Habitat for Humanity ReStore: what do users think?
Charlene Walker (Garden Owl): What isn’t there’s like about Habitat for Humanity stores?
douglas edgin: drove 10miles to donate a new $120 chandelier and was told sorry we are to busy, you'll have to comeback. Are you kidding me? The store had maybe 4 customers. I wont comeback you lazy people.
Cookie Howard: Great finds
Emilie Lund: Show up on time and were very nice picking up my chair
Sonya Lewis: Great place for home improvement on a budget. Wonderful items you normally wouldn't be able to afford. Great service to community.
David Elliott: it was great
Kimberly ACOFF: If you have weekend projects for your home, this place has what you need to get it done.
Sarah Pardue: The google directions are wrong! The entrance is on 22nd street. This place is great for most home furnishings. In particular, if you need a bathroom vanity, or a door, or a kitchen table, or couch.I also routinely donate any unused home goods here. They’re basically only open during business hours, so keep that in mind and plan to go during the day.
Thomas Hale: I like this place; all of the stores are interesting to browse. They are usually my first stop when I have a project. If you find something you want, or even might want, grab it then. If you wait a half hour odds are it will be gone - whatever it is. And please, don't try to talk down the prices. It is a charity after all. And consider putting your loose change in their donation jar. There's a good chap.
Angela V: Always a lotta interesting finds here. Everything from tables to counter tops to lights and fixtures... So much to list... Furniture and cabinets even. Keep forgetting about this place but will be back soon!
nancy smith: I have supported the store in the Fishers area and planned to bring a number of items for them to sell. However, based on the negative experience I encountered the last two times at the facility, I plan on giving my items and money to another worthy organization. I planned on spending $650 today with pick up tomorrow morning as we have a truck scheduled to pick up as soon as they are open. Of course, that wasn't acceptable. It makes no sense to me. If we don't pick it up. The organization has the money and the furniture! This was my second purchase this week but will be my last at this site.I think the manager has changed. Perhaps someone needs to remind him this is a charity organization. Being nice to people who are buying and giving to them should be treated with respect.
Samantha Leffel: I started my great experience with these folks by sending a message via their website and received both a follow up via email and a call! Everyone was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for my donation to be picked up in about 2 weeks. Make sure you ask about items they don't need (because they have too much, like my headboards, railings and a desk); it was suggested that I reach out to the Fishers and Avon locations to check if they have needs. The team members who came to my home were super friendly and very efficient - with a donation of 10+ items, they were in and out in about 40 mins! I really appreciate that this location is cool with moving donations out for you, as opposed to the Boone County location which will not move anything for you. Overall, I had such a positive experience with these folks here (Downtown) that I'm going to be making another pickup appointment for my S/O before he moves in with me!
Dnally Allrightnow: People skills are lacking ttt⁵⁶
James Conner: Love the Restores. Can usually find something I can use. Found a 40amp 240 volt timer i can use to turn my electric clothes dryer off. Dryer timer doesn't work and a new one is $100. This one only $18.
Kaitlynn Jo Zike (Jo): Love this place and they always have great items to choose from! Better be prepared to come early and leave at closing looking and buying all the items you can refurbish and items that are brand new and no work !! Great staff and they keep the place looking great and always ready to help!
Jimmy Bobby: Abundant
Anteressa Powell: Its a good place to shop at i got a brand new dresser for my daughter
Max Max: Habitat was fantastic I got enough vinyl floor backing to cover designated space and porcelain tile for bathroom at an unspeakable price
Brian Mayer: Great place to browse and get supplies and/or ideas. But if you find something you like be prepared to move on it- their inventory rotates quickly!
Rebecca Hall: And they even help me put it in my car I really appreciate that thanks a lot of good stuff there
Jean Zipagan: Inventory varies throughout the year but definitely increases around spring/summer. Photos below are some of my favorite finds (among many!) - lamp, end table, and gorgeous real leather couch. Great spot for DIYers looking for fun projects.

