your dog to the park during hot summer days as the turf will absolutely burn the paw pads of your dogs! New board members are also now using their newly found power and “changing their mind” on exceptions previously made for lifetime members by the original board. Lastly, the park’s social media account intended for information about the park has recently become an advertisement space for board members to put their dogs on, including posts unrelated to the park in any way (such as voting for a dog in an unrelated halloween contest). The park has gone down hill tremendously since opening and has only become a “popularity” contest amongst the Fountain Square resident members and board who seem to believe they are above everyone else.
Madelyn Miller: Great place to bring your dogs! You know your dog is safe because it requires vaccines. It has turf so the doggies don’t get as dirty as at other places and they try to do lots of park improvement to keep it clean. They also have fun events like pool parties, photo shoots, and breed meet-ups. Zoe really likes it and enjoys the small dog side when she gets overwhelmed. If you are visiting from out of town, plan ahead and go to their website to get a visitor pass, because a code and proof of vaccines is required!
Jay Deshmukh: Mostly well maintained with large selection of toys and ample water bowls and poop bags
Bry J.: They message you nonstop to send them the payment for the dog park membership, but then go silent and do not want to give you the code. Reviewing dog vaccinations and checking to see if they received the payment isn’t equivalent to neurosurgery. If they’re truly so busy, why do they have the time to email you about a payment. Additionally they want your money even before they’ve accepted your dog…which is questionable. It makes you feel like you’re being robbed.
Patricia Bornick: Bishop's favorite.
drkrisperry: My dog loves this park! I recommend trying it out!
Jaelen S: Love this dog park! We come every day that the weather is decent. I like that most of the owners actually watch their dogs and remove them from play if they get too feisty.
Kim Bruso: You need a member code to get in. We were moving across the country, and didn’t have a code. Lame.
Amy Lukavsky: This dog park just opened up and it is amazing! There is a section for small and large dogs. There is parking available and it is only a small bike ride to downtown indy, fountain square, fletcher place, and obviously the bates Hendricks area. It's located right behind the Immanuel Church on East Street and I give it 5 stars! It's only $50/year. Can't rave about this place enough!
james brady: Beautiful place, great for dogs of all sizes, friendly people, and lots of cute dogs, just being some water when you come for you and the doggo!
Zach Kleman: Don't stop on a trip. Private paid park.
Penguin Laurent: A very nice little dog park! Polite people and fun public/free community hours. I don't care for there being astroturf instead of real grass, and there are no hoses or taps available. Otherwise, a nice little addition to downtown.
Casandra Boles: So glad this opened! It's close, clean, and the other dog owners are always amazing and attentive. Highly recommend!
Adam Clevenger: So excited for downtown Indy's first dog park. It's a great space for dogs to play, run, and fetch! The mix of artificial and real turf helps keep the park, and the pups, clean. Our two dogs love it. Plus, at $20/year, membership is affordable!
Chad Strauch: Great space that was needed in this area!
Tyler Wyatt: Great dog park! Glad they are now open!
Laura Giffel: SUCH a needed part of our community! I love taking my dog and seeing all my neighbors. It's such a great way to meet new people (and to tire out my dog). The park does need a membership so make sure to register before you visit!
Olivia T: We were excited to check out this new park but when we came to try out the free 1-3 pm on Sunday no person was there to check us in so we could use the dog park. My dog and family were disappointed at first but the. We reached out and the people came out and told us why they had an issue and opened the park. They are good at responding quickly and everyone was nice ce and friendly and owned there mistakes.

Sarah T Bolton Park: what do users think?
Dexter Lewis: Very nice park
Susan Petrey Carriker: Nice park with benches, bird houses in a poetry garden, playground, baseball field, dog park, pavilions, restrooms and it sits adjacent to the Franciscan Walking Trail. My only complaint is the lack of signage. There are no signs to direct you to the trail, the playground, etc. The only sign points you toward the dog park (which looked very nice and appears to be quite popular). We spent about 25 minutes in search of Lick Creek and the walking trail and finally noticed the road that curved behind the ball field led to another area of the park that joins with the creek and trail. Overall, this would be the perfect park if the signage was improved.Playground: Very nice play equipment for children.Restrooms: No running water. More like a fancy outhouse, but they do appear to be cleaned regularly and there was plenty of toilet paper.Dog-friendliness: Really nice, large, well-maintained dog park.Picnic area: Several large pavilions to reserve for group gatherings.
Becky Oyler: park is pretty, but I came there for the dog parkBut the dog park, who requires a monthly membership and a key this is not listed on the web and therefore was a waste of my time to show up.
