Alexa Greenberg: This Zips has friendly and genuine people working at the front who I will be sad to leave, however it has sadly gone way downhill.They stained the collar of a shirt with red lines running through it. Instead of compensating, their only solution was to run it back through. After 5 cycles through, no budging on compensation, I now own a white shirt with pink lines in the collar.I've had numerous instances of double and triple creases that don't belong on clothes.As I was dealing with above issues, a lady walked in next to me and handed over 3 shirts that were mistakenly given to her. Fortunately she returned them or whoever's shirts those were would've never gotten them back.My previous visit I heard an employee actually recommend a customer not leave numerous items because they were "nice." The reasoning: Zips has a new policy where they will only pay out 30x the service you paid for. Meaning if you give them anything valued over $60 to be laundered, that's the max you get back if they lose it. The only reason for a policy like this, is because they lose stuff too often. If not, they'd have no issue fairly compensating when a problem occasionally arises.I really did love this location but the issues have just become far too frequent and problematic to stay.
crystal shelton: There is absolutely no difference what so ever in my coat! It has no different smell not a single stain removed. And these stains are not even old. It's a small basic stain from a shake. I should have known the cheap price was too good to be true. Never again!

In November, I brought 2 coats and a comforter and shams to be cleaned. When we picked up the coats, the comforter and shams weren’t ready yet. No problem, we’d come back next week. We came back for them to tell us that the shams weren’t ready yet, but the comforter was. Went back today to find they were closed, but no indication as to why. Express her frustration on them needing help and the type of help they've been receiving. We understood its happening everywhere. She did offer to redo and clean them. We picked them up and this time they were cleaned and not just pressed without being cleaned.
Jennifer Darby: This is ridiculous!!! They destroyed 2 of my blouses and paid for them. They then destroyed 2 of my sweaters and I was given the run around by the manager, Victoria, who finally said they mailed the check for the sweaters. I am yet to see the check for replacing the sweater and they keep the sweaters. The new owners are saying they are not responsible for paying for the sweaters, but will not call me to tell me this - their rude employees keep telling me this - and cannot find them. So no check and no sweaters. On October 15, 2022 I took 7 items to ZIPS and only 4 were returned. I am still missing 3 pairs of trousers and nobody can seem to fine them!!! I was told to check the Clearwater store because they may have been left there, when to the Clearwater store and no trousers. I’m done!!! There’s a $2.50 cleaners - Grand Cleaners at 7235 N. Keystone Ave. - they were my go to before ZIPS and I never had any problems. I suggest you all join me and go to this Cleaners.Service:Dry cleaning

Trying to take on too much business and now suffering with POOR customer service. There have been persons attempting to pick up clothes and were not found and yesterday when I went in they were unable to find a gentleman’s clothes and were going to just pay him for the clothes. I then attempted to pick up two orders, a total of three items and spent over 20 minutes waiting and only left with one of the items. I was told last week and according to my receipt that the other two items would be ready last Saturday. As of yesterday the items could not be located. I’m annoyed, angry and frustrated with the way they are handling the situation. I was told that they would try to still locate the items as I’m going back today and not leaving until the matter is resolved! But I think you will find they privide equal or better service than competitors at notably better pricing!If you wear business shirts/blouses most days; Suits/or Sport Coat/Slacks; or maybe are a medical professional or in a uniform that needs to be clean and pressed, try them! For folks who need large or regular amounts of laundry and regular Dry Cleaning, it adds up. I dont see that you will lose service, but I think your wallet will thank you!

What I really enjoyed is that instead of dismissing me the lady gave me an envelope for my hardware, entered my information in the system and gave me a card so I knew where I would be going for the main location. She gave me a heads up that the zipper replacement would be approx two weeks wait. Although I didn’t get anything done at this particular location, I felt taken care of and would definitely return to this location in the future for any other cleaning needs.