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Princess Garmbo Telo: I was very satisfied with what I got and a good price
Googlicious Bytes: LUV The Staff Here So Friendly - Scott R. You're 💖AMAZING💖 Honestly U Never Know What U'll Find From 1 Day 2 The Next🤑...But U'll Usually Be Greeted & Meet Some Other Really Nice Thrifters During Ur Treasure Hunt 😉😁🤗🤗
audrey kujawa: This salvation army is amazing. I called requesting a truck for donation. I live across the country in Idaho and the manager, Jordan, called me to workout all the details. I was able to trust them and know it would be taken care of. Theres no better feel than that when you live across the country. They were quick, responsive, and respectable. I'd recommend them and their services any day!
Joshua Walker: My card was locked and I couldn't buy pants. The kind gentleman helped me out and covered the $1.07 purchase. Thank you Sir!
Jose Bell: We just visited from out of town and asked lots of questions.. Conrad and the rest of the employees as a whole we're so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to spend more money on their half off days. Wayyyyy to go staff and store!! -A satisfied customer -
breafkast: We had an awesome experience here. Friendly staff and a great layout / selection for cheap prices! Not a huge section of men’s jeans but lots of other clothing. Great spot!
Bryan Parmer: I understand that the proceeds made at this place goes to help the less fortunate. So does Goodwill. Only difference is Goodwill has reasonable prices for used or damaged new items. This place here, would sell alot more stuff if the prices were lower. I mean come on, why would I spend $70 for something used that cost $80 new at the store or at Goodwill for $15???
Flighest One: One of the best Salvation Armys I've been to! Tons of nice things at really good prices. So many good China sets that I can't wait to go back and buy
KC Knebel: Very surprised 😊
rosalyn gale: Always find good bargains.
Joel Medina: Way over priced
lynda blessing: Something has changed..their prices have doubled and found items with original price tag that was less than what they priced. People working their were rude. My husband says he won't go back.
William Smith: Bargains bargains bargains
Patrick Enochs: We go there every once in a while they do have pretty good deals if that's what you are looking for and they also give military discounts we'll go back more often
David Conley: Not a lot of men's clothes. But good otherwise.
Barbara Tomokins: Good prices, good stock
Jennifer Utke: When they say be kind to others because you never know what someone is going through, they should follow that motto. The “supervisor” as he calls hisself which he must’ve just became since the manager quit should be fired! My son is autistic therefore he moves constantly and has to be doing something. We have been going there since I was pregnant with him and he is now almost 4. It has never been a problem and everyone who has worked there or even still works there knows my children by name. This “supervisor” grabbed my child and said “Hey you need to stay with your mom!” Him grabbing my child was a instant problem. Use your words don’t touch my children. What is wrong with that man? If I could give no stars I would. Not only after that incident I made my child stay with me and put the bike back where we got it, as me and my kids are walking by this man gave me and my children the most disgusting look. Worst experience I have ever had. Even the cashier said, “I am so sorry.” Being she is one of the ones who know me.
Beverly Roche: Reasonable prices and a fitting room!
kim colvin: Love Their Prices....
Konijack Ebyperry: Was good lots of different products
Julian Hanson: They had what I was looking for and customer service was very polite

The Mustard Seed of Central Indiana: what do users think?
Angela Lawson: They have been very accommodating in their availability for donation drop offs. I like that they are particular - it actually helps me sort out what to do with things. I can tell they truly care about providing nice things to their clients.
Carlos Lemus: The workers were extremely friendly and informative about their mission. I actually enjoyed having them be here.Pick up scheduling was easy and timely; I don't know what the other reviewers are complaining about. My guess is during covid lots of people started cleaning out their houses and Mustard Seed's workers had trouble coping with the high demand?Either way, my donation was in Feb 2022 and again, I couldn't have had a better experience.
Ryan G (rygeezy317): This last person Cortez Navarro has no clue what their talking about at all and their client didn't receive junk that's worse than furniture you would find at Goodwill. Maybe had the agent did their "JOB" and showed up at their clients residence the day of the delivery for a follow-up then the delivery of what he claims as "JUNK" furniture would of never been delivered and the issue would of probably been fixed right then and there!!! Not to mention all the recent positive reviews that I see from the past 2 years, so it sounds like to me you've never worked with other furniture banks around Indianapolis that help out people that are in need!?!? Because I've personally heard nothing but bad things about the condition of furniture other organizations give out.