Cindy Smith: Good place to walk, but bathrooms have not been unlocked for couple months now. Nice little park for small kiddos.
Aashim Gupta: Excellent park with a trail that goes all the way to Emerson. Highly recommended.
josh graves: Never got to meet Sarah
Eric Marquis: Sarah T Bolton Park as a whole is fine, but the dog park is a mess. The mud is forgivable since any dog park that has real grass will eventually turn to mud anyway, but most of the dog owners don't pick up after their dog. Each time I go in I end up picking up 6+ piles that aren't from my dog. This morning there were more than 20 piles. I've been to free dog parks that were cleaner and better taken care of than this one and feel like I wasted my money.
Sharon Munsey: Park has quiet areas where you can read a book.dPlayground: Nice playground for kids with benches for adults.
Shavonna Lobrie: waPark is nice enough, but dog park is membership only which is not advertised.
Manny Orellana: Peaceful place. And cool during fall to enjoy a lunch in the afternoons
Charlene Walker (Garden Owl): Always an inviting adventure. The new trail has the potential to be both relaxing and beneficial. Looking forward to the removal of invasive plants and the addition of natives with signage and bird feeding stations.
Conrad Carriker: Nice park with plenty to do. The trail is not clearly marked so you have to look for it if you have never been there before. It has basketball goals, baseball, kids playground, and a dog park. Also a place with bird houses. There is a bike path type trail next to the creek that goes all the way to another park about a mile away.No running water in one of the rest rooms. There is electricity in the pavilions.
Glenda Risner: It was so nice clean @ People are friendly love it there BeautifulPlayground: Nice clean
Mischell Johnson: Could use some updating and sprucing up in the playground area
Keshia Echols: Beautiful and very well kept. Has 2 parks, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Biking and walking trails that go for several miles, ending at a third park.Playground: 2 play finds on separate ends of the park, with a third at the end of the trail.Restrooms: Has restroomsDog-friendliness: Has a dog park.Picnic area: Several pavilions
Kathy “SLINKARD” Hampton: So great with kids
Brytani Mayfield: Beautiful ❤ Ball parks, a walking path and a couple smaller playground areas!
Carol Lambert: The bathrooms are awful to use. But beautiful park!
Lisa Ritchie: Playground: Love the volleyball area! My kid's love playing there.Dog-friendliness: Walk your around and big area to let them play.Picnic area: Big area, great for birthday's.
MADINAH: Could use a close restroom
reg eppy: My granddaughters love this park. Not a bad place to eat your pizza.

Marott Park: what do users think?
Tom Young: Walked the Monon Trail from 75th St to Kessler Blvd & back. Two parking lots, one on 75th and one on College. Fun park with a lot of hiking trails.
Kimberly Rose: Peaceful
Marvin B: Best hidden Park in indy. Dogs love it. Flowers, nice walking paths. Nice flowing river.BEWARE OF TICKS IN AREA. OUR DOG GETS THEM JUST ABOUT EVERY TIME. BRUSH YOUR DOG AFTER VISITING.
A L: Great place to walk the dogs in the city. Can be a busy park at times. They’ve been working on upgrading the trails and it is a lot nicer!
Bill Fraps: Great place for a hike by the creek and to white river
Ricci Miller: Very Peaceful
curt collins: We absolutely LOVE this park. We have been walking it for almost 15 years now.Williams Creek flows through it and it is so lovely all year around!
Jason Reinking: Good trails
Lindsay Moore: Very nice!
Martine Janvier: Love this trail. Very well secluded . Nice parking space. Great for families and the river part is peaceful and fun for stomping with the kids.
Allison Cardona: It's such a peaceful place to go on a hike for a weekday evening! I highly recommend you go! It also has great places for photos!Dog-friendliness: Super dog friendlyPicnic area: Designated picnic area
Carson Royer: One of my favorite parks in Indianapolis. It has a wide open grassy area, a small shelter with a few picnic tables, and some extensive trails through the woods. All the trails are fairly wide and well kept, with lots of access to small rocky beach areas along the creek. There are two entrances and parking areas: one on College, and another 75th just west of Westfield. The two entrances take you to separate networks of trails that are separated by Williams Creek. You can also enter the park on the east side via the Monon trail. We've seen lots of birds here, including pileated woodpeckers and kingfishers.
Wes Lorenz: Great place for a quick walk in the woods.
george petrentzev: Not bad. The field between the parking lot and the river needs to be mowed because the grass is too tall. Also we couldn't find that half circle structure anywhere. So signs would be helpful
Paul Reynolds: Incredible to know that such a natural area exists INSIDE the city. Very peaceful. Highly recommend checking it out; bring a dog or not.
