Bria Newberry: I have been visiting Indy E-Cigs off and on for over a year and I have to say: the prices there are great and so are the people who work there. I stopped in this evening in search of a new mod and was helped by a young lady named Ramsey. Words cannot describe how delightful it is to interact with someone who genuinely wants to provide a great customer experience. Ramsey went above and beyond: going over each different mod, answering my incessant questions and guiding me towards the one which best fit my needs. In all honesty, I am not a fan of shopping in any form but it is much more enjoyable when I come in contact with someone who makes it less of a chore. If you're ever in the area and in need of affordable juice, quality CBD or Delta 8 and salt or sub-ohm devices, stop in and check them out! It will definitely be worth your time and you'll also have a great customer experience!

Good selection of disposable vapes as well as vape pens and mods, and the staff have always been knowledgeable and super helpful every time I’ve gone. They have their own line of vape juices that are pretty good too.
Daniel R: Definitely a little more pricy on the side of juices but Rob and Bryse are the nicest guys, very knowledgeable on most mods and they have no problem hooking you up with whatever it is you need. Their selection is a lot larger than most when it comes to ejuice so you'll be sure to find whatever flavor across a variety of different brands. They even hold Cloudnurdz which is hard to find so they are my place to go when I am in need of juice.

Monotone Matt: It would be five stars, but I was told almost 2 weeks ago that they were going to get in my flavor soon and I went in today and they didn’t have it and they didn’t have anything at all that I wanted. The store lost money from me today because I walked out with nothing! I will update my review based on my next visit please do not write an owner response. Cody Breault: Previously have been here numerous times as the convenience of the location. However the past 6 times I have been in their inventory is near zero (Usually stop every ~2 weeks). There is always an excuse for why they are out of X, Y, Z which relates back to shipping problems. While shipping currently is iffy and will often times have delays, the ongoing issue of this issue over the course of a few months has led me to stop coming here. There are quite a few of these type shops located around 96th street to which all of them do not seem to have any stocking/shipping issues and are always in-stock. I've been gladly driving the extra 5 minutes out of my way to a shop that I know will have what I am looking for every single time.
Skylar Greene: Came here for juice and pods. There's 2 things I hate. Buying a bottle of juice that is gross. And going to a vape store where the clerk is not knowledgeable or helpful. The guy working when I went was very knowledgeable on what brands were good, and what flavors. Great place and people.

Donna Shelton: I am new to the area and was recommended by my last vapor shop of 14years as it was going to be too far to drive.I tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt for 3 months due to a nationwide supply shortage. However, when I bought an entire new vape device that they carry most of not all of the accessories for they can’t even open up the shop on time. I’ve been there 3 times now at 9am (listed as their opening time), waiting 30-45 minutes, and no one shows up to open the store. Sorry to say I will go else where or even drive 15 miles to my old vape shop who was always helpful, stocked, and came to work on time even if someone else did not show up to work.
Jennifer Harris: The gentleman working was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. He also had zero knowledge about anything he was selling. 0/10 do not recommend. Try Smokey Juans instead.

I go to Indy ecigs, various locations, and it’s always a reason why they can’t make something happen for me. this location literally just doesn’t open on random days and doesn’t even put signs up. I drove 30 minutes just now and they’re not even open, no sign nothing. the other locations never have anything in stock and always have excuses as to why they don’t have it. but they sure as heck keep those delta weed pens in stock! that’s for sure. just a terribly managed business. terrible. sorry to say it but y’all always have an excuse.

Raz Singh: Wow. Amazing prices, no really, it's literally the same as a website price except you can just go pick it up instead of waiting. Juices are pretty inexpensive too, so are coils. They have all kinds of mods, pod kits etc and it's the newest technology (Battery exploding? pffffffft, a lighter falling down on the ground has more chances of exploding than a mod. Stosh (sorry if i mispelled it, cool name) and the staff were pretty informative and patient with explaining the product. I could go on and on why vaporizers will save countless lives in the long run but i guess this is not the place. This is the go-to place from now on.

Then when looking for a durable device - I'm pleased that I was able to decide on the Swell from Vandy Vapes, the Hellbeast tank and two new batteries. Great job Aritsan Vapor - Corbin rocked it!!! Keep up the great work. Can't wait until I'm in town to visit again. Fort Wayne could use a vape shop like yours, be well.

Drew Randolph: I went in excited to get some juice, walked in and showed my ID, chose my juice and the guy is like " who's that in your vehicle?" I said " my gf but why do you need to know that?" He responds by saying he needs her to come in an see her identification card to make sure shes not a minor. so I felt like he was insinuating something and I told him nevermind forget it this is my first and last time coming in this business. I felt disrespected and that he was unnecessarily making it a hassle. You dont see liquor stores asking for everyone waiting in the vehicles ID. That's over the top..

He took about 5 minutes to process my card too . He was not helpful. ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE . And all he cared about was more Netflix , this guy is a clown of a worker

Julie Brown: Every time I go to get a coil I have to reexplain which type I need. (With all three employees). Lp1 are novo coils it’s not hard to memorize after the 4th time I told them. But I finally found a place where they don’t taste burnt after the first three hits and it’s 3 bucks cheaper.

Ebo Knee: They don’t quality check the king palms cones so Make sure you check your product before leaving the store as they won’t swap them out. This wasn’t the first time I bought stale king palms from them. I left it in the bag and brought it back the next day thinking it would be okay to swap out (they were unopened) nope. So instead of simply having good customer service and giving me quality product they decided to stand behind no exchanges. I come here often solely for the selection of king palms so this is an issue for me. The stores on the far westside have no problems absolving losses and simply exchanging the product, i guess I’ll take my dollar back to the west side.