Alixx Arons: I needed to donate a mattress and bed frame for a move and The Mustard Seed was one of only a few places that would take these items in Indianapolis. Not only were the female schedulers absolutely wonderful, but the men who came to move my bed were incredibly friendly and so quick. They made donating furniture fun! Seriously cannot recommend them enough!!!!
Cyan Jas Reid: I see most of the reviews are about donating. I wonder if anyone has been pleased with their donation process. I tried to go through the website, their Facebook, email and phone calls to get help with getting furniture and after promising to help me on 3 or 4 separate occasions they just started ignoring me instead. They said they would call me back a few times to help but they never did and when I called and emailed again they just ignored and I believe blocked me on Facebook. Seemed to be a short staffed place that has become desensitized to us "lower" people who are in need. It's very disappointing because I see this all the time. People in need do not have as many options and so because beggars cannot be choosers we have to put up with being treated as if we matter less and sometimes literally beg for help until you are unfortunately sometimes forced to give up. If anyone knows of a good way to go about getting free furniture assistance please let me know!
Michael Joseph Copper Sr.: Very friendly and helpful. 👌👌👌👍👍👍
Marcus VonMaximus: Had two end tables two lamps a three seat recliner couch and a twin pillow top brand new beautyrest mattress to donate to them. Was even going to thrown in the $50 donation and have them come pick everything up. Their website says that they are in need of sofas and couches and mattresses except for king size. So I send them pictures of what I'm going to donate and then they send back a reply saying that they were not going to be able to pick up the couch due to the size. It's a three-seat couch which is standard couch size, and then they asked if we were still going to donate? Seriously? You're getting free furniture and you're not even going to make the effort to come out and get it , unlike what your website says? I have two other organizations that are willing to come out and gladly accept the donations. I am not very impressed with this organization, especially since I've dealt with several others, this one has to be at the bottom of the list! I would seriously reconsider using them because if they're this lazy on getting the dotations ,I wonder how lazy they are at giving them out! From what I read from other reviews, I see I'm not the only one questioning this poorly ran organization.Update: called habitat for humanity off of West Washington Street and they were able to schedule to come out and pick up everything free of charge within 5 days! So if you have donations use them and forget mustard seed!!!!
L Wms: I waited 3 weeks for a pick up to finally be scheduled. On that day I had the mattress & box springs moved outside to make it easier. Nobody ever showed up. When I contacted Mustard Seed via email at 4:30 I was told the truck was full and pick up for donation would have to be rescheduled, no apology, no offer to pick up next day, nothing. Received a phone message the next day to "schedule pickup", again no apology. I have left two voicemails and sent additional emails. It is still outside, three days later, waiting for pick up only a couple miles away from 121st street location. Makes you wonder how many other nice items are not being picked up for people who need them.
IndyChris: Very helpful place, you should consider volunteering
Tammy Owen: Great service to the community!
Jordan Mount: The mustard seed is a great cause and does a lot of great work in the community. I volunteered my time for a class and had to reschedule due to a sprained ankle and not being able to walk. I drove 40 minutes to the location and I came in on the date we agreed on. They call me two minutes before arriving telling me they don’t need me. They also told me when I walked in their building that they are passing on me volunteering due to me rescheduling. Therefore I did not volunteer and I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes round trip. I am a college student with 0 money to spend on gas. The volunteer hours would have went toward a grade in my class, yes but volunteering my time non the less. The professionalism and management of the mustard seed in my eyes from my experience was sub par. I was very disappointed in my experience. I love to help yet the communication level of the mustard seed did not meet their values according to their mission statement.

Wheeler Mission Store + Donation Center: what do users think?
Mike TELENCIO: My preferred donation location. Everything stays local
W Karr: Not open!!
Charles Hampton: I love this thrift store and can't wait til the renovation is done
Donna Howard: Extremely way too high on their prices. I assume that is why they aren’t ever busy. They had some Dollar Tree stuff & Walmart stuff way higher priced than retail. For example; VO5 shampoo & conditioner marked $2.99 each and last I saw they were 82 cents each at Walmart. Dollar Tree everything is $1.25, and they had it priced $2.99- $3.99. Didn’t bother looking at clothes after I picked up a used Tshirt tagged at $5.99. Clean place though.
Ben Stanley: Easy drop off location
Pat Powers: Dropped off some clothing items.