Walter Euceda: Woow
Dan Le: Love the trail
Kathy Crafton: Beautiful trails and a great creek for the kids and dogs to play in!
Lost River Gold & Gems: A great place to take the kids to cool off on a hot summer day
Bryant Eismeier: A nice city park. The trails go off in all directions so it can be a bit of a challenge to navigate. The park isn't that big so it's not a big deal. Creek is nice to play in.

Broad Ripple Park: what do users think?
Anthony Parker: Didn't catch. But wasn't there super long.
Jenny Wyatt: Love walking here. Usul pees on every tree ♡
Mike Ryker: Big open park with mature trees, a nice play structure and swings. Lots of picnic tables as well both with shelters and without.
Steven: Very nice park. New payment and lights. Well taken care of park. It's cool to walk beside white river too.
Lauren Blake: Beautiful place to bring the whole family. Very dog friendly with trails and lots of open field space. Love the play grounds and swings. You can view the river and find sun and shade!
Christina Norman: Love the experience @ the new broad ripple community network clinic it was brand new an amazing in nice clean and respectful!
Scott Loethen: Great park with THE BIGGEST SQUIRRELS I HAVE EVER SEEN. Great for kids and dogs.
Tabatha Pinkert: It's a nice playground, trail and dog park. It is well kept and not in disrepair. There is plenty of space for a variety of things to be done. I hate that they close the restrooms though even though the playground itself isn't closed for the season.Playground: Lots of swings, slides and climbing areas. Great for a variety of ages.Restrooms: I can't comment on the inside because they lock them up for the season which really stinks.Dog-friendliness: The dog park is well maintained and there is a lot of room to let the pups play.
Hannah Fritz: Such an awesome place especially for kids! Sadly I did have some not so friendly staff when checking in. Everyone has bad days tho
Julian Crowell: Awesome place to take the kids or dogs. Nice open area with trees, a river and 2 playgrounds. Picnic table in the middle of a bright sunny field. Love it.
Jules F: Great for walking. They also have a nice dog park!
Tom Ludwig: The grounds are very well kept and the playground equipment is suitable for kids 2-10 in my option. Great seating under the shade for a picnic and nice trails to enjoy the nature. However the bathrooms are often out of order and closed during the winter.
Rhoda Turman: Nice safe park for families with children. But with all growing around Broadripple. They need to expand the playground to accommodate the growing community of families 👪
Marc Wolner: Fun
Coach Connie: A great space to workout. A much needed addition to the Broad Ripple community!-indoor walking track-gymnasium-pickleball-group exercise rooms-multipurpose rooms with large windows-group meeting space-children’s play area equipped with an indoor playground and party room-locker room-guest lockers-Great front desk attendant! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
Tim Gruenhagen: Family center now open with a FREE indoor track, plus cheap basketball/futsal/pickleball/yoga/etc. So excited to see this open, especially on such a gloomy day outside.
Jennifer De Cou Rodriguez: Love this park . I love that the park has a bathroom BUT its now closed till the spring I suppose. Not good people use this park all year round. I wish the bathroom would stay open.
A PLUS COMPUTERS: Great place for an evening walk, distress
Parker Catalano: Awesome facility and dog park!
Maaeish Holness: Nice place to go with your family or just you and your spouse. Good atmosphere to just relax and unwind a little. There is also a dog park right next to this one.

Dog Park: what do users think?
James Kennedy: A quiet and clean place to take your best friend
SL F: Go to place we love it here.
Emily: It was really bad me and my family just went so our dogs could have fun and when we went we saw these people have a card around there neck we were so confused and we read a few papers and it said that u have to be a member and we went website and nothing about member was there so I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING Here.
Anita Thurston: Not a lot of dogs in the morning. It's a big park. You do have to have a pass to get through the gate. You can purchase a pass at the Eagle Creek Foundation .
S: It's a clean dog park
Che B: Not sure why people would think that you can just randomly bring your dog to a “Dog Park” of course it’s membership only, you want unvaccinated dogs around yours??? We have plenty of parks and walking trails here for visitors, seriously?
Gaby & Miklo: I was passing through on my way to Chicago. So I stopped by hoping that my dog could get a little bit of exercise. It was locked. There was one person there. She said I had to go somewhere down there and show them my dog's shot records and order to get a pass to get access to this Park. I wish stuff like this would pop up when I do a search on Google maps. This was a waste of my time and my dog was really disappointed 😔
Morgan Morgan Morgan: Membership only. Needs to be posted. Not good at all for visitors passing through
Mark L Newman: Clean and big big running area.
