Must give props where they are due!One thing I will note is the communication around the job needed being a seemingly uncomplicated installation (outlet within 5 feet of the breaker) of an outdoor weather-resistant outlet + covering. Be sure to seek clarification about the details regarding pricing and scope of work requested, even though free on-site estimates are not provided. Requested payment for service was paid in full but we had a big misunderstanding of the breakdown of the price. Time & Material under $1000 is the best avenue and the company recommendation. So do not agree on a set quote as it made the process complicated, especially requesting an itemized breakdown of the work/pricing (without any on-site estimate). Tasha On Lock: Called David Electric to come out and hang a new ceiling fan up in my living room. They were able to schedule me the next day. I was initially scheduled with one electrician but they had an emergency. They called prior to my appointment time to let me know that there would be a different electrician coming. David Smith: We hired two home inspection companies and separate electrical and plumbing inspections when we bought our home. Joe Schmo found all electrical issues the home inspectors found plus an item. Later we had them replace our electrical panel. They installed installed the same brand (Siemens), but did it for significantly less, and they did a quality job as far as I can tell. The Window Valet: We came home from a weekend getaway to find the due to a fire/electrical situation across the street we had no power. AES told us to call an electrician because they thought it was an inside problem. The technician came in a good time frame and found that the problem was on the power company side. Then the power company said we needed a tag indicating everything was good to go. I called and spoke with Hilary in the office again. She said that we shouldn't need one and would call AES and get any information she could. She promptly called back and said we didn't need a tag and the power company guys were dispatched to our house and should arrive soon. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Kristy Geiger: We just bought a house in the Geist area. We needed ceiling lights added to almost every room, we needed switches fixed, outdoor fixtures replaced, lights installed in our garage, an EV charger installed, and recessed lighting added to two rooms. We called out a few different electricians, and Noah was the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. His team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Their work looks great, and we would definitely go with them again if we need more work in the future. Highly recommend!
James Jowers: Called them to get an estimate to do the electrical rough-in for my basement. The phone number went to voicemail and the voicemail message said to text him. I left a voicemail and txt him about the job. Never heard anything back from them. If you can't give a customer a call back that plans to spend $5k-$7k on a project, then I don't have much confidence you can do the job well either.
Todd Pollard: We had a QuietCool whole home fan installed in August of 2021. We ended up with 7.0 version of the fan which moves more air than necessary but it has options for high/low power. We love the ability to recycle all of the air in our 1700 square foot ranch house within minutes. Just make sure to open a couple of windows first because it moves a lot of air. The first time the fan was turned on the glass doors on our fireplace opened on their own to allow more air into the house.Service:Fan installation

They installed a pole light, figured out why multiple outlets and a carriage light weren't working, and installed a lighting fixture on our vaulted ceilings. Our texting communication was very fluid, and he worked me in within a day! The electrician arrived on time and very professional. When the issue was discovered to be my dryer and not the outlet, he even gave me some helpful suggestions for that (as a bonus!). I reiterate that Noah treated me very fairly for the charge of the service call. Good man and a good company. I’ll remember them next time!

Brook Farling: I highly recommend these guys. We had a tree come down in our back yard and it ripped the power lines out of our house, and in the process broke the weatherhead that feeds the lines into the house. Duke could not reconnect the lines until the weatherhead was fixed, so I was frantically calling electricians to see if someone could come out. It felt like some of the companies were trying to gouge us, but the price from Branch was reasonable, and they were able to make it out the same day. The electricians were professional, friendly, and they did an excellent job. We got our power restored that night, and Justin stuck around for several hours just to ensure that everything worked once Duke restored power. Branch will be the first company I call the next time I have an electrical issue.

Robert was able to be there in just a few hours and quickly assessed that it was loose connections between the breaker and the bus bar that had caused the fire. Kim Swails: y home was only running with half power so anything that was 220 would not work. The electrician showed up at 8am expecting to have a helper but with all of the tornadoes and bad storms he was on his own to start the long job of replacing 1 leg of my power which was a 10 hour job. It was cold and windy he never complained. He was very helpful and explained everything he had to do and told me to step out and take the pictures I needed for my insurance company. So as the day went on He never stopped working he did not take a lunch or any breaks it was like he was in his own little world as he wrapped up what we thought was the end of his day. He called the power company to hook my service back up and what started out as a 10 hour day turned into a 17 hour day. When the power company arrived and hooked my power back up they had a problem in he main box and quickly disconnected my service and placed a call to have a portable power supply delivered after it was delivered they had to call a different crew to hook up the power supply so finally at midnight the crew showed up. He never left he property he never took a lunch or a dinner and made sure that everything was working and that all of the trash was picked up. This is the second time I have used Mister Sparky and I will use them again. Jay Brun: They came to remediate a ring doorbell installation. Also to install to homeowner supplied LED lights for Canlite replacement. Lastly, to diagnose a different Canlite problem.Well, the doorbell now rings on the outside, but the chime does not work. I was told to buy a 30 amp transformer. You think a professional installer would have the appropriate parts and include that in the quote supplied. Not the case here.I can light replacement was fine and operates as expected.The remediation ultimately produced advice that I should buy a replacement switch that is rated for LED lights.