Tiffany Daniel: Well I bought these dresses once and I paid for them I thought she put them all in the same bag but when I got home the one dress I wanted the most wasnt n there.. and they throw a lot of stuff away and trash compact a whole lot of good things as well. Which then raises a question to me. Not much different between wheeler and wellerman is there. If ya don't know look up wellerman sea shanty
Kenny Jenkins: Some nice things at a higher price than Goodwill
Rogeio Cruz: Esté lugar yá serró no existe yá
Elizabeth Spall: The ladies here are so nice, the prices are a little on the higher side but they use the money to help the shelter so I definitely won't complain
B Wilson: They've changed things around. It's very neat and clean.
Rita Tipple: Very clean, very frienly people working there. Helped me out with a end table . Good shopping, will go back for sure.
Thomas Davis: There are some women that have worked there for years that are only friendly to older demographic persons by certain races. If you plan on visiting, make it there at least an hour before they close. They will turn the lights off on you 15 minutes before closing and demand that you leave. Very rude people.I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
M Davis: Very impressed with the selection. Employees were very kind and helpful. Prices were good plus the money is for a good cause.
Stephanie Mitchell (Steph): Very nice and friendly. Seniors get a discount and I had bought a dresser and tried to get it in my vehicle , I could not but they gave me in store credit and worked with me and I was very happy. Definitely recommend
Tanya: Why is the store so far from the Wheeler homeless shelters? Those in most need have poor access to the very items that are given to them by the public. Why?
Michelle Robinson: This is Indy's hidden gem!! The people are much nicer than at a goodwill. It's a little smaller in size, but a ton of variety and they have a much better selection of furniture and their clothes and shoes are usually really nice and the price is about the same as goodwill and a lot less in some cases. They also have a little costume jewelry counter at the front where you pay, and I buy earrings and stuff and they don't turn your ears green like most costume jewelry. When we go here I know I will always find something awesome, and on top of that you can't beat helping the community when you buy it. Goodwill "says" they help the community, but I've never truly seen any proof of it, but here you know your money is going to a good cause because Wheeler does so much for the community. I feel confident my money is being well used when I buy from this store. So if you're gonna spend it anyways it's best to do it for a good cause. Plus the ladies that work here are fun to talk to. Definitely love this place!!
Crispin Alcauter: Me gusta mucho es un buen lugar para encontrar muchas cosas
Gunner Thompson: No one was wearing masks. Everyone was coughing... but they do serve an excellent cause
Lauren Pierson: A well organized, and reasonably priced thrift store. I enjoy stopping in to see what new treasures I can find and the ladies working there are always kind when you talk with them.
Ronda Shepersky: This is one of the nicest Thrift stores I have ever shopped! The staff does an awesome job of putting people's donations out! It's very classy looking and they have everything organized inside the store making it easy to shop! The people who work here are always willing to assist you and always seem to love their job! Very friendly! It's a non profit, so it's an excellent place to donate as well!

Mission 27 Resale: what do users think?
Jose Cordova: Dope place for thrift
David “D-Ray” Davis: Best store EVER
Tey Lil: Literally could not shop in peace here, kept following me around. They said 4 things that I should’ve done, can I shop or do you want me to do your job? Will never come back. Also super expensive. Get some new workers bc the old one’s discriminate against younger people.
Sandra Bryant: So many unique things and great toys for my little ones.
Michael S: Cleaner than most resale shops. Staff is friendly. Almost always find a good bargain here. Clothes are nice, name brand.
Travis Dennis: The worker are freindly and helpful !
Jeanne Spivey: They're helpful they're clerks available Items were marked there's a lot of 70% mark Downs
Linda Martin: A relative had furniture picked up recently. The driver wouldn't take about half the stuff saying it was not clean. It was clean. She had to pay some sum to have them take what they did. Never heard of this. Maybe a "side business" going on.
Marcella Mahan: Always friendly & helpful associates!
Jayne Luckey: Lots to look at and a great place to shop.
Jacob Lafever: Such a sweet little spot! Always find something interesting here. I've gotten a couple furniture pieces, frames, and other random bits and bobs. Check it out!
Tim Silvers: Nice store. Prices higher than other thrift stores, but some deals to be found.
