Evansville Property: I’m a pretty busy person and I really don’t take time to write a bad review, UNLESS, there has been a bad experience.I’m an investor, and I buy several properties at a time. I was looking for a real estate agent in a specific area and immediately clicked on the ad to call, on my phone but didn’t capture the name of the agent. When the agent picked up, I apologized and I asked for the agents name and she rudely told me that I called her. This obviously made me feel bad, I apologized and tried to focus on what I need to get accomplished, to hire an agent. OK...so I went ahead and tried to look past the rudeness and asked If she was able to help me with my objective, as an investor, she rudely responded that she does not work with investors.I’m not sure if it’s a lack of experience or people skills, but at least be polite and explain. There are Real Estate agents that do work with investors that buy homes, why not give me the professional courtesy of being polite instead of being rude since I was trying to give you business.Im taking my business elsewhere and recommend others to do so as well.
Michael Lawyer: Kelly was fantastic. We were shopping from across the country, and got to know her by phone and email. She helped us understand the community and focus our search. During the 36 hours we had in town to look at houses she was fantastic to work with - she took a lot of the stress out of the process and helped us remember what was important as we were searching. From the get go, the realtor (Sunita Sarda) representing the rental was unprofessional when my mother came with me to look at the townhome, as I’m a single mother and wanted an additional opinion. As we pointed out various things (mold ring in ALL toilets, several nails in walls, food leftover from previous tenants, STRONG pee smell at the top of the stairs) the realtor told me she needed to go to another property and was obviously annoyed that we were pointing out the townhome’s poor state. But, it was obvious all that had been done is cleaning of the carpets. No surfaces were cleaned.However, due to lack of properties available, I rented the townhome.I had such a horrific time with the owner that I discussed the series of events with the realtor. She could not have cared less and said I needed to work with the owner.Fast forward to now, I am getting ready to move out. I have continued to have NUMEROUS issues with this realtor and the actual owner. They have come into my home 2 separate times to “take pictures” but I don’t think they ever took photos as they never used the photos in any of the listings. Found it odd they needed to come into my home and switch my whole schedule around for nothing. I work a full-time job and the realtor will REPEATEDLY text me about confirming showing times (and does not give me a 24-hour notice). It's evident there is no sense of boundaries with Sunita.What’s the saddest part is I work with numerous property management groups and realty agencies in the Indianapolis/Geist area and I will never recommend United. I have rented for YEARS and never had such a horrible experience.I strongly recommend against renting from United. I cannot wait to get out of this lease. Even 3 neighbors of mine say others before me have had the same type of experience. If you are considering a property represented by United, look elsewhere.

It took some time for my wife and I to find a house that we both agreed on. But it seemed as if every house that we liked, it would come up as "Pending" within 24 hours of the house being listed. Isaac Davidson: Scott and tevis were very professional. The process was quick and painless. They advised we wave inspection to get the bid on our house and we got it. We ended up paying 40g to get it the way we wanted but the wife loves the home. My only advice is if you don't have the money for repair get inspection but that's it. Scott sold our home in less than 8 hours and we closed our house and the other within 3 hours. Both were very nice we would recommend them both.