Ruben Bonilla Jr.: Big park, I like it
wes steinke: This place is great.
Jameson Terzini: Great place to let the dogs play. Very large area for running and play time. Everyone I've encountered at the park is pleasant and friendly. I wouldn't suggest kids though at busy times they could be knocked down. If you want to be around more dogs go in the evenings and weekends. If you prefer more quiet alone time go during the day. Enjoy!
Sheri Miller: Next to a breath-clogging, noisy freeway. Given the high price of admission, I am much happier paying the annual fee for admission to Eagle Creek Park. My mutt and I much prefer the woodsy trails over this barren dog park.
Kyle Corbin: Clean and large dog park everyone and their dog was friendly
Brian Banks: But to me it's not a public Dog Park if you have to pay
Valerie Adkins: Nice park with two 5-acre fenced areas, while only one side open, alternating sides. Grass always cut, no messes left by others, & it seems to be pretty popular. I've gone when it was only my dog but never there more than 10 minutes before others show up. Always meeting new people while my Molly runs & plays with all who show up. Nice place.
eunica davis: Nice quote and good ppl
Shannon Beaty: The people following the rules are great. But the park is falling apart. The poop stations are broken, overflowing with used poop bags, but never restocked. So some people have quit picking up after their pets. The car break ins are on the rise. So are dog attacks. How about opening up the other side! Make one side for smaller dogs under 30 lbs & one for larger than 30lbs? Our small dog was attacked by a bigger one requiring staples.
Rick Hunt: My dane loves the park. Most everyone is friendly and lots of room to play. Make sure you understand dogs well and how they socialize before heading to the park.
Xxnaps: Big open area lots of nice people and dogs. 5 dollars for a day pass. Great experience
Jim Leich: Best dog park in town!

Holliday Park: what do users think?
Rene W: Beautiful place, with a lovely piece of history. There is a small nature center for children to explore. Along with groomed grounds for outdoor play with dogs and kids. The building, which only has parts remaining, came from New York. It has three men carved into the stone and they hold the building on their backs. Two statues of robed women stand on either side of the main building, while stone critters flank a fountain.Restrooms: There are restrooms at the site, but not sure if they are open.Dog-friendliness: Many people were out playing catch with their dogs.
bobbi bone: All of the trails were pretty neat. I liked how you could walk along the river. It was neat how the restrooms were incorporated with the ruins.
Michele Hamilton: I always love Holiday Park. I took my granddaughter here twice now. She's 4. She looks forward to going now.
Brittney Moseby: A perfect place to take engagement photos! My clients love coming here for theirs! 📸
Julelz Clayton: This is my Favorite park!!
Darko Nikolovski: Very nice park!
Dunia Cala Bértolo: One of my favorite dog-friendly parks in Indy. It has a playground area for the little ones, hiking trails, woodlands, and a riverside landscape. I'm looking forward to summer to see their flowers bloom.
Trinity Manning: amazing park
Laura Moreno: nice trails and big park for the kids to play in
Kayla Krachinski: Absolutely love this park! It’s a beautiful little spot in Indianapolis!
Ke'Love Moss: Love this park so many fun activities for kids of all ages to do.
Full Coverage Insurance: Holliday Park is a true gem, offering an urban oasis with lush greenery, well-maintained trails, and a fantastic playground for kids. The Nature Center is a great educational resource, and the park's serene atmosphere provides the perfect escape for city dwellers. Highly recommended for a relaxing day out!
Krista Wanko: Beautiful place with many trails to walk and enjoy. We had family pictures taken here and there were so many wonderful, cool spots. The creek beside the park makes for a nice hike.
Debra Stong: I would've given this unique park a 5*, but the amazing trails weren't wheelchair accessible ♿ and their Nature Center was closed on a Sunday! Who closes a park on a precious Sunday when you want to go out and be with God in nature. Does not compute! Weekends are the only time most of us have to go to the park. But the playgrounds were exceedingly well built and even enjoyed by my 14yr old grandaughter! That's saying a lot! Thank you, Holliday Park!!!
Alisson Aguirre: Beautiful park! Nice playground area!
Sean Staley: This is a beautiful, well kept park that is really fun for the kids.
Mrs. K T: Great place for family!!??Playground: Five stars!!!Restrooms: I was thoroughly impressed!!! There are 3 restrooms facilities here!!
Andy Jacobs: Holliday Park was a gift to the city of Indianapolis and it remains so to this day.
Samson Tadesse: Great place for all kids!!!Very clean and safe for all.
Christopher McDaniel: Beautiful scenery an amazing place. I participated in a three mile hike.
Eunice Baiden: I love this park, its always so clean and i feel safe here.