Theresa Glenn Johnson: Great service wonderful quality clean. Does a lot of God's work.
Kathryn: I visited about a month ago and bought a couch. I’m really happy with it and two of the sales associates I spoke with, including one who was new, were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, etc. However one (I assume was a manager) was rude and short with me. I asked about the process for buying furniture in case it didn’t fit in my vehicle. She was just condescending while explaining the process. I understand she probably gets a thousand stupid questions a day but a little politeness could have gone a long way.
rachel nikki: My favorite out of both of them. Although they are both pretty good
Julie Baileyk: Great place to shop. Most things are really low priced! Always find something I didn't even know I needed.
Matthew Wirth: Was better about a year ago, have seen increase in prices over the past year which is why I do not go anymore.
Precious Miller: 👊🏾💯
Alfred Weems III: Great mission, great prices and great selection.
Carlos Araujo: You will find past relics and surprise books that you always wanted to read. Love supporting this place.
Henry Rodriguez: It's a resale store, basically the same as a goodwill, but on a way much smaller scale. Alot of the pricing on some of the used items rivals that of Walmart New Item pricing I noticed, but I guess you should visit it yourself at least once, who knows you might find the one thing you just can't live without 😏

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Shauna o'shea: Friendly, clean, found what I was looking for.
R Higgins: More clothing and furniture than Goodwill down the street.
Carolyn White: I love this place!!! A lot of awesome sales and deals. Friendly employees. I never leave out empty handed.👍👍!!
Jason Medley: Store manager Nina was awesome. Helped me find everything I was looking for. Store has definitely improved over the last couple of years.Update. She still improves this store everyday
Aries Clearwater: Staff is very rude when donating things, including when going in to shop. The cashier stood at the jewelry counter for 5 minutes while we were trying to check out, she said she had to finish what she was doing over there before she could check us out. We ended up walking out and left our stuff on the counter. Do not recommend going here unless you want your day ruined by bad attitudes and bad customer service! The Goodwill further East on Washington St. is much better.
Barbara Messer: Excellent service
Ghost Corley: Seen some slight of hand going on at the cash register with the cashier, you know what I'm saying, keeping it in the family. Very racist Vibe going on. The 2 people in front of me had royal treatment but I got the COLD shoulder. And the prices are higher than Walmart. Didn't expect that from a second hand store. Won't be back there. If there was a -5 star is what I would rate this place at
Rosalba Vazquez: Fantastic!!!
Daniel Center: Clean. Great selection of Adult clothing.
Ana Lynn: Large store, clean, but not too many bargains here. Staff is moderately unfriendly.
Janet Schneck: I have donated here for years, but I won't anymore. They have always had men that came out and helped you unload. The lady today would not come out of the door. The ground was filthy, I removed a 6 inch screw from the ice covered area.
Danny Ferrell: All the stuff I got today was 50% off. They actually have a large inventory of men's clothes, more than any thrift store I've seen. I even got 2 brand new pairs of Carpenter jeans for $2.49 each. !!!
Sandra wilson: ProductiveDidn't leave empty handed
Dorothy Watson: Love it really a great great store to shop
Laura Shearer: I was donating a microwave and drove around the back. There was broken glass, clothes, junk everywhere. This business was open and no one was even attempting to clean this mess up. I hope I don't get a flat tire. I will never drive back there again. This store needs to clean up their act!
Amy Davis-Powell: Excellent customer service but the prices of used clothing is ridiculous. $5.00 for a used tattered & torn tank top is an insult. I bought a few things but decided to leave & go to Walmart where a brand new tank top is $1.68.
trina handlon: Found a brand new tablet holder for 1.99Plus a brand new Mary Kay tote for 3$Awesome deal, great customer service
Chip Feazell: This review has to do with the donation pick up service. If you need to donate furniture, you might as well buy brand new stuff and donate that. That’s all they are willing to take. They would not take my leather couch because of some fading on the leather cushions which has a little discoloration. What do you expect when it’s 20 years old and you have used leather conditioner and cleaner on it for that long. Also no call ahead of when they’ll be there. Then they will get impatient with you when you’re on your way home after trying to step away for a minute from work. All that just so they can tell you they can’t take it. Not worth anyone’s time. Try a different place to donate.
Marty Root: Love going there everyone is so respectful. And I always find something I want
Bonnie Cook: I love SA... best place to shop and browse around!
Tim Springer: Good stuff for a reasonable price.

Goodwill Store: what do users think?
M Davis: Prices are stupid high
Westin Williamson: Prices doubled on some items recently... Pay your CEO a bit less maybe?
Izzy: Decent but the selection was lacking
S. Stephens: Prices are a bit high here. Even more so than the carmel store on michigan or keystone.Even better yet. I had a return today and asked a manager working the clothes rack if she could do a return. Mind you, she was working right next to the registers. She told me I had to wait in line. I asked if there is a specific return line. No, she replied. So why do I need to wait in line? You need to wait your turn.My turn for what? Nobody else is in the return line, and you are the only one who can do returns.Needless to say, I had to wait in line to get to a register to ask the clerk to call for a return. Had to wait for her to walk up there now as she moved further from the registers. Now I'm not stupid, but I still can't figure out the logic of this one. Can't imagine the mind games Feliciana plays with employees?
Robert Essex: We found exactly what we were looking for. The Store is Clean. The Staff was Professional.
Kathy Hite: Prices were great! Ladies were very pleasant and helpful. I'm not from this area. Very nice store!
Mark Petrison: Non-profit 501(c)(3), supported by item donations. Particularly good deals on men's pants, luggage, and smaller bags/purses, imo. But lots of other low-priced, pre-owned items for sale, too.
Angela Degraphrenreed: No selection
Tim Mundorff: Saw "2OO1: A Space Odyssey" here in 1976.
Ken Audenaert: Always a well run store!
Someone Else: This is one of the worst Goodwill stores in the greater Indpls, Ind area.Don't waste your time. About the size of a Mobil Home. Kinda like a dumping ground of sorts.
Miss Strawberry Shortcake: This place doesn’t care about their workers. My mother worked here, another employee IRIS made her quit after abuse in the workplace. She turned the managers against her
Ben Pearson: Easy to drop things off for donation.
Felicia Kaufman: You cant try anything on anymore which is not ok
Jim Lemen: Great
KinkiMojo: I like this store. Easy to shop in
Pamela Green: Well organized, structured, nice and clean
Austin Coon: It was great. I was able to get a great deal on a suit for my wedding
Victoria day: Able to get another nice Christmas gift and the cashier was very very friendly great place to go. No it hasnt changed
James Drake: Always good for a quick peek-never know what you'll find. Crowded on Wednesday so you know.
Tom: This store is always, clean, the staff friendly and they always seems to have a great selection of CD's.

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Darcey Field: Was there today 10/4/22, the store is closed —-seems to be permanent
Lee England: They were closed during regular hours of operation. I called another store and when given info from that store - (having trouble with staff, the manager from that store would come here ) that didn’t pan out… I waited 1 hour past time I was given and no one showed.
Emily Hammock Mosby: This place doesn’t make much sense. Obviously don’t have enough staff to shelve items (you have to dig through shopping carts to get the new stuff) but they are individually pricing items like mugs - up to 4.99?! Come on. I don’t mind digging but if you’re going to make me do that, I expect bins prices. The stuff that sits in the carts just gets broken as people sift through and then it’s worth nothing. Charge blanket price for everything in a category (all mugs, all vases, etc) to move inventory and optimize staff time toward keeping things clean and organized.I like coming here and the staff are nice but there are issues that need to be fixed to make it great.
Sam Gattoufi: This is the rich part of town where the old people and dentists live so all the clothes are either actually good quality or ugly and gay (compliment). Good thrift store smell
Christina Reid: I love this store and the employees are super sweet…Larry is one of the kindest people that I have ever met. Give this store major kudos for their professionalism. I can’t wait to go back again!! Love ya!
HollyBerryTreasures: I'm not sure what has happened to the Salvation Army in the last couple of years. They charge high prices for stuff that really should just be thrown away, and antique store prices for decent items. I thought it was a thrift store. The latest manager at this location is not at all friendly.
Flighest One: I will go back but they're extremely overpriced, some of the prices are only $1-2 below retail other things are retail prices.
Ray Lemar: Lots of selection, good place to find unique products. Furniture, housewares, clothing all can be found here at a good price.
Mo Nabhan: Very nice employees. Sign said that donation drop off is closed and they’re not taking donations. When I inquired inside they actually said they are accepting donations. Always check with staff.
Supreme Goddess Rising: This location is Huge and very neat!! Found decent items due to there being a donation shortage!! The Cashier was Sweet...will be back!!
R Lo: There's been less stuff here and overtime it looks more empty.
Andrea Coe: Not very Friendly
Jim Lemen: Prices too high for a thrift store.
David Schulz: Interesting place to thrift. The media area of movies and books are placed randomly making it tough to browse for anything in particular but gives a good treasure hunting vibe. A older store with floor dirty and in disrepair.
Joyce Young: Employees are super nice. Prices are too high for so many items though... non-vintage canning hars $1.99??? They are less than 50 cents new in a box. Many other items same way... I think you would do better to mark prices low and move more volume than to mark things high and have everything sit. This philosophy would also help with the too-crowded shelves. Puzzles that have been opened should be no more than $.99... if all pieces are there you have a bargain... if even one is missing you have a disappointment.
Ruth Gunn: Nice people, cashier's could more friendly
Zach Tannehill: Good stuff. Great prices. Nice staff.
Christopher Becker: Went to drop off a couch which was in good condition (corners had been somewhat damaged by cats, but nothing a quick patch job couldn't handle). The manager came out and said they wouldn't take it and would consider it illegal dumping if we left it and threatened us with a citation.
Nicole James: Mistakenly purchased a cd tower that I thought was what my daughter needed. It was large and difficult to get into car anyway so within 3 mins of purchase, I walked back in to get and exchange/in store credit. Manager on Saturday June 20, 2020 at closing was very rude and nasty, she was not willing to do anything to help me out. I ended up having to leave it at the store as a donation, lol. (Your welcome for that 10 bucks lady) she will probably pocket it for herself anyway. And if so, she should use it to purchase a facial waxing kit. The regular store workers and my cashier was nice and I could tell they were embarrassed by the managers behavior. Hopefully they all have a more pleasant evening after thier shift with her. We do not have salvation army where i live and i will never drive and hour and a half to this location again. Boo on you, nasty manager!
Jazmi Cast: Everything is getting expensive boys underwear is 3 dollars for one used
Jazmin Castillo: Prices are getting ridiculous a kid underwear is $3.99 and 1 onesie $3.99 i usted to go here for great deals now it's cheaper to go buy it brand new

Fishers Habitat for Humanity ReStore: what do users think?
Brandon Miller: The lady was very snobby about our donations..
Herbert Hopson: The prices are no longer a bargain.
Terry Russell: You never know what you will find that you did not know you needed
Kim “HoosierTallGal”: A great place to find good stuff for your home. Couches, chairs, tables etc.
David Hartzell: I wanted a free standing coat rack or at least some coat hooks so I could build one. I walked through the front door and there 15 feet in front of me were 3 coat racks. The wooden one was priced at $20 so I grabbed it and went immediately to checkout! I had planned on buying all new material and building one for about $50. This ReStore saved me a lot of time and energy. Thanks Restore!
jdawz: A first-rate establishment! I got a great deal on a grandfather clock. Took me an hour or so to get it set up but now it's working flawlessly!!! Staff is very personable in store's well-organized. I will return soon!!
T: Prices on some things are very good 👍 watch out for the guy that wants everyone to know he works there
Amy Kelly: My favorite place to mull around and get creative! Affordable furniture, kitchens, fixtures, appliances and artwork. Some is ready to go and other stuff is an artist's canvas! Plus sales goes towards the local community. Can't beat that! Inventory rotates frequently so stop in often.
Roy Armstrong: I like going there they have a little bit of everything
Brad Carroll: Overpriced. Not like other ones I have been in.
Jord: This is a great hidden gem with a great selection of beautiful finds. I love this ReStore! It’s definitely worth a visit.
Noah Noah: I had shop habitat for a few years. There was significantly savings and good deals. Now those good deals have vanished. I don' t see as much value in shopping there now. Maybe they are paying more to lease the building, so they charge a lot more.
Crystal Gruenert: Friendly staff, and great prices, knowing im getting an amazing price for what i need that also helps out the communityIts a win win situation
Betty Demichieli: Awesome
Pàula Hooper: a very good place to shop for used furniture. the people the work there are awesome!
Rhonda Robinson: A bit over priced for a second hand store.
Sara Dawn: This place is one of my new favorite places for home furnishings ( toilets, cabinets, beds, furniture, mirrors, lighting and more ) great prices and this also helps less fortunate people receive improvements to their homes that are needed.
todd tiede: Interesting selection, lots of deals... appliances cabinets rugs bureaus and other furnishings. Great bathroom selection tubs, shower stalls and plus flooring and lighting section. Save yourself a bundle check them out.
Jim Kassebaum: A bit understaffed. Could not get a return call regarding a pickup. Got conflicting answers regarding types of donations they accept.
William Stucki: They have some neat stuff especially for people just getting started.
Mike Wright: Interesting place to shop. Never know what gem you will find. Need to shop frequently

Goodwill Store: what do users think?
John Doe: Overall a great store
M Davis: Prices are better here than at some of the other stores. Pretty good selection.
alec_ s_ (Alec): Huge pet peeve when an employee tells me a store is closed well before the actual closing time. I wanted to look at one aisle and got here at 8:52. Was told they are closed, yet there are still people inside. I never stay in stores after the closing time but it’s so rude not to allow me to come in and shop until you’re actually closed. Wasted my time and gas getting here.Like I said, it’s a total pet peeve of mine so I don’t mean for any of this to be overly dramatic. But please ask the employees not to do this. The guy who told me they were closed had dark hair and clear glasses. Seemed like the other people woulda let me in. And I actually got here before 8:52…. That’s just when I started writing this.
Adam J Saulnier: Thrifting!!! Lottery action.
Amanda Harrington: This has always been one of my favorite Goodwills!
Bryan Parmer: What has happened to the Goodwills lately? The prices are outrageous. I mean I understand prices on goods and services has gone up, but all your merchandise is donated and half of your employees are doing court ordered community service.
Mark A. Woelfel: Good and will-y...fine jazz holiday music and bargains galore!
Kellie Curry: Nice and cheap
Rodney Allen: Staff was very friendly store clean .would revisit more often and have friends visit
Ivy Ringel: No dressing rooms, no refunds given except in gift card form despite only purchasing clothes to try them on. Returned same afternoon and was not given a refund, only a gift card for store credit. Was not made aware of this policy before purchasing. Do not recommend shopping here.
Michelle Rae Hayes: Love it
Tabbycat Bryson: Ridiculous price increases. And so much of the clothing is stained, torn, has holes, missing buttons... I no longer shop nor donate at any Goodwill store.
Lovely Stacy: I used to like going to Goodwill, but not sure how I really feel about it anymore though. It’s changed. It’s different. They’re quite pricey these days. & also, off topic.. kinda… I have chronic back pain. My pain is bad on a daily. & when I go shop anywhere, I tend to use the carts to lean on as I walk & shop.. to take some of the pressure off of my back, but their carts at Goodwill, are by far the most uncomfortable for that, to me. It makes it hard. & yes, I know that carts aren’t made for that, they’re made for shopping (hence “shopping cart”). But Ijs. The chronic pained & disabled would like to be able to shop too. That’s all. Have a good day! ☀️
Nana Boy: The customer service is terrible. I pressed the button for the restroom four times and asked two employees and was brushed off. One actually said the key is at the counter and went up there and didn’t do anything. I’ve been coming here for years and I will not be returning. Prices are going up and customer service is going way down.
Robert Sharp: Just walked up to the register with the items I planned on purchasing, and was told they already closed down the registers. You're still open for another 10 mins, and you didn't even announce anything about shutting the registers down or make sure there wasn't still customers in the store!
Katherine Mc: Clean thrift shop with good prices.
April Gulotta: It was not good i seen cockroaches coming out of the mens jeans i hurried up and got out. Shouldve took a pic but didnt want the chance of bringing them home.
Michael Fondren: Goodwill is the best value for your dollar
Andy Lee: small good will, doesn’t have a great selection. really nice staff tho
Kelly Benavides: Clean and a great variety!
Dana Mills: Have always loved Goodwill. However, I will be rethinking my shopping loyalty after discounts are taken away.
